Hi,
I had submitted the application online for hdfc fasttag on 11th october 2017.
My application reference number is : hfr004441
All the documents were uploaded online along with signed application.
Also, i had paid amount of rs300 online via netbank
I have received the message with customer id[protected] and wallet id ([protected]), but still i have not recived my fastag.
Its almost a month.
Since then i haven't been able to check the status of my application. Customer care number given by hdfc [[protected]]is really bad and nobody replies on that.
Even we do not have site where we can check the status as well
Also post submittal of application, neither i received any notification when i will be getting the fasttag or anything else needs to be done on my end.

I have contacted the no provides by you its if noida no and he said that my fast is processed from kolkatta . And he assisted me me in getting that person no.. unfortunately kolkatta person did not pic my call .. still my request is in pending
