Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation.

I did not get any call to activate one assist membership. But the one assist mfee of rs. 1299 is automatically debited from my hdfc credit card (Ending with 8637) on 9th october 2017. Also on 11th october 2017 they have deducted rs. 118 without my knowledge/consent.

Please do needful to refund the charge.

Even i have tried contacting customer care but don't get satisfactory...

I had taken an auto-loan no. 428222 dated nov-2003, i have repaid the instalments honestly and the loan was closed in nov-2008. The outstanding principal and interest is zero as per hdfc bank records.

Now hdfc is demanding excess payments and charges which was not communicated to me during the period, it is illegal to demand excess payment and blackmail for issue of noc. I believe that this as wrong code of conduct by the bank....

Tried to load inr 14000, with rbl card, after entering otp, status was app has a error, time of transaction was 8.43 pm, but money deducted from account.
I have contacted hdfc pay zapp through email, they informed that money will be refunded within five working days & will recive commnication form customer care within 24 hrs, but i did not receive any communication from customer care executive

Hdfc bank — refund amount

I have paid by cash to amazon and they have refunded it my bank account.
I have seen amazon has initiated my refund on 13th sep 2017 but still i have not got my refund back. I have the reference number also.

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 2602 without my concern on date:15/05/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-
