I applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag program. I made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr003317. I had received e email with the reference number. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever. Let me know why my application is not processed, atleast i'll try another service provider.

I have applied for HDFC Fastag online on 15/12/2017 and got my Fastag on 19/12/2017.

But when i try to register my fastag online for first time, its keep on saying No Records for past two days.

Trying to call customer service[protected] for last two days, But no one is picking the call.

please let me know when this "No record" issue will be solved. And Please provide proper customer care service number.

What happen you people why giving more trouble to customers I have applied hdfc fastag last month but still I didn't get any reply from your side if I call your toll free number no one picking call worst service already I lost 700 rs in ICICI bank fasttag than I came to hdfc hear also same thing if I go to login page no otp is coming to my registered mobile wat a ### service thu... Shame on your hdfc people...

    Hi,

    I am a very patient man with patience no more. I need this to be escalated to the director's office. My name is akhilesh singh, i have been using your credit card for over two years. I have had nothing but problems.

    This email i am writing to highlight how incompetent have your people been in resolving my issue.

    In the month of my when i went to the rewards page it gave me the option to redeem my reward points as cash back and i did. Instead of you putting the cash back you sent me an end voucher. I called your customer service; the bloke was very helpful said don't worry if you don't use the reward points for 30 days it will expire and the reward points will be back in your account. This did not happen. So i called up and asked what happened, this time i spoke to dolly one of the managers in pune call center and she told me sir it takes 30 days after expiry and i was very upset coz with those points i could have got an oven which was for 8000 after 5000 rs worth of discount on sale. I still waited. I called you in july to tell you what you told me did not happen and i spoke to dolly again she said i will send an email and get that sorted. I waited for her to call back. After having to chase her multiple times she called me back to tell me that she is working on it and post which she never called inspite me asking for her about 20 times. Then i got to speak to rahul, shweta and madhavi all from the same office and all of them were incredibly irresponsible and incompetent.

    In july i told dolly that i will not pay u till you sort my issue out as i was tired of calling and complaining g for over 2 months. I told her that i will not pay until you sort my issue out. She told me that sure sir, i will get this sorted in 48 hours. I told her that managers don't call back. She told that may be coz they did not get any update from the team that they emailed your query to. I asked her to keep updating me until the matter resolved after every 48 hours or whatever long they think it might take but give me a date. She assured and called the next day telling me to wait for 24 hours since then i am waiting for her 24 hours to get over. Not sure if she need to be gifted a watch that works.

    Anyway, then i spoke to rahul. He seemed prompt he set the expectations and told me that he well call me in certain time and date due to his weekly offs and so he did; i was impressed. This, however, was intermittent post that interaction. He as well disappeared and i had to call him multiple times to get hold of him.

    Shweta was who i spoke to in last week of august. She seemed understanding and i thought i was coming to the end of my problems as she confirmed that she will take care of the issues. She told me that by the 2nd/4th september my reward points will be put in my account, she will take care of the credit score issue as she i did not pay the bill totally due to your fault and she we agreed that she will arrange for an email to be sent to me apologizing for the messing up with account. I was so happy that i said ok, i will pay the bill then. She infact promised me that she will take care of the extra charges and advised me to wait until 5th september coz my bill was about to get created and she will call me back. Same story she did not call back either.

    I called back again kept looking for rahul/shweta and had no help at all and rahul escalated this issue to madhavi. This time spoke to madhavi (The most arrogant and obnoxious person i have ever spoken to) she told me that its all my fault. She said that we will credit your account with the reward points but now each reward point will value 30paisa and not 80 which it originally did. I told her that this was loot and it is cheating. That was not fair. She told me that there is nothing she could do. I told her to either give that to me in writing that she cannot do anything about it or arrange for a call from the director. She told me that she will get that arranged in 48 hours. As expected no update for more than 3 days so i called again. Spoke to her and found out that she is still trying to work that out. The last when i spoke to her she told me that she will call me back with the update on my reward points and email that shweta promised to send. She also told me to make the payment. I did pay 60 thousand and i got a confermation from you that it was credited on the 19th september. I have been paying all my bills on time since then.

    I am still waiting for her to call. Still waiting for the financial charges to be reversed. Still waiting for my reward points to be added. Assurance that nothing will go in my credit file (I have lost 25ponts in october due to this issue that you created if this is not resolved i will take you guys to the court). I am dealing with this matter for over 5 months and its a shame for a company as big as you to not have this resolved for me.

    I am extremely disappointed in your service.

        Dt[protected] time 06:44:23 booking mobile

        Kult gladiator (Black, 32gb) by kult at amazon

        Product recived on date[protected] around 9.30pm

        But product is problem i want to return the product before dt[protected]

        Amazon send mail the product pickup dt[protected]pm to 5pm

        Sitll now the product not pickup by them i am not satisfy there talking approse

          I have an auto loan account in hdfc branch...3317083 ...which emi is 4637 ...i deposit 4700 rs every month in the 4th date... But the branch deduct balance withoit reason...and my emi ewas bounce...they take more much funds to recover the loan emi...i m mentally and financally distrub from many times pls take a suitable action about this...

            I approched hdfc bank and they said i should contact airtel but airtel already confirmed that i dont have any auto debit function.

              I had a personal loan 4288662 and emi 7198/- due on this 07oct2017 due to request submitted to change debit instruction to other bank but chq presented under customer i'd 60246623 and showing hold balance of 7198/-, after knowing this same fund 7198/-tranfer ed to hdfc and account balance showing as zero. On the same day informed the concern department the way how i explained to you. I thought that things are going smoothly but suddenly i received below msg
              For "inr 6, 490.00 dr to a/c no xx4452 towards 1210 overdue loan - 4288662 recovered val 12-oct-17. Clr bal inr 708.00.
              Shocked and complaining to you what happened....
              You first collect your loan amount due or imposing frivilous charges, what process you are following, we are not rich to cover all your npas, never fare at all.

              Please check once and do the needful asap.

                My complaint is regarding to credit card and the staff of the bank
                My issue is that firstly i have received my credit card december 2016 at that time my credit card limit is 1 lac. But when i was gone in bank for activation they said i can use only 50000 at first time and they had charged me left 50000 for insurance. And at that time i was not aware about it.
                They had signed a from for card activation but that is for insurance.
                And after i used my card 44000. And my total bill is around 95000 and i had paid to the bank 98100 above. But credit card department calling daily for pay the due of around 24000. So i would like to request please take my case on priority and solve it as soon as possible

                  On the 29th of sep, i made the payment of 1200 inr for an hdfc tag. All documents including the rc, dl, passport were updated but i am yet to get an update from hdfc.

                  I call the customer care number -

                  [protected] - gets disconnected

                  I have sent emails to - hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in - i got an automated response that someone will get back to me in 48 hours. It's been more than 2 days now and i have received no updates.

                    My salary account was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. I did not close that. One time i open my account and see that i have rs -3538 in my account. Already i negotiate to the bank but they not responding me and pay the amount immediately but am not payed. They are put -100 rs per day what i do. I request you to please take a action against this bank.

                      I am facing same issue as below person faced which mentioned in below thread.

                      I checked my whole inbox and didn't find any prior communication to me regarding policy change. So i am not liable to pay any amount to hdfc. Its 3 transaction which is charged to my credit card without my authentication and all. If lounge access in domestic is chargeable with priority pass on domestic terminal then they should asked to swipe card at the same time. How hdfc can authorise these transaction without my consent. Its illegal and fraud.

                      Hdfc customer care is useless they asked me to check with priority pass and i did a isd call for this and priority pass clearly denied because they don't have authorisation for charges and all.

                        I have applied for hdfc fastag on 4th october 2017 and on 6th october 2017 my id was created and on 9th october 2017 i received a message saying my fastag is activated and till now i haven't received the fastag tag which was assured to be delivered on 10th october 2017. Tried contacting the hdfc customer care and no response from them after continuously calling them for 3 days.

                        I have paid them 300 rupees and i'm not sure whether i'll be getting the fastag

                        Even I had applied for HDFC Fastag on Nov1st after that no further communication from HDFC. The toll free number is good for nothing. No one picks it. More or else this is HDFC FASTAG SCAM. I am classic account holder, if this is how they treat customer. I am going to close the HDFC classic saving account.
                        Same issue here as well. I had placed a request for HDFS fastag in Jan/18 and re-charged my wallet for Rs. 1000/-. Now there is no response from them. I always get the response that they are waiting for the back office team to respond. Issue is pending for more than 2 months now.

                            As i have urgent requirement applied for 3rd personal loan in same hdfc bank assuming that i get another loan with ease. Process done talked to agent submitted docs and waited for one week.
                            Now hdfc bank did my adress veriication but failed. I requested for another time, they did and this time they verified my address and loan got approved.
                            Some day after a week an executive called me from hdfc bank explained me the interest rate as 10.99% which is same as mentioned during the application.
                            Everything is done no extra details i heard from them and after lot of calls to sales executives finally i got inr 273990.
                            I am shocked to see that amount because i applied for 350000.
                            Now the calls to same executives started from my side, they calmly are then explaining their rules that 3 fresh loans cant be given hence 2nd loan got closed automatically and we deducted the second loan outstanding rom your third loan an credited your remaining money.
                            To my surprise no one from hdfc bank despite called me many times haven't explained me this scenario. And claiming its my mistake to not understanding this on my own. And also claiming that they had explained me everything and proceeded for the loan.
                            I am heavily against to preclosing my loan as i have paid almost complete interest amount to them till now (15 months), there is no benefit for me closing the loan.
                            My claim are :
                            1) i requested for a fresh loan specifically
                            2) no executive told me that i have to close my previous 2 nd loan. Even after approval also no one attempted to make me aware.
                            1) if i knew that i have to close the previous loan, i woudln't have accepted for the another loan with them.
                            3) in all the calls they repeated lot that my loan amount was 350000 only.
                            2) now after waiting for 3 weeks and lot of suffer without knowing any details about the loan which got closed i. E. Remaining outstanding payable, leftover interest and preclosing charges and without giving me this information and taking my consent how can the bank guys close my loan.
                            3) who has given them the authority to take my money from new loan.

                            When i called to sales executive and told him that no one explained that one of my loans is pre-closing then he is claiming that as he was seeing there is some xls which was already filled up which mean that all the details of closing loan were explained with 100% sure. One thing i did not understand that if some thing is filled up in their side, then everything is explained to a customer? Shouldn'he cross check the person who supposed to explain me the details? Shouldnt i have the right to know?how can you blame that the customer is lying?
                            He is supporting his executive but not the customer ? And he never be sorry. Is this fair? Shoud i get blamed because i applied for a loan?

                              I recently saw my account balance, 295 rupees has been deducted from my account. They are saying it is something regarding the share. But i dont know why selling a share can charge 295 rupees. I am going to close the account from hdfc soon. I cant afford this much of charges daily basis. For the opening of dmat account i paid 700 rupees although they keep insisting me, you should open dmat account, its free from our side. Never ever trust this bank (Hdfc) i am done with the bank.

                                I had applied (Application no.[protected] for hdfc life progrowth plus on 09 august 2017 for annual premium of rs.100000/- (One lakh rupees) (Receipt no.[protected]). Though two months are over, they are not activating the policy nor they returning the money. Several mails and phone calls yielded no result, so far. They are reluctant to even give a proper reply for the delay.

The transaction was failed but the amount of rs1000/- are deducted from my sbi card.                                     Hi - i have a salary account with hdfc bank and the account number is [protected]. I have linked lic to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs. Unfortunately i have not maintained the balance for the month September2017. So i have paid lic the actual amount with fine. But hdfc bank has deducted several charges (Attached).in all the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions. Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account. Thank you.
