I am receiving hdfc and axis and icici bank marketing calls even after being in dndc registry.
And i am especially receiving these banks calls at least 5 calls a day from the past 10yrs. I dont know why they are doing this every call i tell them pls not to call again but many atimes tjey call from other number within minutes.
I am very sick of this.
Pls curb this kind of menace.
I have tried complaining to the bank especially hdfc bank but no use atall.
They keep on calling me and its become a big menace now.
They arent listening and are continuously calling me.
Is there a way i can teach these people a lesson is what made me write a complaint.
I want to see how this platform can help.
Its been a ### mess for a very long time.
Those ### wont listen and i am ill now.
Pls teach them a lesson wgo all are intentionally doing this bothering others.
What i realised is they dont care at all.
I expect you teach a steong lesson do they wont play with people numbers and their time.

Pls dont share my personal details with anyone.
And hdfc bank isnt stopping calls for a very long time.
Check also Vidyasagar Mygapu as i have complained to him too but no use.

    I have purchased Fastag from HDFC bank on 30th Nov, reference number - HFR817635. It says pdf will be sent to registered mail id but its been 5 days so far no pdf received also there is no process t check the progress status. HDFC has charged 500 and now they are issuing free fastag so ideally they should waive off that charge because I purchased on sat only. Appreciate quick help.

    I have received Customer ID & Wallet ID on 05/12/2019 through SMS and eMail. Even my wallet was recharged for INR.300. But still I haven't received fast tag sticker. The last update is on Dec 6th and as per above update from Nadia I should receive physical FASTAG now but so far no update. Kindly check and respond ASAP.

      Applied for fasTag through hdfc since it's trustworthy and that i hold a account there. Applied on Nov 30th 2019 Saturday and haven't received a welcome mail since payment. How am i supposed to know if I'll receive the fasTag or not. Or go to another medium and apply from scratch. The bank is atleast supposed to the customers a message explaining what's the issue they are dealing with . So that we'll be clear as to wait or try another medium to get the fastag. This is so disappointing of what's expected of hdfc bank.

          I have applied for hdfc fastag on 30/11/2019. There has been lack of communication. My application number is: hfr804866. I have deposited 500 rs as fastag fee.
          Unfortunately there is no active communication channel to reach out for application status. Toll free number given[protected] seems not working. Even after being dialed for 5 minutes no response.
          I was promised to get the notification in pdf file on mail but i haven't received any mail or message yet.
          I doubt is this a fraud as the number mentioned is also now switched off.
          I have been hdfc customer since last 15 years, getting such a response from hdfc is really unacceptable. I do not expect something like this from hdfc. That's why i have filed this complaint

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is HFR787773. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.
            I am almost 7 years with hdfc and this my worst moment. Hdfc should not cheat their customers this way. The service no. [protected] is also not working. Please resolve this issue.

                My fastag reference number is HFR352301 which was raised on 10- November.
                I am still waiting for my fastag to get dispatched. I wrote many emails to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com and called the helpdesk number which was no use to me.

                HDFC doesnt care about the pain which their customer under going and they are not helpful.

Not able to reach there call centre. It is always busy. No response from call centre/ bank/local bank branch/ online chat. I am not sure where to go. Their service is bad and irresponsibility.                         I had applied for Fastag through HDFC Bank website online on the 13th Nov 2019 vide reference No HFR367079 and Rs 500 was debited from credit card..Till date, I do not have any update of my Fastag nor the application status except for the first sms of the successful registration. Had escalated through the HDFC Relationship Manager too and awaiting response..The toll free contact number is just futile, as the call just gets disconnected

                        As the Fastag Application was made on the 13th Nov 2019, it is over 20 working days, as against the terms of 7 working days for delivery and it has not been delivered yet. While travelling on the National Highways, Toll Authorities are insisting though it is expected to be mandatory from the 15th December onwards...Simply can't understand the lethargy and delays by HDFC team

                                    Applied for fastag through hdfc portal on 20th nov.2019. Customer care numbers are always busy. I am not updated with the dispatch status till todayi. E. 4th december, 2019 whereas they claimed that it will be despatched within 7 working days. I received a message on my registered mobile number on 24.11.2019 that wallet and customer id has been issued. Need your help in the matter so that my fastga reach at my address asap.

                                    The reason behing approaching through hdfc was their prompt deliveries which in this case appears to be completely failed. They have not been able to address my concern specifically and timely.

                                        I have not received on my fast applied through hdfc bank, i am not able to get current status whether it is dispatched or not if yes hiw to track it, if not then why, and how to resolve the issue. Customer care no. Is allays busy.

                                        More then two week have already passed but no information from anywhere.
