Don't buy any chennai silk vouchers - careful - hdfc and chennai silk cheating

Complaint number:6019559 - hdfc credit card
Complaint done while doing the billing - hosur chennai silks.

I have received 16 (16*500=inr 8000) rewards 360 coupons from hdfc credit card. 11 vouchers are no issues.5 vouchers chennai silk not accepted which hdfc provided. Those 5 vouchers are with me. I have complaint wirh hdfc credit card. They are not solved the issue. See their answer below.

His is in continuation to our interim response dated september 21, 2017 regarding your hdfc bank credit card.

On receipt of your e-mail, we have taken a detailed review with the concerned department and we wish to re-affirm that as per the manufacturer's confirmation all the codes are redeemed in the merchant places and since the codes had been provided only to the customer without knowing the codes the redemption of voucher codes was not possible.

I have the 5 vouchers with me.
I have complaint wirh hdfc credit card. They are not solved the issue.
Chenai silks also not solved the issue.

Don't buy any chennai silk vouchers - careful - hdfc and chennai silk cheating

      I'm an private employee from bangalore. Recently i had applied for credit card which i received and was happy. 1 month the minimum payment was not paid and to my surprise, the collection executives who called me tells me my exact money balance in my account. I wonder where the security and privacy for our accounts is. I was shocked when the collection executives told me my account balance and also calls me immediately after my account is credited with my salary and tells, 10mins back u have got ur salary of. Rs. Please pay immediately.

      I am closing my hdfc salary account and also shortly i am opting out of banking relationship with hdfc for ever.

      The bank should be sued for not maintaining customer privacy.

      How does a collection agent disclose my salary amount exactly and also the exact balance in my account. I am sure the collection agent who had visited my residence for collection of minimum due on my credit card is also not an employee of HDFC and he has no ID of the company

      I got a call from HDFC manager from Richmond Road, Bangalore named Pavithra, the was basically not to address my issue or concern but to defend the Job of the manager. She asked me if I have a proof of the same.
      She also mentioned that if such thing should not happen again, please regularise the payment.
      I asked instead if she means to tell that what concern I have is not addressable and if the same risk and security disclosure will happen again?
      I seriously can't believe a middle level management can't resolve the concern and instead give me a reason for disclosing a persona salary details when credit card due collection is up.
      The call from HDFC was from [protected] and the call went on for 15mins from the HDFC manager, and funny thing is She didn't speak a word to resolve the concern, or may be she could not answer but only defend asking proofs.

      I am disappointed with having a relationship with HDFC.

      HDFC should rethink it's policies and procedures.
      I urge HDFC authorities to listen to the official call record made from HDFC Bangalore. The time of the call was 1.36pm 3rd Nov 2017.

      What is the reputation which the bank holds with such responses, in the market with customers with years of relationship with this bank.

      How safe is your personal details and hard earned money with this bank.

      HDFC also mentions the privacy and security of information of customers is safe with the bank... But where? How?.

      For the concern of Salary and personal details of balance disclosure in public from a collection dept

      The reply mail from the bank is as follows,

      The matter has been checked at our end and we confirm that our representatives operate under strict guidelines on the manner and demeanor of their interaction with all customers, which are within the frame-work of banking regulation guidelines. We request you to make the complete payment on or before the due date regularly to avoid payment reminder calls in future.

      For everyone. Please don't open accounts or have any banking relationship with HDFC banks

      I'm a private employee with a HDFC credit card

      Since, Not available on phone, A collection agent came to my residence, standing before me at the door step tells me my exact salary amount, the current balance in my account,
      I was shocked..!
      Guess how the all the customers would feel, when a person gives personal info, and funny part is, he does not have an company ID card,

      They called all my reference numbers 20times a day
      If not,
      They will find out the last online transactions Within HDFC banks and call the other HDFC customers also linked to me,

      When asked the Hdfc bank, how I felt when someone not having a ID card can know and disclose my personal details.

      The answer as told by HDFC bank is that, they follows strict policies, and personal details r safe with HDFC,
      A manager called pavithra, from Richmond rd branch, tells... Please regularise payments if you do not want this to repeat,
      I asked her, if she understands my concern/issue.

      Haven't got a proper response or a satisfying reply from the bank, the managers tone is rude as well, I have been told to submit proof for the same,

      Why a false commitment to customers, where is the privacy of accounts with HDFC. The response was aswell rude and not relating to my concern,

      Very Disappointed with the relationship with HDFC bank,

      The bank has to be sued for not maintaining privacy of customers,
      Whole heartedly not suggesting HDFC to anyone.

      Felt the employee was not concerned about the customers concern, but was just trying to save her Job, by defending the bank is not at fault and is maintaining the SOP, s, and her team was not at fault, and she asks for a proof for the same.

      I ask HDFC to be customer centric and maintain the privacy of the customers.

      I have a salary account from the last 7years and I am not happy of how I am being treated.

      HDFC lost one customer and this will spread.

      Standard Chartered is much more Dignified than HDFC, personal experience.

        I have loaded an amount of 5000 from my sbi card to payzapp. The amount is successfully loaded into payzapp but when i tried to transfer the amount to my bank, it is not transferred. So that transaction is failed. So the amount was available after some time on payzapp. I tried to transfer the amount multiple times but it is not transferred. So i left it as it is. When i checked it after some more time the amount was not available on payzapp as well. So please credit my amount as soon as possible. My transaction id is :[protected]rw09xp7. I have done this transaction on 23 october.

          I have an account saving in the behela branch, which i hve not been using since a long time, but on the 22nd there was a credit of 10, 000/- from an icici bank whose details i have, this money deposited is not mine kindly request you to deposit or return back to that icici customer.

          Kindly arrange a call back atleast becuase customer care doesnt revert for any calls.

            Recently i transferred a sum of rs 5000 to an sbi account. Even though transaction was failed then also, my money was deducted. After two days i received a message of transaction success, but my sbi account has not been credited with the sum of money. I tried calling customer service, i also mailed them. Bt i got no response from their side. I don't know what to do. Please help.

              I would like to know why my application was rejected? I haven't received any letter by email or otherwise. There are so many complaints about this online from other customers too. What i fail to understand is why do your executives call us incessantly to take your credit card and when we do apply with all documents & verification, you disapprove it. Kindly understand, all this stresses people out and also dents a good credit score.

              Looking forward to a quick reply and resolution. If not please cancel my application and return all the self attested photocopies of the documents and my picture which were submitted to your executive.

                I made a transaction of rs 2500 from payzapp to my bank account on 23rd oct 2017 around 11:20 am. Transaction status is success but the amount has not been credited to my bank account. I tried calling to the customer care number but the number is busy every time i tried.                     On 23rd oct, i have made an transaction of 5000 rs from payzapp wallet to my bank account. Tranfer got failure and money is deducted from wallet and not yet refunded, however i have sent out a mail to to payzapp customer still not get a reply from payzapp customer care. I got only auto reply mail. I tried to call payzapp customer care i am unable to reach out them. Every time i am getting busy voice message.

                      My customer id 6062469. I had submitted address change form 2 times, recently on 16th october 2017. Both times address got updated in nsdl but never updated in trading account. I have checked in mobile app as well on website, address is not updated. The request was given to update permanent and current address with aadhar card with bank stamp. Very pathetic service from hdfc securities. No communication was sent, except i got sms from nsdl...

                      I have seen the following charges in my hdfc salary account.

                      1. Hdfc has started charging once every quarter

                      2. Inst-alert chg inc gst jul-sep2017 charging for instant alert for the account. When opening the account they mentioned that this service was free and now they are charging

                      They should inform the customer before charging. You cannot hold the customer at ransom.

                      I am not sure how to resolve this please advice...

                      HDFC is charging/deducting Rs 17 (NST-ALERT CHG INC GST OCT-DEC2017) from my account without my knowledge. Shouldn't this service be provided without charging. Instant SMS is a part of safety of our accounts. Even brocking companies provide the same for free. Pathetic customer service from the part of HDFC.

                      HDFC is one of the worst bank.. i have not used account for couple of years and on the other day i put some money ( 1 lakh 30 thousand rupees). They almost deducted nearly 10, 000 rupees and keep putting some charges. Not sure what are those charges. I tried to call them multiple times to understand what those charges are. These are the worst bank. They say, they need some phone pin to talk to me about my account. Unfortunately i did not have it. I have asked them how do i get it. They need ATM password. However, i live in United states and there is no way for me to go to ATM to reset my password. I have asked is there any alternate way. They are telling any alternate way. However, constantly deducting money from my account. I tried to reset password online (ATM password online). Though it is not possible ( and i was unsuccessful in changing password online), they charged twice for changing ATM password online to my account. Worst bank ever.. I am never going to bank with HDFC.

                      HDFC, please don't loot customers money. I am expecting one of the HDFC guy to look into this and respond to me. My customer id is : 32301742

                      There is no easy way to reach/escalate to their call too. Call centers agents are really rude. They did not even want to listen and solve the problem. Worst bank.

                      Never noticed it before but why do you want to earn money like this, deducting 17.70₹ each quarter. The message Services should be free and if not, please give us a option to unselect the message Service. I can check myself what I got with email services or manually, don't need paid message Services which we never asked for.

                        I have closed my loan account[protected] on sep 20 at that time paid outstanding and other charges.. After that oct 4th 17573/- emi deducted in my account.. Then i have waited for my emi back but they have credited only 1043/-insteaded of 17573/- when i call to customer care and asked about this they are telling you received excess amount and they told me after closing also charges are there how pity it is.. I never seen or heared this kind of statement.. I will raise escalation in hdfc bank

                          Have done transaction on 23/10/2017, for 5000 rs transfer to hdfc bank but transaction has been debited from my payzapp wallet but not received in bank. So please take appropriate action to solve the issue. I have done many mails to payzapp but there are only system generates ticket for complain and no one is replying for the same issue

                            I had made an application through hdfc fastag program trough their online portal and made payment of ₹300 against the same as ₹200 for security amount and ₹100 as the top up amount. The reference number of the application is fastag-hfr004845.
                            I had recieved one email with the reference number. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up the. Once they received and said within 2 days you will get sms and provided complaint number 1774oct2017 after that no updates and no able to reach anyone in customer care and also not able to track the status of application.

                              Hi payzapp, i had made 2 transfer worth ₹.5000/- to icici bank account and ₹.2000/- and kotak bank account on[protected]. The transaction shows successful in payzapp. But amt did not get credited to my accounts. Tried contacting payzapp cc but heard busy tone every time. Sent mail to support mail id and received only system generated reply. Kindly act on priority and refund the amt ₹.7000/- as the trust on hdfc matters a lot.

                                Last monday (23/oct/2017) i have added 3000 rs to my payzapp wallet and transfer the same amount to my sb account. It shows withdrawal is success but still that amount not credited in my bank account (Almost 4 days competed).

                                Also, the same day i have added 700 rs to my payzapp wallet from credit card, this amount still not added in my wallet but it has been debit from my credit card.

                                I never excepted this type of problem would happen on your service

                                  Transaction status as successful but the merchant who i have paid didn't get any amount can you help on the transaction
                                  Paid to shri ram.

                                  Its beeen two days no money credited in merchant wallet nor my wallet and i tried 100 times for customer care and it always hung up

                                    My name is sangram oswal. I have a credit card of hdfc. I have made a payment of minimum due. Only 300 to 400 hundred is remaining but coz of i was hospitalized it not able to make a the payment so i said i, ll do the payment in next 2 dayz but the collection calling agent name:- anjali jadhav, she is very worth very rud and not understand people is some problem then also she is saying make a payment of 300 urgent and send the screenshots immediately. Even from when i'm useing this credit card its my firts time late payment od only rupees 300 then hdfc people's are giving trouble then. I don't want such hopeless service card so i'm exit from hdfc cards and services.

                                    Please beware from hdfc card this people are this snakes. Even u have remaining amount of rs-1 then also they trouble for that.. So please

                                    Don't take any any any service from such types of bank's
