Hi support team,

Date of 07-nov-2017 i have transferred 5000rupees to payzap account and amount is deducted from credit card. Today 08-nov-2017 the balance showing in the app is 'null'. I don't know where is gone my total balance. Please help me out

Payzap customer care number is getting busy from morning i do not know whether customer care people or there or not.

    A slry account was open by the last company i was working and i left my job last year and i stopped using hdfc slry account a few time ago i open my net banking and saw there is negative balance of nearly 4000rs i dnt get any information about hdfc converted my slry a/c to savings. This is not good management system, and right now i am not working anywhere i can't pay this much amount now so please wave off this negative balance and close this hdfc bank account it will be good for me i don't wanna continue this account.

    In reply to your comment i emailed u the required details but in response of my email i get an email stating that my atm card is deactivated but i asked u to wave off my account negative balance and close that account as i dnt wanna continue that account .

      I am holding a saving account in hdfc bank for past 5 years. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of rs.39, 000/- (Rupees thirty nine thousand) has been debited from my account on 4th day of november 2017 at 19:36:30 not executed by me.

      The transaction came to light when i have seen the msg received from bank.

            I have made a transaction of rs. 5000/- to my axis bank account on 5th november 2017 from payzapp app. But amount not transferred to beneficiary account and neither credited back to my payzapp, i tried calling customer service no one is answering the call and every time it is saying busy.

              I had a hdfcergo car insurance policy no. [protected] whuch was due to expire on 4th nov, 2017.

              Hdfcergo had called me on 2nd nov for renewal and i had agreed to renew the policy online for which i made a payment of rs 16882/- on 2nd nov through a payzapp link provided by them.

              The payzapp transaction id is[protected].

              I am calling their customer care from past 6 days but they are not renewing my policy. My complaint no. Is 20160398.

              My policy is expired now and they are not giving any response.

              Please take up this matter with the company.

                I have been hdfc customer for more than 10 years. I have joint account with my mom n lately it has been observed that there has been trasaction on her debit card. There has been misuse n laundry of nearly 18000 till now. When checked through net banking it shows money withdrawn at atm but my mom has not withdrawn any money n card seemed to be with her. I m really worried for such huge amount. Please help me.

                  Hi, i ordered one product from amazon on 6 november. And i cancelled it after debit card payment. I got message from amazon that they have refunded my amount to hdfc.                     I had applied for hdfc credit card which is duelt received... How ever upon checking my back credit card statement i noticed that i have been charged for one assist membership fee... I haven't raised request for one assist membership nor did i have authorised the bank for the same... Means the membership was charged without my consent... Despite of calling customer care several times no one picks up calls in the customer care center... There fire the issue hasn't been solved yet... I want my refund back and want an answer from bank how can they charge for a service without the consent of the customers

                      My credit card has expired, and its been 2 months. I have not received my new credit card. I have tried to call on customer care no. [protected],
                      [protected] and[protected]. There is no one to pic up the phone.
                      Though i am getting calls from credit card department asking to pay my dues.

                      This is highly inconvenient and i will never suggest any one to with hdfc bank.

                        The deductions for 5 months of not using my salary account is rs.5402.65.
                        I understand there can be deductions for an account for not using services. But not such a huge amount.
                        Now i cannot close my account.
                        I read online that this has been the issue with many other customers of hdfc bank. Their stupid customer grievance number is an mtnl landline which is busy all the time. The other customer care number doesn't work.
                        This is what you get for registering an internationally acclaimed private bank!
                        I want to know the next steps to close my account and bring the account amount to zero. I cannot open another salary account with my new company in hdfc until then.

                          I have raised a request for new debit i got my new debit card too hence have charged me for debit card issuance of rs.885, i would like to know why hdfc have charged 885 for debit card issuance it's really ridiculous and moreover hdfc have charged 885+412 as cheque bounce charges so, totally it's near to 2200 hdfc have charged it's really hectic. I want to know the details or i want to close the account i don't want to use hdfc.

                          The charges are too high. Expecting to solve my issues asap.

                              Around rs 444.58 had deducted from my hdfc account number [protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 161017-mir[protected]" around rs 90.58 is deducted on 7th november 2017 and 3rd party cash txn inc gst 161017-mir[protected] around rs 354 is deducted on 27th october 2017. I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

                              I need detailed justification regarding the charges deducting automatically and unnecessarily.

                                I have used payzap for recharge of 399rs. It failed at first so i tried again. Then i got messages from bank that both the time money deducted. But the transaction was not completed any time. I tried calling the support number provided, its always busy. Sent email too but no response. How come you guys dont respond after theese many complaints. Do you really want your app to be used by people? I[censored] want please refund all the failed transactions. I want my 798 rs refunded now.

                                  I am dipak mistry and i have my saving account with hdfc bank, navsari, gujarat. I opened an dmat account with the same same bank and linked it with my saving account. After few years, i decided to closed the dmat account and submitted a application to close the dmat account. But it very sad to say that still after 4 years of my closing application, the bank has not closed my account and charging 885 rs every year. How can they cheat people like this for reaching the targets. I have contacted them many times through email and calls and even the person to whom i was given cancel application, behave with a non scene talk to me that my account will never close do anything whatever you can do. Please don't play with customers for your profits. I need my dmat account to be closed immediately. I got rid of this disgusting bank please look into this.

                                      I had Submitted an application for HDFC Fastag on line on 04/11/2017 .I uploaded all the documents asked for including aadhaar card copy and the vehicle RC copy. I got application no HFR009175. As asked I downloaded the same filled up all details signed it pasted the photograph scanned it and uploaded it again. I regret to inform you that no further reply has been received from them. I wonder if I have lost the Rs 700 paid online . Their Helpline number is virtually non existent. This is very disappointing. I have been a Preferred HDFC customer for so many years and I am thinking of reviewing my relationship with HDFC .

                                        I have made a transaction at reliance fresh bhubaneswar using payzapp bharat qr application of hdfc bank. Transaction shows time out at retail store. But at payzapp it shows successful and payzapp deducted money from my sbi irctc credit card. Money has not been refunded yet. Date of transaction 29.10.2017. Amount is rs. 926.61.

                                        I have written email to payzapp and even try to contact then at their toll free no. But they are not responding.

                                        Please take action. This is fraud.
