My credit card was charged yesterday 07.10.2017 without any intimation...

At 20:38:25 rs.76.00
At 20:39:20 rs.400.00
At 20:39:32 rs.800.00
At 20:39:43 rs.1600.00
At 20:39:51 rs.800.00

Some fraudsters doing this. Hdfc credit card transaction monitoring division should seriously take action to stop this.
Many people affecting. I may get reply from officials.
I hope my money will be reversed.

I have blocked my cc immediately after receiving this message.
Customer care person gave clear instruction to make complaint.

    It's almost 1 year since i left from my all zone management company at kodambakkam. I'm no longer associate with your hdfc salary a/c. It's illegal to charge for not maintaining the minimum balance in my a/c.

    It's showing negative balance -7441.20₹ and your still deducting money from this a/c.

    So i request you to kindly close my a/c, i won't to continue with your service.

    There are two charges of Rs 590 each amounting to Rs. 1180 by HDFC bank without my consent. It has been charged as INTER-BRN CASH CHG and I have no idea as to what this is and why I have been charged.

    Firstly, I don't think I should have this charged and secondly whatever I get charged I should be notified.
    OTPs are not receiving on time, sometimes not at all receiving, facing extremely poor online transactions and shopping.
    I am not received any bill statement of my credit card. Please send me bill statement to my registered email. address.

      Date of incident : 1st november 2017
      Reference number: payzapp wallet load bangalore.
      Requesting/ infact im giving you an order to revert my money asap.

      A fraudulent or fake charge of 10000 rupees on my credit card by hdfc bank itself.
      On november 1st 2017 there was a fake transaction that has been charged on my credit card for 10k by hdfc bank.
      I spoke to several customer reps from hdfc they said they are not sure about this, and they were unhelpful.
      Please revert my money back to my credit card account, if not i will have to file a complaint through my lawyer.

        I had loaded my forex card with aed only. I swiped my above card at royal continental hotel, dubai on[protected] for 3720 aed. But i got message from
        My bank (Hdfc bank) stating that 3966 aed debited from my account instead
        Of 3720 aed. I made my complaint with my hdfc bank and they replied that
        Bank charged dcc of 4.49% plus 79 aed ie. Total amount fo 3966aed. Also i clarified with the hotel they swiped only in aed. Now i am incurring loss of 246aed. Please instruct accordingly to our bank

          I have opened my saving account in hdfc bank, branch sector 20 panchkula. That bank representative told me that time if i maintain 10 k for next three months initially, then my account will be converted in zero balance account. Which didn't happened. Due to my unemployment i was not able to maintain 10 k in my account from last 6 months.

          I was charged 700 to 900 for each month as amb charges. When i inquired from website and booklet of bank, amb charges should be 350 only. I tried to contact bank many time for this huge charges but they didn't replied even they didn't bother to explain me the details of charges. They have deducted around 4k to 5k from my account till now. I am totally frustrated.

          What should i do in this?

          HDFC has deducted 708 as AMB charges and before that also it deducted some 1200 ...I was not sent information about it. It was a salary account and i didnot get any notification that it is changing to savings account. Nonsense banking service.

            My money debited from my andhra bank debit card on 25th october while loading into payzapp wallet, it's debited from my andhra bank account but not loaded into payzapp, not showing in payzapp transactions also.. My registered payzapp number [protected], 2000 debited on 25th october but not yet credited till now
            Kindly refund asap
            And customer care number also not connecting

              Filed complaint with national consumer forum and my docket number is 467025.
              Reimburse the amount immediately.

              In the month of august my account was deducted for an amount of 510 rupees for a reason of min balance and in again september they have deducted 710 for the same reason.
              Why this hell it happened. Every month till now you pupil used to deduct 126 rupees only.
              Its shame on hdfc back to deduct amount like this with out prior intimation.
              Are you a service provider of a nasty looters.

              Grameen banks are more safer than a bank like you.

                Hello sir, i am trying to add 5000 money in payzapp wallet in november 2nd. But at that time payzapp shows "try after some time, app error" then money will be debited from my hdfc bank but in my payzapp wallet it display zero balance. So this time we are very suffering due to money and now i wanted to use this money for hospitality. Till now i didn't receive the money from bank.

                  Payzapp — money deducted from icici bank credit card and not reflecting in payzapp wallet.
                  I have added 4 k from icici credit card to payzapp eallet. Money got deducted from card but not reflecte din payzapp. Kindly help me out. And also that's transactions disappeared in recent transactions.
                  I had made this transaction on 3rd november 2017.
                  Once money is deducted from card, it shows an error that "there is a problem encountered in the app". Money is not refunded into card. Also money is not added into payzapp. My payzap mobile number is [protected]. The payzapp customer care is worst they are not responding properly always says busy.

                    On 28th oct & 4th nov 2017, 2 airtel postpaid bills were paid via using smart pay option, both the payment are showing up in my this months bill period, but still i didnt got any confirmation from operator that your bill has been paid.

                    Need to know, where is the delay, please help.

                    Already bill payment date for 1 bill has exceeded, still no confirmation from operator, i will be stuck to pay 2 bills now, because the issue or concern of smart pay

                        I am harapriya.
                        I have a snapdeal hdfc ceditcard ending with 4163 xxxx xxxx 6167. It it charged rs 1299/- and also converted to emi without my concern. So i am charged total rs 1417/- (1299+100+18) on 19-oct-2017. I have called so many times to cancel the membership but no response.
                        I dont want the membership of one assist. So kindly deactivate the membership as well as the emi and refund all the amount.

                        Kindly inform the customer before activting this type of membership or emi.

                          My credit card was charged for payment to itune without my knowledge. I was charged almost 12000 rupees for unkown transaction on itunes. I have blocked the card. After seaching on net i could find similar cases happening within past 24 hrs. There is some big hacking fraud goimg on due some securty issue. Hdfc bank return my money and plug the loop holes.

                                Hdfc card i own have 8500 reward points which i can redeem in credit card cash. Earlier single reward point has value of 30 paisa.

                                It means if i redeem 8000 points i would get 2400 rupees. But they dropped their reward value to 20 paisa without any prior intimation.

                                Due to this i lost 800 rupee instantly, i was waiting to redeem since last 3 months.

                                    I am customer of hdfc bank a/c: saving [protected] the total amount deducation from my account 2950/- narration: intera bank cash depost charges.. I am not depost cash in any other branchs i am depost the amount own branch how can the amount deducation the amount from my account i am asking branch concern person she said 65% charges your not getting in that amount remaining amount you will get.. She said please come monday we will refund the monday the total amount of 45%.. Today we are busy tomorrow is holiday and before deposit the amount i am asking her.. She said ok you can deposit amount not a problem but now the amount is deducation from my account.. I can't understand the rules other bank not changed the amount for cash deposit own branch only hdfc bank deducation amount i want refund the total amount..

                                    I am smiriti, I had took gold loan, 27/10/17 is renewal date I came in bank but hdfc not accepting coins . And link is also fail it means if today m not paying interest than from tomorrow interest will add because of link fail of hdfc so why I will pay that interest which increase Bec of bank.
                                    I have taken a Personal Loan from HDFC and the loan no is 49930616 from day 1 of the loan is sanctioned i didnot get any detail on my loan, by they expected me to pay the loan amount .

                                    HDFC is the worst bank which i have experienced this time, I personally say not to go with HDFC bank.

                                    As i cannot type more i am completing it short.
                                    I am using my credit card to shopping on flipkart . i was order an mobile phone on EMI then i'll cancel my order the amount was refunded on my credit card to flipkart but still my netbanking show my card details the amount was unbilled status kindly ssolve this issue quickly.

                                      I added rs. 20000 from my sbi credit card in my payzap wallet associated with number [protected] at 12.35 pm on 6th nov. 2017. Money got deducted from my credit card and i hot a message on payzap "funds loaded successfully". But the amount is not showing in my wallet. I needed the amount on urgent basis that's why i used credit card and payzapp. Pls resolve this issue asap as i am facing medical emergency. Pls rectify this.

                                      I've got no communication till now. I dont understand how an app by a responsible bank like HDFC does not even have a working customer care contact number. I have seen many complaints regarding payzapp on internet which are not being solved even after many days.

                                        Dear hdfc,

                                        Yesterday night total 9 fraud transactions have been done from my credit card. After these fraud transactions, i got a call from hdfc care and he asked permission for blocking my credit card. And that time i was not using the credit card anywhere and with me only this credit card. How is this possible?? He asked for my last transaction and i replied that correctly. He has blocked my credit card after taking my permission and told that you will get a new credit card within 5 days.
                                        So how can i resolve these fraud transactions issue? You can see that all transactions have done for the same merchants itunes_combill only. Even i don't know this merchant also. I have all alerts of these dispute transactions in text messages.
                                        Please give me a suggestion for resolve this issue.

                                        2 fraud transactions on from same merchant itunes_combill on 05 October.
                                        I wrote.mail to cc.[protected]@HDFCbank.com by filling cardholder dispute form. Still waiting for resolve this issue.
                                        Hi sir my self Surendra Derangula, yesterday night 9.52pm i have recieved a massage from hdfc bank "Rs.3931.14 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card ending 7275 on[protected]:21:50:39 at PAYPAL *ELZBRA.Avl bal - Rs.131073.86, curr o/s - Rs.8926.14", some one transact without any one time password, i am not using a any transation, its a unautherised transaction how to possible this. please how to claim this lose.
