address not updated even after submitted address proof 2 times

My customer id 6062469. I had submitted address change form 2 times, recently on 16th october 2017. Both times address got updated in nsdl but never updated in trading account. I have checked in mobile app as well on website, address is not updated. The request was given to update permanent and current address with aadhar card with bank stamp. Very pathetic service from hdfc securities. No communication was sent, except i got sms from nsdl...

I have seen the following charges in my hdfc salary account.

1. Hdfc has started charging once every quarter

2. Inst-alert chg inc gst jul-sep2017 charging for instant alert for the account. When opening the account they mentioned that this service was free and now they are charging

They should inform the customer before charging. You cannot hold the customer at ransom.

I am not sure how to resolve this please advice...

INST-ALERT CHG INC GST JUL-SEP2017 charging for instant alert for the account. When opening the account they mentioned that this service was free and now they are charging .

Please check about this deduction and refund the amount

INST-ALERT CHG INC GST, HDFC Bank is charging and deducting 17/- in each quarter.. Would like to know the reason for deduction. And there is no intimation or justification from HDFC bank when discussed to HDFC support center.
HDFC is charging/deducting Rs 17 (NST-ALERT CHG INC GST OCT-DEC2017) from my account without my knowledge. Shouldn't this service be provided without charging. Instant SMS is a part of safety of our accounts. Even brocking companies provide the same for free. Pathetic customer service from the part of HDFC.

HDFC is one of the worst bank.. i have not used account for couple of years and on the other day i put some money ( 1 lakh 30 thousand rupees). They almost deducted nearly 10, 000 rupees and keep putting some charges. Not sure what are those charges. I tried to call them multiple times to understand what those charges are. These are the worst bank. They say, they need some phone pin to talk to me about my account. Unfortunately i did not have it. I have asked them how do i get it. They need ATM password. However, i live in United states and there is no way for me to go to ATM to reset my password. I have asked is there any alternate way. They are telling any alternate way. However, constantly deducting money from my account. I tried to reset password online (ATM password online). Though it is not possible ( and i was unsuccessful in changing password online), they charged twice for changing ATM password online to my account. Worst bank ever.. I am never going to bank with HDFC.

HDFC, please don't loot customers money. I am expecting one of the HDFC guy to look into this and respond to me. My customer id is : 32301742

There is no easy way to reach/escalate to their call too. Call centers agents are really rude. They did not even want to listen and solve the problem. Worst bank.

Never noticed it before but why do you want to earn money like this, deducting 17.70₹ each quarter. The message Services should be free and if not, please give us a option to unselect the message Service. I can check myself what I got with email services or manually, don't need paid message Services which we never asked for.
They are continuously deducting this amount from my account as well

    I have closed my loan account[protected] on sep 20 at that time paid outstanding and other charges.. After that oct 4th 17573/- emi deducted in my account.. Then i have waited for my emi back but they have credited only 1043/-insteaded of 17573/- when i call to customer care and asked about this they are telling you received excess amount and they told me after closing also charges are there how pity it is.. I never seen or heared this kind of statement.. I will raise escalation in hdfc bank

    i went HDFC Bank and asked about this issue.. they told me adjusted to another loan and also they told me in that account excess amount is there so we are refunding this amount into your account.

      Have done transaction on 23/10/2017, for 5000 rs transfer to hdfc bank but transaction has been debited from my payzapp wallet but not received in bank. So please take appropriate action to solve the issue. I have done many mails to payzapp but there are only system generates ticket for complain and no one is replying for the same issue

        I had made an application through hdfc fastag program trough their online portal and made payment of ₹300 against the same as ₹200 for security amount and ₹100 as the top up amount. The reference number of the application is fastag-hfr004845.
        I had recieved one email with the reference number. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up the. Once they received and said within 2 days you will get sms and provided complaint number 1774oct2017 after that no updates and no able to reach anyone in customer care and also not able to track the status of application.

          Hi payzapp, i had made 2 transfer worth ₹.5000/- to icici bank account and ₹.2000/- and kotak bank account on[protected]. The transaction shows successful in payzapp. But amt did not get credited to my accounts. Tried contacting payzapp cc but heard busy tone every time. Sent mail to support mail id and received only system generated reply. Kindly act on priority and refund the amt ₹.7000/- as the trust on hdfc matters a lot.

            Last monday (23/oct/2017) i have added 3000 rs to my payzapp wallet and transfer the same amount to my sb account. It shows withdrawal is success but still that amount not credited in my bank account (Almost 4 days competed).

            Also, the same day i have added 700 rs to my payzapp wallet from credit card, this amount still not added in my wallet but it has been debit from my credit card.

            I never excepted this type of problem would happen on your service

                My name is sangram oswal. I have a credit card of hdfc. I have made a payment of minimum due. Only 300 to 400 hundred is remaining but coz of i was hospitalized it not able to make a the payment so i said i, ll do the payment in next 2 dayz but the collection calling agent name:- anjali jadhav, she is very worth very rud and not understand people is some problem then also she is saying make a payment of 300 urgent and send the screenshots immediately. Even from when i'm useing this credit card its my firts time late payment od only rupees 300 then hdfc people's are giving trouble then. I don't want such hopeless service card so i'm exit from hdfc cards and services.

                Please beware from hdfc card this people are this snakes. Even u have remaining amount of rs-1 then also they trouble for that.. So please

                        I transferred money from the payzapp account to the bank account.
                        Money got deducted from payzapp account but it is not credited to the bank account.

                        And now i am not able to login to payzapp. Im getting error as authentication failed. Whats wrong with payzapp. My security question is also blcoked now. I will never trust hdfc products agai. Im going to change my salary account from hdfc.

                          Dear sir,
                          I am using hdfc credit card since many years ending with 7520. Unknowingly one assist had given memmbership to this card. Last year on behalf of my request they have not cancelled my membership. Now they have upgraded my plan &continue memmbership. Now i want to know that who is oneassist to debit fee from my credit card. Is oneassist sisterconcern of hdfc bank? Ifnot let me clear how oneassist has debited fee from creditcard without giving any prior notice to me. Please reffer me complaint no. Of this complaint. Also give me clear justification about this matter, althuogh i have decided to file petition in court against you.

                            Hello there,
                            I did contact you regarding emi, but you guys have reject the request by saying that there is no offer. This is disappointing and frustrating.
                            When we buy things from the vendor which you have suggested, emi gets converted automatically. But when we spend as per our convince then there are lot of things we need to do to convert it into emi.
                            This is so sad and unfair.

                            As i was unaware that the priority pass issued to me along with regalia first credit card was chargeable from 1st June onwards I swiped it on Mumbai Airport.
                            Now i earnestly request you to please revert back that amount as i used it unknowingly...

                              Toady hdfc bank give me loan on my car
                              ₹ 3, 37, 000. And hdfc bank employees jagdip singh take 5 blank cheque from my side. For hdfc bank security reason for loan amount. I was give 5 five signature check on 18 oct 2017.

                              Hdfc bank employees jagdip singh. Cheque no 000007 jagdip take payment from my account behav on hdfc loan security cheque. He withdraw ₹2, 50, 000 behav of security cheque. That's by i will request please stop my cheques and in features any cheque before clearing please informed me. Because i m not too much rich ₹2, 50, 000 to much for me. I don't know how i take my money back.

However, to make a Stop Payment request on your Cheque issued, kindly follow the steps mentioned below: Log in into your NetBanking account Click on "Stop Payment of Cheque" option available under "Request" menu on the left hand side of the web page Select the Account Number (if more than 1 account) Enter first/Start cheque number to the last/End cheque number, with a reason for stopping the payment. Click on "Continue". On the next web page, you can verify and click on "Confirm" tab to confirm the stop payment request. To make a stop payment request on a single cheque, enter the same number in both the fields provided. The stop payment of cheques through netbanking is free of charge. You may obtain the cheque series from PhoneBanking and then use NetBanking to stop the cheques. Alternatively, you could use PhoneBanking or the branch to make a Stop Payment request on your cheque.                                 Its really disappointing to know on my regalia card annual fee has been charged in spite of 100% assurance given by your bank head for southcity 2 shivali gupta that the card has no fee and is absolutely free for preferred customers.

                                I was not interested in taking the card still shivali gupta insisted that its free and there are numerous benefits like free taj membership etc. Which was never given to me.

                                I along with my family have maintained the bank balance and still have to be wasted time in these issues.

                                Kindly reverse the charges and resend the statement immediately.

                                Without any intimation and approval one Assistant .One assistant membership was automatically renewed on my HDFC credit card ending with 1817 on 20 October.I don't want membership with One Assistant.Please refund the amount and deactivate it from my HDFC card ending with 1817..
                                In my credit card i debited 10000 but the server problm there is no cash is withdrawal that day but in my accoun 10000 rs is credited due to the server problem 10000 is debited my account in my account i did not take cash so please check &kindly refund my money

                                  Have done transaction on 23/10/2017, for 5000 RS transfer to hdfc bank but transaction has been debited from my payzapp wallet but not received in bank. So please take appropriate action .
                                  I have done many mail to payzapp but there are only system generates ticket for complain and no one is replying for the same . So please let me know how many days it will take.

                                  As per telephonic conversation with payzapp team they said that Money has been refunded from there side the same will reflect within 5 days in payzpp wallet. Hope so.

                                    Hdfc keeps deducting some charges or the other for new features they add. My account got classified from a preferred customer to classic or something. I discovered i'm subscribed for some alters and every month they keep deduction 15 to 20 rupees. Similarly when there was a death in the family and urgently 50k was to be withdrawn to withdraw by cheque was charged 300.in some pretext or the other hdfc keeps charging and always has some legal workaround or justification for it. Even if they take 100 rupees on an average from each of their customers which could be around 10 lakh, that a crore or rupees just like that. No wonder they claim to be the most profitable and number 1 bank.

                                    I took a hdfc card in 2004 and have used it regulary and till date i would have accumulated close to a lakh points and used to encash it for rewards and airmiles. Hdfc kept upgrading my card and increasing the credit limit. Recently my superia card was upgraded to regalia because superia is discontinued. I had 14k reward points that got deducted by 75% to 3 odd thousand. I get a letter stating that my reward points has been reduced by 60% to match the higher category of card. My issue.
                                    1. Why am i being upgraded to begin with.
                                    2. Why are my reward points changing. As usual hdfc bank has some rule or logic for doing this which doesn't make sense.
                                    3. Why are they stating 60% reduction in points when in reality they are stealing 75%. Reward points translate to cash in many ways.
                                    Have complained but they have not responded or done anything about it.

                                    I haven't used my Hdfc credit card reward points for the last 4-5 years..A small portion of them was anyway getting deducted due to expiry but I was shocked to see my replacement HdFc Regalia's statement...11, 000 points were adjusted without informing me..The New card is not delivered yet but the statement is for the new one..my card expires this month and ideally new card details should have been there in next month's statement. To make things worse the Customer care number doesn't connect to the support staff after waiting for 10 minutes on their IVR.. Highly dissatisfied..
