I bought a life insurance policy from hdfc life policy name hdfc life classic secure plus, policy no.18997210 in march 2017. Sum assured 10.00lac.
Directly from haridwar (Uttrakhand) branch without any bima agent.
But company appoint a finacial advisor name parwes kumar banratia smc company without my consent.in my policy.

I want to change my financial advisor.

I am very upset with your bankers. I give you the amount of your credit card loan amount every month. Just could not give it to the last 2 months. Right now i have given you all the money, even then my credit card stopped forever.

What's my fault if you do not pay only two funds, then you make such a deal to your customer. I never kept your money every time i pay.

I have been charged for pp lounge access without my consent on my hdfc credit card.
My pp access was complimentary then why i have been charged.
I want to lodge a fraud complaint against hdfc for incorrect charges levied on me.
Also last time they had deducted rs 75 for doing a recharge of rs 100 from hdfc bank regalia site, which they have not reversed me till date.
I want to say here that, hdfc has started lootofying...

Even after complaining by calling hdfc customer care, hdfc is still spamming my phone with stock market messages and credit / loans marketing callls almost every other day.in fact i. Have suddenly started receiving 5 messages a day about buying stock.

Your marketing agents are so uncivilised that without even without customer being in aware they simply add your number to the other marketing schemes and database of hdfc database...

Got from goibibo arn/brn no. [protected] what is the status. Really i am not get any details of my refund so far could not able track... So i raised the complaint over here... Please let me know about my refund as soon as possible. If not also please update me ok. As i really disappointed in this type of refund. Hi team, i have a salary account in hdfc. But now due to no salary credit in that account it has been automatically converted to savings. Now i want to close this account. I made net banking payment of rs.1137 for a bus ticket reservation. Unfortunately, the transaction got failed but the amount got debited from my account.

Hdfc bank is not crediting a refund for an amazon order processed by amazon on 21/9/17, the customer service executive of hdfc replied saying that this has been credited on the same day in my bank account but it has been not.
