I had paid my property tax to SDMC of Rs. 959/- but on website it was clear mentioned HDFC will charge 1.8% as service charges as i agreed to paid to them i received a sms of rs 975/- spent on my credit card but today as i checked my online statment the amount is changed to 989.63/-.'

same informed to the bank but were saying if you do transaction on irctc or any other govt website merchant will charge extra amount bank has no relation with this. as i told them i have all the proof will inform in RBI in and in consumer also.

i told them while making a payment to any govt site all charges will be included if not included then u can charge. i have all the proof of my transaction.

Bank concerned person not accepting their mistake now let me take this fraud in notice of rbi website complaint form will attach all the documents there n lets c whats come out of there

N now there is no sense to having banking relationship with hdfc fraud bank .
They created same fraud in past now again they doing this better leave this bank no more interested with them now. πŸ˜₯πŸ˜•πŸ˜”πŸ˜‘πŸ€πŸ˜²πŸ€’πŸ˜€πŸ˜–πŸ˜žπŸ˜ŸπŸ˜΅

    Hdfc staff were behind me for having hdfc free credit card, as i have a salary account with them. As it was free card i obtained it, but after having the card within 3 months i have received the annual maintenance bill of rs.600/-.

    Without any shopping, i paid rs.600, & asked them to cancel my card, called phone banking they asked me to visit nearest branch of hdfc, wherein i have visited & filled the cancellation application & also called toll free number from there branch. They were not ready to give me acknowledgement, asked me to put the form in drop box, & my card will get cancelled automatically within 8 days. After 15 days when i called hdfc, i got a reply, they haven't received the form, & i have follow the procedure again.

    Sincere advice, please don't go for hdfc credit card. Worst in my life.

      While applying IPO I am redirected to same page again again without any error pop up. and i have enough balance to apply IPO. tried many times and issue is with many IPO application not like first time.

        Dear sir,
        I wish to complain about the fake call received by me from the so called termination department of hdfc life insurance, delhi. The person told me that i had taken a policy in the year 2010 and paid a premium of rs.30000/- towards the same, i was also given the policy number and told that since the policy has a lock in period of 3 years and i have paid the premium for only 1 year, my policy had gone to their department for termination. If i pay the premium for 2 more years that is rs. 60000/- my policy would be regularised and i will be getting an amount of rs. 123000/- within 90 days. Then i was directed to one rajiv saxena (Mob no. [protected]) who was introduced as my relationship manager. He once again explained the procedure to me, i can take the policy against the last one to make last policy complete by paying rs. 60000/- and the same would be merged with my terminated policy which would then be regularised or i will be getting rs. 123000/- within 90 days.
        Since the call was supposed to be from hdfc life i fell into the trap and allowed him to send a person to collect the relevant papers.in the mean time i received a call from a broker from noida. He too explained the entire policy details and arranged to send a representative to my house to pick up the documents. I handed over the required documents and filled up the form and also handed over the cheque for rs. 60000/-. During that time received another call from some mr. Virender gupta (+91 [protected]) he verified about the policy and confirmed about policy detail information passed by mr. Saxena.
        I even received the new policy but later on during my several follow up after completion of 90 days mr. Saxena didn't pick the call then it come in my doubt and suppose am traped. I wish to complaint to the concerned team of hdfc who misguide and sale their product.

        Exact same thing happened with me. One Nalini Mathur called and relationship manager was Vandana Vora. Did your cheque clear? Who was it made out to? I asked the caller and she said it has to be made out to HDFC. If HDFC is recieving the money, arent they liable too?

              I had submitted an online application for fastag. An amount of inr 300 was paid in this regard on 23-jan-2018. The amount was transacted from my hdfc savings account. On 24th jan, the signed, scanned application along with payment details was uploaded at hdfc fastag portal. To which neither a confirmation was received for successful submission of application nor the tag is received till date. Also, unable to find any help centre details to reach out.

                need to update my international number

                I have an account with hdfc bank for last 3 years and it has been a terrible experience for me in trying to change or update my registered phone number.
                As i need to change from my indian number to an international number as i am staying in europe.

                I had to deactivate my indian number and so i have now reached a dead end where i stand helpless in making any transactions online.

                  during loan process they have not informed me that my existing loan with hdfc will also get close.

                    I am writing to dispute Credit Card fraudulent.[protected]:15:14:35)
                    I got a call from HDFC backend office. Person told his name Rahul. The number was a cell number ([protected] & [protected]) from Delhi. But the modus operandi was similar. They tell me about my bank document detail (DOB, PAN No, Account no, Registered mob no etc...)exactly and told me that I am using my credit card reliably for a long time so I have been eligible for HDFC Regalia credit Card.
                    Next day this guy call me again and told me, kindly pay your outstanding amount then you will eligible for applying a Regalia card.
                    And I did pay my total outstanding amount; then this guy asking details of CIBIL score and over transaction limit of my credit card so that they will check my eligible limit.
                    That guy constantly online with me on the phone

                    After few minutes later I received a message on my registered mobile number
                    OTP is 439859 for IVR/Online
                    Trxn on your HDFC Bank Card 3308
                    and valid till 15:23 hrs. Do not share
                    this OTP to anyone for security reasons.

                    After few seconds I received a message again

                    Dear Customer, Thank
                    You for the registration/Password
                    Reset attempt made on your
                    HDFC Bank card for 3D secure authentication.
                    Please complete the process and
                    Enjoy secure online shopping with
                    Enhanced security.

                    After few minutes I received a message again
                    Rs.26079.00 was spent on your
                    HDFC credit card ending 3308 on
                    [protected]:15:14:35 at AMAZON.
                    Avl bal- Rs. -1053.65, curr o/s
                    – Rs.26053.65

                    My total credit limit is 25000 and I got the debit of Rs. 26, 079/- (Rs.1079 is over from limit)

                    I called up the customer care (HDFC Bank) and blocked my card and I have been told that the payment will be stopped. I am surprised that how the amount was debited from my credit card without the OTP or secure pin.
                    I tried to know this transaction detail from amazon.in customer services but he said that; please provide the transaction ID. I tried to get the transaction ID/information from HDFC customer executive. But no one provide me the transaction detail.
                    Please look into it seriously.

                    Suddenly at night 12:00 I started getting otp messages 3 times.

                    OTP is 003280 for IVR/Online trxn on your HDFC Bank Card XXXX and valid till 00:11:42 hrs. Do not share this OTP to anyone for security reasons.

                    OTP is 873041 for txn of INR 7919.10 at AMAZON on HDFC Bank card ending 4149. Valid till 00:08:49. Do not share OTP for security reasons

                    Meanwhile tried moving my saving to other account got unexpected error and finally moved amount and again got message.

                    Your transaction on AMAZON using HDFC Bank Debit Card ending 4149 is declined. Pls try again.

                          Hi,

                          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 from my credit card number ending with 1348 without my authorization on date:29/01/2018.

                          I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

                            Sir as already told you in previous complain that your customer care department behaving badly as told you am unable to pay my 1500 rs due coz my grandmother was expired and my all money is finish in her cremation but your customer care always call again and again and behaving badly and saying we have a target or if you dont pay 1500 rs our recovery agent will insult you this is totally harassment by your customer care please resolove my problem i will pay on 7feb after my salary.                             i am also having the same issues in Chennai. collection agent named Rajesh ([protected]) say he hime self a advocate and will bring 10 people to my in-laws house and make noises and simply says like he will do anything he want to us??????? did i got the loan from a RBI ruled bank or a local financial persons to do personal harassment????

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              With the reference of the above pl act no 14262523, which i had taken loan of 3 lac in the year 2009 and paid 21 emi to this bank. But suddenly i lost the job and because of that my installment was defaulted. I inform them this by mail to customer care team, but this bank make my life horrible to me and my family for my mistake of taking pl loan.

                              They reported cibil and because of that my career had been damaged badly and i was not getting any job offers to repay them. I inform what is my mistake and kindly come for settlement but they never agreed and make my life horrible by dragging me to courts.

                              They had filed ep against me in civil court (Hyderabad) and telling me to pay full amount with interest to settle. This bank is useless to all customers and they work as per their needs and make the customers running away for their mistakes for taking pl..

                              Now also they do not respond and telling me to go courts and settle through courts, this is really happening with salaried employees who take a loan on face of bank but they does not how badly their career will be damaged by bank and cibil..

                              I am again requesting hdfc bank to kindly settle the pl and give respite to me and my family...

                              Dear Sir, Without closing the issue my complaint was closed or mark as Resolved in your website. It should not be happen like this in your website, i was waiting from the HDFC Bank to respond to my issue but again they play hide games to harass the customer who avail loan (PL) for their needs and this bank make every customer life miserable by sending their Agents and after wards they Drag to the courts. I am running to the courts from 8 yrs and they are not responding for settlement my issue... Make my complaint open till i confirm the same. regards Hakeem

                              I want to inform every indian citizen not to approach this HDFC bank for any Loans ( especially PL and credit cards) as they make our life miserable to all family members with their collection gondas and if you resist them then will DRAG every body to courts by filing EP (EXECUTIVE PETITION ).

                              I had approach many times to their office to settle down but they bosses from bottom to TOP Level and their MD never respond to the customer who are seeking help with the situation created by them by reporting CIBIL. Every body washing their hands for the mistake of taking loan with this bank..

                              No respite may be they want our life for their loan settlement... Lets us wait Can they respond to this and settle the issue ???????

                              You can still no clarity from HDFC Bank team, This bank is interested only in dragging the customers with their families to the courts . Inspite of my request to settle down my PL they had filed EP in civil court in 2011 and i am continuously running to the courts for mistake of taking the Personal loan with this Bank. This bank with the help of CIBIL destroyed my career and make my family suffered for bread and butter.

                              Every person who is seeing this message pass on to every INDIAN CITIZEN NOT TO AVAIL ANY LOANS FROM HDFC BANK and MAKE THEIR LIFE MISERABLE.

                              Kindly put in social media also this message until they come out and solve this issue.. Till then this complaint make open until i confirm ...

                              Why my complain status showing RESOLVED WHEN ACTUALLY IT WAS YET CLOSED OR SETTLED BY THE HDFC BANK Team.

                              If this kind of approach is there in consume complaint forum then how the ordinary customer like me to be believe that some help will be there from your team. In my case HDFC Bank is harassing me and my family from last 8 years and when i was paying emi regularly they do not have any issues with me, when i lost the job and inform them that i am not able to honour any o/s, so kindly settle the issue. Bit instead of helping me they had send their Agents and gondas at my home to harass me and my family was under pressure from them.

                              This Bank had filed many cases against me and EP was filed by them to grab money of small amount of 1.2 lac and they make customers running to the courts ..

                              Do not closed this complaint without confirming me...

                              I had this issue to your forum but they still want my family to suffer for my mistake to take PL loan with them..This bank is worst to worst in servicing the customers in loans etc, I hope every indian citizen to be more careful while choosing to avail a loan from banks especially HDFC Bank ??

                              How can you update my complaint as Solved when HDFC Bank is not yet all interested to close my issue . They had filed the EP in court and wants to take the possession of the property forcibly when i am trying to reach them.

                              HDFC Bank is worse in loan providing and settlement process in our country, i am informing to all indian citizen not to take any loan from HDFC Bank for any amount.. This bank is interested in dragging their customers to courts and harassing them by sending executives/gondas at house ..

                              By writing this message that visit the branch for resolution is not the reply i was expecting from the HDFC Bank team. Why HDFC Bank do not have any attitude to solve the issue???

                              Yesterday i had received the call from Mr.Mehraj and he is telling old story of the issue and i had ask him how the bank will come forward to solve. He do not have any resolution to solve and he is only telling me to come. I had inform him that i had visited many times to your Ranigunj, begumpet offices many times to give best settlement option but he is not ready for that. He says this is a commercial bank, do not give settlement as per customers criteria. He also told me to settle through courts .

                              This means HDFC BANK is not interested to solve the issue but only dragging the customers and paying legal charges to the court to Harass the customers who had mistakenly taken with your Bank.

                              How long HDFC BANK Will make me and my family sufferer is god knows. Bank now filed case against me and my family for this LOAN.

                              HDFC Bank is growing but customers are suffering with their services especially LOANS Division are most vulnerable and making customers suffers as they DRAG Each and every customers to COURTS to get payment.

                              Every person who is seeing this message pass on to every INDIAN CITIZEN NOT TO AVAIL ANY LOANS FROM HDFC BANK and MAKE THEIR LIFE MISERABLE.
