Hi Team,
I made a hotel booking in United Kingdom with my Debit Card ending in 2606 for the amount of Rs.9764.36 . However, the payment has not claimed by the Hotel, instead I paid with a different card at the time of check in to the Hotel.
Now, my money is not yet refunded back to my bank account, as it seems the fund is on hold with HDFC.
The hotel already confirmed that, they are not going to claim that money, as I already paid with my other card.
Please assist to refund the money to my bank account as soon as possible.
