Hello there,
I did contact you regarding emi, but you guys have reject the request by saying that there is no offer. This is disappointing and frustrating.
When we buy things from the vendor which you have suggested, emi gets converted automatically. But when we spend as per our convince then there are lot of things we need to do to convert it into emi.
This is so sad and unfair.

As i was unaware that the priority pass issued to me along with regalia first credit card was chargeable from 1st June onwards I swiped it on Mumbai Airport.
Now i earnestly request you to please revert back that amount as i used it unknowingly...

    Toady hdfc bank give me loan on my car
    ₹ 3, 37, 000. And hdfc bank employees jagdip singh take 5 blank cheque from my side. For hdfc bank security reason for loan amount. I was give 5 five signature check on 18 oct 2017.

    Toady bank give me car loan in my account saving account ([protected]) at 15:07 pm ₹3, 37, 000 which cheques i was give
    Hdfc bank employees jagdip singh. Cheque no 000007 jagdip take payment from my account behav on hdfc loan security cheque. He withdraw ₹2, 50, 000 behav of security cheque. That's by i will request please stop my cheques and in features any cheque before clearing please informed me. Because i m not too much rich ₹2, 50, 000 to much for me. I don't know how i take my money back.

      Its really disappointing to know on my regalia card annual fee has been charged in spite of 100% assurance given by your bank head for southcity 2 shivali gupta that the card has no fee and is absolutely free for preferred customers.

      I was not interested in taking the card still shivali gupta insisted that its free and there are numerous benefits like free taj membership etc. Which was never given to me.

      I along with my family have maintained the bank balance and still have to be wasted time in these issues.

      Kindly reverse the charges and resend the statement immediately.

      Without any intimation and approval one Assistant .One assistant membership was automatically renewed on my HDFC credit card ending with 1817 on 20 October.I don't want membership with One Assistant.Please refund the amount and deactivate it from my HDFC card ending with 1817..
      In my credit card i debited 10000 but the server problm there is no cash is withdrawal that day but in my accoun 10000 rs is credited due to the server problem 10000 is debited my account in my account i did not take cash so please check &kindly refund my money

        Have done transaction on 23/10/2017, for 5000 RS transfer to hdfc bank but transaction has been debited from my payzapp wallet but not received in bank. So please take appropriate action .
        I have done many mail to payzapp but there are only system generates ticket for complain and no one is replying for the same . So please let me know how many days it will take.

        As per telephonic conversation with payzapp team they said that Money has been refunded from there side the same will reflect within 5 days in payzpp wallet. Hope so.

          Hdfc keeps deducting some charges or the other for new features they add. My account got classified from a preferred customer to classic or something. I discovered i'm subscribed for some alters and every month they keep deduction 15 to 20 rupees. Similarly when there was a death in the family and urgently 50k was to be withdrawn to withdraw by cheque was charged 300.in some pretext or the other hdfc keeps charging and always has some legal workaround or justification for it. Even if they take 100 rupees on an average from each of their customers which could be around 10 lakh, that a crore or rupees just like that. No wonder they claim to be the most profitable and number 1 bank.

          I took a hdfc card in 2004 and have used it regulary and till date i would have accumulated close to a lakh points and used to encash it for rewards and airmiles. Hdfc kept upgrading my card and increasing the credit limit. Recently my superia card was upgraded to regalia because superia is discontinued. I had 14k reward points that got deducted by 75% to 3 odd thousand. I get a letter stating that my reward points has been reduced by 60% to match the higher category of card. My issue.
          1. Why am i being upgraded to begin with.
          2. Why are my reward points changing. As usual hdfc bank has some rule or logic for doing this which doesn't make sense.
          3. Why are they stating 60% reduction in points when in reality they are stealing 75%. Reward points translate to cash in many ways.
          Have complained but they have not responded or done anything about it.

          I haven't used my Hdfc credit card reward points for the last 4-5 years..A small portion of them was anyway getting deducted due to expiry but I was shocked to see my replacement HdFc Regalia's statement...11, 000 points were adjusted without informing me..The New card is not delivered yet but the statement is for the new one..my card expires this month and ideally new card details should have been there in next month's statement. To make things worse the Customer care number doesn't connect to the support staff after waiting for 10 minutes on their IVR.. Highly dissatisfied..

I am not able to clear the minimum due amount but i am promising to pay it in the first week of next month...                 I had made a payment of 1000 rupee towards my icici bank account from hdfc payzapp.
                Money has been debited from the app but it has not been credited in my icici bank account.
                I am trying to call customer care but call is not getting connected.
                I had sent multiple mail but no response till now.

                      We have a agriculture limit with you since 2016 (Hdfc bank tibri road branch gurdaspur punjab)
                      In the beginning we used all amount for abroad purpose so bank charge us 60, 000 (Like 11% interest) for 18 lakh limit. We paid that amount. Later we paid 8 lakh to bank than 11lakh is left that time bank charge us 47000 (Interest).
                      After few month only 7lakh is left out of 18lakh but again bank charge us 55000 interest i don't know why? This amount is higher than previous.
                      But now present 2017 i paid 14lakh 40thousand and only 3lakh50thousand left but again bank charge us 60, 000.
                      Please help us
                      This is a fraud we are not rich that we pay according to what they want. Please find attached photos of transactions which will help u to know our case.

                        I am getting frequent failure messages while transfering payzapp balance to bank accounts. I have added rs 4500 from my credit card to payzapp on oct 23. But only rs.3500 is shown as added to payzapp. All transactions from payzapp to bank accounts got failed, upon checking the account to which payzapp fund was transferred, i can see that the amount has not been added to the bank account and the amount is not yet refunded even after two days!

                        Out of the total of rs.4500, only 3500 got credited to payzapp, the remaining rs.1000 is not credited to payzapp or refunded back to credit card

                        Their customer support numbers does not exist and they wont even reply to the mails inspite of sending around 6 mails already in last two days!! Hdfc customer care says that they cannot do anything about issues related to payzapp.

                        Worst experience ever!! Nobody should be using this app ever!

                          I was a very happy and content customer till about five minutes ago. This is a complaint against one of your employee that would be just a tele - caller calling on customers to do the credit card payment. My last due could not be paid on time as i was on a vacation. About three days ago, i had got a call but had informed that i would be making the payment post my vacation.

                          Today i got another call from +91 [protected], delhi number, he was another employee who had called about my credit card bill payment. My issue and concern is this, he was extremely arrogant, authoritative and rude. His tone was threatening and was treating me like i work for him. I asked him what was his name, he said his name is vikas, so i asked him what was his full name, to which he replied that 'pura naam jaan ke kya aap payment kar doge' (If i give you my full name, will you make the payment?). To my shock, i have never ever got a call from your team of a person who talks in an abrasive tone. My whole point of asking his full name was for verification purposes, (There are so many fraud calls these days around) i think i am entitled to ask as well because it is my hard-earned money at stake. I do not have an issue with your employees calling me and reminding me to pay my credit card bill.

                          I have an issue with people/ employees who do not understand the value of a customer. Your entire organization thrives on customers. There is a way to talk to customers, and i also understand the fine line between assertion and aggression.

                              Dear all,

                              I have a proble with payzapp sponsored by hdfc. I have transferred 4000 to my payzapp to transfer to my bank account. But the transaction initially said it is failed but later the status has shown transaction success. But the amount is not transferred to my personal savings account.

                              I am trying to reach them since 4 days but their customer care no. Is not working so i have written an email to sort out the issue. There is no response on email either. When i tried to reach hdfc customer care, they said that they are not concerned about payzapp as it is a separate department.

                              When payzapp is sponsored by hdfc howcome hdfc will not be responsibile for any transaction done through payzapp.

                              This is the worst payment site i have seen ever. Now someone help me how to get my amount refunded back to account or my card.

                                I had open the account with hdfc bank as my salary account in my previous company since, i left the company and kept my hdfc account in passive/dormant state as couldn't able to reflect any transaction in the account
                                Later on it shows some deductions with leftover balances and now i used to get messages from hdfc bank that they are debiting rs. 750 every month. Even after rbi declared not to charge any penalty for non-maintenance of minimum balance.
                                Request you to kindly consider this issue and assist me in every possible way to close the account.

                                  Imps ref number:[protected], amount: rs 5000, date of transaction:[protected].
                                  Status: transaction time out.
                                  Checked with beneficiary bank on[protected] : they said there is no pending transaction.
                                  Checked with hdfc phone banking customer care: executive said money should be refunded back in transaction day + 2 working days, per which money should be credited back by[protected].
                                  Checked with hdfc online chat eva: said money would be refunded within 5 days, per which it should be by[protected].

                                  Still, money is not credited to my account.

                                  Please initiate the credit to my account asap.

                                  I want the money credited ASAP. Its no where my fault to do an IMPS transaction.
                                  You should know, customer should never be made to suffer because of anything.

                                  I even do not see any response from HDFC executive on this.

                                    I have worked with 4year 4 month, i have gat the 3 promotions and all business perametar always completed, but hdfc life termineted me without any futher notice, and now not provide the reliving latter, and affected my carrer due to reliving, and i have inform about my termination, but still no response, i am wrongly terminated
                                    So kindly raised the complaint plz provide the reliving because my carrer affected
                                    I have more resposibility and loans

                                        I ordered a mobile phone from paytm last day and i had to cencel my phone order for changing the colour and i m still waiting for my refund of 60000 rupees and paytm is clearly saying we have done with this refund now bank is taking so much time for refunding your money and they are saying it can be done with in 7 days but i can't wait for more days
