I have taken a housing loan from hdfc during 2006 with repayment period of 10 years and repaid regularly the emis with out any interruption. The tenure is going to be completed in a few months in the current year.
I have been charging interest at the rate of 13% where as the prevailing rate is 8.4%. I have written many times for reduction through their online portal and also thro e mails but their reply is irrelevant to the query....

I have recharged my tatasky by 500/- on 23-mar-2017 by payzapp, but amount is not credited in my tatasky. I was using credit card of hdfc from last 5 years but due to some medical emergency i was not able to make payment but was depositing minimum amount on the card account.
But in the month of may i lost my cell phone. So regarding amount to be paid or lien i have not received any call. I have fir copy of the phone lost/theft. That is the only reason no communication i have received but as soon as i saw the mail i have paid...

1) i had submitted all the documents on 3rd of may 2017.
2) i received the message of application receipt on the 4th of may.
3) i was chasing continuously and i finally received the sanction letter on 20th may. I was informed by a lady who called me that i would have to submit the search and title report for 13 years before disbursement. There was no mention...

From last 2 hours i am continusly getting call from hdfc call center. I am outof india and wanted to avoid calling but after continous call i recived and asked not to call again and i am not intrested for any feedback, extracard. Even you cancel my credit card. By going through my hdfc account summary i found that total about 18000 has been deducted from my account on 4th june 2017.
This is totally a fraud case. Phone banking is also unable to explain the reason of deduction. While going through net banking i found that may be using my cheque this fraud act has been conducted.
Completely unacceptable with hdfc bank.
Please solve my issue asap....

I have applied for education loan and went for submitting the documents in bank so, staff and manager is on leave when i try to give any other staff member they refuse to take the documents. I am using your” regalia” credit card.
There is major bug in hdfc services.
If hdfc wants sell any services to customer everything processed online within hours. And if customer wants to avail any benefit or service or any changes in existing services, then they follow the l time consuming and manual process.
Here is example: hdfc executive called me to sell one of the medial policy on my hdfc...

Today when i checked my account, just came to know a deduction of 115 amount on 9th june from my saving account towards adhoc atmt chgs incl st & cess 010617. I try to call customer care but thrice it's got disconnected as soon as i put my customer id & mobile no. So didn't get any clarification of the deduction from my account.
