I wish to inform you that our swipe machine is not working properly for last month. The tid number :[protected] in the name of firstcry.com at ozone plaza, bank more, dhanbad. The machine which i had been provided at my shop is old but i have been charged the full amount of new machine. Every time the edc machine had a problem of network. Many timesi have told them to fix the new edc machine but there response is that we can put old machine only its the norms of bank. My complint no.:- pun[protected] on dated :- 20.02.2019. One more thing the i have paid for bharat qr also but till date they hadn't provided with it.

Hope, you will look into the matter and will do the solution.

      I using hdfc account last 6 years. This also my salary account. But i'm really frustrated about to get personal loan. No offers form me. After applying personal loan i didn't get any proper response or clarity from your side. Regarding personal loan i contacted more than 10 persons in last 40 days. At last finally people are telling you don't have any offers and also you can't get personal lan from hdfc bank. Why i don't know. I don't have any pending loan amounts. This is the first time i applied for personal loan. And last one month i struggle with your people and finally 0 result. Really disgusting.

        Respected sir this is to inform you that the credit card ending with 6225 that have sent was not opened till now but your bank is deducting the money from my account and kindly send me the statement of my card. So that i can file fir against it.
        From the month of november and december 2018 we have paid 2600 + 2600 total 5200 and in the month of jan. Riya from your side whose contact no, is [protected] has called and she told me to pay 3200 and we have paid it on the month ending 2700 was deducted from my account again one call from ur side was on feb. 20/2/2019 whos no. Was [protected] named neeru was recieved and she said to fill up the dispute form and hence i will be thankful i[censored] resolve my problem. As we have not yet opened niether used the card.

          Hi,

          I have been charge extra charges on using hdfc credit card at petrol pump.

          I swiped for 300 and 311 was charged in my credit card bill.

          Why are these extra charges imposed on me even after government policy of not imposing these charges to customers.

          I need a clarification and refund.

          This is happening month on month since i am using this card.

          You better resolve it or i else i shall withdraw my association with the bank.

            I took a kissan credit card limit of amt. Rs. 1814000 and a agriculture term loan of 515000 from hdfc bank in 2016 for improvement in my agricultural land. Now for partition of agricultural land, i have to pay my kcc limit as well as term loan as told by local revenue authorities. So i closed kcc and term loan with 4% pre closer penalty. I deposited full amt. On 07.02.2019 and submitted kcc and term loan closer application on same day. But till now on 21.02.2019 hdfc bank not provided me no due certificate even after numerous follow ups. They are harassing me mently and financialy. When i mailed at grievance. [protected]@hdfcbank.com. They responded that your issue will be resolved with in two days and with in hours again responded that we will take five working days. I am paying havy interest on amt of more than rs. 20 lakhs who is responsible for that, it hdfc bank management which is forcing me to take extreme step. When i fully paid their dues with pre closer penalty why they are not issuing me ndc. While public sector banks giving ndc on same days.

                I had sent an email to pad. [protected]@hdfcbank.com on 09-oct requesting for my pf account details for emp id k5268 for which i haven't received any mail response for the same. I would like to transfer all the funds to my current employer asap.
                I was your employee working at gargoti branch (Branch code - 2629).
                Let me know if you need my current employer details to transfer the funds.
                If possible please withdraw all the funds to my bank account. I can email you my bank details.

                  I was brought credit card with hdfc bank in 2017, the credit card seller didn't give any information about auto top/ recharge to mobile.in fact mobile number is postpaid number they can't do top/ recharge my mobile.
                  Since i brought this credit card i didn't do any transaction from this credit card. But i was receiving letter from hdfc bank to do payment 100 rupees for everymonth, i dont have awareness credit card things i was paid first 2 month from 3 month i have stop to pay credit card.

                  I have start raise voice from against june 2017 onward because it was affecting my credit score and also request payment was 4000 something rupees. I don't know how become 4000 rupees how they are putting recharge against credit card. Through a lot mail and call discussion with them they are accepting it auto recharge/top wasnt on mobile they are
                  Finally accept it. They revert some money jan 2018 to june 2018 but bank didn't accept revert to completely i don't know why. They are saying that december month 100 rupees didn't get back. For that they are putting recharge around 1600 rupee something. Now current recharge was 2198.33 rupees request pay to close the credit card.

I visited the hdfc bank khalifabagh branch regarding this but the executive who handled this department was not at all helpful. He was least interested in helping me out. He was not even intrested in hearing my query... Very unprofessional behaviour.
                    This is not at par with the reputation of the bank.

                      I have purchased jewellery from tanishq worth 60, 000 from gold souk in gurgaon using my hdfc debit card

                      It was having running offer to get 5% cashback if payment is done through hdfc debit/credit card. But i didn't not receive any cashback

                      Already 5 month gone no cashback, no communication for same. Let me know what's the issue and when it will get resolved.

                      Same has been reported earlier but still no action taken against it.

                        Hello experts,

                        I am a customer of HDFC Bank Holding an senior citizen saving Account. I am using my card for my daily transaction through ATM or Online banking. On 20th January 2019 while checking my bank statement online I have noticed that somehow my 2000.00 + 2000.00 = 4000.00 has been deducted from my account thru unknown pay zapp account. Statement shows that Money has been withdrawn thru net banking (Screen shot attached) even when card is with me all the time. and I was Home on same day. That means somebody access my account

                        I need your advise how to track this issue, can it be bank fault or its a 3 party fraud or its a mistake by bank. I have already logged complaint to HDFC bank. How may i claim my money but HDFC Bank ignored their fault.

                            Hdfc bank is looting the customer, first i had deposited i lakh than 177 has been deducted than next day i deposited 1lakh 20 thousand than again a 177 charged deducted. Again and again hdfc is charging for every deposit and for giving money to bank also they are charging us the money.
                            And on asking to executive of hdfc or to the manager they are not answering it and replying with some non sense technique to confuse the customer by asking to apply for debit/atm card.

                              I have a HDFC Bank Credit Card
                              Last 3 months I have not received any statement from HDFC Bank for purchasing of any thing, but today I want to purchase something through this card I can't pay any amount and whether I asking to customer care executive he was telling me you have not paid late fee charges approx Rs.1800/-
                              This is not fare when I have not received any statement from HDFC Bank through Mail/courier than how to know about my dues, It's totally fraudly charged by HDFC bank, If the bank waived the all late fee charges than I can pay my real dues which is I had actual purchased of this card.otherwise I can't pay any dues, kindly help me sir, plz justice.

                                Hi,

                                I am Madhuveena Addanki. This is the third time which I was posting a complaint about HDFC Bank.
                                In the month of january my HDFC Credit card was blocked because of some unauthorized transaction an amount of rs.591 was deducted by flipkart and I have raised a dispute regarding this (ref no: [protected]).I haven't received any e-mail or call from customer care reverting to my dispute. Customer care people assured me that I need not to pay the disputed amount but Rs.256 was charged for interest of the disputed amount this month (February).
                                I have made some transactions with my HDFC Credit card in the month of January which I have already done with my payment to card number ending with ***5050 but again the paid amount was reflecting in February statement for the re-issued card ****1153 ie., amount of rs.721.

                                Kindly resolve my issue ASAP . I have been calling multiple times to HDFC Customer care regarding my transactions and help but no one is answering to my calls correctly and simply disconnecting the call. They are simply allocating a Docket number and closing the issue. They have also debited rs.236 for the debit card re-issue.

                                I have received a response from HDFC regarding my Debit card issue but my credit card issue is not resolved yet.Kindly refer to the Initial comment which I was made i.e., Money deducted by unauthorized transaction, credit card payment which I was done was again reflecting in February statement and interest charges applied.
                                please refer to the initial complete comment and resolve my credit card issue too.

                                I would be grateful if someone from customer care can support me and resolve my issue through call.

                                  I have received wrong hdfc credit card. I have applied for regalia first credit card through hdfc bank agent hyderabad. Verification was done properly. Received the verification call from hdfc. Got the kit today. But it was wrong card. Received titanium times card instead of regalia first card. I have no use of this. I need replacement for this card.

                                  Please provide a resolution asap.

                                    Putting my salary account on hold without informing me. I already paid Rs. 8000/- for my credit card. My name is Roshan tawde. My customer I'd is 56479647.kindly remove the suspension from my account.I tried to customer care but they are unable to provide the support.

                                      On 20th feb 2019, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number mir[protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 120717-mir[protected]. I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?
