This is k. Ranjith babu, my payzapp account mobile no: [[protected]].
On january 17th 2018 16:24:45 i tried to add an amount of rs.10, 000 to my payzapp wallet with my credit card.

Amount is debited from my credit card. But not credited in my payzapp wallet.

Customer care is not responding, and toll free number is always busy.

I request you solve and refund the same to my credit card account.

    To day i got call from genesis mart. They are said that i am from hdfc credit card service provider & they are sending me gifts packs & offers like discount deals cards etc etc so to activate the same, to get and activate the offers, but i told that i am not ready to make payment they convince me and told me that if you are not making payment rs 8420 then this money will be auto debited from your account. I lost my money. Please help me hdfc bank

      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 3182 without my concern on date:20/01/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

        My credit card number is[protected] and my d-o-b is 08/07/1974 and my name is mohammad aslam malik. Myregistered mobile no. Is [protected]. Sir i have used credit card on date 11/08/2017 as payment 23400 and your due date was 02/10/2017 at that time my current balance in account no.[protected] was rs. 107938.30
        But you does not use autopay on due date but fault is yours that you do not use autopay on that time. As per on present you interest me as rs.3500. I can not give such a interest. Please solve this problem.

        We observe that we had attempted to claim total amount due from your savings account and the same was returned due to insufficient funds. As you may be aware, any payment returned would attract a payment return charge. In view of the same, the autopay return fee has been levied. Further, we wish to clarify that, as you are aware payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Hence, we request you to maintain sufficient balance in your bank account henceforth to enable us to carry out your instruction effectively and to avoid levy of autopay return charges on your card account.

          A transaction of Rs.7688 was carried out through my HDFC debit card (**** **** **** 6531) on 12th January 2018. There was an error in the transaction and though my account was debited, the retailer was not credited. A counterfoil of the error transaction was presented to me which I have attached with this complaint.

          Also, the next day i.e on 13th January 2018 I received an SMS from HDFC notifying me of credit of Rs.7688 but this amount has not reflected in my account. Screenshot of the same has been attached with this complaint.

              This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by HDFC bank.

              An amount of Rs 885.00 has been debited on 22nd Jan 2017 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges DEPOSITORY CHARGES DEC17 - with regard to my demat account. I have never used this account.

              When the account was opened, I was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

              Customer service is so pathetic they do not help to customer. HDFC are not customer centric. you can lost your customer in future because you are not helpful. i am going to raise a complaint in supreme court against this bank. because this bank trouble me more. they deducted unnecessary amount to my account without any reason that was invalid deduction and i have a valid proof.

                  I would like to complain regarding a fraudulent transaction that happened from my hdfc bank account on the 12th of january 2018, for inr 17666.16 for a booking on agoda in a budapest accommodation at about 11:00pm. The transaction number is[protected], as per my bank account. The card was with me at all times before, during and even after the transaction was complete neither have i shared the details of the card with anyone. Moreover the transaction happened outside india.

                  The details of the card with which this booking was made are as follows:
                  Card number - [protected]
                  Validity till - march 2022

                  I had got a call immediately from the bank after receiving an alert on sms to which i mentioned that the transaction was not done by me. I got my card deactivated immediately and submitted the cdf form at the bank.

                  I request you to please investigate about this matter with the merchant from your side as well and help me get a refund for a transaction that never happened from my end.

                    I purchased product using my credit card. I could not able to convert to emi. Whenever i am purchasing using card, not possible to convert to emi.
                    I spoke with customer care. They saying there is no offer for my card. Really its very difficult to convert to emi. If i want to convert to emi. I want to beg customer care everytime. Other credit cards are very good compare to hdfc.
                    Please do the needful.

                        Hi, i have a hdfc fastag account for which i forgot the login details including wallet id. I have my rfid number but from the website looks like i cannot do anything with rfid. Tried reaching the customer care number but it rings for a while and then says busy. There is no option to email/any other number for raising this issue and their website sucks to the core.in one of the links it says quick top-up but no response after submitting details. Please help me out on this asap.

                          Dear hdfc,

                          This is regarding my credit card disput with hdfc bank.
                          In the year of 2016 there was total outstanding amount for my credit card, approx 50k, then i called hdfc customer care for the card settelment, and they told me, it will be 25 k, and then in the month of aprail they deducted approx 22.5k from my hdfc saving account, without informing me, they put lien on my account, then i visited hdfc branch to get clarification and asked to get clousure of my account, then they denied for closing my account.
                          I called customer care, that you have been told me to settle my credit card in 25k, and you without informing me, have already been deducted 22.5k from my account, please release settlement letter and i will pay remaining25k-22.5= 2.5k9 (As per commitmnet done by hfdc custoner care executive telephonic, ful final card settlement will be in 25k), so they told me that now you card can will not be settled any more (Beacuse now it is not in collection deaprtment, and they have already deducted 22.5k from my account so will not provide me settlement letter of 25k), and then again i visited hdfc branch to get closure of my account, they told me, you account is in under lien, so they can not provide me closure of my hdfc saving account (Term from salary to saving)>
                          So this was the case of :
                          1. Fraud done by hdfc.
                          2. False/ wrong commitment.
                          3 money was taken from my account without my permission.
                          4 hdfc denied to close my account.
                          5 i am not using any service of hdfc bank, because my account is under lien, still i am getting message of fine for not maintaing minimum balance in the account, and i have already given my account closure application in written to the bank.
                          6. Its been 2 years, they keep on call me on monthly basis, now they are asking me, total outstanding balance approx 60k.
                          7 every month i gets call from hdfc credit card department, i request them to close my credit card account, my saving account, but they are not agree (I tells them, i will pay only what you have done commitment me in the year of 2016), i will not pay fine that you are adding every month from last 2 years.
                          8 why hdfc bank is fail to provide me closure of my hdfc saving account?
                          9. Why, till now my account is under lien?
                          10. Why they done fraud commitment to me?
                          11. Why they deducted money from my account, without my permission, and then start telling that now your card can not be settled any more?
                          Its really case of mental harassment, i hope hdfc will take this case on priority list, before taking my any action, because they done false commitment, and keeps on calling me/disturbing me.

                          Today I got a call from HDFC complain Manager VISHAKHA from Delhi, but she was not even bit agree to work upon the customer concern, very rudely she was arguing, she was insisting on the current outstanding balance, then HDFC, you let me know, what about the commitment that you do to your customer?
                          Or this is what you serve your customer?
                          or this is what, is so called rude way, taking to the customer?
                          Hope, you not seems in the state of working upon solution?
                          again, you are in the habit of doing mental harassment of customer, so this is what you deliver?

                            My self kiran mainekar had my salary account with hdfc bank... But 1 year before i left my job and has a new salary account with other bank... But as i checked a few months after the account has charged me -4816 without informing me or warning me. Although my registered no. Was closed but my mailid was registered with the bank... Offers and home loans add were being mailed to me.. Bt no one informed for the account balance... So i kindly request to check the following.. And kindly close my account.. I wont be paying any charges..

                              I have applied for hdfc fastag on jan 18th, its been 4 days already and i haven't got any mail or update from them since then. I tried, but there is no way to check the application status. I'm in need of it by this thursday, will i be able to get it by then? I heard many people are facing same issues with the delivery of fastag.

                                I am not able to pay my credit card bill because of my company his shed down with out paying 3 month salary. Now its very difficult to live only. And also i stopped using credit card from last 07 month and am not received any single bill copy or mail copy but now people start calling & forcing me to pay the very big amount of bill which am not used that much, and also almost they deducted from my account more then i used credit card, i called many time customer care people they also not helping to the canceled the card, now i sincerely requesting to you cancel my credit card and due the need full please,

                                  not receiving otp on email

                                  I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                                  1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method)

                                  2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

                                  Ps: this used to work earlier, i have had...

                                  This is to inform you that we have been a customer since 2008 of hdfc life and have previously also lodged a complaint in respect of Policy No:12119248 in which My brother received a call regarding the profit of his Policy No: 12119248 was availed by the agent in form of commission. He was informed that if We want to receive that profit Hewill have to pay 50, 000/-(rupees fifty thousand only) for a new policy which will be further merged with the policy[protected] and after that I came to know that inspite of merging the policy a seperate policy was issued to him.he had not signed for the seperate policy and the signature's on this new Policy No: 17238060 are all fake and for this fraudery He nd i have already mailed several number of times and even visited several times to HDFC LIFE, Hazratganj, Lucknow. After several visits i was provided Bankers Verification Form and Specimen Signature Form. I took the neccessory steps and provided the bankers varification form attested by The Branch Manager, CANARA BANK, Aminabad Branch, Lucknow along with the specimen signature form signed by me on 1st July 2017 to HDFC LIFE, Hazratganj, Lucknow and the copy of the documents are duly attached.
                                  We were given the assurity for the payment within 10 working days from 1st of July 2017 and till now no action has been taken again and after that I visited HDFC LIFE and I was informed by the manager that they have done their neccessory steps and cannot further help me in this matter. They further informed me to mail the whole case to G.M. HDFC LIFE for a positive result and so I did the same but no action was taken.
                                  Sir it's been 3 years, I have been running after this case and even requested several times through mail and through walking in, still no action has been taken on this. I have even mailed to the escalation department of hdfc life with reference to this matter and in revert we got to know that our amount cannot be refunded because we didn’t informed them in the due mentioned time, sir as soon as we came to know about the fraud we reported to them, i just want my 50000 rs back sir plz help me to resolve this issue i am just requesting for my 50000 nd even forego the interest amount on it
                                  Sir it is my humble request to please take the neccessory steps otherwise I have to take a legal action against HDFC LIFE.

                                  Sir i have even written the complain related to my concern several number of times as mentioned above on [protected]@hdfclife.com and have taken all the needful steps yet the response from hdfclife is very vague nd not acceptable by us. The reason of not complaining or stoppythe policy is the mentioned time period is really not acceptable because we didn’t knew only that such kind of activity is taking place from your end as it is the wrong signatures and misleading the customer is itself a crime. And the time we came to know about this fraud we reported asap.
                                  And bdw if not giving the response is the only reason of not refunding the money back then why the agents, customer care executive were making stories of doing all the documentation once again from the branch manger and etc... it has not only wasted my time and money but even have broken my patience level.

                                    I am unable to liquidate fixed deposit through netbanking. Still I am getting the below message when i tried online.

                                    We are unable to liquidate your Fixed Deposit since the source account from which your FD was originally booked is closed/blocked. Please visit your HDFC Bank Branch for liquidating the Fixed Deposit.

                                    I contacted so many times phone banking and send emails also but still the representative ask me to try online or visit the branch.

                                    I tried so many times through online but it's failure.I am unable to visit the branch.

                                    After two weeks, Now HDFC escalation manager Deepak Jayaprakash is saying Fixed Deposit XXXX7520 is a Tax Savings Deposit. Hence, it cannot be closed before the Lock in period of 5 years.

                                    They should have informed this to me when Contact them for past two weeks.This is very worst customer care response I ever seen.

                                    Considering the issues with them and the lack of product knowledge they should close my FD account and credit back the amount to savings account.

                                      Sir it is very sorry to say that on natioanl festival days like 26 january your keeping the offices open and you are operating business to disturb the customers who have taken the insurance policy from your company and your callcentres and bpo which are operating business keep on disturbing every day and on sundays also plz stop the such business and keep your officies and call centres close atleast on national festival and important festival of india it is humble request if any excallation happened on 26 january it is your resposibility.
