Hi,
I have the problem with the hdfc regalia card which is majorly faced by many. While getting the card, i was given the priority pass as a complementary one which clearly states that 12 visits to lounge of any airport for a validity period of 3 years.
Now for my recent two lounge visits of aug 2017, they have charged rs. 4224/-, that too in my oct 2017 billing and on telephone enquiry after that only, the policy change has been revealed.in between, i did not get any communication regarding policy change. Basically, they can't change the policy as they wish at any time. Even if they change in between, they should ensure that it is intimated with proper acknowledgement. You see, for their product promotions, how many times they call and trouble us?
For my mail to senior official, as expected, an useless reply has been received by me in which they tend to educate me on how to use credit card / priority card etc.,
The only way is to wait for few days for customer - satisfactory resolution or otherwise to quit hdfc

i m the hdfc customer, hdfc has become more worst which is not use for any savaing as planned, and what is amb chrg incl gst for oct2017-mir[protected], this is very worst, i m planning to clsoe the account within december. Minimum balance should be 5k its not possible, just get back to us with refund information.
