Received an sms from hdfc on[protected] at 2219hrs indicating that a mandate was issued which i did not authorize. If there's a potential deduction to my account, i would like to block it immediately. I didn't find an option on net backing that lets me block this. Submitted a request to hdfc as well via the contact us section. Here's the text message with masked reference no.:

"dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected]xxxx34 issued to birla sunlife insurance company pvt ltd with value rs. 79200.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

    Dear customer mandate reference no. Hdfcxxxxx issued to hdfcltd with value of rs. Xxxxxx and frequency month is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

    I have not given any mandate and neither my agent explained about this???
    All i have signed-up for is emi which gets deducted every month end...
    The mandate amount is nearly 3 times the actual monthly emi...

    As an nri customer, this often goes un-noticed and i'm sure how many people will be facing this issue... This is very serious concern and needs to be addressed immediately...

      I had approached asaf ali branch with a request to add aadhar no with mu dmat accout. Your branch is asking original aadhar card. You must be aware that govt is not sending the aadhar card by post which can be called original. Your branch is not accepting the print our duly attested by me under my signatures. I requested then to verify from the govt site but that too is not acceptable to them. I feel that they are simply harassing.

          Dear sir/mam,

          Hdfc bank had debited a total of rs.1088/- twice from account stating that it's due to some amb chrg incl gst charges without any notice. Money has been debited twice on 12th march, 2018 for feburuary and twice on 13th feb 2018 for december 2017. You should atleast notify us about the balance before randomly deducting money like this. I am totally unsatisfied with all your services. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account. Please get it resolved asap.

          The special facilities offered on the Salary Account is pursuant to the arrangement between the employer / company and the Bank. These benefits are extended by virtue of your employment in the organization, on whose request the account is opened with the bank. In case of a change in employment, you can continue with the same account provided the new employer has an arrangement with the bank for the corporate salary account programme. In case an arrangement exists, we request you to visit the nearest branch along with a letter or an e-mail received from the official Corporate email ID. The letter / e-mail should have your complete name and account number and state that you have joined the corporate. Our branch official will assist you suitably.             I had opened my salary account at kakinada branch in an esteemed organization, while i was working with spartan solutions inc. At that time of opening concerned bank executive assured me that my account is lifetime free even if on zero balance. Now the bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly. Now it's 1431.15 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into a savings account? Would like to know the reason for salary account converting to saving account. And there is no intimation or justification from the hdfc bank.

              hdfc saving account negative balance penalty

              Hello,
              I had saving account with hdfc which somehow i was not able to operate since i do not have salary account with hdfc and my regular needs are done through my current bank account. one of the employee working with hdfc insisted to open the saving account at the time i took hdfc life policy.As they have targets . later on we went to HDFC asking for closer of both accounts and ended up opening a joint account which we wanted to...

[protected]s2) for 2 times with all eligible documents ask by bank but after verification of my residence and office address successfully by representatives in my presence i am getting status after 10 days that my disapproved because we are not able to contact you with your contact information.                 I had applied for 80K personal loan on 16th Feb 2018, on 17th Feb 2018 I received a call from HDFC loan agent named Nitin (989****362), he suggested me to submit the supporting documents. On 19th Feb 2018 a guy named Santosh arrived near my company, collected the documents and completed the documentation process. Its been 28 days its 14 Mar 2018, yet I didn't receive the amount and even after regular messages and phone calls from my end I didn't receive proper response from the agent. I have been mentally tortured and harassed. Its been 6working days daily morning I will get a call from Nitin stating that bank representative will come to your house for document verification but till toady he has not arrived. I seriously don't where the guy is lost in Pune.

                This is my first loan in my 5 years working career but still its taking too long to get personal loan approve. as per my understanding it just takes 4-6 days for approval of personal loan. We apply loan in case of emergencies so that the amount will support us. I am mentally disturbed and upset from few days because of bank officials unattended calls and non reverted messages.

                        Sub: "depository charges" levied by hdfc demat account.

                        Dear help desk,

                        This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank. I want my money back to my account. Bank has charged me rs 885.00 for depository charges on my hdc demat account, which was offered by mr. Bharat sharma (Your executive sitting at your hdfc greater kailash branch).

                        During the time of opening the account, i have told them i don't need any demat account but he told me that it would be lifetime free service. No extra charge will cut for the same. But, suddently they charged. This is frustratin and nobody is willing to help. Really i m very fed up for the same. This is really irritating to see this king of charges from hdfc bank. Axis bank on the other hand is more transparent and truth worthy.

                        I am surprised to see this has happened second time, first time same thing happened on my hdfc credit card. Please take the needful action or let me know what needs to be done from my side. Please help and given me an update on vanisha. [protected]@spirotechindia.in

                          Dear sir i understand that - rs 725.70 charges have been debited in said account t and when contacted to the hdfc call centre after multiple attempts during last week to know the reason of the same. Contact centre executive mr kiran today told me that he does not have any complete details of this debit. Pls note that i want to close this account with immediate effects under such scenario /clarify the reason on urgent basis. Moreover pls note that this is a minor account u/g myself. Thanks anil

                              The charges levied in your account pertains to non-maintenance of AMB of Rs. 10000.00 in the months of January 2018 and February 2018. We wish to inform you that as per the terms and conditions applicable for salary account holders if salary is not credited into the account for 3 consecutive months, the account will be converted from a zero balance salary account to a regular savings account. The special facilities offered on the Salary Account is pursuant to the arrangement between the employer/company and the Bank. These benefits are extended by virtue of your employment in the organization, on whose request the account is opened with the bank and subject to regular salary credit. We had observed that there were no salary credits in your account and under these circumstances, the special benefits offered under the Corporate Salary Program were withdrawn. Hence, the requisite Average Monthly Balance of Rs. 10000.00 will need to be maintained in your account.                                 Cancellation of one assist membership
                                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0999 without my concern on date:13/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                  Hi all,

                                  It's regarding my salary account with hdfc bank which was opened in 2014 and in 2016 i left my job and i was not using my hdfc account from mid of 2016 as per my last bank statement till december of 2017 my account was not in negative amount and just in two and half months when i checked my account am having very huge negative balance of -18900 as i was not aware of the negative balance i used this account transfer some amount with this account but since it's in negative balance my whole transferred money is not reflected in the account and i have lost all the amount which i have transferred and this is leading me in to financial crisis.

                                  Please let me know what needs to be done to wave of the negative balance and to get back the amount which was transferred.

                                    I received a call from one mr yogesh agarwal from mobile no [protected], who said he was calling from hdfc life and informed about my policy no 11403946 wherein a premium of rs 50000 was paid on 23 march 2010 and none thereafter. He mentioned about the revival of the said policy and sent all the details as above by sms.
                                    I am not able to place any further details of the said policy. Is this a fraud call.

                                      I applied for the fastag from hdfc bank with application reference no hfr036624 and payment also paid through online on 02. March.2018

                                      But as per commitment of bank i am not received fastag

                                      I call to customer care but not proper response from them

                                      So kindly help and deliver my fastag as per my registered address on earlier

                                      I shell highly thankful to you
