money deducted without any reason

Recently rs 177 is deducted from my hdfc bank account without any intimation or notice with subject to third party transaction inc gst. It was shown as third party transaction inc gst in account summary. Can i know for what reason the money us deducted from the account. As per the fees and charges rule. For third party transaction above rs 25000/- per day transaction will costs 125 rs charge. But i haven't done this much transaction from...

ppf account

I opened a ppf account through net banking at hdfc bank. But this account is showing anna nagar as the branch name which i hadn't opted while opening this ppf account. As Gurgaon is my permanent address. So, you are kindly requested to rectify and change to Gurgaon Branchharyana. It will be so nice of you....

pin generation of my credit card

I have been sent a new (Renewal) credit card regalia first last week. I am not able to set pin for my credit card.
I have approached the hdfc branches with no use.
When dialled to the ivr number as per the bank advice, the voice mail says that there is no such facility available for this card.

I'm not able access net banking services

From 7-Feb-18, I'm not able to use my net banking services in website and even in mobile app
When ever i try to access my account on website the page itself isn't responding its just keep on loading and nothing much.(attached Pic)
I have tried using mobile application too but even there its saying like " unable to access the server.(attached Pic)
Isn't there any end to this ?? there isn't any update from the bank authority...

I have purchaced item on 30th jan 2019. I was informed that i will get cashback in 5 days.5 days has completed and even 14 days too. The bank personal helpers is picking up calls.. I have called numbers of people in hdfc for help but no call back from hdfc.. Pathetic service. Amazon agarnt says its the bank you have to contact to. I would like to know if anyone delays a emi the banks will haunt like anything. But wont the bank do its duty...

transaction timed out but money debited from account

I am in a medical emergency & tried to withdraw an amount of rs 10000 from hdfc atm atakalsar road moga. After all necessary steps the atm shows a message transaction timed out' but my money debited from my a/c. My a/c is in state bank of india ajitwal branch. State bank of india debited the amount but after several hours i did not get any message for amount credit. After checking balance enquiry it shows cash debited....

loan clearance : deletion of same in cibil score

cancellation of one assist membership

It was auto debited around rs 2000 from my credit card during nov 2017 for one assist. Then they are compelling me to register my all cards under them. I dont want to register and also don't want the membership. So i changed the credit card. Once again they deducted rs 1900 from my new credit card in nov 2018. Kindlylklkklkkkl my membership and refund at least the second deducted amount.

not able to add money in wallet

ach debit return charge deducted

Hdfc bank has deducted ach debit charges in my account without any prior information. I am not aware why this amount was deducted. I was deducted amount of ₹590 from my account even i didn't got any text message regarding this. It's only reflecting in the bank statement.

The bank people are not responding i have tried calling them.

It would be helpful if i get my money back asap....
