request for cancellation of card protection plan if activated

I have a hdfc credit card which is upgraded and ending no 8242, i had received a massege is that my relationship no 3619631 and for card protection plane rs 1899 will deduct from my credit balance. I was so misguided and i do not requir it, and wrong information was given to me, please cancel the same if activated, and i request you to back the amount if deducted and cancel my membourship.

On 4th jan 2018, my mobile, debit card were stolen.

A fraud transaction total worth 54000 happened through upi as per below screenshot.

I hotlisted my debit card and called customer care and complain number is mump[protected].

I registered fir in marathahalli police station on 5th jan and with the fir copy i went to bellandur hdfc branch in bangalore.

There i met operational manager named vidisha and she told lie that the it was not bellandur branch, it is marathahalli branch.

I filled dispute form there and till now no response i have received.

On 6th jan, i went with police to sbi bank and they hold the amount 54000 in the account to whom my money get transferred.

On 9th jan i got phone call from named sathish and i also send fir copy and share other details with him and till now no response from him.

This is worst experience i faced in the bank. Sbi bank hold the amount 54k and my own hdfc bank is unwilling and making delay in support.

Kindly decline the transaction and refund my money back 54000.

Please look into this issue, so that the investigation will be quick and faster and immediate action is expected.

I received mail from manish aggarwal from bellandur branch bangalore that to take up the matter with law enforcement agencies.

      Hi,
      I want to know that why bank deduct amt from my account without any information to me it deduct 701 amt from my account and charge for some amb i want why bank deduct it is my salary account then why bank deduct it. Pls solve it as soon as possible... Due to some reason i m not able to credit it then why bank deduct amt.???

      I am using it since more then 2 year and why bank deduct charge from my account.?

      Now i am switch to another company and want to use the same account if bank charge me this kind then it is not possible for me to maintain it and use it of this kind of charge i cant manage at all.

      So resolve it or give a valuable answer as soon as possible.

      Hello Sir,
      So now can you tell me the process to convert back to salary account because i want to use this account to with my new company so can you tell me process and i what is the process to check that my account is salary account or savings account any! Because i call the hdfc number but they don't respond regards information about my account type, if i appy to change it again to salary account so within how many days it will change and how i can check that account has been change?? Because normally we don't get any notification for anything changes!

        I was in need of loan, i approached a hdfc bank loan agent named subramani (Contact no: [protected]).

        I got rs.30000/- from me saying that he will get me a personal loan from hdfc.
        My loan got rejected.

        It has been nearly 8-9 months and he didn't return me my amount.

        I am really shocked to see such a great bank having such fraud as agents cheating people and getting money from them.

        Please help me to get me back my 30000/-.

          Respected Sir,

          I am writing this complaint in great pain and depression.

          I am being harassed by Mr.Logesh (manager), HDFC Aminjikarai branch, No 110 Ceebros Building, 1st Floor, personal loan collection department, Nelson Manickam Road, Aminjikarai, Chennai - 600030, Near HCL,

          Sir, while i am paying my personal loan dues regularly and when i lost the job in 2008, from then on, i missed few dues but they charged more. Now working as real estate agent and After demonetisation the industry was very poor and unable to pay the due and HDFC has charged unnecessary charges on personal loan again which i was already paid. I asked for clarity, they never responded for more than a year but now they have started aggressively calling past 6 months continuously and abusing me.

          Also they visited my home and started scaring my family on daily basis they called many times at my office place and use abusive languages to my colleague, i am very frightened right now due to this collection manager Mr.Logesh and HDFC Bank collection department, Please save me from this torture and scary life threatening situation.sometimes they are driving me to suicide and restless.

          The manager Logesh Frequently calling Contact number to whom we spoke was mobile no.[protected] / [protected] / [protected] / land line no. [protected],

          kindly help me from this grave situations.

            Has paid rs.300 online

            Thanks for quick response. Has provided the Application Reference number HFR026810 which is the only available information with me now. Not sure about the tag you mentioned. But has sent a mail with my contact details
            I am a HDFC Bank credit card holder.The bank has auto debited rs1450/- from my credit card number ending with 0755 without my concern.Iam not interested about this service and don't want this membership anymore.so cancel the membership and refund the debited amount 1450/-

                I have opened a savings account in hdfc bank vikarabad recently with an opinion that hdfc would offer better service when compared to public sector banks. I have also applied for credit card. But to my agony i have not got any reply from hdfc even after 1 month of submitting my application. The worst thing is that one of the bank personnel stopped attending my call. And when i finally called the manager thrice he told me my application got rejected. This is quite surprising. I have not got any mail regarding the same and i was not told reg. D rejection until i called them so many times. Now i am not even sure if my application was processed or is it just lying in the bank because i was not provided with application no.
                When i opened the account i was suggested to opt for some monthly savings scheme in hdfc for which i said no. Probably this could be the reason they are least interested in processing my requests.
                Is this the service u offer, hdfc???
                I know you are on an expansion spree but with such attitude you ll become worse than sbi. Now i feel like closing down my account with hdfc.

                  Hi,

                  I have applied for hdfc fastag on 22nd of december. Finally i have my fastag delivered on january 5th. Since then, am trying to contact hdfc customer care since the online registration for first time is not working. Its asking for customer id, wallet id and all. As per the registration site, all these will be in the welcome e-mail. I have not received any welcome mail yet. No response on the customer care number [protected], i have tried countless times and seems like a fake number.

                  Such an established bank is giving this kind of pathetic services is quite unbelievable. I have seen lots of complaints regarding this and only reply is to contact sahaj email id. This is again found useless. I wonder i made a mistake on taking this very common service from a wrong vendor!

                      My name is deepak raja still my complaint is not resolved or my money is not reversed. I am already frustrated because of the hdfc bank. Loan & credit card department people are calling me to pay their funds. Please give me a solution or else i won't pay loan amount and credit card bill hereafter. Anyone please resolve my problem amount has been dedicated last month still no reversal was made on my complaint. Hdfc bank people didn't recognise me or else they haven't looked my complaint. Please reversal my amount 12000 or else i won't pay loan amount and credit card bill hereafter.

                        I wish to inform you that i had never used this credit card (Even a single transaction). You can verify the same from your end. Suppose hdfc will prove that i had done any of money transaction/ purchase materials or any other benefits which i prevailed through this credit card, you are authorized to charge literally.

                        You are requested to write-off the charge imposed inappropriately considering the entire circumstances submitted herewith.

                          I bought 1500 shares in cash payment on 15 th jan, 2018. Shares are shown 1500 nos but 1000 nos are shown on hold since last 4/5 days and only 500 nos are shown as available.

                          I have paid the full money and chasing hdfc securties yesterday entire day. I was told by service staff one mr. Godwin that there was some technical error and the same would be sorted by today evening. (Ie 23/1/2018).

                          Today morning still those 1000 nos of shares are still on hold. Now after calling the help line told to call in 1 hour again.

                          If the script price goes up and i cannot sell, is this not a case of fraud by the trading company.?

                          settlement of trade is done in three working days...if i trade today i receive my payout by friday evening.

                            Honorable judge,
                            My name is mrs. Priyadarshani santosh shelar. I am having account with hdfc bank (Pune, aundh) from almost past more than 10 yrs.
                            This is very sad that bank like hdfc make fool to customer and apply unnecessary charges to me.
                            This is mental harassment to me. Below is the situation i am explaining you.
                            I have credit card with hdfc bank. Below are my problems created by bank to earn money from my account money.

                            1. For monthly billing of credit card i setup [full amount] setting in jan 2017. On calling to phone banking on double amount payment problem. Anyhow phone banker setup my [minimum amount] setup for my credit card.

                            2. Now i am paying tax + interest which is around 40k until now.

                            3. When i have money with me why i should do setup of [minimum amount] setup on my credit card. This is really simple rule anyone can apply.
                            4. I’m requesting hdfc bank (Pune, aundh) to give me back my interest + tax you deducted from my account without my permission.

                            5. When i created credit card bank told me this is free no charges on this. When i look at statement you deducted fees for me.

                            6. Very very bad experience with me thinking to close account with you.

                            Please look at my issue and help me to get my money back.

                            I also asked last month IP address by sending email to [customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com ] . No reply . nothing.
                            Please please stop deducting money from my account . which i am saving for my kids education.

But i have received a message that the amount of rs 1899 had charged from my card i would like to candle this going charges about rs 1899 and i have received the message.                                 Dear sir,
                                I wish to complain about the fake call received by me from the so called termination department of hdfc mumbai. The person (Mob number :- [protected]) told me that my dad had taken a policy in the year 2013 and paid a premium of rs.30000/- towards the same, i was also given the policy number and told that since the policy has a lock in period of 5 years and i have paid the premium for only 3 year, my policy had gone to their department for termination. If i pay the premium for 2 more years that is rs. 60000/- my policy would be regularised and i will be getting an amount of rs. Xxxxxx/- within 90 days.
                                Also, they have given me the name of the relationship manager and policy manager. They also know my mom name and my address.

                                I searched the number in truecaller and it also says that the number is from hdfc policy cancellation cell. But still i thinks that this is a fraud call

                                I haven't replied them till now and they are continuously calling me from different landline numbers.

                                Can you please confirm that whether this number of call might be originally from hdfc or is it a fake one.

                                  Ref sb a/c [protected] rajarajeshwarinagar. I am a senior citizen having an easyshop platinum atm card [protected] valid upto 07/21. On 13oct2017 debit card annual fee jul[protected]mir[protected] rs.885 has been dedited. When this was questioned the reversal has taken place on 11/1/2018 deit card chgs revers-01039debi 18011001 rs.750.
                                  Debit card should not have been debited. When pointed out rs.135 has not been reversed. Only rs 750 has been reversed. This mistake has happened because of the negligence on the part of the bank and the customer is being unethically charged for no fault of his.in fact the bank has to pay the interest for rs. 885 from 13/10/2017 to 11/1/2018 i. E for 90days.in stead of punishing the concerned worker i am being penalised of rs.135 and the interest i would have earned for the 90 days.

                                  The bank does not own the mistake they have committed. They have simply deducted Rs 885 for no reason on 13oct2017 and in the process deducted GST. WHen I pointed their mistake they are not reversing RS.885 and they dont talk of the interest I have lost for the period of 13oct 2017 to 11/1/2018. Now the concerned officer is writing the GST part can not be reversed. I never asked them to deduct the fee which I need not pay. Why should I pay for their failure to work as per the rules. As a customer if we commit a small mistake they do not exempt us. Same rule should apply to them. They HAVE TO PAY FOR THE LAPSES ON THEIR PART.

                                  Unethical behavior. Charging the atm fee for the easyshop PLATINUM [protected] issued to a Sr. Citizen A/c No.[protected] RAJARAJESHWARI. Debited Rs 885 on 13/10/2017 and reversed only 750 after complaining on 11/1/2018. This penal fee is for the mistake committed by the bank/case worker. Why the poor Account holder HAS TO PAY FOR THE LAPSES ON THE PART OF THE BANK

                                  This deduction has happened because of the malfunctioning of your staff. I want the money of Rs 135 and the interest I have lost because of debiting my account. I have committed NO MISTAKE. Then why you are penalising me in robbing Rs 135 and the interest for Rs 135 for 90 days. If you want to make up you deduct the money from Your staff and pay me for the losses iI have incurred because of your personnel mistake.

                                  It looks like you dont want to appreciate what I am telling. Your staff has deducted RS.885 from my a/c without any valid reason. You have not provided any service to deduct GST for the invalid action. You are quoting govt rules which is not applicable for NO SERVICE. You are not finding fault with the staff who have carelessly deducted ATM charges which was not there.You penalise that staff who has been careless in discharging his duties, . I am a senior citizen living on no income and cant afford to pay for the mistakes the staff does. Kindly understand what I am telling.You are trying to justify the UNETHICAL ACTION. To repay the Rs 135+the interest I have penalised so adamantly you are behaving. What I without any income should do tell me.
