I also recieved a call from hdfc life insurance department and told me for providing a loan of 3 lakh against hdfc classic assured plus policy for which intially i have to submitt a check of 30k on the name of hdfc bank, the loan is given for 10 years and i have to pay 9 emi of amount 30k per year with no interest, now i got it that they all are fake they just make their own incentive by selling their policy and want to complete their monthly target by making people fool, i am very thankful to all of you guys for sharing this information and thanks too to consumercomplain.in for this helpful website for consumers .

I also recieved a call from hdfc life insurance department and told me for providing a loan of 7 lakh against hdfc classic assured plus policy for which intially i have to deposite via net banking 70k hdfc bank, the loan is given for 10 years and i have to pay 9 emi of amount 70k per year with no interest, N ALSO they tell me 30% of means 21000 less in 1st emi as commision, please tell me is this true or not as soon as possible

      Amount 28 got deducted with the description nwd dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc.

        One assist has charged me rs.1299 on 28th jun 2017 without my permission. I don't understand how my credit card can be accessed like this without my consent, and as of now i don't want any of the services provided by one-assist.

          I am maintaining sb account in hdfc since feb 2017 with good abb and i deposited fixed amount 50000/.

          Your bank offers me card that's why i applied for credit card.
          But since so many days i am waiting for the status of my application.
          Why your people misguiding customers and why taking application from customers, why don't given status to applicant.
          By applying card card i lose my credit score also.
          Please update my status immediately on priority basis.

            The credit card in question were issued by my husband in my name as he wanted to invest in his business. He has been maxing out the cards since then and since otp and other info is sent to his number, i have never been aware of any debt till now.

            Please consider here that i am the sole earning member of my family which consists of my mother, father and younger brother. I have been paying the fees for my brother's education since 2014, along with the taking care of my maternal family.in my previous job, the majority of the salary went in paying the emis of my husband's credit cards, loan, etc, and the remaining was divided between my brother's educational and my family's monthly expenses.

            Currently my husband and i are filing for divorce for the reasons mentioned above, as he has been harassing me for more money and has refused to help me in any remaining payments. He has left me even before the legal settlement. I am living alone with no money for now, which has caused serious financial difficulty for my family. My situation is unlikely to improve for the next few months.

            I do not have the available funds to make my credit card payment. I am going for a financial settlement with my husband, out of which, he will pay me a fixed amount. I still want to make this debt right. I fully intend come to a settlement with the bank for my debts, but i need a bit more time.in the meantime, it would be helpful if you could hold action on my account.

              I have a credit card no.[protected], on this credit card there was a offer that if you done your first transaction vide payzapp application, you will get 1000 reward point in your credit card. I have done my first transaction vide payzapp on 12.06.17 but my reward point still not received.
              I have contact on customer care but they ask me for call to payzapp customer care and when i call to payzapp customer care, they ask me for hdfc credit card customer care. I am very disappointed with hdfc credit card.
              So, you are requested plz do the needful and give me my reward point 1000.

                I am receiving message and calls from hdfc life insurance saying that are you krishna, but i am not krishna and confirmed them clearly through phone and i am getting messages an behalf of name as krishna. I called cc and raised a complaint they said that it was web portal enquiry made by person named krishna and his email was (Krishna. [protected]@gmail.com) on click protect 3d.
                How come you keep on sending sms and confirmation called inspite you stopping, the cc exe told that they are not responsible. But they have to stop sending sms or calls on some one name.

                  I am a preferred customer of hdfc bank. I am also a senior citizen. My account was debited with rs.8000 being the locker rent for 2017-18 on 1st april 2017 without my knowledge, consent or any other information. Then another amount of rs.1200 was debited being the service charges of the locker rent. I surrendered the locker in the 3rd week of june 2017 and asked the refund of three-quarters charges amounting to rs.6900 as i had used the locker for one-quarter only. But i was told that it is not possible to refund this balance amount. As now there are limited sources of income for me this amount means a lot and should be credited to my account asap.

                    With reference to above subject, on dated-28.06.2017, i made payment of rs. 310 with ref no[protected] from my hdfc rupay debit card at creative petroleum mundra. But the amount was debited from account and not received at pos. I done second transaction of same amount at same pos after that and it was successful. So it is requested to refund the amount to my savings account.

                        We took a car loan from your bank mall road branch amritsar in dec. 2011
                        Loan agreement number 20301905 vehicle no. Pb18m4485. Mackson pharma.

                        Due to business tour i was out of country during the period but all installments have been paid on time.

                        Two days ago i visited the branch for noc but bank representative employee code t2301 denied to provide me a noc.

                        She was demanding of rs.500 for fine.

                        Even i was demanding to provide me pod number or courier details but she denied.

                        Kindly take action on priority.

Pracheth r., a doctor, working as assistant professor in a private medical college of mangalore i have purchased hdfc super income plan with the policy numbered: 19391753 for an annual premium of rs.1, 00, 000 with premium paying period of 12 years. The duration of the policy is 24 years. I was convinced to buy this policy by a hdfc financial consultant from mangalore.

                          I wrongly transferred rs.2lacs to my credit card account on 27th june 2017 instead of my savings acc. I have talked to customer care so mamy times asking for refund. And have sent a letter along with my debit statement to the chennai credit card office tiruvanmiyur as per their request.

                          I have a hdfc account too (Salary account) linked to this credit card.

                          Butthey are not at all responding properly. I am in need of my money and already its been more than a month since i transferred my money. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                              To whom so ever it may concern,

                              I had applied for a hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]n1, later i got a text stating "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]w3 is approved in principle subject to internal checks"

                              I called the sales person and he said i’ll get my card within a week, i contacted the back email and got to hear that they will get back within a week, it's more than 18 days now. I checked the status of my application on their website it is showing noting. This is crazy, don't know what's going on. Nor the bank or the sales person is getting back to me. Kindly do the needful

                                I have an hdfc card. So with my permission they sent me final settlement letter after 2-3 installment i was unable to pay 4th installment thats why your hdfc bank hold my bank account with 24000 rs after that they told me we will cut 11000 and rest money will be refunded soon but its approx 2 month and i did'nt get my money back yet and no one call me and when i called to the customer care of hdfc bank they told me that we arrange call for you after that i got call from them and they said that you will get with in 3 working day, 10 working days 2 workings day... Different different customer care executive gave me different different promise but still i did'nt get my money back so now tell me what should i do in this case an one more thing i want to tell you i have all the recording of your executives promises.                                   I, nishit n chaudhari, were working with hdfc bank at visnagar branch (0532) as an assistant manager (Teller authorizer). My bank employee code was n7333. Bank has given me good opportunity in very short time but due to following reasons i have to left the job before notice period and could not resume the job. As i mentioned in my resignation (Sap), i have been appointed as a supervisor instructor in i. T. I. (Government of gujarat) that i have to join on or before 28th february, 2017 other wise my candidature should be canceled. Academic job is my first preference also they give me 45% hike in salary. I have some family problem and place of work they provided is near by my resident. This things i had informed to branch manager and cluster head also before putting resignation. Same thing i have discussed with hr manager (Gujarat) mrs. Jaina patel.

                                  My mom and dad are alone at home and my mummy (Mrs kuvarben nareshbhai chaudhari) has a problem of thayroid. She can not walk without any support. There are no other members in my family who can serve her except me. I have a younger brother but he's canada since last one year for his further study. Many government jobs in the past in my selection was made but i keep holding the bank because which seemed to my subject and interest. I have left the bank and i chose a new job which may not give growth as much as bank but only due to only my family reasons.

                                  Sir, tell me if one of employees of bopal branch, mr. Chirag patel, got the job in city bank and he left the bank with in thirty days and he had been relieved by bank. And i have served around twenty days in bank. I had worked with bank approximately two and half year. My joining date was 29th september 2014, i had putted resignation on 10th of february, 2017 and last day i had worked was 23/02/2017. I have approximately more than 30 leaves were pending. And my full and final settlement not done till date. So tell me sir why mr. Chirag had been relieved properly why i am not relieved??? Let me give another example of mr. Ashok modi (Deputy manager, wbo) who got visa for america on 25th of december 2016 and he had been relived with in five days on 31st of december, 2016... This all thing i have descussed with bm ch and gujarat hr, they said that these cases are special case. Let tell me sir is my case not special... Hope so sir i got good respond from your side.

                                  No respond from bank side, It becomes mentally harassment. It had been around 5 months left the bank still PF, Experience letter and relieving letter.
