credit card redispatch request

Hello I am pankaj i have recently applied for Hdfc Credit card and my application was approved my credit card is ending with 4895 i have got all the messages from bank everything is going ok but at the time of delivery of card i was not their on town because of my office work and my card was returned and right now i am available in same address so please tell me what can i do to get my credit card again.
Pl solve this quriy i need...

It was on Oct 10th i received messages stating transactions were made on my cc. I stated them as dispute transactions as i didn`t make them. I dropped an email to cc.[protected]@hdfc.com on Oct 10th and I haven`t recieved any kind of acknowledgment from them.

It has been almost 5 times i called customer care and everytime i call them, they just ask me to fwd the mail once again. Till date, I have forwarded the dispute form for 5 times and no update till now.

This seems to be very irresponsible behavior towards its customers.

Suggest not to use the HDFC cc.

    I had applied for HDFC Fastag on 21/11/2019 and paid the thru my HDFC saving account.
    A mail was recd informing me that the Fastag card will be sent in 7 working days.
    My customer ID number is[protected].
    Their customer care number is always busy.
    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Hdfc fastag service is very pathetic, i haven't expected this from hdfc. Since last 10 years i am a privileged customer of hdfc bank and for that reason only i applied fastag through hdfc. But now i completely lost that respect to hdfc. I tried through all means - in their toll-free number, in their e-mail but its been 2 months i am not getting any response from them and not able to track the status of my fastag. Two months back i got the message feom hdfc that my wallet is created but till date i haven't received the fastag. My customerid is[protected]

      I filled all the required details for hdfc fastag and My account has been debited but i havent got any confirmation from hdfcfastag. Helpine no is always busy. I have no track of my application. Help asap
      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr . The reference number of the application is hfr594661. I have not received any mail or message regarding the confirmation or message.

      There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.
      I have applied for fast tag on 27/11/2019 online on hdfc website. The amount of 500 RS has been debited from my account but I have not received any confirmation . After the payments page I got an error on web page but amount was still debited from my bank account. Application reference number is HFR626586.

      I applied for fast tag and paid required amount but server showed error, money got deducted from account. I applied again and paid again and again same error. Money got deducted again but this time I also receive a welcome mail with reference id. HFR607593

        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount, 200 as the top up amount & 100 as issuance fees).
        The reference number of the application is HRF863211.
        I have uploaded copy of the final document & RC but there is no update.

        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is always busy.

          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 1000 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr857381. I have uploaded copy of the final document and RC/Pan Card and since then there is no update.

          There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

          I have been with hdfc for 8 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
          The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status and send me the invoice of rs. 1000/- on my mail id i.e. [protected]@gmail.com

Only received a message that email will be sent, but no email is received, tried many time to contact the helpline but getting no help.

              I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charges but i didn't got any response from hdfc since last 3 weeks. I have just received customer id & wallet id. I'm able to login to portal, but for all practical purpose, we need a physical tag but the its not yet received from bank. Their customer service number is also not reachable.

              Ideally, they should've provided a tracking number or sms using which we can see the current status of fastag.

              As an Adjustment entry Rs.355 has been debited from fast tag account on 26th NOV2019

              I don't know for what they have debited

              This happens every time like deductions of Rs.20, 25 goes on.

                I have paid an amount of rs.1000 for applying new fast tag. Amount got debited from my account but i didn't get any confirmation on applying new fast tag, it has shown error page.

                  Hi,

                  I was applying for hdfc fastag online, entered all the details and paid rs.500 through my credit card but didn't get any acknowledgement finally it was session timeout. I again tried one more time but again the same issue. So totally 1000 (500+500) rupees deducted and no communication regarding this yet and amount is also not refunded.

                  I tried calling fastag customer care number but this is also not working. Could some one from hdfc bank look in to this?

                          I applied for fastag on 22nd nov through hdfc bank portal with application number: hfr444342. I have received the messages regarding the issuance of wallet number and dispatch within 3-4 days but no further updates regarding the same. The nearest branch only says that it will be sent but nothing more. Please look into this as the deadline is approaching and i haven't received either the help, or update or the tag itself as yet despite applying for it at right time.

                              I have been trying to contact hdfc fastag customer service number. Its never picked up. This is very pathetic service, never expected from hdfc bank. Been with more than 6 years no issues ever. Now i am not sure if it is dependable when my car breaks down on highway, should i count on hdfc fastag? Other providers are giving fastag for free. There is no tracking information yet if hdfc is really sending the fastag to my mailing address.

                                Hi, myself anurag srivastava from pune. I went online on hdfc fastag site to buy one on 28th november 2019. After complete transaction, the site responded session timeout but i got charged of 500 inr from my credit card. I did try again but again same timeout issue and again i got charged. So total of 1000 inr were got deducted from my credit card but there were no successful transaction. I even tried the helpline number but its always busy. Please help me here.

                                  I have done fast tag registration via hdfc bank portal on 13th. Today it is 3rd december. Still not received the fast tag.
                                  I received the eamil that it is successfuly issued... But i have still not recieved it.
                                  There is no way i can track it... I dont know whom to call.

                                  My question to hdfc... If cannot manage the end to end service why do you offer it in first place.

                                    Hi,

                                    I submitted my application for fastag on nov 10, 2019 and i have not received it yet. My application number is hfr354178. I got emails telling that a tag has been issued successfully. Now i'm in a situation where i have already paid for the fastag but i don't have it yet on my car and pretty soon government will be asking everyone to have fastag. I cannot buy a separate one as my money will be wasted in that. Called hdfc fastag helpline[protected] multiple times only to get more frustrated because it's always busy.

                                    Can anyone from hdfc bank look into this matter because this issue is faced by many customers?

                                    First of all, the contact number you entered in your reply is not visible to me. Do you think I will be complaining here if I was able to reach your helpline number.
                                    One more thing, why my Fastag is getting delayed ? It's been more than a 3 weeks that you guys have my application. I was told that people need to pay a fine if they are not using Fastag.
                                    Given that I have already paid to you guys, I deserve to get my Fastag on time or HDFC bank should process refund of the Rs. 500 I gave along with my application.

                                      I used my credit limit 175000 from my hdfc credit cards. I could not repay the whole amount instead i asked bank to provide emi option so that the loan amount would get settled but they did not provided me the emi option and till now i paid 30000 as minimum amount. Initially they told emi option would be provided for credit card purchase but now they are telling emi option is offer based and it is not available for my card. I requested bank several time for emi option but they are not giving me. It makes me more frustration. Though i asked emi option to settle the amount gradually but they are not providing. They understand the pulse of middleclass people and doing same for all customers like me. Please help me on this
