the site of school is https://epay.union bankofindia.co.in. But the school authroity has not received the payment.
i have visited my hdfc branch . The concern has given me helpline no but
i am unable to contact authorised person . iam also attaching the screen shot of payment.
kindly resolve my problem.

    Hello team,

    I went to india this year in april and that's when i applied for my account conversion to nro/nri at "rama krishna nagar, chatrapur, odisha 761020, india" in person. It took them more than 2months just to convert my savings account to nro and i have been following up with the bank manager every week to know the status but most of the time my calls get unanswered.

    The current status is the manager not even entertaining my calls and i don't know where to go from here. I don't have my nri account setup and i hope you understand the value of bank account.

    Hope to get some traction here

Meri do policy ti hdfc life 14645712 or 14589320, jiski policy bond ghum gayi ti jab policy me mujhe pakda ta us samay mere pass ti usi time mere se kahi mera bag for gaya ta jis karan se mere savi original bond adhar card pan card atm or sab ghum gaya uske bad mai jail chala gaya, or meri jamanat avi 07oct 2015 ko huyi hai to mai bahar aaya hu, jab mai branch me gaya to mujhe pta chala ki meri policy ke paise 2016 me kisi ne pahle hi nikal lie hai. Jab mai jail me ta tab kisi me mere policy ka use karke kisi mail se msg karke paise nikal lia hai. Jis account me paisa gaya hai axis bank ke account me vo account vi mera nahi hai. Us account ko axis bank me 2016 me open kia hai or use mere dono policy ke paise gaye hai. Mai axis bank ke khilap to report likhwa dia hu ki jab mai bank me aaya nhi to mere pan card or adhar se mera account jaise unone open kia. Or ap log bina varify kie huye meri policy surrender kaise kar die. Apko ek bar mere ghar aana chahiye ya mere family member se milna chahiye, ya mere sign match karna chahiye lakin kuch ni kia ap logo ke, bs kisi me mail kia i'd de di or paisa ap de diye, apke jaise kon sa bank hai jo bina sigh match kie huye policy surrender kar die.
      Mai branch gaya to bolte hai ki kuch nhi kar sakte hai ap mail daliye or social media se direct uper ke executive se bat kijiye. Call centre me call kro to vo sab bolte hai ki nhi milega ham kuch nhi karte hai... Mai to apne paise lene ke lie savi jagah jauga chahe court me vo case 10 sal chale, pure media me kharab kruga vo vi paise de ke, jisse logo ko pta chale ki apke yha ki service kitni acchi hai, koi kisi ka vi paisa nikalwa sakta hai ydi kisi ki i'd pa jata hai to.

      Avi tk to mai pension plan wali policy ka paisa bhul jata ni nikalwa lakin tumne jab kisi ko nikal ke dia hai to ab mujhe apne dono policy ka paisa 10 din ke ander chahiye... Mai 2 din ka time de rha hu resolvation chahiye, dena hai ya nhi,,, nahi to 3 din mai court pahuch jauga,, or apna paisa leke manuga chahe kuch vi ho jaye... Jisne­ vi ye kia hai usko pakdo ye tumara kam hai mera kam nahi hai, mai axis bank or tumko dono ko btata hu. Mere pass pure paper hai jis din arrast hua us din ke vi paper hai or jis din bail huyi hai us din ki vi jamanat hai, apke branch me jo axis bank ka account no dia ta uske bare me mai khud ja ke pata kia hu to dekha hu ki us account ko open karne ke lie 10000 dia gaya ta or jo paise aye hai meri policy bs ke hi aye hai... Tumne ydi match kar lia hita to ye sab na hota. Sala tumare jaise ghatia bank me kisi ka vi paisa save nhi hai. Branch me tumare koi sun me ke lie taiyar nhi hai. Sab bolte h ki hme nhi pta branch se request nhi gayi hai mail se request ki gayi, hmare branch me request ati to cctv me record hota ti hm dekh ke bta sakte hai... Isiliye yha tumse bol rhe.
      Apke branch me meri complain ko nhi lia gaya hai to mai ek cm, collector, pm teno logo ko uski ek ek copy fax kar dia hu,,,,,, jab se bajar aaya tab se mail mail kie ja rja hu avi tk koi response nhi mil rha hai...

      Satna ki branch me jate jate thak gaya lakin vo log ye bol dete hai ki khud hi nikal lie hoge, tum criminal ho jail ja chuke ho ab complained le ke ate ho. Meri wife ke nam hai, mujhe policy no nhi pta hai, mai policy no picha to bolte hai ki time nhi hai mujhe nahi pta hai... Kya pta uska vi paisa koi nikal lia ho, mamta pandey ke nam se uski policy hai, address - ward no 3 paddkka amarpatan did satna m. P... Mujhe kuch dino ki hi bail mili hai, mujhe 4 tarik ko pir se surrender karna hai ja ke... Uske pahle mujheere paise chahiye... Mere ghar ki halat ye hai light ka bill tak jama na hone ke karan light cut ho gyi hai... Ek rupes nhi hai.. Ydi mere pass paise hote to mai direct consumer court jata na ki apse bat karta.

        Hello,
        On 16th oct and 17th oct, i transferred 10, 000 rs to a wrong icici account from my hdfc payzapp account.
        It was supposed to be sent to my account[protected] but it got transferred to another account[protected].
        Transaction id[protected] and[protected].
        I visited both the banks on 17th and told them the incident in details.
        But no bank is ready to take the responsibility and solve the issue.
        Icici bank not gave me the details of account but said as hdfc payzapp is the initiator of the transaction, they have to raise the request.

        Hdfc bank said, as the transaction has completed, they can not raise the request and icici bank has to support.

        Please help me and refund the money or at least contact to that person and ask him to send it back.

          I am bhupendra vibhande and my savings account no is [protected], my debit card is matured in jun 2017. I have applied for the renewal of the same and repeated follow up. But last three times i have not received the debit card but i have received e-mail from you on 19 sep, 26 sep and 16 oct. All the mail are stereo type stating that, the addressee is not found.
          But i would like to confirm you that i am staying at the same address as given in the record.
          Please do the necessary arrangements to deliver me my debit card at the earliest.

Rs. 2057 monthly emi has been deducted on 05/10/2017 from axis bank a/c no-[protected] but i have called to deposit of rs. 651/- extra due to showing on loan statement that amount has been deducted from bank on 18/10/2017 due to insufficient fund. It is not understood that amount has been deducted from bank on correct date but your statement showing wrong information. Please clarify. Regards.

              Greetings of the day!
              I am an account holder of [protected] a/c holder of hdfc bank.
              I would like to bring to your notice that i have done three transactions to a particular account to a merchant for a job service promised. I was not aware that it was a fraud business they are running to get money from candidates with false promises and blocked the number i was trying to contact them after providing them the money they had asked to proceed. Please kindly dispute this transactions done to the vendor account. They asked 3500/- for registration. Then they asked 13500/- for insurance and medical to proceed further. Then they had asked 20000/- for visa purpose to deposit to go further. Once i had deposited the entire money on periodic basis trusting them, they immediately blocked my number. My friend tried reaching them. They informed him that my visa got rejected and they have to pay a bribe of 20000 /- again to proceed further. They are still trying to extract more money from me. I would henceforth earnestly request you to kindly dispute the entire transactions done to this account of niraj kumar under the description of silva travels, and to please help me refund my hard earned money back soon from this fraud racket. If you need any further information, you can reach me at [protected] / [protected]. I have attached the dispute form in the mail attachments for your assistance and investigation.
              I have tried reaching the customer care but they keep asking me to contact the nearest branch who in return tells me to contact the customer care.

              I look forward to a speedy action from your part as this might save other candidates too from being a victim of this fradulent activties.

                    Hi team,

                    I have used my priority pass card which i got along with hdfc regalia card in bangalore's plaza premium lounge during august 2017. I used priority pass couple of times and i was not charged for that, may be some 25 rs or so. But this time, i charged very heavily close to 2000 inr for eating just idly and sambhar. I don't know the reason why i charged heavily this time.

                    If there is cap in using pp card then i should have got informed on that, neither lounge receptionist nor hdfc bank credit card division executive informed me on this.

                    Also, i did not receive any timely communication via sms, phone or mail on this. I mean if i should have been informed, then i should have not accessed the lounge.

                    I am very loyal customer of hdfc bank and always uses card and other facilities judiciously and never misuses any thing. Please check my cibil score, timely outstanding clearance record. Not even a single time, my name appeared in defaulter list.

                    I would request you to please revert the transaction which has been levied on me. Charge close to 2000 inr is really unethical and not justifiable.

                    Also, please inform customers right in advance, so that they will be prepared and take decision accordingly.

But every time your representative would promise me that the same would be reversed in your next bill, every time would be fulfilled by your agent/representative.                                 I ve preclose my jumbo and insta loan in july'17 yet i ven't received closure stmt for it. Being calling to phone bank from last couple of months nothing is working out... Pathetic service.. Feel cheated.. Everytime ur executive say give 4 days i m waiting for last 4 mths... Doesn't understand how much time it takes to generate a stmt. Hope atleast now i will get a response.

                                  I am using hdfc credit card from last more than 4 years but i haven't miss any payment of it but this time i missed payment of around rs.3, 500 and paid late by 8-9 days around but what i can see is the heavy charges in the form of late fees and finance charges, applied in my next bill which is not justified at all. (As shown in the below screenshot).

                                  I request you to please take this as an exception and reverse the same charges from my account.

                                    HDFC bank needs to give it's EMPLOYEES some serious training material on customer service. I applied for PL and was told it will be processed in a week .. it took then 3 weeks to process the application. You call them 5 times for the same query and you will get 5 different answers and none of the answer is true.
                                    Poor customer service.
                                    You drop them emails, they will not respond.
                                    You call them, they will hang up on you.
                                    I wish HDFC goes bankrupt and gets lost from the business.
