I tried many times to update my hdfc bank acc. With aadhar card no. Through netbanking and atm. At the end of transaction, got the message update aadhaar number - success. But the update remained unsuccessful. For other banks, i have successfully updated my aadhar number.
This issue i discussed with customer relationship officer, he told to update the address same as of in aadhar, then try. Then also, update is not successful.
They could have completely tracked and updated the reason if final phase not getting successful. This is making the requirement of going bank and paper work.
