Someone throw stone from over-bridge on my car, thats why i have to take break at once and at that time car coming from back side hit my car although he try hard to avoid accident but unfortunately it got hit by left side due which front mirror and left side got damaged, then why i have to repair left side and why company is ready to repair front mirror.
Hdfc egro rejected my claim. Please do needful....

This is kalyan from hyderabad, actully problem is my credit card payment was not done in a due date i have an hdfc account also in that money was hold right now your excutive telling again pay the credit card bill after that they release the amount which was you hold the amount that this is that your giving best service to your customer i feeling very bad your service no one giving correct responce plz reply this complaint i just want solve...

My account was salaried account which got converted to saving account with negative balance of 3600 approx. I went to the branch and asked them to weave off negative balance and close my account, but they refused and forced me to pay the money. Being a fresher even 3600 matters a lot to me. Hdfc has deducted rs.172.5 as a 3rd party cash txn inc st & ec 310517 from my bank account 06 jun 2017. Even the hdfc branch where the money was deposited by, they charged an addition of rs. 150. So in total rs.322.5 was a penalty for adding rs.6500 to the account by a third party. Rs.150/- (Plus taxes & cess). So taxes and cess is of rs.172.5. What is the tax rate applied to?.. I am not sure whether 172.5 is 150+tax rate and service rate....

My salary account (A/c no [protected], branch jogeshwari west, mumbai) opened by my previous company (Serco group), but i left the company and i had to open another salary account by the new company. I do not use account after that. But i logged into my account for some reason and i see that rs. (-) 4091.67 shown in my account.

Please note that i have not received any call from hdfc bank executive regarding the minimum balance...

Unauthorized transactions happened in my credit card for 3 times each for rs.6400/- (Total 19, 200) on 08/06/2017 at 01.35 indian time.
I received 7 messages in just 2 seconds from hdfc bank for these transactions.

These transactions were neither done by me nor authorized by me. I didn't receive the otp for these transactions.

I received the message like "rs.6400.00 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card...

I have lost my credit card pin, and i have stopped using my registered mobile number. I have requested to hdfc bank regarding the mobile number change 2 times. But till today my mobile number has not been changed.

I deposited the duly signed form at dehradun branch of hdfc bank.

This has been already done twice. But it looks like the dehradun staff always forgets about the form or they are so unprofessional and...

Bank agents are cheated me without confirmation from me, they transferred the money into my account, they agreed for 10.99% over the phone but they are charging 11.49% and i asked them for 3 years but they did for 4 years, and processing fees discussed over the phone is 0% but finally they did for rs-6667/-,

This seems to be a transection for electricity bill which I had already paid by a different account though it is deducted from my Hdfc account...
There was no transection for bill made by me, instead it happens...

Paying e m i rs 17680, of loan no= 45202517 is burdened on my monthly salary. Hence got an amount rs 7.5 lac sanctioned, against it. But since 19/05/17, acknowledgement no=9309674, had informed c s e, sadar, nagpur. Till then no reply. Otherwise i will have to pay emi of both sbi n hdfc. I have tried to withdrew 5000amt from my hdfc account from the citi atm. Amt was deducted message came. But the money was not dispense.
Tried to withdraw 3000 and it was received at the same time. It is almost more then 24hr. I have already submitted the complaint online. But i haven't receive any response. Many of the emi's are deducting from my account. I have deposited my emi which i have kept for my household need. Can you please...

I have gone to withdraw amount in atm dated 02/05/2017. But i hvnt received money rs 10000 due to on atm due to technical error but debited in my account. When i contacted to bank they said within more then 1 month ur amount will be reverted but 1 mont more has been passed bt not reverted my amount kindly revert my amount of rs 10000... I am many call for customer care but not rispons...

This is for your kind information one of the atm machine attelco colony near engineers hall is in very poor condition. Every day a lot of card lnhale in the machine due to wrong adjustment of machine cabinet. Hdfc authority return the card to the card holder next day onward from bistupur branch only. There is more possibility of cyber crime due to the atm card return time is so long and general innocent people are harassed due to unsafe atm...

This is the worst service i ever seen in my life you guys are fraud, without reason you deduct balance from the customer account, and your staff is also pathetic, whenever i asked them for reason of the deduction she always start conversation with another people. And also in passbook you didn't mention the deduction, in last one month you deduct more than 2000 rs which is unavoidable, you people loosing people trust and spoiling your image...

I have transferred rs.1000/- from my hdfc saving account on date 1st june 2017. I have transferred money on account no.-[protected]. The ifsc code given for this account was wrong by mistake. The money has not transferred to this account as ifsc code were wrong. But the money has deducted from my account. I waited for a week for refund but till date i didn't receive.
