Personal Loan settlement HDFC Banks

I have taken up a personal loan 50000

Both loans were or 12 tenured months, HDFC was for a monthly EMI of Rs.4533.00

I have paid the loans for bank till march

I have not been able to pay up since then, due to no JOB and back up.

I am facing major financial crisis due to family reasons, my dad had paralised attack and also m searching job now, my all family responsibility is on me now, So I want to know if there is anything I can do to settle this loan for a much lesser amount.

I also had a HDFC credit card with a due of 36 k

If you can please advice me the steps I need to take to get out of this loan problem.

    I have paid amount Rs.- 4113.95 to my credit card through billdesk.
    This is amount is debited from my SBI account. But I got the following failure message.

    The payment has been credited to HDFC bank by itself.
    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have been charged Rs. 1092 for "INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL ST & EC 140617" without any intimation. Please get it checked and what is this. They are not taking the permission of customers and deducting the money which is not right.

    Please get my charges reverted back to my account.

      I need clarification as why my account got debited the 3rd day from my bank even after cash payment was made within the given time frame?
      I am charged 13, 308 inr for the car loan, why am i getting only rs.12, 675 refunded in my bank account, what about the 633rs?
      Also, i got the sms as on 2nd of july stating that hdfc has refunded rs.12, 675 in my bank account on the 28th of june, which has not actually reflected in my bank of baroda statement of my account.

        Using hdfc payzapp app i tried to recharge my tatasky account but twice i failed to recharge it and till date neither my money is refunded not iot is credited into tatasky a/c.

        In past also it has happened multiple time and almost everytime i face issue. Even after 2 weeks i am know aware where my money is?

        All transaction details are already shared and complaint number is LW53657 which registered on 10th July but you guys are so careless that even after repeated followup there is no update and I ahve lost my 400rs in this cheating.

I have tried to add money to Payzapp from ICICI Credit card on 1st Sep-17. 8000/- had been deducted from ICICI Credit Card. but it hadn't been added in payzapp. i have a transaction id. i have been trying to connect to Payzapp Customer Care, but customer care number is not working . i know that i cheated by HDFC . i will complaint in consumer court against HDFC for cheating to customers .

          Persons who are dealing loans department at Ongole branch are really having no knowledge on the processing and required documentations. A person named Chandu has miss guided us which lead to rejection of my loan. These private banks call us daily to take loans. When it comes for processing no one responds. They're not even receiving calls after the application has been submitted. Even the verfication is not done properly. They had miss communiction with security people and gave wrong statement. This is worst experience i ever had with any banking sector.

            From my account rs 2227 & 510 aprox amount has been deducted. The image file is attached of the transaction done.
            It seems that amount is deducted by the bank only and not withdrawn by me.

            Want to know the reason for what bank has deducted that amount.

            I was trying the customercare number but its not working.

            Dear Customer,

            The debit of Rs. 510.00 is a POS transaction done by you at merchant National Digital. In case this transaction is not done by you, please block your Debit Card permanently and log a complaint with our Phonebanking team for the disputed transaction.

            Further, we have checked your account and note that the debit of Rs. 2227.08 pertains to cross currency conversion, markup and taxes towards international POS transaction done by you on June 09, 2017.

            There is a currency conversion markup of 3.5 % on foreign currency transactions carried out on debit cards as Transaction amount + 3.5% Foreign Currency markup + Difference in foreign currency Rate( Its the difference in foreign currency rate on date of transaction and on the date of settlement {Receipt of claim from acquiring bank}).

            Charges are applicable for ATM withdrawals and also for POS transaction. The exchange rate used will be the Visa/MasterCard wholesale exchange rate prevailing at the time of transaction.

            You can also refer the following link on our website for the charges applicable: http://www.hdfcbank.com/assets/pdf/savings_charges.pdf

            We wish to confirm that the International transactions are converted into Indian Rupees using the exchange rate established by the VISA / Master International for such transaction on the date when the charges are processed by the member bank, plus any applicable conversion charges. These rates are determined by VISA / Master for such interbank/inter country settlement and the same would apply in addition to the bank markup rates for transactions on the credit card for international transactions. The Cross currency Markup' @ 3 .5% on the transaction amount is currently charged for international transactions and the same has been mentioned on the schedule of charges' in the card statement.

            As part of a regulatory compliance, the markup charges similar to all other Fees & Charges will also be levied with Goods & Service Tax (GST) at 18% (revised with effect from 01/07/2017).

            Incase if there are multiple foreign currency transactions posted during the month, then markup amounts across the multiple transactions would be cumulated and Tax will be applied at Goods & Service Tax (GST) at 18%
            We also take this opportunity to clarify that in the case of transactions in other foreign currencies, the transactions are converted to a globally accepted currency value (USD) and then to Indian rupees, which may result in a net difference in the charge amount, when compared to the rate arrived at using regular RBI rate.

              The hdfc bank of. Mohammadi lakheempur kheri u. P. 262804. Has opened many acc. Of teachers of school. Uma devi childrens academy mohammadi kheri up. The bank has not providend the acc. Detail to the teachers. These acc. Are being operated by the school manager. All documents like atm, pass book, cheque book are handed over to the school manager. I asked the branch manager to provide me acc. Detail he replied that you take from your school. But no one is providing bank detail. You can check the acc. Of mr. Sanjeev kumar pandey (Pgt english) and virendra avasthi (Pgt economics) are active but the detail is not with the acc. Holders. So pls you intruct the bank and take appropriate action against the bank.

                I have recharged my docomo sim for 50 rs through hdfc netbanking (I tried four times) and tried my ideal sim for 20 rs. But the recharge amount is not credited. I thought there was a network problem. I was in a bit urgent.. All the times the recharge amount only debited from my account. But there is not recharge happened. Finally i went a recharge shop and i recharged my phone. The ref# are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].. I have contacted the hdfc customer support through web forum. But i was really disappointed with their reply towards my concern. They are asking me to contact bsnl customer care. So i thought this is the best way to communicate with them. If this issue is not resolved, i am going to change my bank for sure.

                    I have used the card in outside India. After getting card statement I was surprised. They have charged 3.5 % additional charges on all Transactions made outside India .this is not corcet & Other banks are not charging like ICICI /INDUSIND.
                    I have made complaint & escalated but so far no proper reply.

                    Such additional levvy on customer is not justifiable. It should be sorted out.
                    But no proper reply from HDFC.

                      I am sudhanshu sharma holding a salary account in hdfc bank and on 27th june at 9:13 to 9:24 someone done 6 transactions to indian railways worth rupees 32300, i however filed an fir with cyber crime office noida sector - 6. and filled the customer dispute form. i have blocked my card and account on the same day within 15 minutes of the fraud incident. i never shared my password or account details to anyone in the past. and still i am victim. i have emailed to each and every department of hdfc whether it is board of directors email id or [protected]@hdfcbank or grievance redressal email id. apart from it i have also raised this issue on twitter and facebook as i have lost my hard earned money and want to get it reversed as it wasn't my fault at all.

                        25 days back I lost my credit card, I blocked it through net banking, now still didn't receive my new credit card. I tried with many time with phone net banking. they are asking my credit card number. how can I provide them this? when I don't know. my last payment due date was 30/06/2017.

                          HDFC bank is deducting charges from my account without any information. They never informed before deducting charges from my account. I checked that on June 16th 2017 and found charges of Rs 1814, so I wine to bank Andy talked to Sheetal and she promised me refund for same but till today there was no refunds so I went to bank again to talk and he Manager Pawan over there talked so rudely to me..

                            Amount deducted but cash not received from the atm

                            Rs. 375 got deducted from my account and don't know the reason for that also and bank is also not providing any clarification regarding the same
                            FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD just posted one complaint regarding credit card and got so many BIHAAARIES call and they were saying they called from hdfc bank and plz share your credit card number i[censored] dont have then share your debit card number... really.. oh my god... its totally wastage of time... please be aware from this fraud website...

                              Amount 28.75 is getting deducted on two times with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) even though my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

                                I have my salary account in hdfc bank kailash colony then my company got blacklisted and i didn't get my salary continuation after jan 2016 then i have joined in punjab. i have shifted my company then i don't use hdfc account when i use it in october 2016 then i saw that it is getting in minus -690 every month and continously getting it in negative till the time. I want to activate my account again if this negtive baance can be rectified...kindly look after it in this matter..

                                  Yesterday i got one in relevant sms on my reg mobile as shown below.in msg i am not dealing with any transaction with bse with r's 2500000.

                                  Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to bse limited with value rs. 2500000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                                  Please look into matter and check if any frauds happen and stop transaction
