My hdfc credit card got expired but unfortunately refunds from air ticket got credited. My new card was delivered to my old address but returned back. Now am trying to get back my new card so that atleast i can utilize my money on it but my request is getting rejected every time with some reason. My signature is not matching, address is incorrect etc. Right now am not in india and it became very difficult for me to follow up on this. I have been sending them request to update my signature, address etc and reissue the card but it keeps rejecting.

I have also savings account in hdfc, why can't they refund the amount to my account if they can't reissue the card.

Upon checking with customer case, they informed, new card which is not delivered will expired soon along with the money that's on it from my refund transaction.

    we are in the venture of opening a current account with hdfc at cuddalore branch.

    ifsc code - hdfc0001060.

    We have been following up with the manager - mr. Ganesh and his assistant mangai for last 2 weeks. Its been a very frustrating and annoying experience with them as they don't respond to any of our queries on time and neither gave any update on the current account opening.

    we have had several other options with other banking services where they were ready to open on the same day with provided documents, but we preferred hdfc as i'm an existing nro account holder - things will be smoother.

    But this experience which caused mental pressure and agony with the hdfc executive's conceit and negative impression has made us restless.

    I would request to escalate this case and get a solution asap or we are planning to move to other banks who treat their customers like king/queen.

    Sorry for using a pomposity mail but we are not happy with hdfc services at our branch (Cuddalore). I am sure if this is continuing you people are going to lose lot of customers!!

      hdfc bank playing with me and extended my problem they are doing nothing no follow up if i need any product they are reguler and back to back call me . if i am facing issuse i just entertent by IVR no phone pick
      there are no update by bank and i am not able to contact customer care .please if you have able to help me update me and what is next process update .i am also very disappointed

        Hello,

        I have the problem with the hdfc regalia card which is majorly faced by many. While getting the card, i was given the priority pass as a complementary one which clearly states that 12 visits to lounge of any airport for a validity period of 3 years.

        Now for my recent two lounge visits of aug 2017, you have charged rs. 4224/-, that too in my oct 2017 billing and on telephone enquiry after that only, the policy change has been revealed.in between, i did not get any communication regarding policy change. Basically, you can't change the policy as you wish at any time. Even if you change in between, you should ensure that it is intimated with proper acknowledgement. You see, for your product promotions, how many times you people call and trouble us?
        For my mail to senior official of hdfc, as expected, an useless reply has been received by me in which youbtend to educate me on how to use credit card / priority pass etc.,
        The only way to get rid of this, is to close down the card and approach a good lawyer, i suppose.

          Hi team, i would like to bring to your notice that in ahmedabad branch vrm dept executives are been tortured since long by senior executives and management. Executives are forced to even come on weekends and on public holidays wherein supervisors won't be coming in and we are asked to login from another domain so that comp offs are not generated and on regular basis we are asked to extend shifts by couple of hours even the female executives are asked to do so.

            Hi!

            We are nri based at nigeria, west africa.

            Me & my wife sold some shares thru hdfc securities on 09/10/2017 and the sale proceeds was supposed to be credited to our accounts on 11/10/2017 but so far as on 13/10/2017 nothing has been deposited.

            Upon contacting them, they seem to be least bothered and indifferent to our problem, instead they very easily said that the amount will be credited on either 13th or 16th of october, 2017!!!

            Meanwhile, i had issued a cheque to one person based on the belief that my sale proceeds will be deposited on 11/10/2017 but because of this problem i had to beg the person not to deposit the cheque in his bank.

            This has caused a damage to my personal reputation in general and also it is very unfortunate that from hdfc securities nobody is bothered about the incident!!!

            I await your help to ensure that they would not dare to be so careless & indifferent to other customers in future.

              I applied for credit card and my application number is cc32946185. I got a verification call and your executive also visited my residence for verification. When i checked the status of my application, it is showing as disapproved. What does that mean? If my application is rejected, i would like to know the reason for rejection. Expecting your valuable reply at your earliest.

                Please note that i “jitendra patel” having salary account no. [protected] in hdfc bank, station road branch, ratlam (M. P.).

                Sir i am working with m/s ipca laboratories limited ratlam and company has opened my salary account in hdfc ratlam branch.

                In continuation, i would like to bring to your kind notice that from last 4 months bank has debited approx 1000/- per month from my salary account and they have converted my salary account to saving account without taking my consent.

                With this issue i have visited several time to the branch and met with bank authorities and given written application to them for resolution but till date the issue has been not resolved and now they are not taking any steps to resolve the same.

                So you are requested kindly resolve my problem and provide suitable solution on this on immediate basis.

                  Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation.

                  I did not get any call to activate one assist membership. But the one assist mfee of rs. 1299 is automatically debited from my hdfc credit card (Ending with 8637) on 9th october 2017. Also on 11th october 2017 they have deducted rs. 118 without my knowledge/consent.

                  Please do needful to refund the charge.

                  Don't activate this type of subscription in future without my knowledge/consent.

                    Hi i have cancelled online transaction on amazon 11 october.

                    Today i have recieved this sms

                    Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm i card ending 6773 for rs. 1849.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:11:51:37

                    But when i check my bank account [protected], name - parikshit khanna amount was not credited

                    Even i have tried contacting customer care but don't get satisfactory answer.

                      I had taken an auto-loan no. 428222 dated nov-2003, i have repaid the instalments honestly and the loan was closed in nov-2008. The outstanding principal and interest is zero as per hdfc bank records.

                      Now hdfc is demanding excess payments and charges which was not communicated to me during the period, it is illegal to demand excess payment and blackmail for issue of noc. I believe that this as wrong code of conduct by the bank.

                        This is deepak from delhi, about 1.5 year ago credit card person offer me a hdfc credit card with lots of benefit and features... That time i was not interested in any paid card but credit card person has offered me a card where i have to spent 30000 rupee in a year to waive off from yearly fee.

                        Even final confirmation and approval department has also committed same and i agreed. (Listen recorded audio clip, i wish you have)

                        Again i called to customer care for online login help when i got snapdeal credit card. And again spoke person has confirmed same.

                        Now i am shocked when after a year hdfc charged me yearly charges however i have spent more than 45000 in that year.

                        My concern is very clear i will not pay any false committed amount, please block and close my card... I am very disappointed by hdfc service team.

                        Now i heve no online access (May login close by hdfc) but i am receiving every month statement with adding charges.

                        I hereby informing to hdfc that neither i am going to call nor mail. If i will get charged for the credit card i will lodge a complaint in consumer forum.

                          I have contacted hdfc pay zapp through email, they informed that money will be refunded within five working days & will recive commnication form customer care within 24 hrs, but i did not receive any communication from customer care executive

                            Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]n1. I got all verification done at my office. I got calls at office for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]n1 status disapproved who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got disapproved. Hoping positive response

                              सर/मैडम,
                              मुझे HDFC बैंक द्वारा 1 क्रेडिट कार्ड उपलब्ध कराया गया था, जो कि मैंने कभी apply नही किया था। 2013 तक उस कार्ड का भुगतान समय पर होता रहा, किन्तु मेरे 1 मित्र ने एक बार उससे कुछ खरीददारी की और उसका भुगतान भी किया। धीरे धीरे वो इस कार्ड का प्रयोग करने लगा। 2014 में इस कार्ड से लगभग 3.5 लाख की खरीददारी की गई जिसका भुगतान समय पर नही हो पाया और ब्याज के साथ वो इस कार्ड का भुगतान करता रहा।
                              2015 में उसके व्यापार में नुकसान हुआ और ठप्प हो गया, तब से लगातार इस कार्ड का भुगतान मैं करता आ रहा हू।
                              नवंबर 2016 में बैंक अधिकारी द्वारा मुझे सेटलमेंट करने कहा गया और 2.7 लाख रुपये कुल 8 इन्सटॉलमेंट में जमा करने कहा गया, जिसमे मैं ने असमर्थता जताई तो मासिक 20000 रुपये जमा करने कहा गया जब तक 2.7 लाख की राशि पूर्ण न हो जाये और मैने नियमित रूप से प्रतिमाह 20000 रुपये क्रेडिट कार्ड खाते में जमा कराये।
                              अब जब मात्र 60000 रुपये सेष बचे है तो बैंक अधिकारी फोन द्वारा एवम email द्वारा मुझे कह रहे है कि आपका सेटलमेंट खत्म हो गया है और अभी 3.90 लाख की बकाया राशि बता रहे है।
                              मैं उन लोगो से कई बार कह चुका हूं कि आपके अधिकारी ने मुझे जैसा कहा मैने वैसा ही किया अब आज मैं बेरोजगार हू और मैं कोई राशि का भुगतान करने में असमर्थ हू।
                              आपसे निवेदन है कि यदि मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड एकाउंट की जांच की जाएगी तो आप पाएंगे कि जितना रुपया इस्तेमाल किया गया था उससे काफी अधिक हम ब्याज के रूप में दे चुके है, सेटलमेंट भी किया लेकिन उन्होंने उस पैसे को भी ब्याज में एडजस्ट किया।
                              मैं आज बेरोजगार हू और मेरे पास कोई आय का स्त्रोत नही है, मेरी विनती है कि आप लोग इस संदर्भ में मेरी सहायता करें।

                                Hdfc bank — refund amount

                                I have paid by cash to amazon and they have refunded it my bank account.
                                I have seen amazon has initiated my refund on 13th sep 2017 but still i have not got my refund back. I have the reference number also.
                                And none of the hdfc customer care is receiving the call on [protected]

                                Just refund whatever money is pending.
                                And ask to pick up the customercare call. Otherwise call back to customer.
                                No money is refunded from hdfc site

                                  I am an hdfc bank customer since last 5 years, my a/c no is "[protected]"
                                  My account was zero balance account. It was salary account. Recently i changed my job and my new company does not have tie up with hdfc bank.

                                  However i always used to keep 10, 000 plus in my hdfc account. From month of august due to some urgency i utilised amount from hdfc and my balance became less than 10, 000/- (In thought my account is zero balance account).

                                  Hdfc is chargeing me some approx 2017 rs from last one months.

                                  They should have atleast intimate me by letter that my account is no more zero balance account.

                                  Kindly returned my all money asap, because i am in now very difficult financial crisis.

                                    Why should any one register for your bank DNC if DND is fully active.
                                    DND is by government of India which is way bigger than your frocking bank who knows only to call people and give ### LOANs. Atleast be GENUINE in what you do. I have registered for DND and I should not get any calls.

                                    If every organisation days the same things. Should every one go and register in all the organizations DNC?? Give me your personal contact number you ### from frocking Hdfc bank. I will call you every day and I will ask you to register to my personal DNC.
