Hi,

I have the problem with the hdfc regalia card which is majorly faced by many. While getting the card, i was given the priority pass as a complementary one which clearly states that 12 visits to lounge of any airport for a validity period of 3 years.

Now for my recent two lounge visits of aug 2017, they have charged rs. 4224/-, that too in my oct 2017 billing and on telephone enquiry after that only, the policy change has been revealed.in between, i did not get any communication regarding policy change. Basically, they can't change the policy as they wish at any time. Even if they change in between, they should ensure that it is intimated with proper acknowledgement. You see, for their product promotions, how many times they call and trouble us?
For my mail to senior official, as expected, an useless reply has been received by me in which they tend to educate me on how to use credit card / priority card etc.,
The only way is to wait for few days for customer - satisfactory resolution or otherwise to quit hdfc

    Cancellation of one assist membership
    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 6470 without my concern on date:08/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund debited amount of rs.1299/-

    Oneassist customer care people where disconnecting call when i was saying about cancellation of this service... Disappointed
    Hdfc bank was careless without my proper acknowledgment how can you activate such services for my card from past 7 days i'm trying to reach concerned person.. Bank assist me to call oneassist customer care but oneassist people say bank only assisted us to activate this service...

      I don't want one assist membership. Please cancel it as early as possible today. Without my permission why it is happening? Stop auto debit from my credit card towards one assist membership. If it is debited ;reverse it to my ac within no time. I'm for this type o[censored]nknown service. Forcefully nothing should be done. To earning white money is not so easy.         Since i had a salary account with you i am getting deduction of non maintenance on the account every month. Bank refused to convert it to the salary account as i have all the salary slips and transactions. Also need settlement on my credit card but rep refused to follow that. Either i'll file the case on you guys or work on it asap. These people dont listen to the customer and have all sought of deductions to the customers. I am bearing this losss from last 4 months

          This is #.. How come a bank can change my salary account (Which is created by my company) to saving ac without any notice.. I used my hdfc card when i was with previous company just solely because of salary withdrawal.. But when i left that company last year i. E., 2016.. I haven't used that card nor the bank services.. To my shock i received a msg last month which states that " my account is in negative 7862 " when i logged in to verify it through net banking... It indeed was true... Why the heck i've been penalised that much amount knowing i haven't used your bank services after i left my previous job.

            By mistake i transfered 5000 rupees to account number[protected] @kkbk0005631 through payzapp on 12/10/2017 (Thursday) at 12.46 pm, transaction id :[protected]kc26cx7, i visited kotak bank but they told that this account doesnt exist so better to concern payzapp, plz try to refund that amount in my wallet.

            Money has not received in to sbi bank account but money got deducted from payzapp wallet. The transfer date was 13/10/17 at 06:09 pm.

              When i got the credit card, i was told that i dont have to give any annual charges on my card. It is completely free. Yet they are now charging me 1000 rs for annual charges. I am really disappointed in them. When i called the customer care, they say there will be charges. They are misleading customers about the annual charges telling its free. I didnt expect it from hdfc

                My name is kanaiya patel. I have seen that 800/- rs is deducted from my hdfc salary account. That is for depository services but i am not using demat account of hdfc security. Bank has provided free account with salary account but i hadn't use it till now. Even till now, i haven't log in it also. Bank has charged 800/- rs of amt fir the same. I don't want still service provider gice it on free of cost and after start to take charge for it. If someone is not using service that means the person doesn't want this service.                     I applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag program. I made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr004071. I had received e email with the reference number. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever. Let me know why my application is not processed, atleast...

                    On october 11, 2017, i filled petrol at indial oil coco kormangala branch for 200 rs but they charged me twice because of machine problem. They said to complaint to you for the refund. My card ends with 5070. The transaction datetime is 11/10/2017 19:48 pm. The petrol bunk people are not even taking complaint and rude. Kindly help me to get the refund please.

                      I am getting threatening calls from hdfc recovery people and they are torturing me daily and coming to company and spoiling my name purposefully and telling to me that i will speak to the manager and hr o[censored]r company and close your account and they are torturing my office collegues to pay the money. Due to some personal reasons i missed two months loan dues and i have informed to the bank that i will pay it in a week, but these recovery people are torturing and that lead to termination of my job. These people are worst compared to any other banks in india.. That person name is devaraj, mobile number [protected]. Bcoz of him my job position is in critical stage and mental torture is too much and am not able to focus on my work now. If i call to police station he is telling who is police and they are not involved in this and all. He is not respecting police also.. Plz someone help me to get out of this situation as i need at least two weeks to arrange the money.

                      Having a credit card too with the lint of 40, 000/- which I wast converted into the EMI base
                      Last day evening I got a call from one of the employer from Hyderabad based office for asking me to pay EMI of the month (1stEMI). Well it's OK I wanted to pay in next week even if any changes applicable also am ready to pay because rite now am out of the station, ( business work)
                      The hdfc employer spoke me the way which I cont heard such a bad words and such a Rubbish language he spoke, scolded me for just a 4000/- of EMI

                      The way which he spoke to me really hurts me a lot so I decided to close my credit card and also account too in hdfc bank.
                      And I want him to ask me apologies for his rude behavior and rubbish language spoken to me,

                      NOTE: when my demands are made clear by hdfc then only I will clear the remaining balance amount or else I won't clear
                      Again am making you clearly take whatever the action you want but my demands should be done first.

                        I used the app to transfer money of rs. 5000/- to sbi bank account no. On 08/oct/2017 at 03:15 am.                             My name is hardik mankad. I am using credit card of hdfc bank. My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. Credit card company asking for payment of rs. 18388 while there was refund credited in my card before due date of bill payment. But that credit amount is not adjusted against due.
                            Moreover i have been charged rs. 750 as late pmt fees for 4 days. I was not informed about any such charges while taking card. And how too much high charges calculated just for 4 days.
                            Company is also taking 18% interest after due date. And same was also not informed.

                            Such kind of credit card companies cheating and looting customers.

                            Hdfc is worst credit card service providers. Not even bother to attend complain by making call to customer. Kindly solve issue and refund charges of rs. 750 & rs. 135 wrongly debited to my card.

                            Till date no response from hdfc credit card co. And again and again debiting some unusual charges. One should never use credit card of hdfc. I have mailed complain to all required customer services team of hdfc.

                              My hdfc credit card got expired but unfortunately refunds from air ticket got credited. My new card was delivered to my old address but returned back. Now am trying to get back my new card so that atleast i can utilize my money on it but my request is getting rejected every time with some reason. My signature is not matching, address is incorrect etc. Right now am not in india and it became very difficult for me to follow up on this. I have been sending them request to update my signature, address etc and reissue the card but it keeps rejecting.

                                we are in the venture of opening a current account with hdfc at cuddalore branch.

                                ifsc code - hdfc0001060.

                                We have been following up with the manager - mr. Ganesh and his assistant mangai for last 2 weeks. Its been a very frustrating and annoying experience with them as they don't respond to any of our queries on time and neither gave any update on the current account opening.

                                we have had several other options with other banking services where they were ready to open on the same day with provided documents, but we preferred hdfc as i'm an existing nro account holder - things will be smoother.

                                But this experience which caused mental pressure and agony with the hdfc executive's conceit and negative impression has made us restless.

                                I would request to escalate this case and get a solution asap or we are planning to move to other banks who treat their customers like king/queen.

                                Sorry for using a pomposity mail but we are not happy with hdfc services at our branch (Cuddalore). I am sure if this is continuing you people are going to lose lot of customers!!

                                  Sir, my a/c hold due to my credit card payment issue. But i need money for my hospital fee and my room rent also in my a/c have 32k amount right now. Sir as you know festivel are coming soon but i have no money for going to home. So you are my last hope. I agree to pay amount in emi but the are not free my a/c

                                  hdfc bank playing with me and extended my problem they are doing nothing no follow up if i need any product they are reguler and back to back call me . if i am facing issuse i just entertent by IVR no phone pick
                                  there are no update by bank and i am not able to contact customer care .please if you have able to help me update me and what is next process update .i am also very disappointed

                                    Hello,

                                    I have the problem with the hdfc regalia card which is majorly faced by many. While getting the card, i was given the priority pass as a complementary one which clearly states that 12 visits to lounge of any airport for a validity period of 3 years.

                                    Now for my recent two lounge visits of aug 2017, you have charged rs. 4224/-, that too in my oct 2017 billing and on telephone enquiry after that only, the policy change has been revealed.in between, i did not get any communication regarding policy change. Basically, you can't change the policy as you wish at any time. Even if you change in between, you should ensure that it is intimated with proper acknowledgement. You see, for your product promotions, how many times you people call and trouble us?
                                    For my mail to senior official of hdfc, as expected, an useless reply has been received by me in which youbtend to educate me on how to use credit card / priority pass etc.,
                                    The only way to get rid of this, is to close down the card and approach a good lawyer, i suppose.

                                      Hi team, i would like to bring to your notice that in ahmedabad branch vrm dept executives are been tortured since long by senior executives and management. Executives are forced to even come on weekends and on public holidays wherein supervisors won't be coming in and we are asked to login from another domain so that comp offs are not generated and on regular basis we are asked to extend shifts by couple of hours even the female executives are asked to do so.
