regarding disputed transaction on credit card

I had used my credit card in one of the atms, the transaction was not completed and my card was blocked. I raised the concern and filled the dispute form a year back. Since 1 year that complaint is in process and due to mails from hdfc back i had to pay the minimum amount to avoid getting mails from payment collection department. I just recieved a new card. I received a statement a day ago saying that i have been billed fr rs.1340 on dec 14th 2017. Though i have never used this card. My card no ends with 1634.

I have done transactions through payzapp bharat qr code for irctc ticket, as train cancelled they refunded money to payzapp account but it was not refunded to wallet of payzapp, even payzapp transaction history shows amount refund but it is not credited to wallet of payzapp. Please help me in this matter.

one assist mfee

Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

I'm complaining about sell price

I have sold shares of d. P wires on january 1, 2018 when sell price of share was 85.80 per share but contract note has been issued with sell price of 80.2 per share. This is really injustice and i'll have to lodge complaint with higher authories, if not resolved.

Request you to kindly thoroughly investigate the matter and resolve the same to the earliest.

credit card membership fee
