To whom so ever it may concern,

I had applied for a hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]n1, later i got a text stating "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]w3 is approved in principle subject to internal checks"

I called the sales person and he said i’ll get my card within a week, i contacted the back email and got to hear that they will get back within a week, it's more than 18 days now. I checked the status of my application on their website it is showing noting. This is crazy, don't know what's going on. Nor the bank or the sales person is getting back to me. Kindly do the needful

It almost 6 day after your reply but still we have not get any communication regarding my complain which is logged almost 15 day before on my mail id & registered mobile number.

Can you please confirm till when I will get solution of our problem!

    I have an hdfc card. So with my permission they sent me final settlement letter after 2-3 installment i was unable to pay 4th installment thats why your hdfc bank hold my bank account with 24000 rs after that they told me we will cut 11000 and rest money will be refunded soon but its approx 2 month and i did'nt get my money back yet and no one call me and when i called to the customer care of hdfc bank they told me that we arrange call for you after that i got call from them and they said that you will get with in 3 working day, 10 working days 2 workings day... Different different customer care executive gave me different different promise but still i did'nt get my money back so now tell me what should i do in this case an one more thing i want to tell you i have all the recording of your executives promises. If you want i can share all.

      I, nishit n chaudhari, were working with hdfc bank at visnagar branch (0532) as an assistant manager (Teller authorizer). My bank employee code was n7333. Bank has given me good opportunity in very short time but due to following reasons i have to left the job before notice period and could not resume the job. As i mentioned in my resignation (Sap), i have been appointed as a supervisor instructor in i. T. I. (Government of gujarat) that i have to join on or before 28th february, 2017 other wise my candidature should be canceled. Academic job is my first preference also they give me 45% hike in salary. I have some family problem and place of work they provided is near by my resident. This things i had informed to branch manager and cluster head also before putting resignation. Same thing i have discussed with hr manager (Gujarat) mrs. Jaina patel.

      My mom and dad are alone at home and my mummy (Mrs kuvarben nareshbhai chaudhari) has a problem of thayroid. She can not walk without any support. There are no other members in my family who can serve her except me. I have a younger brother but he's canada since last one year for his further study. Many government jobs in the past in my selection was made but i keep holding the bank because which seemed to my subject and interest. I have left the bank and i chose a new job which may not give growth as much as bank but only due to only my family reasons.

      Sir, tell me if one of employees of bopal branch, mr. Chirag patel, got the job in city bank and he left the bank with in thirty days and he had been relieved by bank. And i have served around twenty days in bank. I had worked with bank approximately two and half year. My joining date was 29th september 2014, i had putted resignation on 10th of february, 2017 and last day i had worked was 23/02/2017. I have approximately more than 30 leaves were pending. And my full and final settlement not done till date. So tell me sir why mr. Chirag had been relieved properly why i am not relieved??? Let me give another example of mr. Ashok modi (Deputy manager, wbo) who got visa for america on 25th of december 2016 and he had been relived with in five days on 31st of december, 2016... This all thing i have descussed with bm ch and gujarat hr, they said that these cases are special case. Let tell me sir is my case not special... Hope so sir i got good respond from your side.

      No respond from bank side, It becomes mentally harassment. It had been around 5 months left the bank still PF, Experience letter and relieving letter.

        I have account in your hdfc bank ambedkar road ghaziabad u. P & have credit card on that number and my issue is on unauthorized payment by my credit card without intimating to me even after my request to reject that payment and detached my card from there.
        This is very sad to said to you and i never expected that your customer care representative will give wrong information to the customers....

          This is rajeev kumar jha, my credi card no is [protected], on 29th sep got the settlement letter from the bank, i am receiving the call from rajouri garden branch & tel no is [protected] for the payment & regularly i paid all the instalment & last payment sent on 19/6 amount 7903/= i have all the audio recording of the bank, last week i have rcvd he credit card statement date is mentioned 13june & due amount is showing 71, 296/=, & every month when i rcvd the statement i called to rajouri garden branch & they confirmed when your last instalment will pay after that you will get the noc from the bank, but still not rcvd the noc from the bank,
          On 24th i called to rajouri garden branch & mr. Nikhil confirmed that he will check & update me after one hours, ater several call to mr. Nikhil but still he is not coming on the phone or not getting update from the bank.

          Pls. Do the needful as soon as possible

              My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company jan 2013, so once i left the company in the months of jan 2015 and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me). It is showing - ve balance of -5454.
              I am not using this account from last 2 years niether do i have debit card for this account. Still every month it is deducting -700 resulting the whole account balance as -5454. Please suggest me what should i do regarding this issue. Please take necessary steps against the bank as it is totally a fraud from their end

                Dear sir/madam,

                I am a credit card holder of hdfc since last five years and i am paying payments whenever they are due. I understand that i am not able to clear my accounts, but in last five years i have paid thousands of rupees as penalty and even then i pay with penalties whatever amount it could be. But people sitting in mumbai office namely ms. Namrata and her supervisor mr. Jai prakash are harassing me for last three days even after informing them that i have paid it by the ch. No..., dated..., bank name... Amount... They asked me that why i have paid amount by cheque and not why other mode of payments. Many a times i receive threatening messages that your account is being sent to cibil and you will not be able to procure any loan, to avoid this pay your outstanding amount in this period only. I requested them they this month it is difficult for me to pay it online. I would request you to kindly give me the complete amount with discount or whatever consideration you can offer for to settle my account and closure of the credit card. My card no. Is [protected]. This has happened in the past also but not with these people but some other hdfc staff as they are highly arrogant and rude people.

                  Sir,
                  Regarding sanction of loan of Rs.120 lacs, taken from HDB financial services in favour of M/s Kanha INN address 11 laxman vihar kunhari kota (rajasthan) 324008, in this reference you have deducted Rs.60594/- against loan protection charges (Policy) for which No Policy has been issued from your side till date. This amount has been deducted by you and after other deduction like ECS charges Rs.115/-, HDFC Ergo Premium Rs.10958/- and processing fees Rs.137400/- thus total deduction was Rs.209067/- was made out of my above set loan amount.

                  You are therefore kindly requested in case any policy issued kindly given to me as soon as possible.

                    My name is ramadas, loan a/c no 48735151. From a madurai hdfc bank loan section a person call me. She asked to me whether you need a loan with 13.5 percent rate of interest, i accepted. Then she said that mr prabakaran would contacted me. On next day, mr prabakaran contacted me through a phone and he asked to me if anybody from madurai spoken to me about a loan. I explained him that they told me to get a loan with 13.5 percent rate of interest. They said that he could help me to get a loan with same interest. I accepted to get a loan with 13.5 % interest and also i accepted to repay the loan within 3 yrs. They also accepted and he got a signature from me in all documents. On 23.6.17, in my canarabank account loan sanction amount was credited. On 24.6.17, i called to a hdfc banks complaint section and told that a process fee was taken very highly in my loan amount. He or she asked to me whether executive explained or not. I replied him, didn't said about this to me. Then i asked detail about the rate of interest. After that, he said that a rate of interest is 14.75% and the loan amount should be repay within 5 yrs. If he explained all this before i couldn't accept to get this loan. So i request, as you said before, you should give me a loan with 13.5% interest and in a 3 yrs repay plan otherwise i request you to cancel this loan

                    My name is Ramadas, loan a/c no 48735151. From a Madurai HDFC bank loan section a person call me. She asked to me whether you need a loan with 13.5 percent rate of interest, I accepted. Then she said that Mr Prabakaran would contacted me. On next day, Mr Prabakaran contacted me through a phone and he asked to me if anybody from Madurai spoken to me about a loan. I explained him that they told me to get a loan with 13.5 percent rate of interest. They said that he could help me to get a loan with same interest. I accepted to get a loan with 13.5 % interest and also i accepted to repay the loan within 3 yrs. They also accepted and he got a signature from me in all documents.                         I have applied for loan with reference no. 48702912. And all the documents and verification has been done. Just now i got to know from care number that it's been rejected by the bank. Can anyone let me know what's the actual reason to decline it. If you don't want to give then why anyone from your bank has collected my documents, taken my time for verification despite i was in office still i came for verification but what's the outcome for it aa its been rejected and it hurts a lot also i'm not getting for address verification really, i have my account in hdfc bank since january 2013.
                        But as per these scenarios now i come to know that it doesn't matter you are in need or not or you have account in hdfc.
                        Let me know if anything can be done or it's just as it is.

                          Hi,

                          I'm abhimanyu chaudhary, 2 year ago, i opened a salary account in hdfc with zero balance. And after 1year i resigned. Now they levied inr -4993.41rs from my account without any intimation. While at a/c opening time they said to me if three consecutive salaries not fall into a/c. My a/c services will be block now there is more than 10 months to non credition of salary in my a/c then why my a/c services not blocked /disable & service charge imposed unauthorised manner. I want no more relation with this bank in future in any manners.

                          When i queried them through mail, they are not giving proper response and they reply the mail with the content copy & paste from hdfc website. I mailed them 6 times but not replying with proper answer. All the times i got a same message (That to copied from hdfc website) from the customer service people. When i went in person they are asking me contact through mail. But while communicating in mail, there is no proper answer & also no proper response through phonebanking custmer care no.[protected]

                          But in they mail stated, the salary account will be converted to regular savings account without any intimation/notice. If so converted then we need to maintain minimum balance and since i was not intimated, i didn't maintain the minimum balance. Because i want to block this a/c due to resigination of my job as they (Bank staff) said to me if three consecutive salaries not fall into account my a/c services will be block automatically. Now what imposing charge by unauthorised manner they are trying to say that it was my blunder mistake to open account in their hdfc bank. So you will be bear.

                          If they intimated while converting, then i would have mainted the minimum balance or closed my account permanantly. They have systems and time to send around 10 emails/week regarding credit cards, loans, offers, mutual fund, etc. But i didn't ask/subscribe any email services like this except account statement why can't they send emails while converting along with or instead of these unwanted mails.

                          Finaly, it seems that they don't want to intimate the customers about such imp. Information (About their fraud tool) except their promo, offer, & such many more nonsense unwanted ads by hdfc hence so they can take money from our account as much they required and giving some improper reasons like amb charges etc. They want to earn money by cheating & using fraudulant manner & tools to lose their valuable customers.& so they also loose their credibility among people & banking market.
                          I'm also having account in 2 other bank, while comparing hdfc is a big cheater bank

                              मैने ने 25th april 2014 को home suraksha plus की insurace policy ले रखी है, जिसमें नौकरी छूट जाने या स्वेच्छा से छोड़ देने पर hdfc ergo, 3 months की home loan की emi देगा।और भी बहुत सारी सुविधाएं हैं, जैसे मेडिकल claim, किसी प्रकार आपदा आने पर सुरक्षा etc.

                              मैंने आजतक claim file नहीं किया था, वैसे चाहता तो मेडिकल claim ले सकता था।

                              अब जाकर मैंने job loss claim file किया है। claim number: c[protected]है।जब insurance करा कर पैसे लेने थे तो कंपनी ने कोई document नहीं मांगी, ना ही शर्त बतायी, और अब जब हमने claim file किया तो उसे बहुत सारे documents चाहिए।

                              उसमें से भी अधिकतर हमने दे दिए जैसे salary slip, aadhar card, release letter, electricity bill, cheque etc. अब hdfc ergo हमसे last working institute का joining letter मांग रहा है।सच्चाई यही है कि bokaro pace के director mr. Ds rajpoot ने joining के प्रथम दिन ही agreement paper हमसे sign करवा कर रख लिया था, और बोले कि ये मुम्बई से kuldeep tyagi sir का sign होकर आयेगा तब आपको, आपकी प्रति मिल जायेगी।जब 3 months के बाद भी मुझे मेरी प्रति नही मिली, तब मैंने अपना विरोध भी व्यक्त किया था, फिर जिसके बाद ds rajpoot ने कुछ दिनों में मेरी प्रति मिल जाने का आश्वासन दिया था। उस meeting में vijay srivastava sir भी उपस्थित थे।पर फिर कभी भी मेरी प्रति मुझे नही दी गई।

                              यह बात बताने पर hdfc ergo ने मुझे दूसरा विकल्प दिया। उसने कहा कि हम mail करते हैं आपके hr departmentको । अगर उन्होंने जबाब दिया तो claim, accept हो जायेगा। अब पिछले फरवरी माह के मेल का जबाब अब तक नहीं दिया जा रहा है bokaro pace द्वारा। hdfc ergo की नियत भी स्पष्ट है, वह चाहता है किसी भी तरह claim ना देना पड़े। वह कोई भी कोशिश नहीं कर रहा है mail का जबाब प्राप्त करने का। बस एक mail डाल कर बैठ गया चुपचाप।

                              इधर bokaro pace से लेकर paceiitian, mumbai तक के कर्मचारी झूठ बोलकर मामले को रफादफा करने मे लगे हुए है। kuldeep tyagi sir भी मामले को टाल रहे हैं, ds rajpoot, reply ही नहीं कर रहें हैं।

                              सवाल यह है, जो insurance, मैंने लिया, क्या वह मेरे institute के मर्जी से reimburse होगा? दूसरी बात: अगर insurance समय पर काम ही नहीं आया, तो फिर उसका क्या फायदा, पैसे किस बात के लिए? अगर hdfc ergo को joining letter चाहिए था तो उसी वक्त क्यों नहीं मांग लिया, जब insurance, issue कर रहा था। ये insurance के नाम पर ठगी के अलावा कुछ नहीं है।
