I had applied for a regalia first credit card. The verification was done right but yesterday when i received it, it was a dinersclub international-clubmiles card.

I tried reaching the customer care service but could not connect. The executive who i was in touch with, isn't responding/reachable either.

Please guide me on how to procure the card i had applied for replacing the one i have with me.

    I take a loan from hdfc bank from suddenly i lose my job i cant repay the some of amount around 75000 balance
    The i came from abrod and close the loan and settiled down in the mg road ground floor trivandrum and they give the closure letter also
    But they will not update the systemtill its showing the loan write off and pending in the cibil report kindly update inthe cibil report and do the need ful action

      I'm having 2-wheeler loan currently active to my a/c of hdfc bank & had few emi due previously. But in january-2019, i've paid all the amounts including my emis and credit card bills, everything.

      But after clearing all the amounts, they are now refusing to unhold my a/c.
      I've followed all the steps or procedure they've asked me to do with this regards, but issue remains the same.

      I didn't get any response from them even after dropping email (See the attachment).

      Request you log a complaint and help me to unhold my a/c.

The merchant say that they have processed the refund but still didn't receive refund amount and the merchant give me bank reference number which is[protected]. Payment is done from hdfc bank netbanking. Pls look into matter as fast as possible.

          I was working with hdfc life, my employee code 171067. Its been 4 months i haven't received any relieving letter. I tried contacting hr they are not responding, i tweeted this issue even they are not responding. I went to hdfc life office Deonar( navi mumbai) they gave me a number ..i tried to contact him he said he had raised this issue but still i haven't received my relieving letter now when i call him he dont pick up my phone. One day he picked and gave another number, everytime i call her she is like im middle of something call me later but not giving my relieving letter. Currently i have been selected in another company but they are telling me if you dont submit your relieving letter we will not on board you ..What can i do ?

            My personal mobile no that is registered with the bank is attached to another customer within the bank. I got a call from the credit card collection team stating that i owe the bank nearly 1 lakh rupees. When i inquired the name on the ac it was some vijay. When actually my name is george. I asked the rep to clarify. He had no answers. I am very worried how this bank operates. How safe is the system

                Dear sir / mam,

                I am a hdfc customer since 2016.

                I was using credit card for more than 1 year.

                But this month when i saw my statement new transaction happened as renewal membership fee.

                I was using credit card as the person who offered me the card said i will never be charged for my membership.

                But now am charged for rs.500 + rs.90 for membership fee.

                I request bank to turnoff this transaction and not charge me for the membership fees.

                Kindly look into it and resolve the issue.

                    Hi,

                    One year back i have raised the complaint having ref no.[protected] for some disputed transaction, till date i have not received any resolution.

                    However despite of mentioning of no interest will be charged until the resolution of the issue, on the mail provided by the hdfc bank against complaint. I observed that periodic interest was charged.

                    Now hdfc credit card employee are harassing me over it by making continuous calls and when tried to communicate with them there behavior was very rude (Talking in very high tone/ abusive language) and unacceptable.

                    One particular employee name shivraj/yuvraj calling from number [protected] have crossed all the limits, he's behavior is not sensible and unacceptable. Instead of calling me he is continuously calling my distinct relatives and troubling them.

                    He is reveling all my confidential information with bank to them which i believe is clearly breach of confidentiality and breach of banking policies and regulations.

                    I request to take a strong action against such employees.

                      I have been debited with loan manual hold charge of 5263 rs my emi was missed of persoal loan, emi was of 4426 so why did these charges got deducted. I got aware about the same couple of days back as i was already aware that my a/c will going to be in negative but only the emi charges but when i logged in the amount was 9000 in negative due to this thing, i dont know whom to approach as hdfc helpline keeps us holding for more than 30 minutes

                          My salary account was created in hdfc, due to some reasons i quit my job and left to my home town but that salary ac was converted to savings ac without informing me started charging me for non maintenance of average balance, i am a poor person maintaining 10, 000 in my ac is impossible for me, kindly take action on this and waive off that negative balance, even my 1000rs got deducted which was credited to my ac, kindly waive off the amount and please close my account in hdfc as soon as possible and i am unable to visit my home branch as i am living in other state (Hometown).                             I was interested to transfer my existing home loan from nationalized bank to private bank with top up loan facility. My both loans was sanctioned but not disbursed since last 4 months. There is no response over phone. Visited main office and branch office regularly. No solution provided. Its a mental harassment for me after paying processing fee for both of my loans without disbursement.

                                Hi team,

                                Lately, i have started getting calls from hdfc recovery department for my cousin brother's credit card outstanding balance. He has not paid his outstanding balance and somehow, hdfc found that he is in friendlist on facebook. They managed to get my details too as i also have an hdfc account. I dont understandh how can they can tell me to inform my cousin brother for answering the call.

                                The card was provided to him by them and not me. No where i allowed them to put me as a witness while issuing the credit card neither i had given my details as a reference. This is utter harrasment nby them

                                The mobile number that they called me is[protected]. This is 3rd time that they have called me and harassed me.

                                    I am not getting otp on my mobile for any transaction related to hdfc bank bank, but i am getting calls which is very annoying as the network gets interrupted.

                                    This has been happening since 19th feb and i have faced maby trouble during this. I called today to hdfc bank and they said that this will be resolved but they didnt give a timeline and it sounded very lame since they were not sure themselves what they are saying

                                      I have received sms from oneassist today (Oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card, membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly) last year i have accepted, but i have not interested renwal process, if any amount debited from my account, i want my money back immediately. My relationship no : 386789, how renewal process without my permission.

                                        I have been a customer of hdfc bank for a while and have a education loan with the bank.

                                        Everything was operating smoothly with the emi getting deducted on the respective dates. However for some reason in the month of january 2019 the emi for my loan has got deducted twice without any reason.

                                        Loan account number[protected]. Emi of rs. 5, 971 per month deducted on 4th of the month.

                                        This type of error is not expected from such a large bank. Action should be taken at once. I want a refund of the extra emi deducted.
