    Hello,
    I am having one hdfc salary account in india but now i moved to canada and no more working in that company so not operating my hdfc account but when i logged in i found it gone into - 3500 inr which is not justify according to rbi gudline.
    I am in canada and i am not returning to india atleast two more years so not able to go bank inperson to close account. What should i do please help.

      I got a loan emi for 1 year which earlier i wanted it to be for 2 years so i called hdfc customer care on 31october regarding the respective and i was miss guided by them as they told me to first cancel the loan for 1 year and then only a loan for 2 years can be provided and on 8th november i called up customer care again regarding this and then i was told that once a loan is applied then loan can not be applied again. So i request you to provide me loan as i was miss guided earlier and i request you to provide me loan as i would not be able to pay the whole amount at the same time. I will be very thankful to you.

        Good morning,

        Since last 7 days i am not able to carry any transaction.

        Then it was told to me to deposit kyc which i did through net banking on 4th november and till now it's not updated.

        It was told me only to working days needed to update if you do from net banking.

        I called several times to hdfc nri customer care also.

        Really it was very bad experience with hdfc i never expected this type of situation i am going to face.

        Kindly do the needful and updat me the status by when can i start my transactions.

          Its been 7+ years of relationship with hdfc which made me to take a decision on applying for fasttag from hdfc. But i am really so much disappointed the registration process. I have done the payment and uploaded the signed document as well on 5th nov 2017 but i didn't got any acknowledgement mail or any sort of communication about that, which is really worrying. And now i really don't know whether my application is went through or i need to do anything else to get this done. Please help me on this.

            I had deposited my cheque in my salary account. My personal reason i was on leave for 1 month that'sway my salary was not credited in my account. Your bank person (Mrs. Priya from marol branch) told me that your account shifted in saving account because your salary not credited in your account.in this period i was deposited one chequq in my account but 1560/- rs. Deducted directly from my account without any intimation. So i deposited 10000/- rs. On dated 01.11.2017 cash as per your rule, but till this deducted charged not credit in my account. So i request you please look in to this matter seriously & reply me in urgent basis.
            I request you that please inform to your customer when any salary account shifted in saving account.

            There is only options to view recent transactions. But no option to view the entire transaction History. is there are not. How can i get the full transaction history .

              Hi,

              I am samaresh mandal having a credit card with no - xxxx6988. I have tried to pay rs12000 on 22nd but that did not work. I tried to do that on 23rd also but did not work. So i dropped a cheque at indirapuram, ghaziabad (Up) atm.

              I have some auto payment registered for mobile bill, but i received a message that the payment not successful. Then i checked and come to know my card is is not credited with rs12000 yet. Then i sent email and called on[protected] times but after waiting long time arnd 30min+ that did not work.

              Then i received a call from from hdfc and it was told that pay the amount using neft and sent a email to customer service to let them know that it was not my problem. So there will be no extra charge. I did that but i don't have any response on that and i see lots of extra charges on card. Then again i had a call with hdfc and they said your card is blocked, so first payment minimum amount atleast and then let us know. So i paid again and called them regarding the charges and etc. But i did not receive any update by call back or by email or by sms. So i stopped paying further and following on that. As i can't waste my time and money on this repeatedly. Also due to this my cibil score is also hampered.

              Now i decided unless and until i get update and solution on the above charges i will not pay a single money.

              Please help on this.

                Hello,
                I am really frustrated with hdfc bank. I am a doctor (General physician) and i have a salary account in hdfc bank. I decided to take 'hdfc freedom' credit card but when the envelope arrived i was surprised to find a different card: 'solitaire card' i didn't required this card as it didn't fit my requirement. When i asked why this error they said madam you are a woman and this card is good for woman. Who gave them right to decide what is good for me or not.

                I asked them to cancel/deactivate this card immediately which they said they will do after an application. I wrote the application and thought the issue was resolved. To my horror i received an email for annual fees of another credit card (Again solitaire) which i never received physically by mail. I don't even know the card no. Which the bank believes i have and am supposed to pay the annual fees for them.

                I have taken multiple rounds of the bank and the still the issue is not resolved and the branch manager is saying that i need to pay the annual fee for the card (Which i never received and used). I am surprised with the callousness and attitude of bank and it's employees.

                Just wanted to share this and hoping that some one higher in authority will read and resolve this issue. Else i am soon going to request my hospital to change even the saving account and close hdfc account for good.

                  Guys don't misguide with your customer becouse you people can't afford brad and butter without us don't cheat with customers
                  Tele caller told me you have pre approve a credit there is no charges like monthly annuly fee required. After issue the credit card i show the statement then i found one insurance policy issue against my credit card which is totally unknown for me. If possible refund my money otherwise i'll go for legal procedure

                      I have ordered air pump compressor through Amazon and I paid Rs.659 using hdfc NetBank. After some days I have returned it. While tracking the return status, they have mentioned that refund has issued to your bank. But I did not get it yet. If the refund not credited in my account on or before October 28th, 2017, they asked to discuss with bank. I have attached screenshots for your reference.

                        On 9/11/2017 around 5:07 pm. I was doing online payment of 30, 000 at cuims.in by my debit card. My account no is [protected]. This account is in jharkhand. At transaction time the net got slow and transaction was not completed but money was deducted. The amount was instantly deducted but when i checked that website again there the payment was not done.

                          I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 1510 without my concern on date:10/11/2017. This was converted to EMI crediting Rs. 1299 /- to the card and Rs. 564 /- debited aa first EMI from my credit card. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.564 /- and cancel my subscription with immediate effect.

                              Hi,

                              My bank account is freezed i cant use my funds in my savings account. I was told that i will be able to use my funds once i pay the minimum amount in my credit card. I somehow arranged and did that.. Before crediting the money in the credit card account i called multiple times and i was told that my account will be released within 24 hrs then another one said 48hrs. I called cust service and credit card dept both confirmed the same by saying that.. Now that i have credited money in credit card, my account is still on hold.. I have all the call recordings to prove that. A huge amount of money is still on hold and i need that for medical reasons. Different ppl are saying diff things.. Your team is not trained enough to give the right info. Now when i call hdfc today they say my funds will never be released and cc will be on permanent block. I dont know what to do where to go.. Your bank is full of # and is making my life worse day by day.. Really dont test my patience i will screw your lives if this is not solved... This guys matthew i suppose he is the manager even he is not answering my call he is disconnecting my calls [protected]. He does not have balls to speak. His phone is switched off now. Then this guy thiru i see he is the manager too even he is not talking to me simce 2 days he is saying that he will arrange a call back but no call has ever come to me
                              [protected] and moreover he disconnected my call.

                              I repeat myself again i need that money for medical reasons.. If its not solved i will take this to media and file a case against hdfc.. Its against my will if the money in my savings acc is credited to my credit card.

                              I want this to be solved now..
                              Take this as a serious matter..

                                I am a preferred customer of hdfc bank and i have been provided prm for trading named mr narendra from howrah branch. As i have instruct him to buy hpc for intraday at 11.5a. M. He confirmed me that trade has been executed at11.29 a. M. But i found they traded at 3. Pm when i called him for update. Previously
                                I called him at 1. P. M. To confirm whether share bought or not but they neither pick my call nor call back. Due to his negligence i have suffered loss. Now my concern is who will bear the loss?? As i had asked him again n agin wherher he will track the share n trade at said price or not? After his confirmation i stop tracking that stock. So i request you to please take quick action against him and give my suffered money back.

                                  I did a transaction of 5000rs. On 2nd of november however due to some reasons the transaction is failed i got a message from u r end that the amount will be credited in 5 working days... It's been 6 working days i did not get my money in my wallet. They are not giving reply to any messages. I tried contacting in playstore, gmail and facebook. They are not lifting the call also.

                                    I had applied for credit card in visakhapatanam branch 25 days ago, but till now the process of credit card was not completed while contacting to agent he is not explaining the details of delay and saying that it was in process with in 2 days process will be complete. But process was not been success till now too frustrated with the hdfc banking and i am writing this is to implent some methods to process for credit card.

                                      We had already settled the credit card payment but still we have not recd noc letter from my card # [protected]. We sent mail on daily basis but not response to credit card team. Mr. Sivakumar has spoken for last week regarding the credit card settlement and he says that the outstanding amount for rs. 1707/- it will be pay and we shall arrange the noc letter. Kindly send us the noc letter and it is an immediately.

                                        I want to raise a complaint against hdfc bank as payzapp is a fully owned app of hdfc bank. They are the parent company behing payzapp.

                                        As per the payzapp "scan to pay" offer from 4th aug to 30th sep'2017 i was eligible for a cashback of rs.150 (100 + 50) as i made 2 transactions of more than rs.200 on participating merchants.

                                        The cashback was expected to be credited in early october but its been almost 40 days i am following up with payzapp (Ticket=161-664) customer care but they are asking foolish questions again and again and keep irritating me. Whenever i am marking a mail to payzapp support ([protected]@billdesk.com, [protected]@payzapp.in) i received an auto-response that we will revert in 5 days and then i do not received any kind of mail. After reminding them, they ask me same questions like (Transaction id, first 4 digit and last 4 digit of card).

                                        I would also like to highlight that i atleast made an attempt 100 times on their customer support [protected] but its quite strange to say that all the time it says the number is busy try again later.

                                        I have attached the screenshot of "scan to pay" payzapp offer along with the screen shots of transactions i did during the offer period. Could you please check and escalate this matter to hdfc bank and penalise them.
