fastag not activated and keeping zero balance since purchase

Dear hdfc, i was forced to purchase hdfc fastag when i purchase my honda car. Paid 600 rs and issued fastag customer id[protected] on jan 19. But same day it was deactivated saying zerobalance. How come it is zerobalace? 200 must be added to account from 600 rs.

No way to get customer service numbers. (I dont know how they will help road assistance). Always line are busy 365 days.

hdfc bank fraudulent money deduction more than rs 6000 to harass the customer

regarding extra payment

I pay for every month extra charges. They increase that penalty 3500 per month i paid for this. But they also made my payment status late due. And due to this reasons my civil score is too low..
