A fraud transaction has been done without my notice through my hdfc credit card ending with 4395. The following are the details:
27.06.2017 - 10, 000.00
27.06.2017 - 6, 000.00
06.07.2017 - 300.00
Due to this transaction, my credit card limit is crossed and i am facing huge interests, processing, finance charges, etc., from the successive months til date.

Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

      It's been 10 days and not yet received anything yet im trying to contact the customer care and there is no response from the customer care number. I have already made the payment and i dunno what's gonna happen. My reference number is hfr021564 and dunno whom to contact it would be better if i just get the refund i would take from a better provider who's customer care is better.

        We would like to inform you that i am utilizing your bank’s credit card for last 8 months however last 6-7 months, we are receiving credit card statement on 14th to 15th of every month. I had received my statement 14/09/2017, 14/10/2017 and 14/11/2017. I noticed that you have finance charged rs741.27 on month of september, rs 750 (Late fee) +708 (Finance charged) on month of october and rs 120 (Finance charged) on month of november. I called to customer care before 3 months and i told him that i am new credit card user i did not know very well how to use credit card so please waive late fee and financial charges. Customer care person told me that i have done from side your request and he did not give me complaint number.

        I kindly request you to waive the late fee and financial charges as well all tax as a good will gesture to a loyal customer of yours.

        Incase you are not making waiver of the above charges, then i will surrender the credit card which please note

        Please do the needful.

        We wish to clarify that, as you are aware payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Being fully sensitized, we have reversed the bank charges of Rs.1561.11 billed to your October and November 2017 statement and this credit will reflect in your January 2018 statement. Further, effective July 01, 2017 Service Tax, KKC & SBC of 15% is replaced by Goods&Service Tax (GST) at 18%. GST for Fee & Charges / Interest transactions Billed on the statement will not be reversed and the same remains payable by you.

          Hdfc credit card section do many things oppose to us. Previously i struggled to cancel hdfc - ergo policy.
          But now a new way to debit our amount is smartpay...
          Who activated this?. What a foolish way to make me a fool.?
          Please shut down all these unusual activities of stealing the amount from all your valuable customers.
          Also i want the amount of ₹100 to refund which was debited from your side of smartpay..???

          I am clearly saying them to don't disturb us like these unwanted activities.
          Please deactivate the SmartPay system of debiting amount without my knowledge and permission.

            I have taken gold loan from hdfc bank at selaiur branch. Bank was refused to provide the gold when i was ready to pay the gold. At the time they are telling that noc not came so we cant provide the gold. Then they sold gold after 2 month.

            Note: the loan amount paid with interest and returned to my account. I have a transaction ref no for both cr/ dr for gold

            Gold worth is 2l+

              I have paid an amount of rs. 2270 and rs 4760 as a premium of lic policy no[protected]and[protected]through cheque on 13/12/2017. After 25 days, rs 2270 and 4760 has auto debited through hdfc smartpay from my credit card ending 6368 on 07/01/2018. I have lodged a complaint on hdfc customer care bearing complaint no-[protected] on 07/01/2018. But till today, my money has not been refunded to my account.
              Therefore, i request you kindly do the needful so that i get my amount back.

                The above said employee misbehaved me when i visited hdfc bank g. T. Road beas (Amritsar) for getting a bank statement on 6th dec2018. He said that he has punched a request for the same but did not given me any request number. But he said me to visit again on next day at11am. The hdfc bank beas is 29kilometers from my residence ghoman (Gurdaspur). When i visited. Ank on 7th december2018. Mr. Narinder singh employee said me that senior manager mr. Vivek is out of station. And said me to come at 3.00pm. But at 3pm they could not give me the bank statement. When i asked for delay mr narinder saini written a. Customer care number on my cheque book and misbehaved with me and said that do his complaint where ever i can do the complaint. Till date they have not issued me the said statement. I have surrendered my hdfclife policy & now i will. Close my saving bank account permanently. My account was opened on 7/1/11 & a hdfclife proposal form was filled by hdfc beas branch manager in his own hand writing. But i do not know the insurance advisor (An other person)

                  Hi,
                  I had once applied for a personal loan with hdfc bank and however i was told that there no offer for my account currently so will have to wait. Since then hdfc people have been trying to apply for personal loan from their end continuesly which has reduced my cibil score by almost 50 points. They aren't even contacting me regarding the same and have been applying on my behalf. This has adversely affected my credit score which may lead me to a very low score where i wouldn't get any kind of loan. I have requested a cibil enquiry on the hdfc bank for the same. I don't think that would help much as the hdfc bank people are holding my documents with them which would be a proof for them. I always had a bad experience from hdfc bank.

                  Rs 177 got debited from my HDFC account in narration its mentioned as 3rd party cash transaction charges. I didnt get any alert in SMS/email regarding debited amount.
                  I didnt find any transaction as per HDFC chargeable norms. suggest any option to revert the debited amount.
                  Can anyone explain this ?

                    I did not get any call to activate this one assist membership, but one assist m fee of rs. 1899 is automatically debited from my hdfc credit card ending with 2833 on 26/12/2017.

                    I don't want to activate this plan and why this is forcefully activated..

                    Don't activate this kind of subscription in future without any knowledge/consent.

                    In view of the above, i request the hdfc team to refund the amount of one assist m fee of rs 1899.

                    Hi I got a email from a guy addressing himself Rahul Tripathi([protected]@india.com) stating he is from the One Assist and he needs my contact number for further assistance. Later he called me and took all my card details and done transaction of Rs 2499 one time and 1400 an other and when I am asking him the reason for the debit he stated that he is checking if cards are working as he is not able to refund the amount and the money debited will be refunded by midnight and cancellation of membership will be done but I didn't receive any email or SMS stating that cancellation is done and any status on my refund.

                          I have car loan customer in hdfc a/c no. 27710082 & 32973638 & ucic: 89378674, today i have go to close my car loan account, there is only (2emis) & (6emis) pending, i have repaying the amount through my salary account (Sbi) every month without delay. When i approach my hdfc branch they have charging 3.54% of pre-payment charges to me, why you are charging like that, there is no i am defaulter, you have already charged interest on me for last 46 & 32 months, give me explanation without delay.

                            My fast tag[protected] is not yet activated or not working. I have charged rs.1000/- prior to going for interstate travel. At all the toll it was showing blocked or black listed. It was insane on part of the company or agency putting customer with lot of inconvenience.
                            Several time i called their toll free number for several days no body answering this is despite waiting long time on phone.

                                Hello
                                I had sent a mail to customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com on 06/04/2011. But i haven't recieved any response from the bank

                                I have paid the amount in full 1 year ago and raised a request for noc months back but still have not got any contact from the bank.

                                I had to apply for a new loan from hdfc but due to this its not happening.

                                Please help asap

                                  I am sunil sharma and have been using hdfc bank card since june 2013 and using credit card since 2013.

                                  I am writing this mail with deep regret of taking the decision to open a bank account in hdfc (Salary account).
                                  This decision has taken me through mental torture and harassment because of following fraud trasnaction that has happened from my credit card as mentioned below.

                                  "three charges of rs. 10468.75, 5312.50 and 5312.50 on 12-jan-2017 at m/s nepal sbi bank/nsbl, bhairbhairahawa np and[protected]/sewa bikas bkathmandu np".

                                  Above mentioned transaction has happened without my knowledge and which has led me to metal torture from last 11 months. I have made a very wrong decision o[censored]sing your credit card in nepal in one of the location which has caused all this where my card was cloned.
                                  Following transaction i have done in one of the restaurant in nepal which is only transaction and i strongly believe that these restaurant people have only cloned my credit card and made transaction of rs. 10468.75, 5312.50 and 5312.50 respectively.

                                  I have been following up with hdfc for the above mentioned issue since last 8 months but i did not get any proper help from hdfc and everyone month i was told to pay minimum due amount despite of the fact that late fee and extra charges were getting pilled up due to above issue and i was also told that once my issue is resolved all my extra interest amount and let fee charges will be waived off.

                                  I have stopped using my card after knowing this fraud transaction that has happened from my account.
                                  Finally on august after getting multiple calls from hdfc collection department and credit card team i was told to clear the amount which i have actually used, so did the same and cleared my amount except the fraud transaction amount and extra charges which were applied.
                                  On 18th august 2017 i have cleared the amount which i have actually used.

                                  Now at this point i was in assumption that i have cleared all the amount which i have used on.

                                  After clearing the amount as well i was kept on getting multiple calls which has led me to depression and mental torture and affected my personal and professional life as well as i was tired of explaining same thing everytime to hdfc people.
                                  So from september till december i used to get calls from hdfc and after explaining everything they used to cut the call saying "ok".

                                  Finally on 16th december i got a message that 38961 has been deducted from my account and i was literally in shock to see that and immediately called customer care but no use, i called my personal banker asking for resolution but no use, she had no idea whatsoever she had forwarded the call to her manager who has tried giving bogus reason for the justification of above transactions.

                                  Important :

                                  Now in brief three transactions of rs. 10468.75, 5312.50 and 5312.50 on 12-jan-2017 at m/s nepal sbi bank/nsbl, bhairbhairahawa np and[protected]/sewa bikas bkathmandu np has happened from my account and bank has charged me 38961 inr which any intimation and calls or mails, following is the sms that i have received.

                                  "inr 38, 961.73 dr to a/c no xx4334 towards fund trf dm-489377xxxxxx0506 val 16-dec-17. Clr bal inr xxxxxxx"

                                  Being a loyal prime customer of hdfc this is how hdfc treat there customers, i have been using hdfc from last 4 hours and using credit card services fro more than 3 years and never had any issue and always made my payments on time and respected hdfc a lot.
                                  After all this loyality and faith hdfc has disappointed me by deducting an amount of rs 38961.

                                  I understand that bank is not fully responsible for the fraud transaction but charging fee and extra amount on that fraud transaction is not at all acceptable and very unethical behavior from hdfc.

                                  I request you reverse my amount which was deducted from my account otherwise i will take this case to social media and file a complaint against hdfc for the mental torture and harassment that i had to go through during all the phase along with the deduction of 38961.

                                  I ready to bear some amount fraud transaction and want extra charges to be fully waived off as that is something hdfc has charged instead of helping your loyal prime customer.

                                    I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr014257. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaaradn i received message fast tag account has been recharged before 15 days. Since then

                                    There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                      My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me).
                                      Now when i checked, there is negative balance of -6000 in my account.
                                      Please take action against the bank and help to close the account.
