I wrote to hdfc fastag customer service on 8th november 2019 as recommended by their phone support and reported the following issues:
Issue#1: rs.355 got deducted from my account unnecessarily on 7th nov 2019.
I didn't even use my car on 7th nov but still got the following sms : "your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 355 for adjustment entry on 11/7/2019 6:22:00 pm. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 315 - hdfc bank ltd"
— please check and get this corrected at the earliest.
Issue #2: my details are incorrect in your records, please change them immediately (& included the correct details)
... It's nearly one full month now and i didn't even get an acknowledgement. Constant follow up with phone support does not help either, they just keep changing the tat (Turn around time) from 48hrs to one week to 15 business days etc.

I didn't except such shoddy service from hdfc bank. Hoping someone will look into this issue and resolve at the earliest.
