Dear Sir/Madam.
I am Basavaraju AP, I have Trade (Tade Ac id[protected] and Demat Account in HDFC Securities. I submitted the Trade and Demat Account application in HDFC Bank Ltd - Bangalore, Vijayanagar branch. But this my ac is situated in Mumbai, so from two and half months I am requesting to them to transfer or mapping my account to Bangalore, Rajajinagar branch. But still they are not done.
HDFC Securities customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Every organisation has a customer support desk and they should be able to address.

    Few days ago i got a call from Jessy ([protected]) asking if i need personal loan.She said she is from Electronic city, Bangalore branch. Since i already had existing loan, i was looking for a topup loan and said yes. Got a call from her and as per our tele conversation, she said my O/S existing loan is 3.6lakhs and she assured of giving me 7lakhs extra so that total loan amount will be 10lakhs which she said I am eligible. She also messaged me that I am eligible for total 10 lakhs and ROI will be 11.49+0.5.
    Documents are collected on 9th Jan, Tuesday. I followed up with Jessy to confirm once again about rate of interest. But never received response from her. I have attached the screenshot of messages which are unanswered from her.

    Loan processing started on 10th Jan, Thursday and someone called me for verification. In the noon, i called Jessy and asked her to confirm ROI. I was shocked, she changed her words and said 14.5% + 2% .I asked her she told 11.49 and now increased to 14.5%. She lost her temper and was very rude and said i dont meet their eligibility. I really dont know why she behaved so rude with me. I tried to negotiate but she didnt agree. Finally I told her to cancel my loan request. She directly said me not to beg like that and she has tried maximum for me and cut the call. She made 9years customer a Begger for asking personal loan

    Meanwhile, got a call from ICICI executive and says she got my number from Jessy and asking me if I am looking for loan. Did I tell Jessy to give my number to ICICI. Confused whats going on.

    After few minutes, one more person from HDFC same branch named Keshav ([protected]) called me and tried to console me reducing ROI to 12.5 + 1.25.. Since I was already frustrated with Jessy's comments, I directly told I dont need any loan from HDFC.
    Shockingly, Keshav started scolding me in Kannada very badly using vulgar words. He said in kannada that " Bolimagne, documents collection petrol charges neen kodtiya " . OMG. What happended to HDFC. Why should i hear these words from him.

    I am a HDFC customer from last 9 years. I had taken many loans and cleared. I have good financial transactions. This is the first time i faced these type of issues with HDFC employees.

    Why did Jessy message and promised me with 11.49% and Why did she change to 14%. Why did she call I am begging for negotiating ROI. Why should she share my number to other bank and let everyone know that I am looking for loan. Disgusting.

    Why did Keshav call me Bolimagne and scolded in regional language. Is it the way to speak to customers..? Why should I pay his petrol expenses for collecting documents. Dont i have right to cancel loan request if I feel ROI is higher than promised..?

    I request these issues should be escalated to concerned department/person. Action should be taken on both Jessy and Keshav. I am ready to come to branch and speak to them and their manager if you can schedule a meeting.

    NEVER EXPECTED " BEGGAR AND BOLIMAGNE" from HDFC employees. I still trust HDFC and dont spoil the brand name just because of two employees. Hope you take necessary action and update me on the same. Please train employees to behave professioanally.

    I have attached the messages screenshot where Jessy promised me with 10lakhs loan and 11.49% ROI and screenshots of my messages which were unanswered.

      I applied for Fasttag and i have submitted the all the required document through online and i got a SMS stating that account created successfully but i didn't get any information regarding how to collect my Fastag.

      There is helpline given in that site (Services and Sales Queries :[protected] but its always busy, no one is there to attend our call.

      It will be great if you could update the status or there should be Email_id for customer care.

        I am unable to access my Food Plus Card neither can I log in to my account using this card. I tried calling the customer care but it did not help. I even registered a complaint but did not receive any reference number yet. Kindly look into this matter and unblock my card. Its last 4 digits are 4963.
        Everytime when I try to log in it says that my card is blocked. I even tried contacting the customer care number but it did not get connected.

          Hi,
          What is this AMB CHRG INCL GST FOR DEC2017-MIR[protected] ? 708 rs has deducted from my account without informing me, how can you do that? You can't deduct someone's money without informing them. This is unacceptable. I want my 708 rs and the reason for deducting it. I always thought HDFC is a trustworthy bank but I guess I am wrong. If I don't get my money back and reason for its deduction, I will switch bank. As people says, nationalise bank are the only trustworthy banks.

            I am existing customer of hdfc account trying close my account since one year. My credit card linked my account. My branch is unable to delinking or close my account. I am paying no balance charges every month and visiting branch and credit card office. Hope there is any procedure. I am not using account or not i have generate new pin of my credit card. My hdfc insurance is linked to card. Yet i am paying regularly charges for my card and account charges.

              I had a salary account in hdfc a year ago after that i changed to some other organization.in the mean time i visited the hdfc bank branch in our locality to close my salary account but they refused to do that and told me to get it done from the branch where my account was created but i never visit that branch i then after 1 yr visited the branch to close my account they told me that i was charged almost -5700 for amb and they will not close my account until i pay the dues. But i never received any message for this atleast they should have informed me by mail or by sms that they are charging me for amb. One more thing i will not clear those dues cause i already visited multiple branch for closing of my account and they are constantly opposing me.

                    My fastag has been activated today. I had applied on 07th jan. 2018 for the fastag.

                    I want to know that when will i receive my fastag for my car and on your portal the details are also not showing correct because i have entered my aadhar number and pan card number. Neither the aadhar card number nor the pan card number is showing there and after all this the status of my kyc documents is not ok.

                      We have booked a ticket and cancelled a ticket in irctc. We got a message on my mobile that money has been credited but it is not credited at all when i check my online bank account and money is not added even. Our pnr number is [protected]. Cancellation done on 6th january and got a message on 9th january 2018 at 15:35pm that money has been credited. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                        I was double charged the premium for the policy in the last week of december 2017. The amount is substantial.
                        When i called your call centre, i was told to update my neft details for refund of premium. This was done (Interaction id[protected].
                        On 31/12/2017 i got a reply from your side that the neft details have been updated but there was no mention on when the refund will be given. (See screenshot of mail)
                        Then i have submitted request again (Interaction id[protected] but i am not getting any reply as to when the premium will be refunded.
                        Please let me know the date by which i will get the refund.

                          Hi hdfc,
                          Your deducted rs708 from my account. How can u deduct the money with out any info and am never expect from you guys hdfc i always take hdfc as a good bank but now think i was wrong. I’m not understanding what is this amb chrg incl gst for dec2017-mir[protected]. If you people want to do such things let me inform once. I don’t know from how long you guys are detecting my money.

                          Please don't say any stupid...

                          I had transacted 10 rupees through upi to a merchant's account (Amazon) on dt.30 dec 2017 having transaction no.[protected]. But unfortunately it had not been credited to merchant's account and also my balance had debited. I had called to hdfc bank customer service executive as well as amazon representative regarding this. Through phone call i found the same dialogue as "it will be credited within 5-7 days, & also pls have patience". But still now it has not been credited to my savings bank account. Where is my balance? Pls tell me what should i do? Pls help me as fast as possible and credit my balance as soon as possible for which i shall be obliged.

                            Apropos the file no.[protected] and the subsequent withdrawal of application due to a extreme delay on the part of hdfc hfl and extremely poor customer services, we notice that you have only refunded inr 5, 538.00 of the deposited processing fees of inr 10, 000.

                            We demand a refund of inr 4, 462 failing which we would be taking this case to the banking ombudsman, as a first legal step. All other legal actions remain open.

                            We demand a complete written explanation to your arbitrary deduction of inr 4, 462 as a reply to this email, with a breakup, at the earliest.

                            Hdfc hfl is solely at fault here for failing to process the loan. There is no reason whatsoever for you to deduct any part of the processing fees, while the loan has not be availed and the application withdrawn.

                            Please treat email sent to you as a service of notice.

                            As a point of record, i would like to stress the extremely poor customer services provided by hdfc hfl, guwahati. While i requested you to provide me with the branch manager's email, for further feedback, you refused to do so.

                              I have purchased the hdfc fast tag through hdfc fast tag online portal, ref: : hfr023185 on[protected] and uploaded the final documents as required. But the customer care no. Is not getting through and there is no information on what next after uploading the final document. Really i made a mistake through with hdfc. At least icici fast tag has the customer care who is responding to inquiries. The only reason i went to buy with hdfc i had an account with them. Not sure if i wasted my money. Please, no one use the hdfc fast tag service if there no proper response from them. I will repost if my issue is resolved.

                                I am trying to reach to call customer service – "[protected]" for last 3 days but no one is answering and ends up with busy.

                                Feel bad as i should have opted for icici as they are having good support.

                                Also raised service request in the portal but no action for 2 days.

                                Debit cards he been repeatedly issued with the wrong name despite the Relationship Manager making specific requests. There is no response from the bank on when this would be rectified despite repeated calls from me and the Relationship Manager

                                  Hi i'm gunasekar purushothaman my policy no.17613690 starting from 2015 already 3 years premium paid till now (Total amt paid rs.32500) but my policy lapsed information from hdfc standard life department. Why lapsed??? My policy offering from hdfc perungudi branch and i already medical treatment done & policy form sign with ecs clearing but not automatic debited my account so every year policy due i asked to hdfc life pls. Debited through ecs, but no response from hdfc dept. Last two weeks back calling from hdfc (Mobile no.[protected]) for please checkup medical another treatment, why??? I already medical treatment done and policy sanctioned. Why another treatment checkup??. Please understand my situations, my credit card no. [protected] credit card loan (Emi option) and every month paid within due date so please request cancel my policy and refund amount for rs.32500/- so i have paid credit card payment after refund amount received done. But credit card collection dept. Daily call and credit cad payment status for paid or not? But i asked already informed the above problem. Please note my problem and resolve the issues. But no records your side.

                                  So i totally health mentally upset.

                                  He introduced to be HDFC staff enquring on the details quoting history of transaction made from my debit card as well online payments.

                                  1) Is that directed by you?

                                  2) Why such calls? How my transaction is leaked?

                                      I have been refused to deposit an ammount of rupees of 35000/- by the hdfc bhangarh, abc, gs road branch. While inquiring the matter the officer including the manager of hdfc bhangarh, abc, gs road branch said the bank cannot take more then 25000/- from a non branched account. I have asked the mannager to show if they have any circular of this type of rule, he faild - then i asked him to give me in writing that he cannot accept beoynd 25000/-, that also he refused with hostile. It is giving me a tremendous set back as i have issued a cq and i am not in a possition to go to my home branch to deposit the money. If the cq bounced not only my prestige but i may also go to jail.
                                      In such situation i want to aske a question why hdfc is making such rule which can be a big trouble to the coustomer may at medical need. If not please take it as complain against the hostile branch manager of abc, bhangagarh, gs road guwahati, assam

                                      We have investigated in the matter and found that third-party (non-account) holder had visited the branch for cash deposit transaction. HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network.However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third-party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank. Third Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.
