Hi team,

I have raised a request for new debit i got my new debit card too hence have charged me for debit card issuance of rs.885, i would like to know why hdfc have charged 885 for debit card issuance it's really ridiculous and moreover hdfc have charged 885+412 as cheque bounce charges so, totally it's near to 2200 hdfc have charged it's really hectic. I want to know the details or i want to close the account i don't want to use hdfc.

The charges are too high. Expecting to solve my issues asap.

    This is to inform you i am being disturbed every now and then from hdfc credit card division over phone on a recorded message. This is causing a lot of disturbance to us every day. If it is a customer care representative, we would have asked them to stop this immediately, being a recorded message, we are unable to do so. Hence you are requested to kindly stop this immediately.

      Around rs 444.58 had deducted from my hdfc account number [protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 161017-mir[protected]" around rs 90.58 is deducted on 7th november 2017 and 3rd party cash txn inc gst 161017-mir[protected] around rs 354 is deducted on 27th october 2017. I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

      I need detailed justification regarding the charges deducting automatically and unnecessarily.

        I have used payzap for recharge of 399rs. It failed at first so i tried again. Then i got messages from bank that both the time money deducted. But the transaction was not completed any time. I tried calling the support number provided, its always busy. Sent email too but no response. How come you guys dont respond after theese many complaints. Do you really want your app to be used by people? I[censored] want please refund all the failed transactions. I want my 798 rs refunded now.

          I am dipak mistry and i have my saving account with hdfc bank, navsari, gujarat. I opened an dmat account with the same same bank and linked it with my saving account. After few years, i decided to closed the dmat account and submitted a application to close the dmat account. But it very sad to say that still after 4 years of my closing application, the bank has not closed my account and charging 885 rs every year. How can they cheat people like this for reaching the targets. I have contacted them many times through email and calls and even the person to whom i was given cancel application, behave with a non scene talk to me that my account will never close do anything whatever you can do. Please don't play with customers for your profits. I need my dmat account to be closed immediately. I got rid of this disgusting bank please look into this.

              I had Submitted an application for HDFC Fastag on line on 04/11/2017 .I uploaded all the documents asked for including aadhaar card copy and the vehicle RC copy. I got application no HFR009175. As asked I downloaded the same filled up all details signed it pasted the photograph scanned it and uploaded it again. I regret to inform you that no further reply has been received from them. I wonder if I have lost the Rs 700 paid online . Their Helpline number is virtually non existent. This is very disappointing. I have been a Preferred HDFC customer for so many years and I am thinking of reviewing my relationship with HDFC .

                I have made a transaction at reliance fresh bhubaneswar using payzapp bharat qr application of hdfc bank. Transaction shows time out at retail store. But at payzapp it shows successful and payzapp deducted money from my sbi irctc credit card. Money has not been refunded yet. Date of transaction 29.10.2017. Amount is rs. 926.61.

                I have written email to payzapp and even try to contact then at their toll free no. But they are not responding.

                Please take action. This is fraud.

                  Hdfc bank gave me a personal banker and told the services are free. Few months later anmol (Personal banker from hdfc-indore) calls me regularly and then one day says being a premium customer we are giving a life time free platinum card to you being a joint holder.
                  Later that year, hdfc deducts charges for giving me personal banker services which i fought and unsubscribed to.
                  About 5 weeks back hdfc deducts 885 from bank account without intimation being the card fee for using platinum debit card. I fight and get a refund of rs,. 750 only as rs. 135 as tax cannot be refunded says hdfc. Ridiculous!! Now again today they debit my account for another card which again is rs. 885!!! This is daylight robbery. I am already keeping minimum of rs. 10000 as minimum balance. Then these charges in lieu of free services or cards given to you being deducted after one year.
                  I want full refund now of the other rs. 885 deducted today + the rs. 135 the bank owes to me in taxes they claim to be paid to indian government as service tax.
                  When i have not at all used their services, how am i liable to pay service tax!! The bank makes millions of rupees of profit annually and therefore i am sure the bank can shell out rs 135 * 2 = rs. 270 + 750 being the card fees charged twice.

                      I am from kashmir district kupwara thasil handwara our hdfc bank branch is handwara. The behavior of the bank employees are not satisfactory they miss behave with customers as they feel they are the owners of the bank. As compared to other banks in kashmir especially the hdfc bank of handwara is the worst ever bank.
                      The bank employees did not behave good with a customer if thy don't know hot to behave with a customer how can thy fix a business deal with a customer.

                          I have been an hdfc customer for the past 3 years. I have been logged out netbanking because i have forgotten my ipin

                          When i go to reset it on their site, they ask me for my registered email and mobile number. I provide everything but i do not recieve any otp on my email-id. I just recieve otps on my cellphone.

                          I have tried this process 5-6 times and i am clearly frustrated with the technology handicap that this much touted bank is suffering from.

                          Note:- i do not remember my t-pin, so i can't even reach customer care

                            I payed hdfc emi manually on 6th november. As the bank register ecs.
                            Below is the trasaction details.

                            The bank people called me and asked. I told i paid.

                            But next day, on 7th novermber, they presented an ecs again

                            The ecs was presented after paying also and more over there were insufficient funds.

                            Due to this, my home loan is not going to be sanctioned.

                                Some fraudsters doing this. Hdfc credit card transaction monitoring division should seriously take action to stop this.
                                Many people affecting. I may get reply from officials.
                                I hope my money will be reversed.

                                  There are two charges of Rs 590 each amounting to Rs. 1180 by HDFC bank without my consent. It has been charged as INTER-BRN CASH CHG and I have no idea as to what this is and why I have been charged.

                                  Firstly, I don't think I should have this charged and secondly whatever I get charged I should be notified.
                                  OTPs are not receiving on time, sometimes not at all receiving, facing extremely poor online transactions and shopping.
                                  I am not received any bill statement of my credit card. Please send me bill statement to my registered email. address.

                                    Reference number: payzapp wallet load bangalore.
                                    Requesting/ infact im giving you an order to revert my money asap.

                                    A fraudulent or fake charge of 10000 rupees on my credit card by hdfc bank itself.
                                    On november 1st 2017 there was a fake transaction that has been charged on my credit card for 10k by hdfc bank.
                                    I spoke to several customer reps from hdfc they said they are not sure about this, and they were unhelpful.
                                    Please revert my money back to my credit card account, if not i will have to file a complaint through my lawyer.

                                      I had loaded my forex card with aed only. I swiped my above card at royal continental hotel, dubai on[protected] for 3720 aed. But i got message from
                                      My bank (Hdfc bank) stating that 3966 aed debited from my account instead
                                      Of 3720 aed. I made my complaint with my hdfc bank and they replied that
                                      Bank charged dcc of 4.49% plus 79 aed ie. Total amount fo 3966aed. Also i clarified with the hotel they swiped only in aed. Now i am incurring loss of 246aed. Please instruct accordingly to our bank

                                        I have opened my saving account in hdfc bank, branch sector 20 panchkula. That bank representative told me that time if i maintain 10 k for next three months initially, then my account will be converted in zero balance account. Which didn't happened. Due to my unemployment i was not able to maintain 10 k in my account from last 6 months.

                                        I was charged 700 to 900 for each month as amb charges. When i inquired from website and booklet of bank, amb charges should be 350 only. I tried to contact bank many time for this huge charges but they didn't replied even they didn't bother to explain me the details of charges. They have deducted around 4k to 5k from my account till now. I am totally frustrated.

                                        What should i do in this?

                                        HDFC has deducted 708 as AMB charges and before that also it deducted some 1200 ...I was not sent information about it. It was a salary account and i didnot get any notification that it is changing to savings account. Nonsense banking service.
