    I had sent an email to pad. [protected]@hdfcbank.com on 09-oct requesting for my pf account details for emp id k5268 for which i haven't received any mail response for the same. I would like to transfer all the funds to my current employer asap.
    I was your employee working at gargoti branch (Branch code - 2629).
    Let me know if you need my current employer details to transfer the funds.
    If possible please withdraw all the funds to my bank account. I can email you my bank details.

      I was brought credit card with hdfc bank in 2017, the credit card seller didn't give any information about auto top/ recharge to mobile.in fact mobile number is postpaid number they can't do top/ recharge my mobile.
      Since i brought this credit card i didn't do any transaction from this credit card. But i was receiving letter from hdfc bank to do payment 100 rupees for everymonth, i dont have awareness credit card things i was paid first 2 month from 3 month i have stop to pay credit card.

      I have start raise voice from against june 2017 onward because it was affecting my credit score and also request payment was 4000 something rupees. I don't know how become 4000 rupees how they are putting recharge against credit card. Through a lot mail and call discussion with them they are accepting it auto recharge/top wasnt on mobile they are
      Finally accept it. They revert some money jan 2018 to june 2018 but bank didn't accept revert to completely i don't know why. They are saying that december month 100 rupees didn't get back. For that they are putting recharge around 1600 rupee something. Now current recharge was 2198.33 rupees request pay to close the credit card.

        I want to surrender my credit card no.××××××××××××9888. Name on credit card shubhro malaker. I visited the hdfc bank khalifabagh branch regarding this but the executive who handled this department was not at all helpful. He was least interested in helping me out. He was not even intrested in hearing my query... Very unprofessional behaviour.
        This is not at par with the reputation of the bank.

          I have purchased jewellery from tanishq worth 60, 000 from gold souk in gurgaon using my hdfc debit card

          It was having running offer to get 5% cashback if payment is done through hdfc debit/credit card. But i didn't not receive any cashback

          Already 5 month gone no cashback, no communication for same. Let me know what's the issue and when it will get resolved.

          Same has been reported earlier but still no action taken against it.

            Hello experts,

            I am a customer of HDFC Bank Holding an senior citizen saving Account. I am using my card for my daily transaction through ATM or Online banking. On 20th January 2019 while checking my bank statement online I have noticed that somehow my 2000.00 + 2000.00 = 4000.00 has been deducted from my account thru unknown pay zapp account. Statement shows that Money has been withdrawn thru net banking (Screen shot attached) even when card is with me all the time. and I was Home on same day. That means somebody access my account

            I need your advise how to track this issue, can it be bank fault or its a 3 party fraud or its a mistake by bank. I have already logged complaint to HDFC bank. How may i claim my money but HDFC Bank ignored their fault.

                Hdfc bank is looting the customer, first i had deposited i lakh than 177 has been deducted than next day i deposited 1lakh 20 thousand than again a 177 charged deducted. Again and again hdfc is charging for every deposit and for giving money to bank also they are charging us the money.
                And on asking to executive of hdfc or to the manager they are not answering it and replying with some non sense technique to confuse the customer by asking to apply for debit/atm card.

                  Last 3 months I have not received any statement from HDFC Bank for purchasing of any thing, but today I want to purchase something through this card I can't pay any amount and whether I asking to customer care executive he was telling me you have not paid late fee charges approx Rs.1800/-

                    Hi,

                    I am Madhuveena Addanki. This is the third time which I was posting a complaint about HDFC Bank.
                    In the month of january my HDFC Credit card was blocked because of some unauthorized transaction an amount of rs.591 was deducted by flipkart and I have raised a dispute regarding this (ref no: [protected]).I haven't received any e-mail or call from customer care reverting to my dispute. Customer care people assured me that I need not to pay the disputed amount but Rs.256 was charged for interest of the disputed amount this month (February).
                    I have made some transactions with my HDFC Credit card in the month of January which I have already done with my payment to card number ending with ***5050 but again the paid amount was reflecting in February statement for the re-issued card ****1153 ie., amount of rs.721.

                    Kindly resolve my issue ASAP . I have been calling multiple times to HDFC Customer care regarding my transactions and help but no one is answering to my calls correctly and simply disconnecting the call. They are simply allocating a Docket number and closing the issue. They have also debited rs.236 for the debit card re-issue.

                    Kindly look into this issue

                    I have received a response from HDFC regarding my Debit card issue but my credit card issue is not resolved yet.Kindly refer to the Initial comment which I was made i.e., Money deducted by unauthorized transaction, credit card payment which I was done was again reflecting in February statement and interest charges applied.
                    please refer to the initial complete comment and resolve my credit card issue too.

                      I have received wrong hdfc credit card. I have applied for regalia first credit card through hdfc bank agent hyderabad. Verification was done properly. Received the verification call from hdfc. Got the kit today. But it was wrong card. Received titanium times card instead of regalia first card. I have no use of this. I need replacement for this card.

                          On 20th feb 2019, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number mir[protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 120717-mir[protected]. I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

                              I had taken 2 wheeler loan from HDFC bank. Recently due to personal reason i had to close my existing bank account through which EMI was suppose to be deducted monthly.
                              I went to HDFC Bank loan department office in my city Aurangabad on 29th of January and told them my bank issue, they said it will take 1 month time to update new bank details on HDFC server untill then i will be charged late fee and bouncing charges. I asked them if i could pay manually before EmI date, they said its not possible.
                              Now a telecaller named Komal called and when i said her that i have given new bank details on which emi is suppose to be deducted, she said to make manual payment at the office. i said i cant make payment right now, you can deduct it from my new account so she started to talk harsh and as if i am a criminal or something. she even thretened to send recovery guys to my house for hard recovery.

                                I have salary account in HDFC Bank, when i joined the company the whole kit is given to me including credit card. When i denied to accept credit card, your executive Rahul said it is part of kit, its upto me if I use it or not.

                                I have'nt even open that envelope but now after 18 months of accepting that credit card, your bank deducted the amount of 5108.

                                When i called the customer care centre, they said they said they have blocked my card but i need to make payment.

                                Kindly refund me my amount.

                                  I requested an insta loan from one of the HDFC phone banker and she processed the loan. The next thing I upfront asked abut the processing fee waiver which the rep didn't at all. I asked her to waive the fee for which she replied is there is no such fee which is reflecting in her system an asked me to call back if the fee amount is reflecting in the statement. After bill generation I did the same however the rep straight away denied to waive the processing fee. I was provided with incomplete message and also misguided.

                                    Completely disappointed by hdfc customer service.
                                    I was a happy hdfc customer from 2015 until now, i dont think i would recommend anyone to join hdfc after what i am facing.
                                    I had salary account from 2015, however i left the organisation i was working with and moved overseas.
                                    My account was changed from salary account to savings account which i wasnt notified. After that from april 2018 till now the money was deducted by hdfc without any notification. For some reason, when i logged in to hdfc account is when i realised that a huge sum is being deducted and i contacted customer care.
                                    The customer care lady promised to reverse all charges and raised a complaint (Please listen to the recordings). After which i get a mail from the branch ms. Bhoomi sharma who is just reluctant to not hear what i am trying to say. I am highly disappointed by the way i am treated as a customer.
                                    I have account with sbi & citi and the amount was deducted because of non maintenance, however they reversed all the charges as i deposited the money to my account. Same with my husband who has kotak account, his charges were reversed when he deposited amount. That is called customer service.
                                    What hdfc is doing is harassment. You cant punish a customer, there should be a way around.

                                    After having numerous email exchanged between bhoomi and me, ms bhoomi informs me that i need to deposit 20000 so the charges will be reversed. I transferred the amount immediately and to my notice the very next day below amount was deducted
                                    321.51+700+4.02+708+708+17.70= 2459.23

                                    Below is the charges deducted in 2018
                                    21 april 2018- 17.70
                                    18 july 2018 -17.70
                                    07 aug 2018- 531
                                    07 aug 2018- 531
                                    05 sept 2018- 708
                                    06 oct 2018- 708
                                    22 oct 2018- 17.70
                                    09 nov 2018- 708
                                    04 jan 2019- 4.00
                                    Total of 3243.1

                                    So a total of 5702.23 has been debited by hdfc. I need my money back., it would be fair to deduct if i dont maintain going further. Request you to look into it and provide positive response

                                      Hi team,
                                      I have applied for the credit card but when the delivery boy came, i went to my home town. I asked delivery boy to come on 30 th january and after 30 th january but he did not come at that time. After that with in 2 days i got a mail that my credit card has been returned back to hdfc chennai office. I called customer care no but i was not able to connect with customer care person.

                                      My query i want to take back my credit card.
