I have car loan customer in hdfc a/c no. 27710082 & 32973638 & ucic: 89378674, today i have go to close my car loan account, there is only (2emis) & (6emis) pending, i have repaying the amount through my salary account (Sbi) every month without delay. When i approach my hdfc branch they have charging 3.54% of pre-payment charges to me, why you are charging like that, there is no i am defaulter, you have already charged interest on me for last 46 & 32 months, give me explanation without delay.

    My fast tag[protected] is not yet activated or not working. I have charged rs.1000/- prior to going for interstate travel. At all the toll it was showing blocked or black listed. It was insane on part of the company or agency putting customer with lot of inconvenience.
    Several time i called their toll free number for several days no body answering this is despite waiting long time on phone.

        I had sent a mail to customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com on 06/04/2011. But i haven't recieved any response from the bank

        I have paid the amount in full 1 year ago and raised a request for noc months back but still have not got any contact from the bank.

        I had to apply for a new loan from hdfc but due to this its not happening.

        Please help asap

          Hi bank,

          I am sunil sharma and have been using hdfc bank card since june 2013 and using credit card since 2013.

          I am writing this mail with deep regret of taking the decision to open a bank account in hdfc (Salary account).
          This decision has taken me through mental torture and harassment because of following fraud trasnaction that has happened from my credit card as mentioned below.

          "three charges of rs. 10468.75, 5312.50 and 5312.50 on 12-jan-2017 at m/s nepal sbi bank/nsbl, bhairbhairahawa np and[protected]/sewa bikas bkathmandu np".

          Above mentioned transaction has happened without my knowledge and which has led me to metal torture from last 11 months. I have made a very wrong decision o[censored]sing your credit card in nepal in one of the location which has caused all this where my card was cloned.
          Following transaction i have done in one of the restaurant in nepal which is only transaction and i strongly believe that these restaurant people have only cloned my credit card and made transaction of rs. 10468.75, 5312.50 and 5312.50 respectively.

          I have been following up with hdfc for the above mentioned issue since last 8 months but i did not get any proper help from hdfc and everyone month i was told to pay minimum due amount despite of the fact that late fee and extra charges were getting pilled up due to above issue and i was also told that once my issue is resolved all my extra interest amount and let fee charges will be waived off.

          I have stopped using my card after knowing this fraud transaction that has happened from my account.
          Finally on august after getting multiple calls from hdfc collection department and credit card team i was told to clear the amount which i have actually used, so did the same and cleared my amount except the fraud transaction amount and extra charges which were applied.
          On 18th august 2017 i have cleared the amount which i have actually used.

          Now at this point i was in assumption that i have cleared all the amount which i have used on.

          After clearing the amount as well i was kept on getting multiple calls which has led me to depression and mental torture and affected my personal and professional life as well as i was tired of explaining same thing everytime to hdfc people.
          So from september till december i used to get calls from hdfc and after explaining everything they used to cut the call saying "ok".

          Finally on 16th december i got a message that 38961 has been deducted from my account and i was literally in shock to see that and immediately called customer care but no use, i called my personal banker asking for resolution but no use, she had no idea whatsoever she had forwarded the call to her manager who has tried giving bogus reason for the justification of above transactions.

          Important :

          Now in brief three transactions of rs. 10468.75, 5312.50 and 5312.50 on 12-jan-2017 at m/s nepal sbi bank/nsbl, bhairbhairahawa np and[protected]/sewa bikas bkathmandu np has happened from my account and bank has charged me 38961 inr which any intimation and calls or mails, following is the sms that i have received.

          "inr 38, 961.73 dr to a/c no xx4334 towards fund trf dm-489377xxxxxx0506 val 16-dec-17. Clr bal inr xxxxxxx"

          Being a loyal prime customer of hdfc this is how hdfc treat there customers, i have been using hdfc from last 4 hours and using credit card services fro more than 3 years and never had any issue and always made my payments on time and respected hdfc a lot.
          After all this loyality and faith hdfc has disappointed me by deducting an amount of rs 38961.

          I understand that bank is not fully responsible for the fraud transaction but charging fee and extra amount on that fraud transaction is not at all acceptable and very unethical behavior from hdfc.

          I request you reverse my amount which was deducted from my account otherwise i will take this case to social media and file a complaint against hdfc for the mental torture and harassment that i had to go through during all the phase along with the deduction of 38961.

          I ready to bear some amount fraud transaction and want extra charges to be fully waived off as that is something hdfc has charged instead of helping your loyal prime customer.

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr014257. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaaradn i received message fast tag account has been recharged before 15 days. Since then

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

              My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me).
              Now when i checked, there is negative balance of -6000 in my account.
              Please take action against the bank and help to close the account.

                  Cancellation of One Assist Membership.
                  I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 2999/- from my credit card number ending with 6039 without my concern on date:19/12/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.2999/-.

                      I went to atm to withdraw rs.3000 from my account. While processing, atm displayed that it was unable to make transaction. Money didn't came from atm. I left it but i got the message that rs.3000 was deducted from my account. That's the matter.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. Also i had sent an sms to stop oa and got a reply message from hdfc that one assist won’t be activated!!!                           I am manish verma. I have a salary account in hdfc bank. I was unable to maintain minimum balance in my salary account for few months in hdfc due to some personal problem. Hdfc deducted around 5000/- as non maintenance charge from the amount which i got as incentive from my last company. As per rbi guidelines banks are not permissible to produce any charge as non maintenance of account. I many times talked to hdfc person but they are not ready to return the amount.
                          I request you to look into this matter properly and take strick action against them. I would be thankful to you

                          We would like to inform you that bank provides zero balance salary account to their customers only if there is regular salary credit in their account from the mapped Corporate Company on whose request the account has been opened. If there is no salary credit in the account for 3 consecutive months, the salary account gets converted to regular savings account and the customer will have to maintain the required Average Monthly Balance (AMB). The same is mentioned in our Terms and conditions available in www.hdfcbank.com > About Us> Terms and conditions > Savings Account. If salary credits to your account are happening regularly, we request you to get your company code mapped with account. Company code updation will convert this account to Salary account. Post company code mapping bank shall reverse the charges. Else you need to maintain required AMB (Rs. 10000) in your account for three months, post that if found satisfactory bank shall reverse the charges (Excluding GST). In case of any further clarification or assistance, please feel free to speak to Branch Manager Mr. Vikas Sharma on [protected].

When i checked the address, it is something else. Then i asked to hdfc i redeem again but they are not giving answer and also they are not giving my money back.                               Hdfc charges uncessary over limit fee in which they accept the transaction beyond the limit given and they ask customer to pay the over limit fee,
                              They themselve decide and make the transaction happen, if you yourself are allowing the transaction to happen why should the customer pay the overlimit fee.

                              If you are deducting the charges of overlimit and making the payment, they will charge you interest for the outstanding amount that is fine but plus the next bill amount in which the bill still has not generated.

                              Its a big fraud and pathetic thing, customer misses the chance to call them back they start taking advantage of this.

                              Beware of payment to be made on time otherwise they will start charging you unecessary interest fees

                                My personal loans amount is not auto debit from my salary account. My due date is on 4th of every month. My loan account no is 45455162. Even i have sufficient amount in my account. My loan emi is 8685. Please ensure if any fine will be there then it will be wave off. My salary account is in axis bank.

                                  Hdfc is fooling customers in the name of lifetime free cards. I was promised by the sales rep as well as the manager that its a free card, no annual fee, no hidden charges. Once you get the card they will start charging you. They charged me around rs.1400 for smart pay that i have never opted for.

                                  Hdfc is a big fraud. Please dont gor for hdfc credit cards.

                                    I have salary account of hdfc bank, my first company, i used that account and i leave that company but the account was live
                                    After 4 month, i join the new company and i used that same account but it's a negative balance 780, what to do?.
                                    If my new company provide salary to the account what happened next? Because it's negative balance the bank will be solve the negative balance to positive balance

                                      There is a penalty amount of around 10k on my account. I requested for its waiver because i couldn't clear the outstanding before due date, however, your team denied my request.

                                      I beg for your mercy on my knees. Kindly waive the penalty of around 10k on my card. Me and my family will be grateful to your kind heart.

                                        My name is deepak raja. I have already raised complaint regarding reversal amount $12000 but as of now i didn't received any response from bank side. However my pl emi payment is on 07/01/2018 its going to be bounced since i don't have sufficient money on the account.in this case my account going to fall in negative balance. Main thing is i already raised two complaint no response as of now. If any collection agent comes my home i can't pay them because the bank didn't reversal my amount.
