I am using hdfc bank credit card. The bank has auto debited rs 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 7052 without my knowlegde on date: 04/08/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So please cancel the membership

I have applied for PMAY scheme for my first own property at perumbakkam Chennai and it got rejected.Friend of mine, who located in same area got the same privilege from ICICI bank. I have documents to prove.

    I availed the below offer and purchased for 95, 000 (Approx) (On 10th dec 2017.in which tanishq was offering 5% discount with hdfc credit card on purchase of min 35000 and max cashback of 4000/- (Attaching my statement and tanishq offer

    However i have still not received the cashback.

    I called the customer care of hdfc but no satisfactory reply & they have not idea about this offer.

    This is totally unexpected behavior and i am thinking of closing my hdfc credit card.

    Please do the needful for credit or at least tell me the date

    I am not operated my hdgc current account from last 2 years so I want to close my HDFC current account at Karve Nagar Pune. But manager ask me to pay penalty charges dut to non maintaining balance. But needn't to pay penalty charges.

    I don't understand the point that why bank is not saying anything on this issue or neither its crediting the amount or saying date for the same.

      the transaction failed in POS the first time, but later the amount was deducted twice. i need the refund ASAP.

        I have an account with hdfc since 2010. I was aware that i need to maintain average quarterly balance aqb (Rs 5000) in my account but all of sudden they changed the rule from aqb to amb (Average monthly balance) without notifying me and that to they increased rs.10, 000/- without any intimation and now they started deducting money.

        When i asked customer care about it they said this new rule was introduced few months back and there is nothing they can do about it. They are burglar.

Please note, however, that this reversal of charges is being done as a one-off case once the Average Monthly Balances (AMB) is maintained and that going forward you will have to maintain the requisite AMB Rs 10, 000.00 in your Savings Bank account failing which the Bank will levy AMB non-maintenance charges as applicable.           These people did not send me the complete charge details since even after paying amount every month the due amount was not reduced considerably (All additional charge for no reason). Then i did not pay bill for 2 months since no one bothered to share my payment details (I have called cc multiple times). Then in december month they deducted my entire salary 18300 (My salary account is also hdfc) without prior notice and i was robbed. Then next month i paid around 8k n the started paying minimum bill. So from pas 3 months i am following up with hdfc cc for settlement and they are keep on giving false assurance. My card is blocked now n it's been 7 months i used my card n these people are keep on just adding cheating charges. I will pay for the bill which i have used and can't pay additional charges from december since it's bank mistake to not send the details requested n deduct my salary. Please help

          I told them all my problem, they said that a person will call within 24hrs but no called till now.. They are simply making me wait and charging me for interest.. No one is doing their work properly.. For settlement I keep on begging them..really fed up with hdfc credit card department.. They are purely cheating customers

          Kotak bank is far better than your cheating team..I asked for settlement and immediately within a week they processed..

          Even if I call to the so called persons contact, sent by grievance department of hdfc, , they never turn up..
          I don't know why they make us beg for settlement..your team should feel bad for not taking up customer requirement in priority

          Wrong calculation of 20000.00 issue in HDFC credit card statement, customer care person has said, this is related to merchant, they will decide, I have required for these issue but did not resolve.

          Can you please guide me how to apply for new food card and also how to transfer money from old blocked card to new.

                Dear Team,
                I have taken Bike Loan and EMI was supposed to be start deduct from
                10th Feb 2018. My 1st cheque was bounced on 10 Feb By any reason. I
                visited HDFC Bank on 15th To know that why this happened. They told me
                that There is Sign mismatch, You must have to fill ECS Form again with
                Proper sign and also pay 1st EMI with fine of 590/- and told me that
                next minth also you have to pay manually beacause this process will
                take one month. (A total of 4165/-.) I paid the EMI amount and also
                filled the new ECS Form. On next month that means on 10th March, The
                money again not deducted from my account automatically. I waited for 2
                days, as i thought that it might be due any banking delay. But on 12th
                march also it didn't deducted, So again i visited HDFC Bank and asked
                about it, So they again told me that it will be deducted next month
                automatically or there may be sign issue. And they told me to pay
                actual EMI amount of 3575/- by cash. So i paid them by Cash. But after
                2 hours i checked My bank balance, i saw that an amount of 3575/- also
                deducted from my Bank too, named as"HDFC Bank ASC Amount".Again I
                went to bank to ask why this happend when you told me that there is
                problem in your sign and You have to pay manually this time too, then
                why just few hours ago money is deducted from my bank. he told that it
                might be due to Slow updatation of their system. But from now Money
                will be deducted from your bank automatically every month. I said
                OK.but what about the Amount which i have paid today, Kindly refund My
                Money .Then he told that he cant refund, It will be transfered to your
                bank automatically. But till Now no amount is returned back in my
                ICICI account. I need my money back.
                HDFC Bank, They give you loan happily, BUt during EMI Replayment,
                it will cost you so big and trouble also. I need my Money back of 2nd
                Installment, Because already it has been deducted from my bank
                account.

                Support person from Bank called me and asked the problem. I told the whole issue, and after 2 days money refunded. Good support from the Bank member. But it is disappointing that, When i assked same thing to bank person personally, He didnt did anything. But anyway, Thank you Team HDFC.

                    An amount of rs 650 has been charged as part of loan overdue payment, which is an unexpected inconvenience imposed by bank.

                    I had maintained sufficient emi amount in my salary account to pay emi for 4th march 2018. But bank has deducted the amount one day later (I. E. On 5th march)
                    And charged approx one month interest (650 rs).

                    It is completely the bank's problem not deducting the amount on the committed date.

                    This is been the 3rd time am facing serious issues like this. Bank's support centers have been totally irresponsible and irresponsive in supporting customers on call.

                    Kindly help me get my money back into my account and improve your customer supporting strategies to keep these kind of irritations to the minmum.

                    Ask mr Vijaykumar j and Mr Suriya who just pretend to take concern of the case but did not help.

                    Especially Mr Vijaykumar j, I don’t know why Hdfc is giving him the salary who is not at all available for any grievance readressal.

                    The issue is still not resolved.

                        I pay my credit card bills regularly way before the due date, however this time i was busy in some engagements and couldnt pay the amount in time.
                        I had an some outstanding credit to be paid by 8nd feb.
                        I was charged a late of 400 rupees on this amount on 9th dec which is highly unjustifiable. I have paid the complete outstanding amount to avoid any further charges by the bank.

                        Also there are some other charges that are levied in my account, which i believe shouldn't be.
                        Igst
                        Billed finance charges

                        Again i have not purchased anything in the month of feb and march so far but i got a bill of 1988.0 rs. I dont know from where. I am not going to pay this charge.
                        I tried calling to cc customer care but i couldn't manage to talk to anyone. Please call me...

                        Please do the need full asap because my payment date is 5 april. After that again they will charge unnecessarily...

                        Please provide information about these charges and also revert the fees that have been levied.

                          I. M dv raghavulu, i have a credit card from your hdfc bank.

                          Sir, today (17.3.18) i searched in online about payzap customer care number. At that time one of the number is displayed ie; [protected]. So that i called the number after lifting the call the person introduced that "im payzap customer care executive, kindly tell your problem.

                          At the movement i told my credit card number and cvv also. After few minutes i lose rs.9, 988 (Credit card amount) + payzap amount rs.5, 500 total rs.15, 488/-amount are losed in my credit card and payzap.in this juncture i dont have received any otp by my registered mobile number.

                          My credit card number ; [protected], exp.05/15 & 05/18. (Card blocked).

                          My mobile no ; [protected] (Pls. Call after 6pm) my mail id ; [protected]@gmail.com

                          Sir, my kindly request you to please process my complaint and recover and add the said amount at the earliest.

                            Subject : (For complain against cust care misbehave of cust care staff mr ankit and refund the cradit card deducted 1973 extra charge)

                            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder please refund the cradit card total extra change 1973 rs. And i am very disappointed due to call conversation and i am not interested about this service and i need more justification on this. Refund the as soon as possible. This is really ridiculous. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended senior call. I was very disturbed by the behaviour of the customer care staff
                            Please update on the status...

                              I have applied and paid for hdfc fastag in the month of jan18 and i got the message alert with my customer id & wallet id on 08th jan18, but still, i have not received the rfid tag and i am not able to reach the customer care number which is always in busy status i am not sure to whom can i reach to get the tag.

                              I have already sent an email to hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in, but have not received any response yet.

                                Hdfc bank has deducted 1200 rupees on march march 15 stating ' you have been deducted 600 for non maintainance of minimum balance in jan and 600 for non maintainance of minimum balance in feb. This is so unfair to deduct money in march, without any prior intimation in jan and feb. Please do take a look and do something to resolve that issue. These type of issues are irritating me a lot these days.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I had taken policy no. (Hdfc life assured plus classic plan) – 19921968 in the name of manish dutt for the amount of rs. 50000/- (Payment made on date –[protected] through online payment receipt no. - [protected]).
                                  And in the initial telephonic conversations with hdfc life employees they said that had to make single payment. And commitment was made to provide medical voucher, welcome kit with bond papers and 20% cash back as well as benefits.
                                  On 10 jan 2018 after policy premium payment made i came to know through your employ that new policy has been generated in an agent id. But in telephonic conversation they committed me to generate policy in direct hdfc life behalf. When i have come to know this thing then i give the cancellation request to the person (Mr. Raghav mishra) who booked my policy and he give the cancellation no. – cn22634801e dated[protected]. But till to date i have not received any hard copy of my policy bond or my payment received back.
                                  For any information about my policy and in branch the people are sitting they do not have any information or they do not want give exactly information to client for their policy status.
                                  I also working with mnc and such kind of negligence behaviour from the hdfc life branch staff making to feel unhappy with services of your esteemed organization. As they, miscommunication with customer and all necessary information they are hiding.
                                  Last 3 month still i am not having any hard copy of my policy only received one pager on my mail id.
                                  Kindly refund my money or i will complain in consumer court for miss communication and for not providing necessary documents.
                                  And last i have only option to logged complained to ombudsment.

                                  I am writing this letter on behalf of kamaljeet kaur Hdfc bank will not fix metting face to face with Sonia Kapoor.

                                  -On the first point if she should have been educated enough to read and write why will KAMALJEET KAUR start the policy which she is not happy with today or how can she read or understand it when it came on address as already explained she is not educated enough

                                  -if SONIA KAPOOR. had explained her exactly the same this which was written in the policy KAMALJEET KAUR will 100% refuse to sign the policy . As she has been mislead by HDFC employee.

                                  - it came in my notice that her occupation is totally mentioned wrong in the policy

                                  - KAMALJEET KAUR has been HDFC coustmer from very very long time and never every faced anything like this everyone in MOHALI branch know her and their family members . This was the reason when SONIA KAPOOR came to know that anyone from her family are not educated enough and she took an advantage of it and make her do the policy and misleaded . SONIA KAPOOR might have achieved the monthly target but it have to be a genuine policy not by misleading clients

                                  - At the end I would like to request you to arrange meetings face to face with MOHALI HDFC MANAGEMENT TEAM with SONIA KAPOOR so that we can tell everything face to face in that meeting .
                                  HDFC have got a good reputation don’t loose it by not following it this case . we need a fair result on this case .

                                    I have had a credit card with hdfc bank since 2008. Recently, my card was misused, which cost me rs.169. I was told to send a request for this to the chennai address so that the charges could be reverted. This means i should spend more money to get something waived that i didn't use, despite reporting and closing card within 2 hours!

                                    Anyways, i gave up, and i requested that my card not be closed, and be put on hold, until i request a reissue of the card. That was not done, and i was issued a new card, and was charged rs.100 again for the reissue, without my permission.

                                    I still had some faith left in hdfc bank and its services. Now, i have changed my address temporarily, so i asked one of the customer care guys to tell me what my options are. He hold me that i can request the manager of the nearby branch to send an email to hdfc, requesting that the new card be delivered at the branch itself.

                                    I visited the ashoke enclave, faridabad branch this morning, and i was told that they cannot do it, and this is not allowed due to security restrictions. How much harrassment will i take? I was again asked to cut the card, which i did like 2 months ago, and send it to the chennai address. I have to write an application for this, meaning waste my time, my resources, my energy, on a bank that does not care at all for its 10-year old customer.

                                    Hi Manoj,

                                    I do not intend to change my address, as the current one is my temporary address. I do not have address proof of my temporary address, and I do not wish to change it anyways.

                                    I hope you have read my entire complaint, because not once have I asked for an address change. I wanted to get the delivery in the HDFC bank itself or be given to someone on by behalf on my original address. I was told that this is not possible.

                                    Do give me an option I have, which can help me get the refund of the money I was charged without my consent. I know that is not possible, then help me get my card delivered at the only options I want to go for. I was told anyone with my ID can collect the parcel, or the bank manager can send an email to the main branch to receive the delivery according to my inconvenience.

                                    Your help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

                                      I am a customer of your bank and i lost my atm card, i blocked my card. So i need a new debit card when i go to in my branch joya amroha, uttar pradesh every employee of your bank not giving the right answer and i was very disturbed by the behaviour of bank staff and they not give me the card and also give me a suggestion to close my account in this bank so i am not happy with your service and i want to close my account in this bank.
