I applied for HDFC Regalia credit card. As a complementary to the card HDFC offered me a Priority Pass for free access to all the lounges at both national and international airports.
Since March 2017 I started using this card and I used it three times till Oct 2017.
After October 2017 I received an SMS from HDFC saying all the Priority Pass changes are chargeable after August. As a result I was charged for the Priority Pass usages in Sep and Oct month. I called my virtual RM and requested her for reversal of the charges.
She managed to reverse the charge for September (I had to pay GST though) and she promised me that Oct charges will also be reversed.

However after multiple follow-ups with her, I came to know that I have to pay for Oct usage.

When I received the Priority Pass, I was told that it is complementary and there are no charges for Regalia card holder. I never received any communication before my last usage of the pass (Although HDFC keeps telling me that the communication was sent to all the card holders) I even checked with one of my colleague who also holds Regalia card and a complementary Priority pass and he also confirmed that the communication was never sent before.
It is only on 23rd Nov they sent an SMS saying priority pass usage at all airport lounges in India is charged at USD 27+Tax per visit/member

If I knew that I am going to be charges for the lounge usage, I probably may not have used it. I had alternatives available which were much cheaper than 27 USD.

I feel like I have been cheated by HDFC band by not providing information at the right time.

we take this opportunity to clarify that if you are using any Domestic Lounge visits using priority pass then same will be charged at US $27 + GST as applicable effective from 25th May 2017. We wish to inform you that lounge access updates are intimated to the customer's vide Estatements / Bank's website. The website was also updated in the month of March 2017. Charges will be billed to your credit card statement within 90 days of Lounge visit. Any lounge visits out of priority pass network will be chargeable as per the discretion of the respective lounges. Dear HDFC Customer assistant,

1. Attaching screenshot of June statement. You see yourself how "prominently" you communicated the changes in policy. So stop boasting about it

2. If you wanted to communicate in the month of June itself, why it was communicated only through statements. Why SMS was sent only in the month of Nov and not prior to that

3. Do you expect every Regalia user to keep visiting your site to see if there is any change of policy for the usage?

4. Is it not YOUR responsibility to ensure that all the customers are informed properly?

5. This grievance is not about I am charged for the Priority Pass usage. This is about the communication gap caused due to YOUR negligence and mishandling the policy change.

I am NOT going to bear the charges because your failed to inform us in time. You will have to give my money back.

    Dear sir,

    At the time of enrollment of hdfc credit card. Mr. Anil kumar yadav employee of hdfc bank ltd. (Branch location: e-216, east of kailash, new delhi - 110065)

    He was there and he was confirmed me this hdfc credit card is absolutely free of cost. There is no any year charges for that. "this card is life time free card".

    But no my lord, there is many "fake" debit entries like rs. 499 and iske upar 18% gst bhi (Rs. 89). This amount i know very low but y should i pay theses all fake payment.

    One more thing my lord, there is one more wrong debit entry in my statement late payment charges deduted against member fees 499 with 18% igst.

    I am not agree to pay these wrong deduction amounts.

    Kindly case a file againts hdfc bank ltd. (Branch location: e-216, east of kailash, new delhi - 110065)

      This is J Muzeeb, i have an account in HDFC ( Zero Balance ) and i take a Two Wheeler Loan. And I maintained the sufficient amount on the particular day from[protected] to till now. But the authorisation person were deducting and depositing money about 3 times, why it happens i don't know if again the bank charged me as Over Due Amount I should move to close my account. My account was deducting money contentiously without any info to me. Kindly find the attachment for the Proof.

        I am corporate client working in ACC Limited. I gave almost 60 + account to HDFC but I have to face problem with HDFC bank I don't care to treat me as a corporate client but in case of normal client how they treat their customer.

        I want to close my Personal Loan nu. 45467871 of 12 Months already 11 months are pass only 1 month left but just because of eligibility for Home Loan I have to close that I know HDFC have a clause that before 1 yr you can't close the account but on request and through managers approval it can be approve for pre-closer as I am ready to pay any kind of charges taken by HDFC. But in respected of helping their customer from yesterday I am in Que for my turn from morning I waiting for the same but they say it will take time.

        I know by tomorrow or day after tomorrow I can get the same by approaching through some sources. But why these sources require to close my self Loan.

        If from tomorrow I become 0 cash person & today I want to close all my loan how can any bank stop me for the same I want to get the answer for the same as a common man how bank cheat by these kind of self made decision.

        My home loan from SBI not disburse just because of this NOC of loan closer who will be the responsible for that interest that builder will take also almost after 1 month my loan approved by SBI if they reject just because of this who will be responsible for this harassment of again 1 month to reprocess the same.

        I want you to please intervene the same & punish those who are responsible for the same.

        I don't want to quote any name here but I want written apologize letter from them & ensuring that in future they will harass anyone in future.

                  "last year in july or august, i had transferred my account to noida branch (Hdfc0001351). I don't remember the executive name or details. At that time one lady was sitting there and she told me about the offer i. E" life time no annual fee"on credit card."

                  Now, they are charging me annual fee. They just told me about the offer i. E life time no annual fee"on credit card".

                  I have been contacting customer care for credit card issue since october but they have not resolved my issue till now.
                  I have called customer care and sent more than 20 mails to customer care. So many times i have gone to my home branch to resolve this issue but they are simply saying that i have to contact customer care because they are unable to solve this problem and close saving account.

                  From january, they have started fine on my saving account because of minimum balance without resolving the credit card issue.

                  Worst service hdfc bank are providing to the customer.

                  Just now i checked my account online and i am seeing that -650 balance is there in my account. In mail you said that you have reversed the membership fee of Rs. 500.00 along with the bank charges. Can i ask you one question that why you have charged 650 ?? is it for non maintenance ?? But HDFC took 2 months time to resolve this issue and in home branch they were saying that i have to settle credit card issue first.

                  So this is HDFC Bank fault they are not resolving the issue in time.

                    Demat account was opened without my authorization and signature in march 16 and i was not aware of the entire happenings till much later. It was obviously done with information being leaked by some bank officials. I was never provided a client list or welcome kit ever. On being asked the standard reply was 'this can happen' but my request to close the account is still on process.
                    There has been some deduction of charges due to low balance due to unauthorized transactions.

                    Kindly provide the client list immediately so that i can transfer the securities to some other demat account and revert the charges deducted. I want to close all acoounts with hdfs henceforth.

                      I had been duped by an hdfc executives into purchasing one assist for one year to have an enhanced credit limit. It was month of september when i got this call. I was told that rs. 1899 shall be deducted from my credit limit and the same shall be refunded the next month. However, when i got my following month's bill the amount was not refunded. I called the customer care many a times. Everybody gave their versions. Some said they are taking a complain and the amount shall get reimbursed soon, others said we don't have such policy itself. I was also not provided a complaint number for the first two times i called. And when i was provided a complain number i never got a resolution for same. Then i started getting calls from oneassist. I narrated them the entire thing again. So they canceled my membership but refunded me only rs. 949.50 in december. They told me to talk to hdfc for the rest of the amount because it was them who had promised for a full refund. I have called hdfc customer care again and even spoke to a senior floor person but he tried to make fool of me. He even asked me to recall the names of persons the persons i spoke to at hdfc. This is the worst level of service.

The plan start date was 12th September, 2017 and you raised a cancellation request on 26th October, 2017. Hence, a refund of Rs.949.50/ was initiated and credited to your account.

                        Have received email from hdfc ergo insurance company that my existing car insurance (Policy no. [protected]) with them is expiring before the tenure, mentioning that when there is no ncb from my previous insurance company (Bharti axa)

                        Registered complaint ('service id=[protected]') and as requested by hdfc ergo, have obtained the renewal certificate and ncb certificate from bharti axa and submitted to hdfc ergo (Attached documents)

                        There is no response from hdfc on this, but getting continuous mails from them stating that my existing insurance will end before the tenure.

                          I have a salary account with hdfc bank.

                          I have linked sip of rs 4000 to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs. Unfortunately i have not maintained the balance for the month of december 2017.

                          So i have paid the amount inclusive of fine. But hdfc bank has deducted rs 3000 (Attached).in all the above deductions, i had not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions. How can i accept that for a sip of rs 4k, deductions are rs 3k. This is simply which is not accepted from so reputed bank. It seems a scheme to loot their customers. Though i am a classic customer to hdfc.

                          Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account. Thank you.

                            My name is gaurav singh. I have an open ongoing issue with hdfc credit card department since last 3 months and they are not providing any solution.

                            It is a mistake at their end still they are not ready to accept. Really a worst experience and worst customer service.

                            I have asked them multiple times to escalate the issue but they are not ready to do that and the # guys named "neville a" and "manikandan" are unnecessarily arguing and not at all helpful. Above that i have asked them multiple times to call but thet never ever called even once. Is this how hdfc works. Really a fraud bank.

                                  I am Basavaraju AP, I have Trade (Tade Ac id[protected] and Demat Account in HDFC Securities. I submitted the Trade and Demat Account application in HDFC Bank Ltd - Bangalore, Vijayanagar branch. But this my ac is situated in Mumbai, so from two and half months I am requesting to them to transfer or mapping my account to Bangalore, Rajajinagar branch. But still they are not done.
                                  HDFC Securities customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Every organisation has a customer support desk and they should be able to address.

                                    Few days ago i got a call from Jessy ([protected]) asking if i need personal loan.She said she is from Electronic city, Bangalore branch. Since i already had existing loan, i was looking for a topup loan and said yes. Got a call from her and as per our tele conversation, she said my O/S existing loan is 3.6lakhs and she assured of giving me 7lakhs extra so that total loan amount will be 10lakhs which she said I am eligible. She also messaged me that I am eligible for total 10 lakhs and ROI will be 11.49+0.5.
                                    Documents are collected on 9th Jan, Tuesday. I followed up with Jessy to confirm once again about rate of interest. But never received response from her. I have attached the screenshot of messages which are unanswered from her.

                                    Loan processing started on 10th Jan, Thursday and someone called me for verification. In the noon, i called Jessy and asked her to confirm ROI. I was shocked, she changed her words and said 14.5% + 2% .I asked her she told 11.49 and now increased to 14.5%. She lost her temper and was very rude and said i dont meet their eligibility. I really dont know why she behaved so rude with me. I tried to negotiate but she didnt agree. Finally I told her to cancel my loan request. She directly said me not to beg like that and she has tried maximum for me and cut the call. She made 9years customer a Begger for asking personal loan

                                    Meanwhile, got a call from ICICI executive and says she got my number from Jessy and asking me if I am looking for loan. Did I tell Jessy to give my number to ICICI. Confused whats going on.

                                    After few minutes, one more person from HDFC same branch named Keshav ([protected]) called me and tried to console me reducing ROI to 12.5 + 1.25.. Since I was already frustrated with Jessy's comments, I directly told I dont need any loan from HDFC.
                                    Shockingly, Keshav started scolding me in Kannada very badly using vulgar words. He said in kannada that " Bolimagne, documents collection petrol charges neen kodtiya " . OMG. What happended to HDFC. Why should i hear these words from him.

                                    I am a HDFC customer from last 9 years. I had taken many loans and cleared. I have good financial transactions. This is the first time i faced these type of issues with HDFC employees.

                                    Why did Jessy message and promised me with 11.49% and Why did she change to 14%. Why did she call I am begging for negotiating ROI. Why should she share my number to other bank and let everyone know that I am looking for loan. Disgusting.

                                    Why did Keshav call me Bolimagne and scolded in regional language. Is it the way to speak to customers..? Why should I pay his petrol expenses for collecting documents. Dont i have right to cancel loan request if I feel ROI is higher than promised..?

                                    I request these issues should be escalated to concerned department/person. Action should be taken on both Jessy and Keshav. I am ready to come to branch and speak to them and their manager if you can schedule a meeting.

                                    NEVER EXPECTED " BEGGAR AND BOLIMAGNE" from HDFC employees. I still trust HDFC and dont spoil the brand name just because of two employees. Hope you take necessary action and update me on the same. Please train employees to behave professioanally.

                                    I have attached the messages screenshot where Jessy promised me with 10lakhs loan and 11.49% ROI and screenshots of my messages which were unanswered.

                                      I applied for Fasttag and i have submitted the all the required document through online and i got a SMS stating that account created successfully but i didn't get any information regarding how to collect my Fastag.

                                      My application reference no is HFR022375.

                                      There is helpline given in that site (Services and Sales Queries :[protected] but its always busy, no one is there to attend our call.

                                      It will be great if you could update the status or there should be Email_id for customer care.

                                        I am unable to access my Food Plus Card neither can I log in to my account using this card. I tried calling the customer care but it did not help. I even registered a complaint but did not receive any reference number yet. Kindly look into this matter and unblock my card. Its last 4 digits are 4963.
                                        Everytime when I try to log in it says that my card is blocked. I even tried contacting the customer care number but it did not get connected.
