I will not suggest this bank, i will give zero rating about this bank.
Latterly i was chasing since 4 months for just converting my hdfc saving account to nre/nro account. I have all the proofs that i was chasing this customer care people since very long.

1. November 2018 i was sellected to buy house in india for this reason i need an nri account, and i decided to convert my existing account to nri.
Mahesh and hitesh. Sharma ([protected]@hdfcbanknri.com) told me it will take 15 days to convert my existing account. Then i said ok since i have spare time.

2. I submitted all the documents and mail courier. They confirmed all documents ok and verified.

3. I expected very eagerly that my account will open december 15 and i sent few email to mahesh and hitesh. Sharma ([protected]@hdfcbanknri.com) about status. They are saying as my work completed if you want any update call to hdfc bank customer care.

4. Then i called to hdfc bank customer care they also saied it will take next one more month to create account.

5. I died already. I believed hdfc will create my acocunt on time. I told them very politely i have other commencements on house buying (I given token amount to my house seller and i have cut of time by december 28th to complete payment to purchase house)

6. I followed few times again by calling customer care and by sending emails to them there is no update for me.

7. Finally i decided to open my nri account in other bank, with in one day i open my nri acount on other bank.

8. Till now my account hdfc bank account is not fully created.

9. Conclusion: this how hdfc cutomer care people will work in hdfc bank.

10. My suggestion is hdfc management to take care of track and put monitoring of each hdfc customer care people how they are behaving with people (Customers)

    I am a hdfc account holder in this moth
    "brn cash txn chgs incl gst" of "177.00"
    If you did not help me otherwise i will with other bank
    Unahappy about your taxes without confirmation, till this date did not get any alert or did not get any sms or mail about this tax. Without instruction how can u diduct balance. So much bad service provide from hdfc first time.

      23 december 2015 i started a systemetic investment plan berhampore branch code number is 0639, west bengal and bank started to collect money from my account. I continue for 3 years and now got matured on 23 january 2019. So i went to bank on 25 of january and spoke to mr ajoy roy and suvankar ghosh.. Mr ghosh was very rude to me.. Mr roy told me to come back after 2 days and he made me filled up the redemption form and told to saswata biswas to take care but he denied.. So mr roy told me that he will take care and he promissed me that i will get back my money in few days.. After 14 days i went again to the bank and asked why i don't get yet and i spoke to the branch manager mr debasish pal chowdhry also. Branch manager told me that he will take care but nothing happend til now..in between the time i went to the bank and meet saswata and mr ajoy 3 time.. When ever i go to them the answer is they don't have any connection now with idfc.. And we are not the one who open this sip for you, so wait. We will take care.. One month i am running to bank person to person with expectation that they will do something but one month they are doing nothing. My queisten is even you are now not working with idfc but i pay to hdfc your branch so why you are not taking responsibility to bring back my money???.. Why should i need to run instad of you???.. I need a quick solution.. Is it possible?

        Hi i am holding account for 10 year with hdfc and the recent issues gave me so much mental pressure and stress from the bank. Currently i am in us and i came to vacation to india on jan 21. I had plans o[censored]sing my hdfc credit card. Movement i came they said new card needs to be used and they sent the new card but no pin was recieved. So when i wanted to set pin it asked otp in mobile no. As old mobile no it didnt exists, i want to bank for alternate way but they didnt help me they said only way i can do is update my mobile no. Wheni checked shalli update with my mobile no they said yes. Then i gave phone number change form and told it ll take 15 days. When i called on 16 th day they told international number can be updated so they can send physical pin. After the physical pin recieved i had issue everytime it was incorrect pin and everytime when i call customer they gave false information and till now i am unable to use my credit and vacation was over..           I have complained twice, however no one is replying to my mails from HDFC fasttag. Kindly tell me what action has been taken ?

          On 03 Feb 2019, At Kusgoan toll plaza the fast tag had an error and debited 778 inr from my account. The toll guy also took 138 inr as cash for passing my car throu the gate.
          He said that the fastag had an error. So I have been wrongly charged with 778 inr from my fast tag account. Kindly arrange the 778 inr to be returned to my account. See below msg rcvd via sms.

          Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 778 for transaction by Vehicle MH43BE9004 at Toll Kusgaon Toll Plaza on[protected]T14:53:05. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 0 - HDFC Bank Ltd.

          Also find attached receipt of payment of toll via cash atttached.

          My travel was from Lonavala to Mumbai.

            Im an sbi customer and in the market I tried to make atm transaction of Rs 5000 at Jawahar Chowk, Dewas, but the machine didnot give any money whereas Rs 5000 is deducted from my account. Kindly help me get my money back as soon as possible.when another person was able to do the transaction. I waited there for 30 minutes in the hope of getting the amount little later but it was a waste of time. I need to have my money back at the earliest.

                May i know this no which is from HDFC or not[protected], [protected],[protected], [protected],[protected], i have received lot off call from this line and i have kept all call recording of this no they had given me loan application no like as MH85697HCP, they told me we are providing you loan against policy but they are given me only time or next day till not clear any process.. Mr, Mahesh Narayan sharma [protected], was telling me take Bharti AXA life insurance policy for loan security purpose of 1lack and IDBI policy of Rs 60000/- 932876,[protected], [protected],[protected], i have received lot off call from this line and i have kept all call recording of this no they had given me loan appMr Abhishekh is given me time to complete loan process within one month but till i have completed 6month but not i have received any amount from them ... if i have not received amount in before 15 march in back my Account so i will be compaint of this person... and HDFC Bharti AXA Also.

                  Its vey bad to write a review with the staff attitude towards the late payments and they are not ready to lesson any thing from me if the same staff is handing the customers your company reputation will go off.In my case am a regular user and never delay any payments in credit card and my loans if doubt can check me score and your bank keep on calling me for the Loan top up if am not paying the proper EMI they wont do this. Kindly look your staff training part how to handle the customers on proper manner and the same I don't want to write in the social media.If any senior who can speak to me with patients I can speak or else not required.

                      I lost my debit card and am waiting for my new debit card since one and a half month..in between i visited the branch for 4 times they are misguiding me and the card went return back.. And now my otp is also going to be expired... This is not the first time am complaints all the staff including branch manager mr prathamesh athwale is very irresponsible and heplless

                        I am hdfc bank credit card holder since 2013. Last 4 years paid all sues on time. Last 8 to 12 months due to my family problem and health problem i am not able to make payment on time. But paying amount when amount is in my hand. Last payment also paid rs.13000/-
                        But bank staff mr. Parthiban coimbatore saibaba colony manager using words very badly and showing rude behavior. He is threatening, he is going to stop my salary and pf amount from my employer. Using very rude words do you have manners, npa customer dont have any rights to speak or ask time for repayment

                          I, sagar pawar have a finance for mobile.
                          Due to some reason i can't pay emi on time, also i paid that emi on 20 feb 3591 rs and again after 2 days bank also debited 3588rs.
                          And i get a message from your end that you have to pay 7945rs on 05/03/2019.
                          So 2 emisoras debited in a month,
                          Request to refund on adjust the next month emi.

                            I have a credit card which has become inoperative since i no longer have the mobile number which was registered with the bank. I have written thrice to you chennai office and also sent e-mails and talked to your customer care officers over phone, but the problem still remains. I was adviced to submit the requisite documents alongwith filled up forms for change of mobile no to any of your branch. I did so on 16/02/19 at your malancha, tollygunj, nsc bose road branch with one shri vivek kumar, mob. No.[protected] and he said he would contact me if required. Not hearing anything from your side i contacted him on 22/02/19 only to be told to come to the branch on 25th. When i was on my way today i called up the said gentleman to be informed that he wont be available at the branch. When i asked him to come to my office he refused. I had been running from pillar to post over the last six months but could not get any redressal. Can you look into the matter and get the same redressed?

                              I have taken a loan for my two wheeler bajaj discover 125 in october 2004 from centurion bank (Amit motors midnapore west bengal show room) for 11 emi @2136/-. Cheque deposit reference[protected] credit account-2010 d90065 521. Which already paid in the fixed time period but till now i have not received the noc.

                                Please be informed that iam being tortured and harrased by the hdfc executives form the last three months for paying the due amt late. I have been paying it without any issues for the many years but now i have got a financial crisis since am paying it late. But it’s not that am not paying it or am running away without paying that may even though it is not much of a big amt. But dish i get calls from he executives and the way they talk to really bad and the mental torture am facing on a daily basis is worst. The y start call me from morning itself even if a driving when am in my office. See am not going anywhere without paying this but stop this mental torture i thinks hdfc bank the worst bank ever.. I[censored] keep on giving me mental harrasement i am not able to handle this anymore. Stop harassing mentally i will pay the amt.. Anyways my card is blocked and i was not informed the same from the bank side also. Even though they call me a 100 times daily they never informed me abt my card blocking. So mentally torturing for such small amt r u ppl not ashamed. I am not saying that i won’t pay the amt as i know i have to pay the amt and i will pay it but only thing is that i need some time. So stop harrasing.

                                  Respected sir/madam,

                                  I have settled my hdfc cc as i had lost my job and was unable to pay whole amount and i have paid settled amount 60500.

                                  Still i don't have received statement of due 0, instead i am receiving whole amout statement also getting mails from advocate for notice.

                                  Kindly help me to resolve this issue, i am not able to pay anything more.

                                  If if could able to pay definitely i would pay whole amount and don;t settle my ac and lost my civil as well.

                                    Today i have done transaction of 56000 from my credit card, after payment there is some issue with order. I have already call to customer care for this cancellation of this transaction, but denied by hdfc customer care. I have already talk to merchant but merchant also denied for cancellation. I do not want this transaction.
                                    Kindly do needful as soon as possible.

                                      Hdfc bank credit card - full payment made within billing cycles but interest is still charged.

                                      Sir,
                                      I am hdfc bank credit card customer. I have paid my full dues regularly, but i have noticed that the bank is charging me interest @ 3.49% on my current dues along with gst charges. The bank should be charging me interest charges on my previous dues not paid within my billing cycle. But i have paid all thei dues within the billing cycle. Kindly note all the info as follows:

                                      Statement date: 12/11/2018. Payment due date: 02/12/2018. Total dues 1, 28, 446/-

                                      Statement date: 12/12/2018. Payment due date: 01/01/2019. Opening balance 1, 28, 446/-,
                                      Previous payment date: 02/12/2018. Paid amount 1, 10, 000/-
                                      Finance charges on 02/12/2018 - rs. 2, 064.47/-,

                                      As i have paid rs. 1, 10, 000/- on due date, why are you charging me for the full amount due? I. E. Rs. 1, 28, 446/- and not on the balance amount due? Also what about the grace period?

                                      Finance charges on 12/02/2019 – 1, 911.49/-,
                                      Merchant emi interest on 12/02/2019 – 201.04/-.

                                      On which due amount am i charged rs. 1, 911.49/-??
                                      Why are you charging interest on merchant emi? – 201.04/-?? When you are advertising that the purchases are interest free and you are charging interest.

                                      Please verifty my credit card account statment and rectify the financial charges and late feese and interest. To much charges in my credit card account please go through and deduct these charges in my last three years account.

                                      Please adjust the paid amount to my credit card which i paid against interest and fiancial charges.

                                        I have hdfc credit card with overlimit of rs 30000. As of now, i used rs. 29965 and i still have rs 35 in limit. This month, feb 23, 2019, my credit statement indicated rs 500 for overlimit fee. My question is i didn't exceeds my total credit limit and i didn't have any pending due amount (Except last statement bal. Rs 4870 for monthly emi) why i was charge overlimit fee without exceeding credit limit.

                                        We wish to clarify that, when the outstanding on your card account exceeds your assigned credit limit, an over-limit fee of 2.5% of the amount exceeded the limit subject to a minimum of Rs.500.00 plus GST would get levied.
