I have added 5000 to my payzapp wallet on 3rd november from citibank credit card. My money got deducted from the credit card but not loaded into payzapp wallet giving an error something like 'sorry some error in the app'.

I tried calling customer care support but no one answered my call.

I hope my money will be refunded to my credit card.

    I am hdfc bank credit card holder the bank as auto debited rupes 1899 from my credit card no ending with 489377xxxxxx6862 with out my authorization on date[protected] i don't want this member ship so cancel the membership and refund the same please take the necessary action a asap other wise i will have to take action against this illegal charge without intimation.

      Hdfc card i own have 8500 reward points which i can redeem in credit card cash. Earlier single reward point has value of 30 paisa.

      It means if i redeem 8000 points i would get 2400 rupees. But they dropped their reward value to 20 paisa without any prior intimation.

      Due to this i lost 800 rupee instantly, i was waiting to redeem since last 3 months.

          I am customer of hdfc bank a/c: saving [protected] the total amount deducation from my account 2950/- narration: intera bank cash depost charges.. I am not depost cash in any other branchs i am depost the amount own branch how can the amount deducation the amount from my account i am asking branch concern person she said 65% charges your not getting in that amount remaining amount you will get.. She said please come monday we will refund the monday the total amount of 45%.. Today we are busy tomorrow is holiday and before deposit the amount i am asking her.. She said ok you can deposit amount not a problem but now the amount is deducation from my account.. I can't understand the rules other bank not changed the amount for cash deposit own branch only hdfc bank deducation amount i want refund the total amount..

          I am smiriti, I had took gold loan, 27/10/17 is renewal date I came in bank but hdfc not accepting coins . And link is also fail it means if today m not paying interest than from tomorrow interest will add because of link fail of hdfc so why I will pay that interest which increase Bec of bank.
          I have taken a Personal Loan from HDFC and the loan no is 49930616 from day 1 of the loan is sanctioned i didnot get any detail on my loan, by they expected me to pay the loan amount .

          HDFC is the worst bank which i have experienced this time, I personally say not to go with HDFC bank.

          As i cannot type more i am completing it short.
          I am using my credit card to shopping on flipkart . i was order an mobile phone on EMI then i'll cancel my order the amount was refunded on my credit card to flipkart but still my netbanking show my card details the amount was unbilled status kindly ssolve this issue quickly.

            I added rs. 20000 from my sbi credit card in my payzap wallet associated with number [protected] at 12.35 pm on 6th nov. 2017. Money got deducted from my credit card and i hot a message on payzap "funds loaded successfully". But the amount is not showing in my wallet. I needed the amount on urgent basis that's why i used credit card and payzapp. Pls resolve this issue asap as i am facing medical emergency. Pls rectify this.

            I've got no communication till now. I dont understand how an app by a responsible bank like HDFC does not even have a working customer care contact number. I have seen many complaints regarding payzapp on internet which are not being solved even after many days.

              Dear hdfc,

              Yesterday night total 9 fraud transactions have been done from my credit card. After these fraud transactions, i got a call from hdfc care and he asked permission for blocking my credit card. And that time i was not using the credit card anywhere and with me only this credit card. How is this possible?? He asked for my last transaction and i replied that correctly. He has blocked my credit card after taking my permission and told that you will get a new credit card within 5 days.
              So how can i resolve these fraud transactions issue? You can see that all transactions have done for the same merchants itunes_combill only. Even i don't know this merchant also. I have all alerts of these dispute transactions in text messages.
              Please give me a suggestion for resolve this issue.

                I got a call from [protected] and he told that your atm card will be blocked as your aadhar card number is not linked to your account. Please help to verify your some details and provide aadhar card number also so that we can update in our records. As i already linked my aadhar number to bank account, so i thought it could be a fraud call to know about the details of my atm number. And the same happened, he asked for atm no and cvv first. So i refused to give that asking that no bank ask card no and cvv on phone, then why you are asking for it. He disconnected the call.

                  Hi,

                  I had submitted the application online for hdfc fasttag on 11th october 2017.

                  My application reference number is : hfr004441
                  All the documents were uploaded online along with signed application.
                  Also, i had paid amount of rs300 online via netbank
                  I have received the message with customer id[protected] and wallet id ([protected]), but still i have not recived my fastag.
                  Its almost a month.
                  Since then i haven't been able to check the status of my application. Customer care number given by hdfc [[protected]]is really bad and nobody replies on that.
                  Even we do not have site where we can check the status as well

                  Also post submittal of application, neither i received any notification when i will be getting the fasttag or anything else needs to be done on my end.

                    Hi sir i have made an online transaction on nov 1st through payzapp virtual debit card but unfortunately transaction failed due to network issues and merchant didn't receive the payment but when i checked my payzapp-wallet rs:10320/- amount got deducted.. Till today my amount didn't credit back to my account.

                    I am also providing reference # of particular transaction

                    I have raised a request to payzapp customer support email, and also in playstore i have complained regarding the same but till today no response from them

                            I have applied for hdfc fastag on 20th october 2017 and on 28th october 2017 my id was created after follow up with customer care. Same was activated on 2nd november 2017. I received a message saying my fastag is activated and till now i haven't received the fastag tag either call from hdfc executive. Tried contacting the hdfc customer care and no response from them after continuously calling them for 3 days.

                            I have paid them 500 rupees and i'm not sure whether i'll be getting the fastag

                            Please advice why hdfc is taking too much time on this tag delivery, also now itself customer care is behaving like this, i am worrying about the quality of the service.                               I saranjeet singh, want to cancel the transaction of rs. 153750/- on 5/11/2017 around 10:00 pm. My card last digit number is [protected] and we have already discuss with executive in morning around 8:00 am. Our complaint number is [protected] yesterday we went to mountain club resort office in aansel plaza in south ex new delhi. They have told s that they will take 50, 000 rs bt they have take 153750 rs from our card.
                              So we want to cancel the transaction.

                              I tried to transfer 5000 to my debit card but the amount has not been credited to my account. Am continuosly calling customer care and they are not responding at all.

                                  Dear hdfc
                                  Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]s1. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification.

                                  Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.

                                  Remarks
                                  Disapproval of the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability

                                  We told to hdb financial who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. We have given all papers and verification also done positively.

                                  I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection.. Hdfc bank should give us reason for dsapproval.

                                  We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got personal loan from hdb too on same address.. It is my dignity which got effected. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past.

                                  Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

                                    I have deposited 5000 rs to payzapp account from my credit card and the money get deducted from credit card but not credited in payzapp wallet i have tried calling on payzapp customercare but the call is not getting connected.

                                    It's has been 5 days still i didn't get money in either of the banks. Can you please check and let me know the proper inputs.

                                      My account was salary account. Recently i changed my job and my new company does not have tie up with hdfc bank. Amb charges are being deducted from my account for past three months.

                                      18 sep 2017: amb chrg incl gst for aug2017-mir[protected]: rs.326.00
                                      05 oct 2017: amb chrg incl gst for aug2017-mir[protected]: 177.00
                                      05 oct 2017: amb chrg incl gst for aug2017-mir[protected]: 132.28

                                      "banks should not levy penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balances in any inoperative account." according to part b of the first bi-monthly monetary policy statement 2014-15 announced on april 1, 2014 by rbi.

                                      Banks are to safeguard people's money not to deduct as and when they wish to. Even if i had my salary account in the same bank i would always withdraw the complete amount every month. So does the bank want us change our lifestyle according to their wish?

                                      I would better close this account rather sitting and fighting for my money.

                                      I hate hdfc.they gave a credit card with wrong morals and values.i hate hdfc.

                                        I was shopping from groofers application and was ordering something worth 806, as soon as entered net banking password they asked me to enter security question's answer, after entering that money got deducted from my bank account and session got expired. Look into this matter.
                                        Now i don't know where is my money stucked, i just want it back, write to me for further details.
