I have the problem with the hdfc regalia card which is majorly faced by many. While getting the card, i was given the priority pass as a complementary one which clearly states that 12 visits to lounge of any airport for a validity period of 3 years.
Now for my recent two lounge visits of aug 2017, you have charged rs. 4224/-, that too in my oct 2017 billing and on telephone enquiry after that only, the policy change has been revealed.in between, i did not get any communication regarding policy change. Basically, you can't change the policy as you wish at any time. Even if you change in between, you should ensure that it is intimated with proper acknowledgement. You see, for your product promotions, how many times you people call and trouble us?
For my mail to senior official of hdfc, as expected, an useless reply has been received by me in which youbtend to educate me on how to use credit card / priority pass etc.,
The only way to get rid of this, is to close down the card and approach a good lawyer, i suppose.
