Unfair financial charges & i paid full amount no outstanding

During december 2017 i had called customer care to close credit card, due to i’m not happy with credit limit which ever getting from hdfc bank, so i spoken to hdfc credit card one lady for what outstand amount include emi pre-closer charges, she explained rs:24205 should need to pay, no extra charges applicable, then i transferred the cheque amount from sbi balance transferred rs:24205 & (Chq-337592), after 3days i received the sms[protected] saying that, total outstanding amount rs:24534 need to pay, before[protected], so immediately i called again hdfc customer care, i received sms rs:24534, but you people or given wrong information, what need to be done, kindly explain properly to customer, then there said that, sorry for the inconvenience from hdfc, still sbi balance transferred cheque not yet received at hdfc, herself she said that i won’t process that checque, for that i will take request for don’t want process that cheque payment of rs:24205, because customer disputing the payment issue, again she said kindly block the cheque from sbi, then i send new one cheque rs:24534, same thing i followed & agreed hdfc agent ms:nandhini, then i called sbi customer to block the cheque amount rs:24205, resent amount rs:24534, ref:[protected][protected], ref:[protected][protected], hdfc they processed payment of rs:24205 & (Chq-337592), it’s got rejected, the processing charges not applicable for me, because i before process the cheque, i enquiry with hdfc agent so many i called to hdfc customer care, issue with hdfc and customer care support issue, i cleared the all my outstanding amount, no amount need to pay to hdfc credit card for your information, issue with hdfc, wrong information provide by customer, and more i lost my reward point more than 500 points, agent committed that, after closing credit card, you can redemptions, by false statement provide by to customer, now keep on calling hdfc customer, they are not responding properly, keep on disconnection call, i using hdfc credit card more 2 year, never made payment delay, on time paid till date, onece closed the credit card, people reacting the different, if issue is not resolved i issue the legal notice to hdfc and social media about hdfc credit card services & customer care, so kindly check high priority on this and do the needful
There is no point from my side to delay the payment except the system issue please check my bank statement showing sufficient fund to pay my outstanding.
I request your good-self to wave my financial charges.
