I am not interested in your service for my hdfc credit card. The bank has activated without my knowledge. And the service charged rs 1299/-. I don't want your membership. So cancel the membership and refund my amount rs 1299 /-

      I am lately aware of the revised charges hdfc introduced, before that i ve done a value of transaction of rs30000, which is chargeable @5/1000rs for once but i ve been charged the same twice. N the sad thing is when we customers go bank for depositing the tellers knows it, i can only deposit rs25000 without paying tax since account is non home branch but all they want is u paying tax unnecessarily.

        Cancellation of one assist and refund of money
        Without any consent from me, it is surprissing how hdfc bank deducted money for activation of one assist plan. Evan i had nit yet activated my credid card yet but the money was debited without my knowledge and consent.
        I just receiced sms that one assist membership fees is debited to my credit card. I am surprised to know how bank can do this without my consent or evan when i had not provided my card number to one assist. But without my knowledge i got sms that one assist membership fees is debited to ky card ending 8025. Evan there is no mention of amount debited.
        Please do the needful and reverse the charges.
        In future also dont activate any subscription. Mobile number [protected]

          Hi team,

          Its been more than one month i am requesting for noc but hdfc bank not providing it.

          In month of april2017 i had taken jumbo loan of rs.2.20lakhs on my credit card ending with 8553.

          I foreclose this request in the month of sep2017 and on same time i requested them to provide me noc letter.

          I have to submit this noc letter for home loan disbursement, due to delay in noc my home loan is pending to disburse from last one month.

          I tried to talk in hdfc branch but they are not taking any responsibility and saying that the loan was on credit card so i need to concern on phone banking.

          I have taken so many follow ups on phone banking, in beginning they given commitment of 4, 5 working days and said i will receive noc letter on my mail id, but now they are saying that i have to send request letter to hdfc credit card division, chennai.

          I am very frustrated due to this type of experience. I never expected this type of service from hdfc.

          I will stop using hdfc credit card if such type of service they will continue.

You have given me the time window of 5 working day which already been passed. Find below transaction details: transferred on: mon oct 23, 17 14.30 time : txn id:[protected]wr48ce3 sir i ask consumer to take strict against this payzapp i spoke with customer care executive 2 days back she told me that i will receive the amount on 30/10/2017 for sure but still i have not received the amount i need this amount very urgently this people are trying to cheat customers very badly even iam having proof with me against payzapp
              I have made a transaction on 27th october from payzapp. Money got deducted from payzapp but did not get credited into account. I need you to take action on this else refund my amount.

                On dated 24.10.2017, i have done first transaction of rs 5000. It is successful. But same day on time 06:19 pm i have done second transaction of rs 5000, it was failed. And payment deducted from my payzapp wallet but not received in my hdfc bank account. (My account. No. [protected])
                From same day i have tried customer service no. But it gets always busy. Then i have dropped mail on payzapp support. But till now no any feedback, no any resolution.

                  On 28th oct morning, i have added 5, 000 rupees to payzapp wallet through my axis credit card. After sometime, it shows the payment was failed. However, amount got deducted from my axis credit card. I'm not sure how this happened and i have tried to make a call to the hdfc customer care team and no reply from them and i have wrote a complaint through email. Still, i didn't receive any response from them. I'm wondering when will i get the amount back to my credit card. Please take care of my complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible. I understand there might be technical glitch. Try to resolve it soon.

                      My husband opted classic assure plus plan in jan 2016.

                      Sum assured: 2, 43, 426

                      Policy term: 10 years

                      Paying term: 7 years

                      So far i paid two yearly premiums. When i went into the policy document, details provided by your hdfc life executive was totally different from the document provided.

                      Executive told, at the time of maturity, you will receive between 6, 09, 781 (4% interest rate) and 6, 88, 894 (8% interest rate). Let me share the calculation provided by him

                      Executive told below are guaranteed benefits,

                      Revisionary bonus: 3% for 7 years

                      243426 % 3 = 7302.78

                      7302.78 * 7 years = 51119.46

                      Guaranty bonus: 8% for 10 years

                      243426 % 8 = 19474.08

                      19474.08 * 10 years = 194740.8

                      Terminal bonus: 2% for 10 years

                      243426 % 2 = 4868.52

                      4868.52 * 10 years = 48685.2

                      Total guaranteed benefits= 51119.46 + 194740.8 + 48685.2 = 294545.46

                      Non-guaranteed benefits were between 4% and 8%

                      4% = 71811

                      8% = 150924

                      Total benefits at the maturity is sum assured + guaranteed benefits + nonguaranteed benefits

                      4% = 243426 + 294545.46 + 71811 = 609782.46

                      8% = 243426 + 294545.46 + 150924 = 688895.46

                      But when i checked same with helpline member they were saying we ll not receive 6lakh + amount during maturity.

                      I have raised lot of complaints @service and havn't got any clear clarification.

                      My simple question : what will be my maturity amount???

                        We loaded 20000 in payzapp account on 29.10.17. And transferred 5000 with reference no.[protected]i4fe) to another payzapp [protected]
                        And another transfer to a bank account for 15000 on same day.
                        But those transactions were failed and refund was not done by payzapp to us. I've mailed to payzapp consumer service i'd. But i did not have any further assistance by them also toll free number not working.

                          I am getting calls and message almost every day for personal loans from hdfc bank. I have raised a complaint to them and sent mail with subject "hbl=[protected]" almost 1.5 years back. My number is dnd activated. But the actual problem is so called "agents" call from mobile number and not hdfc registered numbers. I also shared one number with hdfc regarding this but they responded saying "does not belong to any of our empanelled dsa".

                          But if we answer "yes. I need loan". Then we get call from the actual hdfc bank employee or agents. If those mobile numbers are no way linked to hdfc and they did not share our data to some outside parties, why are they calling on behalf of hdfc and how hdfc is able to get in touch if we actually say yes for the loan. I was so frustrated once that, i have closed all my accounts with this bank.

                                This viswanath prashad gupta, using a credit card no - xxxxxx3620. I have an offer for jumbo loan as mentioned in attached screenshot.

                                Message clearly shows that emi is rs. 9730 for 48 months. After processing it now customer care is saying it is processed for 60 months. Amount is 9729.17. I think, all you are miss guiding and leading to customer.

                                I humble request to all of you do not miss lead anyone and please resolve my problem. Who is responsible for this. Customers are not always wrong, when they don't get the things as per promises.

I am calling customer care since last 7 days, but all the time the lines are busy and i am unable to speak to them.

                                    I have done a transaction for[protected] each time) money was added to my vallet but it is not transferd to my bank. It was done on 23rd oct but idid not got any money its already 1 week completed. Trasaction id[protected]ju29fm0) and[protected]qc72wo5) so please resolve my issues as soon as possible.. I tried to contact the coustemer care but i did not get any responce.

                                      I have done two transcations on hdfc payzapp app one of rupees 5000 (Txn id:[protected]es76yl0) (Date:23/10/2017) and other of rupees 2000 (Didnt get any transcation id) (Date:27/10/2017) in both cases i have transferred money from my wallet to bank account. The amount is deducted from my wallet and not deposited in the account.
                                      It was mention that any such transaction the refund wound be to wallet in 5 days but this has not happened with me.
                                      Please help
