As without my knowledge any prior intimation bank have deducted inr 172.50 from my account for each transaction of inter-branch transaction so totaly 860 is deducted and i want the reason for deduction and i want my money back. This is not the way without any prior intimation bank have deducted balance from account

    The HDFC credit card bank is ocassinally threaten through calls, sms and emails etc, when i was made a insurance from their unit too co.named HDfc ergo general insurance co.life insurance for two year policy with debited Rs.13747 from my credit card and allow me to this amount to be refunded in 24 installment i.e.rs.655/- per month including interest and other taxes etc.This was done many call receving from the bank and insurance unit by me .All amounts to many more extra are have been deposited in advance by me, but the credit card unit more amount is lying pending with me and continually threaten to me.Sir i am a physically handicapped and aged heart desease person.plz protect me from this type of fraud organisation.

      I have 8 year old account in HDFC BANK and there was nothing hidden cost/charge things but since last year they started taking rs115 every quarter as 'Programme management fee'
      Who gave them this authority to touch my money w/out my consent ?...
      Tomorrow they will start taking rs10, 000.00 per month with just any excuse ?
      Ye kya hota hai?...
      GOVERMENT so rahi hai ?...

      Today just now I tried 3 times calling after taking all the details of credit card

      Call gets end suddenly end in between without connecting to customer executive...

      My total waste of time... why don't you rectify your system it never happens with me when i am contacting CITIBANK..

      Pls understand the importance of time...
      I transferred Rs 5000 to another bank on[protected] after 12:00 am, but did not received the money to the beneficiary account.

        I am an existing HDFC account holder from Juhu, Mumbai. I received a call from my relationship manager, a Ms Nishta Poojary, who said that the card would be free of any annual charges and this was lifetime. I checked with her so many times, she said she would attach my Vodafone postpaid bill and that would do it. I submitted whatever documents were asked by the person who came home and eventually received the card.
        Not trusting HDFC i checked with this Nishta Poojary lady more than 5 different times and each time she promised me it was done. Finally when the statement has come, i have been charged 1150 rs for "annual charges".
        I am absolutely livid, never going to use this credit card and will discontinue it immediately plus shut down my savings account.
        HDFC executives are so misinformed about what they are selling that there is such a big disconnect between departments.
        Imagine a relationship manager being your worst nightmare.
        I suggest you guys take action against this woman. I have tried calling her multiple times and each time she doesn't even come on the phone, i have even sent her multiple mails to the same i.d. she wrote to me from along with her line manager. Their landline number is 46130304.

            This mail is regarding the cash back scheme on purchase of Apple iPhone on march 23 2017 .
            As mentioned above, I purchased a iPhone 5s with IMEI no:[protected] through my HDFC card no. [protected] and bill code :[protected] from Vijay sales, address: PMT bldg, sadhu vaswani chowk, Pune station RD, Pune.

            I would like to inform you that the cash back was promised within 90 days and as it's already been 100 days, I am still not credited with the said amount in my account.

            Kindly look into the matter and try to resolve my issue as soon as possible . Please take this into consideration

                I have used ATM(HDFC ATM) to withdraw the amount(RS-10000), the amount was debited from my axis bank but cash did not come out from HDFC ATM, i went to the HDFC and they disregard my concern saying that it was technical issue and nothing can be done about it.

                    Dear Sir,
                    We are having total five current a/c. and ten saving a/c. at your junagadh - Gujarat motibaug branch. We are very satisfy with all type of banking transaction with HDFC bank. But since three to four month there is so many miss behavior from cash counter officer particularly from (Mr. deep karia) at motibaug branch of junagadh, gujarat.
                    On dt.[protected] i personally visited HDFC bank- motibaug branch for cash withdrawal, at that time also i personally noted miss behave from Mr. deep karia. at the time of withdrawal . There was no person was waiting at cash counter for any type of work, then also i waited approx 45 minute ( From 10.00 am to 10: 45 am) for only cash withdrawal.
                    You are requested to look in to the matter. Otherwise we are thinking to transfer our all fifteen a/c. to another bankers.

                      Firstly I wanna thank you for giving me a credit card, I was using it from two years and from past two months I am not paying bill because I lost my job, so when I was really fine I paid the bills but now I can't unless I get a job and once I get and become stable I will pay it .

                      But I wanna question you people whether you hdfc employees value your parents or not, one of your executive a lady called my mom and spoke to her in this way ", is this the way you and your son take all loans and leave without paying, "is this your family business, " till now how many banks you looted ?
                      I want to know who is that lady who doesn't respect a women of her mothers age, answer me all my questions till then I am not going to pay and I want a sorry from her, till then I won't pay the credit card bill .

                          I have a made fund transfer of Rs 5000 from PAYZAPP app to another account on[protected] the transaction got failed and money didn't credit to my PAYZAPP wallet. I have tried calling on customer support no. [protected] and for clarification to refund, But the number is always busy.

                          Txn ID is displayed in the screenshot.
                          My transaction through Payzapz app failed and the money is gone from both bank account and from payzapp balance. I have called customer care but they are not cooperating nicely. I need the money back as soon as possible.

                            Hi I have an existing personal loan with HDFC bank. I do understand that the payments have not been made on time but I do accept the late charges and penalties and agree to clear them off as well. And every person who reached out from HDFC was understanding enough. However today I got a call from miss MADHURI from HDFC bank Hyderabad who was very unprofessional and was harassing me and my mother continuously which is not acceptable. It came to a point where my mother who does not even say a word could not hold herself back. This person behave like we owed her the amount and not to the bank and was not professional at all. I would request you to kindly look into this matter and help me out with the same.

                              Sir,

                              On 2nd July I tried to make a transaction at 'MAX' shopping store for rs. 606 by using my debit and the transaction was not successful due to some technical problem and then I had to punch my debit card again. So 2nd time the transaction was successful and I got my bill for rs. 606 only from the store.

                              Later I checked my HDFC account transaction details and found that I have been charged twice for the purchase for the same amount and I did not get any refund for the same.

                              The cheque/ reference no. for the 1st transaction is 003862
                              and the 2nd transaction is 003863.

                              Please look into this matter and refund the overcharged amount of rs. 606 to my account.

                                    Following message has been given to branch manager - mr. Aakash chawla of hdfc branch, sector 39, gurgaon

                                    Dear sir, while we respect and appreciate your efforts, however we have been put to great loss. On friday i got the remittance of 3000 cad from kushall account through icici bank and i got the amount of rs. 149550 that is why you saw me in your bank on saturday. Going by today's rate of hdfc, for 3000 cad i would have got 145550. This has made me a loss of rs. 4000 on equal comparison of 3000 cad. The loss is bigger for 4000 cad and still bigger for 7000 cad. You are a man of finance and you can understand this loss of 20k just because the girl ms. Avanita was sleeping and did not take any action for the foreign remiitance which came to bank on 28th june, 2017. Will she bear this loss.

                                    Moreover had she credited on thursday when money landed actually, the average quarterly balance would have been better and as bank pays interest on 30th june. She deliberately did not take action on thursday (28th) to save bank interest. She was selfish for bank and not customer centric as she made us to lose 30k including interest.

                                    I have documentary evidence of credit of friday from icici and credit of hdfc on monday.

                                    I am sure you will agree that small error or laziness on her part costed us a lot. If i add the opportunity cost of meeting other financial committment like credit card payments, the loss will be higher as most of the bank charge 43% interest on delay in credit card payments.

                                    We are confident that that you will take suitable action and compensate this loss.

                                    Our respect for you will never go less because we know you are one of the finest gentlemen we met. With my best regards. Mahender mehta

                                      मेरे A/C मेसे दिनाक २०-०६-१७ को मैने पोलीसी खरीदी, एच डीएफ सी प्रो ग्रोथ-५०, ०००/- की ।।लेकिन मेरे एकाऊन्ट से रूपया १, ०००००/- काट लीया गया। अब जबकी मैने ५०, ०००/- रूपये की पोलीसी ली। आज ५ जुलाई है अभीतक मेरा पैसा वापस नही मिला है।क्यो ??

                                      मोदीजी ने भारत को डीजीटल ईन्डिया बनाने को कहा है। और कहा है।कि सारा काम काज बैन्क का मोबाईल द्वारा होगा।अब बताईये, हम किसतरह भरोसा करें? बैन्क कर्मचारी के द्वारा डबल क्लिक से मेरा ५०, ०००/- कीजगह १०००००/- कट गया। और ईतने दिनो से कोई सही जवाब नही दे रहा? अब बतलाईये मै क्या करू????????????मेरा तो एच डी अफ सी बैन्क पर से वि श्वास ऊठता नजर आ रहा है?????- सर मेराफसा हुआ रूपया वापस दीजिये!!!
                                      कब मिलेगा???????

                                        Sir/madam, I am a HDFC credit card holder and facing some problems with your credit card division people which compelled me to surrender my card and finish all relations with the bank. Some time back I have been told by the bank to update my KYC documents with the bank because the bank blocked my card. On 13 June 2017 I sent my KYC form, card reactivation form with photo, copy of pan card and adhaar card through courier. After 10 days I checked with the bank about my documents, they said documents are not complete as name mismatch with the pan card and adhaar card which was not true. The spelling of my name is exactly the same what is on my credit card and on documents which I sent to the bank. Then I requested the manager customer care to look into the matter. Today is 5th July 2017 I received a call from Mr. Satish from the bank saying that in my documents there is no KYC form and I need to send the documents all over again. Now this is high time. After sending all documents and waited for such a long time only for a mere KYC documents. I m sorry the bank should not harass customers like this. I am a very old customer of the bank. And my payments were always on time. Even before sending the documents I went to NFC HDFC bank branch to submit my forms but they completely refused to take my forms and told me that my card is blocked for ever.
                                        Now if someone can help me in this matter. Otherwise I have no choice rather to surrender the card and make my full and final payment to the bank. And will never ever will be in touch with HDFC bank.
