Dear hdfc bankers,

Greetings of the day,

This is in regarding to inappropriate charges imposed above subjected credit card no.

First of all, i wish to bring your kind attention that, i am charged rs. 8599.00/- unnecessarily from your bank on behalf o[censored]sing the above mentioned credit card which i had checked through my cibil score.

I wish to inform you that i had never used this credit card (Even a single transaction). You can verify the same from your end. Suppose hdfc will prove that i had done any of money transaction/ purchase materials or any other benefits which i prevailed through this credit card, you are authorized to charge literally.

You are requested to write-off the charge imposed inappropriately considering the entire circumstances submitted herewith.

Your prompt actions are highly appreciable.

The complaint is yet to resolved. HDFC officials provided some communication details to escalate this issue into further on [email protected]. The same had intimated and necessary actions are yet to taken. Please Note: Its very unfortunate that most of my friends also has given feedaback about HDFC bank ltd in regarding false/ inappropriate charges imposing their customer.

    I bought 1500 shares in cash payment on 15 th jan, 2018. Shares are shown 1500 nos but 1000 nos are shown on hold since last 4/5 days and only 500 nos are shown as available.

    I have paid the full money and chasing hdfc securties yesterday entire day. I was told by service staff one mr. Godwin that there was some technical error and the same would be sorted by today evening. (Ie 23/1/2018).

    Today morning still those 1000 nos of shares are still on hold. Now after calling the help line told to call in 1 hour again.

    If the script price goes up and i cannot sell, is this not a case of fraud by the trading company.?
    HDFC Securities customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    settlement of trade is done in three working days...if i trade today i receive my payout by friday evening.
    relationship manager should be able to help/ Demat unit at 61606161 ext - 5.

      My name is mrs. Priyadarshani santosh shelar. I am having account with hdfc bank (Pune, aundh) from almost past more than 10 yrs.
      This is very sad that bank like hdfc make fool to customer and apply unnecessary charges to me.
      This is mental harassment to me. Below is the situation i am explaining you.
      I have credit card with hdfc bank. Below are my problems created by bank to earn money from my account money.

      1. For monthly billing of credit card i setup [full amount] setting in jan 2017. On calling to phone banking on double amount payment problem. Anyhow phone banker setup my [minimum amount] setup for my credit card.

      2. Now i am paying tax + interest which is around 40k until now.

      3. When i have money with me why i should do setup of [minimum amount] setup on my credit card. This is really simple rule anyone can apply.
      4. I’m requesting hdfc bank (Pune, aundh) to give me back my interest + tax you deducted from my account without my permission.

      5. When i created credit card bank told me this is free no charges on this. When i look at statement you deducted fees for me.

      6. Very very bad experience with me thinking to close account with you.

      Please look at my issue and help me to get my money back.

      Please please stop deducting money from my account . which i am saving for my kids education.

        The one assist enhance wa privilege single plan has been activated by some hdfc bank people by saying that it is free life time. But i have received a message that the amount of rs 1899 had charged from my card i would like to candle this going charges about rs 1899 and i have received the message. So please kindly deactivate my account. And refund the amount.

          Dear sir,
          I wish to complain about the fake call received by me from the so called termination department of hdfc mumbai. The person (Mob number :- [protected]) told me that my dad had taken a policy in the year 2013 and paid a premium of rs.30000/- towards the same, i was also given the policy number and told that since the policy has a lock in period of 5 years and i have paid the premium for only 3 year, my policy had gone to their department for termination. If i pay the premium for 2 more years that is rs. 60000/- my policy would be regularised and i will be getting an amount of rs. Xxxxxx/- within 90 days.
          Also, they have given me the name of the relationship manager and policy manager. They also know my mom name and my address.

          I searched the number in truecaller and it also says that the number is from hdfc policy cancellation cell. But still i thinks that this is a fraud call

          I haven't replied them till now and they are continuously calling me from different landline numbers.

          Can you please confirm that whether this number of call might be originally from hdfc or is it a fake one.

            Ref sb a/c [protected] rajarajeshwarinagar. I am a senior citizen having an easyshop platinum atm card [protected] valid upto 07/21. On 13oct2017 debit card annual fee jul[protected]mir[protected] rs.885 has been dedited. When this was questioned the reversal has taken place on 11/1/2018 deit card chgs revers-01039debi 18011001 rs.750.
            Debit card should not have been debited. When pointed out rs.135 has not been reversed. Only rs 750 has been reversed. This mistake has happened because of the negligence on the part of the bank and the customer is being unethically charged for no fault of his.in fact the bank has to pay the interest for rs. 885 from 13/10/2017 to 11/1/2018 i. E for 90days.in stead of punishing the concerned worker i am being penalised of rs.135 and the interest i would have earned for the 90 days.

            The bank does not own the mistake they have committed. They have simply deducted Rs 885 for no reason on 13oct2017 and in the process deducted GST. WHen I pointed their mistake they are not reversing RS.885 and they dont talk of the interest I have lost for the period of 13oct 2017 to 11/1/2018. Now the concerned officer is writing the GST part can not be reversed. I never asked them to deduct the fee which I need not pay. Why should I pay for their failure to work as per the rules. As a customer if we commit a small mistake they do not exempt us. Same rule should apply to them. They HAVE TO PAY FOR THE LAPSES ON THEIR PART.

            Unethical behavior. Charging the atm fee for the easyshop PLATINUM [protected] issued to a Sr. Citizen A/c No.[protected] RAJARAJESHWARI. Debited Rs 885 on 13/10/2017 and reversed only 750 after complaining on 11/1/2018. This penal fee is for the mistake committed by the bank/case worker. Why the poor Account holder HAS TO PAY FOR THE LAPSES ON THE PART OF THE BANK

            This deduction has happened because of the malfunctioning of your staff. I want the money of Rs 135 and the interest I have lost because of debiting my account. I have committed NO MISTAKE. Then why you are penalising me in robbing Rs 135 and the interest for Rs 135 for 90 days. If you want to make up you deduct the money from Your staff and pay me for the losses iI have incurred because of your personnel mistake.

Please note as per the recent amendments, the Finance Bill have widened the scope of banking and financial services which are eligible for the levy of Good and Services Tax (GST ). In terms of these guidelines provided by the Finance Bill, the Bank will be levying the GST accordingly and thereby wish to reiterate that GST component once charged will not be reversed.             It looks like you dont want to appreciate what I am telling. Your staff has deducted RS.885 from my a/c without any valid reason. You have not provided any service to deduct GST for the invalid action. You are quoting govt rules which is not applicable for NO SERVICE. You are not finding fault with the staff who have carelessly deducted ATM charges which was not there.You penalise that staff who has been careless in discharging his duties, . I am a senior citizen living on no income and cant afford to pay for the mistakes the staff does. Kindly understand what I am telling.You are trying to justify the UNETHICAL ACTION. To repay the Rs 135+the interest I have penalised so adamantly you are behaving. What I without any income should do tell me.

                    During OCt 2017, there was offer that if we transact in Tanishq using HDFC debit card for amount greater than 35000 INR then 5 percent cash back will be credited to my account. However I have not received any cashback till date.

                      This is to inform you that my account was charged with an unauthorized transaction in the month on 18th october 2017. For which i had filed a dispute. It has been 3 months i have received no information from the company for the dispute. I tried contacting the phone banking services multiple times for quicker resolution of my problem and they are giving me fake commitments and timelines. The company which initiated the charges has given me refund email but now in jan 2018 i can see the same charge for the month of october. No one is trying to help me in this situation.

Last in march 2017 i got a call from some frauds in name of hdfc bank for loan against policy so at that time i needed money so urgently that's why i do what they told to me i bought two policies from hdfc life as they told but then i realize that it was a fraud call so kindly make action on it

                            Hi.

                            I applied a personal bank loan for rs 300000. When the hdfc rep named divya, t nagar branch, chennai called me she said it's 10.99%, so i agreed, now after the entire verification she is increased the interest to 14% giving the reason that i am not eligible for 10.99%. I even accepted that after a heated up discussion coz the interest depends on a tool which finally decides the amount and rate percent.

                            The worst part is i got only 289000, and i have been asking for the clarification for the deduction amount for the last 2 days, till now she hasn't send me. The entire episode for taking loan from hdfc has been very tedious and they have cheated me in terms and interest and deduction amount.

                            I desperately want your help, to at least let the hdfc people know that they can't cheat to customer this way.

                              I am r meenambigai, i have taken a consumer loan from your bank
                              And i have pre closure on 26.12.2017. Also obtain closing letter from your
                              Hdfc bank, t nagar, chenai branch on 12.01.2018.

                              But after closed my loan account, one emi has deducted from my savings account on 05.01.2018. Rs.3760.66.

                              Till now not revised the amount to my savings bank.

                                Hello there a your sales executive rajinder from khanna, came to ludhiana to sell fastags door to door. He charged us 500 saying 200 for tag and rest will be creditted in your account. 2nd day i just received rs100 in my account. When i called him he stop picking my calls. And later justifies that amount is in your account only. But i cant see where???

                                  I am senthilkumar. S. I hold a credit card in hdfc from 2012. I have been paying regularly thatys my limit in the card was increased to 15 k to 144 k. I am jobless for the past six months inspite of that i have been paying minimum due. This month i could not arrange funds and there has also been a bereavement n my family.
                                  Are hdfc collection agents educated or they just goons appointed for collecting money and hdfc bank is a bank or an illiterate office.
                                  Reason
                                  1.0n 17-01-18 i got a call on my mobile from[protected]. A lady spoke and i clearly informed that i need some time. She said if i am not paying that day my account wil be default. (???).
                                  2. On[protected] i got call from[protected] the same lady talked to me. I clearly informed that i wil be able to give a pdc cheque dated[protected] for payment. But that lady didn't accept that and she said she wants my friend cheque which is an hdfc account. Or else she wil debit my friend account on 30th. (Is she unaware or is she fraud how can she debit my friend account on 30 th for my payment.) also my friend with whose account i pay regularly used to get some calls for my card payment. Without my authorization how can they call my friend. They have just pulled his contact details from his account without his permission and have called him. Is this not a serious privacy violation.. Without customers authorisation how can any employee of a bank pull his details.. Is the bank justifing the same what if tomorrow some other employee gonna transfer amt from saving account to his own account just because he has access to it. Just stealing money alone s a crime.. Stealing information is also a great crime. I have raised this with collection manager mr. Guriprasad at guruprasad. [protected]@hdfcbank.com on[protected]. Via phone. He said he wil look into this but in vain. May be he would have ignored to let the team know or the team would have ignored his advise. Either of that would be a harassment to the customer. My friend has also raised this customer care and mr. Amesh has promised this wil not happen. But again on vain. Ppl are ignoring their managers order and are not following rbi rule.
                                  3. I got a call on my fathers number on[protected]As there s a network problem in my phone) and i attended the call. The same lady spoke and said she needs the payment on 23 rd or else she wil send the legal manager asking me to write a letter signing i wil not pay anymore.. R u guys don't have common sense. Do u think customers are dumb enough to believe whatever u say. Also the manner she spoke seems as if i have utilized bank money and i am gonna run away.

                                  My questions are:
                                  What are you thinking of a customer. You can suck blood for money or u can take his self respect for a task. Who gave rights for this.
                                  I have the all the recordings with me but anywhich way since hdfc as a bank (Not a goonda agency) records every cal. So pls listen to the conversation and let me know does hdfc allows this. If not what action will be taken against the caller.

                                  Any ppl from legal background pls let me know what can be done for this

                                    Want to make a complaint against hdfc bank ltd. The employees in this bank are harrased and the life becomes hell after joining this bank. Family life has no importance left whether there is a sick member or a new born in d family.
                                    Employees are not allowed to take leave even if they have sufficient balance also they have been told by the seniors to work on public holidays and also saturdays n sundays despite rbi has given the second and fourth week off.
                                    Employees have to work till late hours from 9am to 10-11-12am which is against the employement rule and they even don't get any overtime allowance for that.
                                    This harrasment has reached at the highest point employees are fed up and searching for the new job or just quitting or just not serious which ends up only a certain honest set of employees doing d entire job. Also the new recruitment done is either happening late or the people taken do not have much knowledge. Promotions are not given on time to deserving staff. Please take a look at this situation otherwise it will be very problematic situation for the coming future.

                                      Myself bharath! I have been a customer for hdfc bank since more than 3 years and i have never had any issue but on[protected], the bank has deducted inr 826/- from my account without any intimation. I never used the demat account with hdfc bank and i dont even know about that. Hence, kindly resolve the issue as i am not aware of these charges. Kindly process the waiver for the same.

                                        I hold a credit card from hdfc bank from 2012 onwards.in 2014 i left for overseas and my status has changed in all banking records as i even hold hdfc bank accounts. I even submitted my kyc till date so there was no issue for my bank accounts.

                                        I have been paying my credit card bills also regularly sometimes minimum due sometimes more.in dec 2017 my card was disabled by the bank without information and they have requesting me to pay the full outstanding amount at once or either open a fd for the full amount to activate.

                                        I have complaint in their call center but they seem to responding always will get back in 2 days or 3 days. I have numerous mails of their promises for solving the issue. But still my card is deactivated and i get statement of paying the whole credit card amount.

                                        This has not only affected my cibil score. But these guys are cheats!!!.
