Hi,

I had submitted the application online for hdfc fasttag on 3rd november 2017.

My application reference number is : hfr008386
All the documents were uploaded online along with signed application.
Also, i had paid amount of rs300 online via credit card.

Since then i haven't been able to check the status of my application. Customer care number given by hdfc [[protected]]is really bad and nobody replies on that.

Also post submittal of application, neither i received any notification when i will be getting the fasttag or anything else needs to be done on my end.

Its sad to see that a good initiative by the govt of india is being wasted by banks. I am regular customer of hdfc from last decade but really have to say, the way fasttag initiative is being taken up by bank is not upto the mark.

I have sent an email to hdfc.[protected]@sahaj.co.in on 8th November but haven't got any reply back yet.
Also [protected] number comes switched off while nobody picks up the call on the other number [protected]
Its been two days I am trying these numbers but no reply.

I never knew getting fasttag online would be so much cumbersome else would never have applied from HDFC.

I am surprised that HDFC bank can't get my contact details on the basis of application reference number hfr008386 which was provided by the bank itself. I had submitted my contact details, even my home address there.

Have received the fast tag...It was due to a technical issue on HDFC side.

    I was placing an order from food panda with value 285.51, during processing payment for the order through netbanking amount got deducted from my account with message "duplicate request received with same parameter".
    Please note: order was not placed as food panda didn't receive amount but it got deducted from hdfc bank.

      I already referred my problem with hdfc credit card that they debited ₹900 for policy illegally without my permission.in my unbilled statement policy titled as (Hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr).
      After my complaint they doesn't refund my amount. Instead they added another one way to debit my money that is smart emi for this they debited ₹100 + tax 30 or more.
      Smart emi will debit ₹900 as ₹300 for 3 months for this ₹100+tax.
      I complaint through consumer complaints but there is no response. They simply punish me again through smart emi charge ₹100+tax for ₹900 policy.
      So please cancel the policy (Hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr) and refund ₹900+₹100 (Smart emi).
      My humble request pls avoid such a fraudulent way of collecting money from the valuble customers hereafter.

            I've transferred rs 5000.00 on 02nd nov from my hdfc credit card to payzapp (Mob no-[protected]) still payzapp balance is 0 showing.

            Bal got debited from my credited not credited to hdfc payzapp link, tried to calling hdfc payzapp customer service its busy always, send the mail its auto reply no other response. Very worst experience.

            Attached the debit snap sort. Please returned the money to my credit card rs 5000 or credit to payzapp of my money rs 5000.00. Donot want to use payzapp once again.

              I spoke to one of the agent on 23rd sep 2017 regarding pre closure of on going jumbo loan and was advised that a. C. Has been closed and i don't have to pay any monthly emi from october if i pay the whole amt remaining including iinterest and other charges... On the same day i paid 50000 towards the loan... There was no money deducted in oct towards loan... I did not rcvd any msg or phone stating that some amt is still left...
              Then i got a text msg on 31st october stating "your bank a/c *7303 will be debited for rs.10698.01 towards payment of hdfcbank creditcard ending 1668 on 03/nov/2017. Kindly ignore if paid."
              I thought it might have been sent in error. But money was deducted on 3rd nov.. I called customer service and was advised that there was some payment left from previous jumbo loan and also a new jumbo loan was started.. I bought new jumbo loan on 22nd sept which i agree.. But what i don't understand why 10698 was charged.. The remaining amt left out of loan and interest should have been charged.. But they charge me a full monthly emi as well... I was told by the agent on 23rd sept that i don't have to pay any emo going forward... I registered a complaint against this on 3rd nov and was advised will get a call from supervisor in 24 hrs.. Which i did not rcvd... This is complete ignorance for the customer. I had some other payments to be made... I asked them to listen to call on 23rd sept... But no one called me
              I want my money back which has been charged extra to me... I am ok to pay the remaining amt and interest but not the emi of 3860... I want the money to be refunded as i am running out of fund... It was to pay my other bills... I have been a prestigious customer and looking for some collective solution towards this... Firstly you charge money on my credit card for hdfc ergo policy without my consent and now this shut has happened. I wonder this is how you deal with your customers.. I want the complete reimbursement of money. Hope you look into this matter and sort asap... Otherwise i would have to escalate this further if possible...

                Hi there were few transctions around during the period of august 2017-september 2017 which have failed but still there is no refund till date. The recent transaction shows card unload/load failed but no refund till date. The total amount of transaction exceeds 35k. Request to look into this and resolve. Also my credit card has been debited for the transaction.

                    I transferred 5000rs from payzapp wallet to icici bank account[protected] on 2nd nov 2017. It showed my status as success but money hasnt credited into my account. I called icici bank customer care where they informed that no such transactions have happened. When i called payzapp team they informed me that i have to get some # paper from icici bank.
                    I attached failure as well as successfull transaction reciept. We all can see that in failure transaction status no date is mentioned where as in successful transaction screenshot has date of transfer.

                    I transferred 5k on 02/11/2017 to my bank account but the money has not got credited yet.Its been so many days I have not got any mail from Payzapp side.
                    I continously tried to call Payzapp people but no one is picking the call or the number is busy.Its really shocking that the bank like HDFC is serving their clients like this.Either let me know whether you people are going to return back my money in my wallet or not or I should go consumer court to sue you all.

                      Have paid for a fastag at the hdfc fastag site it has taken my cc payment and debited the a/c. But did not generate any receipt or ref number. The toll free no. Does not work neither email id or physical address. Seems a fake site. Called hdfc cc divn they have approved the payment and hdfc has nothing to do with fastag it's only a payment gateway.

                      Even I had applied for HDFC Fastag on Nov1st after that no further communication from HDFC. The toll free number is good for nothing. No one picks it. More or else this is HDFC FASTAG SCAM. I am classic account holder, if this is how they treat customer. I am going to close the HDFC classic saving account.
                      Dont go for HDFC Fastag. They have allotted this servcies to Sahaj. Both Sahaj and HDFC Fastga team are worst in servcies. I have closed my account.

                      Mail never replied and call never Picked. Go for Paytm Fastag

                      I have raised a complaint regarding my fastag "'HBL=[protected]'".
                      As per the below mail they have mentioned it has been fixed. But i am not able to pass through toll gates.
                      And your call center is pathetic nobody pick the call. I am really frustrated. Not sure if all of HDFC products will be like this.
                      I had a great respect for HDFC but now I feel helpless.
                      So let me know if the fastag issue can be fixed, if not i will throw this sticker and get from another service provider.

                      Hi I have purchased hdfc fastag card but I didn't receive any mail to activate my account (wallet id) can any one guide me. Also, their is no response from customer care hone and email.
                      i am trying to cancel the fast tag attached with the car. i have sold the, got new car and new fast tag.
                      the problem is i m not able to cancel or suspend the old fast tag. the help line is useless. most of the time only ringing. even some one attends, no one can understand the the voice and their guidance. The operator wants me to note down a email ID, he could not spell it correct pronunciation of characters. it's a long mail ID, which is not published in website also.
                      I requested to SMS the email ID, which they say can't do.

                      overall worst customer service. not worth to have a HDFC fastag.

                          My registered mobile number for payzapp is [protected]. Yesterday ie., on 3rd november i tried to send rs.5000 to my friend's payzapp number from my payzapp wallet. The transaction failed. The whole thing is explained below:-
                          My wallet balance before the transaction was rs.10000. But somehow two transactions happened which are showing under my recent transactions tab. One was named 'card unload' and another was a failed transaction. After all this, my wallet balance became zero. Kindly refund my money back. The details of the two unknown transactions (Due to which my money is lost) are given below. I am also attaching the screenshots of the transactions.

                            constant messages of loans

                            Hi,

                            I am an hdfc customer, and i am fed up with their constant loan messages. I couldn't find a proper link from them where i can register for such complaints, looks like its a one-way road. Daily i have been receiving messages on an interval on 5 to 10 minutes loan messages which is annoying and irritating. I would like that these messages should stop immediately

                                I transfered rs 22000 from my sbi debit card to payzapp but cash not loaded. Then i called customer care service of hdfc, but they said that the transaction failed and amount was already debited from my sbi account. And i got a message from sbi that "thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx6188 for a purchase worth rs22000.0 on pos 297692*213328 at payzapp wallet load txn# 7304*04243." but it's already 5 days crossed. No respond from hdfc. Why the customer care service not active for this types of major issue.

                                  I have transferred Rs. 4000/- to my brother Vijaya Bank on 26 Oct 2017 from Payzapp app. But amount not transferred to beneficiary account. For reference find Trans. ID[protected]gG80rQ6.
                                  Can any one suggest me how to go legally on this? To whom I have to contact?
                                  I tried to transfer[protected]+1000) from HDFC credit card to payzapp on 30/10/17.The amount debited from card but not added in payzapp. Can you tell me when the amount will be credited to my card again?

                                    I have transferred rs. 5000/- to my sbi bank on 01 november 2017 from payzapp app. But amount not transferred to beneficiary account and debited from payzapp app. From past 3 days i am trying to contact customer care number which provided in the app but no response. I called to hdfc bank customer care and got response that they are not aware. I called to beneficiary bank person told me that there was no transaction was happened with below transaction. I was really shocked and i send beneficiary account statement also. As a big corporate bank this is not at all fair by not providing good service to customers and playing with customers money. If it is not going to solve i will draft a mail to rbi and socialize every where in the media.
