I have a priority pass issued by hdfc against my regalia card. I used the same at the mumbai international airport on the 11th of nov 2018. I have been charged 1952.29 and igst 351.23 in my statement of 8/02/19.

I had been told that i was permitted to use the lounge free of charge at all international airport lounges. I cannot understand why i have been charged and how it has been reflected in my credit card statement when i did not present the same. Feel totally let down by hdfc whose customer i have been for a number of years. Besides the card is not accepted at any of the domestic lounges.

    Dear Customer,

    HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network. However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank. Third Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

      Dear all, my name is ramandeep ahluwalia, i am very old customer of hdfc, recently i suffered from a huge financial loss and am out of job due to which i missed two payments of hdfc. I have explained this to the calling agent that i need some time to normalise every thing. But to my surprise instead o[censored]nderstanding my situation am getting continuous call form your agent and even threatening me.. Girl by the name sneha is call and using a very non professional approach n claiming to be n hdfc employee. I have addressed this issue to the nodal team also. See am going through a severe stress and i need time bring my finances back to normal. But with speed am getting back to back calls from this agent via this number [protected]i can even attain my interview calls which are upmost important to me.. If this is case and kind of followup by hdfc i might land up in hospital with nerves break down. Who will be responsible then. I am once retreating that i need some time to clear the outstanding i have full intentions to pay.. Would request you to please take up this issue

The amount Rs 2495 has been deducted from my credit card and not booked even ticket, not I received my amount back, so I'll request you to please refund my amount back to my card or account.

          1. Multicurrency forex card not getting activated - i have tried ipin/webpin in the kit yet the card is not getting activated.
          2. I had asked for delivery of chip debit card. There is no info of any card dispatch and my webbanking shows the not received card as active debit card. This raises security concerns of the debit card facility. Please resolve

            HDFC Bank — fastag entry adjustment

            On Feb 17, I travelled from Bangalore to Tirupati and returned by 18 night.

            In all toll plaza fastag got charged successful and I also got the sms for the same

            All the barriers opened and there was no problem at the toll plazas

            However, today 21 feb all of the sudden I got a msg that 350 debited as adjustment entry

            I have no clue about the 350 adjustment amount
            It seems excess amount has been deducted from my account

            HDFC fastag never answers a call

              Hi, i open salary account in hdfc 1 years back but after some time i moved. After that i changed company have tie up with other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc existed old salary account showing -4495 balance.
              The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 4495 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidelines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.

                Without my knowledge ₹177 has been taken out of my bank account twice this month-february. Its been written as 'brn cash txn charges including gst 190219-mir[protected].. Why are they doing this? The incident happened twice.. I find this so troublesome. Such tax charges should be avoided at once. I need to know why and how such charges are deducted from my account.                   Hdfc bank are yet to verify my kyc for enps contribution. It has been more than 3 weeks. I see the following message frozen - pranfrozen as kyc verification is pending/rejected by bank or employee
                  Confirmation pending by corporate. I had been to the nearest jayanagar 9th block branch with no help. Customer care is very poor. I feel really bad and thinking of moving away from hdfc banking services.

                          I have a loan with hdfc bank now i decided to close the same. So i visited the home branch they told they can't help on the loan closure and asked me to visit loan department indiranagar but one helped to resolve my issue and top of that they said it might take 2 to 3days to get my turn to address the issue. I called relationship manager and explained the same she said she will arrange the person to collect the dd after that she vanished not responding to calls. Hdfc is doing it intentionally so that the customer will get into due diligence and they can charge the higher interest and loot the public funds

                            I wish to inform you that our swipe machine is not working properly for last month. The machine which i had been provided at my shop is old but i have been charged the full amount of new machine. Every time the edc machine had a problem of network. Many timesi have told them to fix the new edc machine but there response is that we can put old machine only its the norms of bank. My complint no.:- pun[protected] on dated :- 20.02.2019. One more thing the i have paid for bharat qr also but till date they hadn't provided with it.

                                I using hdfc account last 6 years. This also my salary account. But i'm really frustrated about to get personal loan. No offers form me. After applying personal loan i didn't get any proper response or clarity from your side. Regarding personal loan i contacted more than 10 persons in last 40 days. At last finally people are telling you don't have any offers and also you can't get personal lan from hdfc bank. Why i don't know. I don't have any pending loan amounts. This is the first time i applied for personal loan. And last one month i struggle with your people and finally 0 result. Really disgusting.

                                  Respected sir this is to inform you that the credit card ending with 6225 that have sent was not opened till now but your bank is deducting the money from my account and kindly send me the statement of my card. So that i can file fir against it.
                                  From the month of november and december 2018 we have paid 2600 + 2600 total 5200 and in the month of jan. Riya from your side whose contact no, is [protected] has called and she told me to pay 3200 and we have paid it on the month ending 2700 was deducted from my account again one call from ur side was on feb. 20/2/2019 whos no. Was [protected] named neeru was recieved and she said to fill up the dispute form and hence i will be thankful i[censored] resolve my problem. As we have not yet opened niether used the card.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have been charge extra charges on using hdfc credit card at petrol pump.

                                    I swiped for 300 and 311 was charged in my credit card bill.

                                    Why are these extra charges imposed on me even after government policy of not imposing these charges to customers.

                                    I need a clarification and refund.

                                    This is happening month on month since i am using this card.

                                    You better resolve it or i else i shall withdraw my association with the bank.

                                      I took a kissan credit card limit of amt. Rs. 1814000 and a agriculture term loan of 515000 from hdfc bank in 2016 for improvement in my agricultural land. Now for partition of agricultural land, i have to pay my kcc limit as well as term loan as told by local revenue authorities. So i closed kcc and term loan with 4% pre closer penalty. I deposited full amt. On 07.02.2019 and submitted kcc and term loan closer application on same day. But till now on 21.02.2019 hdfc bank not provided me no due certificate even after numerous follow ups. They are harassing me mently and financialy. When i mailed at grievance. [protected]@hdfcbank.com. They responded that your issue will be resolved with in two days and with in hours again responded that we will take five working days. I am paying havy interest on amt of more than rs. 20 lakhs who is responsible for that, it hdfc bank management which is forcing me to take extreme step. When i fully paid their dues with pre closer penalty why they are not issuing me ndc. While public sector banks giving ndc on same days.
