Hi, actually my money is deducted from the payzapp wallet, and not credited to the beneficiary account, this happened on 28th of december and i am sending a screenshot of this transaction for further details and i am waiting for last more than 5 working days for the solution and not getting proper solution for this.
My mobile number is [protected].
Kindly provide me the proper solution to this.
And whenever i tried to call customer care from any mobile number not response voice will come to hear.
Can you pls tell me what should i do?

    Amount failed from payzapp app and amount deducted but not refunded back
    My number - [protected] i have done a 5000 transaction on 28th oct 2017, 14:18:02 to transfer to my icici bank account but amount failed and amount has been deducted and my amount was not credit back into my payzapp account.
    I given complaint they said it will take 5 working days today is 8 th working still they are not refunding my amount back.
    Plz refund my amount back right i need that money its very urgent

      I owned a hdfc regalia credit card which had an offer of 12 complimentary lounge access free across india every year. I had been using this offer but suddenly hdfc decided to remove this offer without any kind of email or sms notification. Due to this, i was charged for the lounge access in june and july. When i complained regarding this, hdfc customer care blatantly replied that they had updated their website.

      I don't think this should be allowed, as any thing chargeable should be informed by a message or email or post.

      Also just to update, as mentioned above I was charged for the lounge access twice, first on 22nd June (for 2 people, amount: 3523.50 + GST around 600) and then again on 8th July (for 1 person, amount: 2132 including GST). On complaining several times I got a reply from HDFC that they would be refunding 1 persons visit charge, but even that was not done due to which I was further charged a late payment fee of Rs 480 on my card statement!

        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs.1299/- from my credit card number ending with 7733 without my concern on 02/11/17. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-.

            Hi,
            I have transferred rs. 5000 to a wrong icici account from my hdfc payzapp account. It was supposed to be sent to my account[protected] but it got transferred to another account[protected].
            Transaction id[protected]su9

            I was a mistype in the last two digit of account number. Typed 71 instead of 17, while the other things was right like beneficiary name & ifs code. Don't know how transaction got success.

            I visited both the banks and told about the incident but didn't get response to reslove.

            Please help me out and to get my money back, please support so that guy can return the money back.

            This is with regard to the previous mail which is have dropped you on 19th December 2017. The Beneficiary bank (ICICI Bank) needs my bank, HDFC Bank (PAYZAPP) to cooperate and provide sufficient support for the easy and safe recovery of my fund of Rupees 3000.

            This is so ridiculous that when the beneficiary bank (ICICI Bank) is ready to support where in HDFC bank (PAYZAPP) is lease bother not cooperating with me.

                My name is yogesh shende. I joined a company in the year 2013 and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job and joined new company. At that time my account balance was less than rs.10, 000 and after 3 month i saw that rs.398 is being charged on my account as asd deduction. It happend without any notification or sms. When the same charge were made on my account three times then i withdrawn all the remaining balance. And now i. E. After 3 years it is showing negative balance about -8000rs. I am totally shocked and worrying about the same.
                Can you please suggest me any way that what should i do. Can it be waived or i will have to pay all these amount..

                  I am Veena V Pavithran & Jiniraj VR, customer HDFC Home Loan HDFC Vazhuthakad Branch Trivandrum Kerala. My account no is[protected]. I had received home loan amount of 15 lakhs by instalments last year from HDFC Bank Vazhuthakad Home loan Branch Trivandrum Kerala State. Since I need 5 more Lakhs to complete my home construction, I recently approached the bank for extension/maintenance loan. As per my application, HDFC Bank allotted 4 lakhs in favour of me but disbursed 1.5 lakhs only in August 2017. Now they are refused to disburse the balance 2.5 lakhs. Please give them direction to disburse the rest amount.

                      I have transferred money from my payzapp wallet to my back account on 30-oct-2017 money not credited in my bank account but debited from my wallet. In payzapp the transaction is showing as success but it is showing some red circle for the amount.I have been waited for three days still money is not credited in my bank account .How can i get my money back please help me.

                        I have bought two products from flipkart.. one I phone 7 and second mobile is of vivo.
                        There they have shown at 0% EMI through HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD
                        But now they are sending me message at 14% EMI..
                        That means on the approximate shopping of 50000 they are charging me 14 % extra..

                        Both flipkart.com and hdfc are not showing the proper response. Both told me to approach other.. That's not our fault..

                        It's a open fraud.. There is no fun of making fool of a person openly..

                        Kindly resolve my issue and wave off my extra money which they have charged me
                        I am not going to pay any extra money for that

                              I just found out that an amount of ₹ 3, 677.80 was deducted from my account as of today. I haven't done any foreign or international transactions whatsoever.

                              And what's with the insane deduction?! As i searched online, i see people with just 40 or 50 ₹ issues, but this is staright up 3k₹!

                              For a delhi - mumbai flight booking of rs 6077 done through smartbuy on 14th sep, 2017 through hdfc netbanking which was cancelled after talking to cleartrip & indigo on 17th sept, 2017 (With all relevant details forwarded to smartbuy) the refund hasn't been processed even after almost one and half months of continuous follow up via emails and calls.

                              Never ever i have seen such pathetic customer care, where even after one and half months of raising the issue there is no clue on at what stage the refund process is and also when it will be processed, they are absolutely clueless about what they are dealing with.

                              I request immediate refund of my money.

                                Recently i noticed that the following have been deducted from my account in below txn without my notice.

                                1. Dc intl pos txn markup+st[protected]mir[protected] charged 5637.10.
                                2. Dc intl pos txn markup+st[protected]mir[protected] charged 321.74.
                                3. Cc[protected]xxxxxxx9398 autopay si-tad charged 3312.

                                I don't see the need of deduction of money. Even i didn't do any transaction. I need proper explanation on this issue with viable supporting evidence if not then i must get my money back. Hopping for your positive response.
