I am very much disturbed from the unfair behavior of hdfc
Branch shaik pet hyd branch this is the 3rd time i am frustrated with the service they are providing. I want to escalate this to higher authorities to take action against cashier & branch manager

Is this the policy of hdfc branch that they will not give more than 20000 rs to non-home branch customers. If this is the case i’ll prefer to dissolve my account from hdfc and carry on icici.

I have to withdraw 2 lakhs from my account and cashier told me to withdraw amount from my home branch gachibowli.
Cashier is giving low domination notes to other customers and when i asked they said they don’t have low domination notes.
I feel like they are harassing customers.

This is my salary account and i want to close this account please let me know the procedure.

    Personal accident insurance policy for policy no52178814sarv suraksha policy policy no[protected]today i received a call from hdfc mr himanshu mittal, he conveyed that the agent is claiming amount from my policy and he has noc letter signed by me. I have never met any person from hdfc ergo or any agent and no letter has been signed by me. Its a fraud been done by mr v k bhardwaj. Mr himanshu mittal was on con call with me and mr v k bhardwaj and during the cal he clearly mentioned that my signature was done by him and he will claim the amount do whatever you want to do.

      I have salary account with hdfc bank calangute goa. Few day ago i was received a massage from hdfc bank that your card no xxxx was deactivated & i got a call from hdfc bank that you can collect a new card from hdfc branch.
      I told them that i am not able to come & collect so please courier my card but they not send me the same.
      After two three day i take a leave from my office & went to hdfc bank calangute branch. & i ask for my new card but the their executives told me that he dont have my card. I showed him the massage & online my bank account that my old card was deactivated & my new card no also. But he is saying he dont have.
      Still i have not recived my card.

      My name is umesh nagori my customer id is 54884719.

      Request you to please help me because i donot have money

        I had applied for the profile of assistant manager in hdfc from a consultancy named monster which has send my resume to stepahead consultancy first then they charges me a fee of rs.2500 for registeration and 5699for doc verification.
        Then they send my resume and docs to hdfc bank and one of their hr named mr. Himanshu from new delhi has been called me and told me about t&c
        Then again one round of interview has been conducted that was telephonic
        Then they charge rs.14500 for doc verification. Again i have receivded call from corporate office of hdfc mumbai for second round which i have cleared.. Then they told me that u have cleared all the telephonic round now there will face to face round on saturday.. But on the next day a call came and mr. Himashu told me to talk to account dept. That was mr. Anil.. He asked me to submit 25, 000 to open a account in hdfc so that all the amount which i have been submitted can be refunded because all the amnt are refundable.
        Then any how i had managed and given to them.. Then on the next day mr. Anil asked to me to submit 11% tax acc. To rbi rule that was 16, 550.. Again i ahd submitted they told me everytime to give my douments but never given.. Then after this they asked me to submit 20, 000 as donation which i had also submitted.. Then they asked me to pay 22500 as a penalty charge because i have paid many amount late.. Because they told always asked me to submit at the moment and give me 1 or 2 hours to submit the amount.
        Now i need your help.. To refund my amount

            Dear sir, today i received a call from some mr rohit saini saying he is from hdfc insurance bombay from the number [protected]. As we were on the road driving the car my wife told him not to call as we are not in the state to talk. Again after some time he ringed me saying "kya aap pagal ho" and narrated in a utmost indecent manner. My askance is direct to you :- is mr rohit saini an employee of your organisation hdfc insurance holding the number cited above. Please answer it. And if he is then my simple question is that your organisation has any policy of decency to talk to ladies folk or you prevail the policy of ruffians and indecent people in your organisation. Although i do not expect any positive response from you that makes me free to take recourse to other redressing option.

              I wanted to apply for both eris life science and cdl ipo. But its getting stuck at last moment and same page is opening again and again. I knew that i am doing it properly and i have more than enough balance in my account to bid for the ipo, internet is fine. Each and every possible condition is fine except the hdfc website behaviour.

              Really upset by this kind of technology and support hdfc providing after being a leader in their space.

                      I am sending my kyc documents several times for hdfc credit card. But bank always refuse & saying name mismatched. Okk then i am also send affidavit with jodhpur highcourt but bank refuse. But name on my card is gunjan mathur. Aadhar card name also gunjan mathur & pan card is zprinted with gunjan mathur. Add on aadhar card is also same. I am receiving my documents for credit card is also same printed on aadhar card. Can't understand what bank want from me.in can't perform on my card. My repayments is on time every month. But bank wants to make me defaulter as bank employees contact for payments & complaint for kyc.

                        Hi sir/madam,

                        I am writing with regards my policy # 15109233 which was surrendered to your vikhroli branch on 10th june 2017 with a commitment that i will be refunded back my money within 7 working days. Today is the nineth working day and i havent received my refund yet.

                        I have been even writing mails to your executive with no reply back (Hansraj). Does hdfc life really cares about customers or once the policy is sold you disappear. I saw so many of your clients in despair and complaining about the policies sold by your sales representative with no clue or clarity of the policy. When we ask for some kind of explanation they literally say that you should have read it which is very rude. I know hdfc life will not care about it as it is only trying to achieve its target by fooling customers of there money.

                        Kindly furnish details about the refund. Also hdfc life held on to my money for five years saying that it is been put aside but should i really believe or trust in you that the money was not used and what i get after five years is meagre 2k a total amount of 27000 even that is not been paid on time as committed. I will surely never recommend anyone for such policies.

                        Hoping to receive a response atleast from your end.

                          I, paresh kashniyal, am a credit card holder with your bank.

                          Due to some medical issue i was late to make payment which lead to collection calls from hdfc. Due to financial problem used to pay due amount.in spite of requesting the collection agent not visit my office & make calls on office landline, they do harass me on daily basis which will lead to my job loss. The name of hdfc recovery agent is prakash, vijay & waman. They do abuse me and black mail me on a recorded call that will spk to my boss & hr team & will let them know about my confidential payment status. These guys are from hdfc kandivli branch, mumbai

                            Few days back requested for upgrade
                            But till today i did't received the card
                            When i inquired i came to know that address which i provided is wrong. But which i mentioned is correct one but executive done mistake and instead 500004 they have written as 500054.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I am writing this letter to bring to your notice that I wish to cancel my life insurance policy with a Policy number 18479922, in the name of Mr. G CHANDRA SEKHAR. I need to cancel this policy due to below mentioned reasons:

                              Mr. Nirvan Nandy (executive) came to my home last year(2016) in the month of May and explained me about the HDFC life policy (Life Super Income Plan), Mr. Nirvan Nandy (his contact number:+91-[protected]) gave me all false commitments about the policy and convinced me to take the policy. Two major false commitments were:

                              1. First year i have to pay the full amount of 1, 03, 630Rs/- and and from next year i can pay the policy premium in 12 equal installments (EMI) i.e. Eight thousand and some change amount including service tax.

                              2. Another false commitment was, when i asked him in case if next year i am not in a position to pay the premium will i get back my money by closing the policy? Mr. Nandy told me yes sir you can anytime cancel your policy in between and get your Principal amount back but you will not receive the interest/bonus from it.

                              In the same month of May 2016 i paid a full amount of Rs.1, 03, 630/- towards my policy and later on 9th April 2017 i was getting message from HDFC Life saying your premium amount of Rs.1, 01, 890 is due by 25th May 2017. I called several times to Mr.Nandy but he didn't respond to my calls, and i send the same message from HDFC Life to Mr.Nandy asking for the clarification that why i am receiving this message as you said next year the amount will be in 12 equal installments. he said He is out of station and he will go to office and come back to me, but even after 3 to 4 days he didn't reply me back and when ever i use to call him he was not responding to me and meanwhile i was regularly getting calls from HDFC life asking the premium amount, so i called to customer care and raise a complaint saying the executive has cheated me with his false commitment, customer care representative gave me a complaint reference number:[protected]. Later one day i spoke to Mr.Nandy regarding this and he was very rude to me so i said in this case i am going to log a legal complaint against HDFC Life and i have all the call recordings and messages from the executive. Then, his Manager Mr. Vishvanath Rao ( His contact number: [protected]) called me and convinced me that the mistake is from our side so we will rectify this by making it to Monthly EMI option and you will be not be liable to pay any extra charges.

                              Mr.Vishvanath Rao send his person Mr.Rupesh to my resident and he took necessary signature for Monthly EMI option and did the other formalities. Few days later again i was getting the same message from HDFC Life asking for
                              premium amount of Rs.1, 01, 890. I called Mr. Vishvanath Rao multiple times for asking why i am getting the same message again? He said the process is going on and this is a auto system generated message. Mr. Vishvnath Rao also collected a blank cheque from me saying i don't know the exact amount as of now so you can give me a blank cheque in the name of HDFC life with policy number, which i gave me him. On receiving frquent message from HDFC Life about premium amount of Rs.1, 01, 890 i called several times to Mr.Vishvanath Rao but he never responded me and giving excuse by message saying he is busy. I got doubt that both Mr.Visvanath and Nirvan Nandy are playing with me and now avoiding me, so i immediately stopped the payment of cheque. And when i called his from different number he picked my call and said sir i was not avoiding you and your process is in Progress after which he never respond to my any calls and messages. Once again he send his person and took my signature on EMI specimen form and collected another cheque and said this time it will be surely done. I was still getting messages from HDFC Life regarding premium amount of Rs.1, 01, 890 so again i tried to call and text Mr.Nandy and Mr.Vishvnath many times but failed to get any response from both of them. Both of them knows very well the condition of mine as My Wife is pregnant with 9th month running and i have to go with hell lot of medical expenses and delivery is expected soon, i begged a lot to cancel the policy and return my money without interest as committed, later i was somehow managed to pay the monthly installment of Rs.8, 951/- and handed over the cheque to Mr.Vishvanath Rao, but that is also not processed yet and still i am getting the message from HDFC Life to pay the premium amount of Rs.1, 01, 890. When today i got a call from Remainder department and i spoke to senior person he asked me to raise complaint on [protected]@hdfclife.com.

                              I would be thankful to you if you send me a written confirmation that my request has been registered and the cancellation procedures are under your process. Once the policy is cancelled, you are kindly requested to refund the unused portion of my policy premium as i have medical emergency at my home and terminate all the monthly payments and premiums.

                              I hope that I will be informed soon about the cancellation of my policy number 18479922. I can request you to do the needful to the earliest or at the last in worst condition i have to go for the legal action.

                              Note: I have all the call records, mails and messages from Mr.Vishvnath Rao (Manager) and Mr. Nirvan Nandy (Executive). These two people have cheated me with false commitment and to till date they have not updated or processed Monthly EMI into the system nor they have put for cancellation of policy and because of which i am now suffering with huge loss in lakhs in my critical medical condition.

                              Note: When ever i call from other number to Mr.Vishvnath and Mr. Nirvan asking to come and collect the premium amount cheque, They are intentionally not coming so that my Rs.1, 03, 630/- amount will not be returned and they never picks up my calls.

                                I have just opted for a hdfc credit card and without any activation or opting for the one assist services, a fee of 1299 was deducted from my credit card ending 5159 on 21/6/2017 and received a message dear card member, one assist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 5159, so i would like to deactivate the services as i am in no need of it... And refund the amount in my hdfc credit card.

                                  My credit card of hdfc bank.i am regular customer. In month of may 2017 bank not informed me for Kyc update. & block my card.but after this I am sending all required documents & kyc updation former by Dtdc courier. After that bank saying name mismatched.okk than 10th June I m sending my documents with faddevit by highcourt jodhpur with my passport size photo.which photo also stick in my application form too. After that bank not update my Kyc. I don't know what actually bank required. Either they don't want genuine customer or bank want a defaulter...

                                    I purchased a car from HDFC bank in 2016 and the time of getting the loan approved, they clearly mentioned that there will be Penalty on Fore closure of the loan after 6 EMIs.

                                    I have been paying EMI on time and now 2 days back when I went to get the loan closed they are charging me 5.75% of the loan i.e. Rs. 18, 761.00

                                    I requested them and also wrote an email to Grievance team @ Grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com but there has been no reply from last 2 days.

                                    I am a salaried person I cant pay a big amount of Rs. 18000/- for closing my own loan which I am paying with hard earned money.

                                      [protected] for loan amount payment which i haven't taken. After several confirmation and clearance of the fact still m being troubled by such numbers for money recovery. I am tired and fed up and disturbed very much.                                         I had not made payment for the loan and credit card last month... But when they (Hdfc bank) contacted me i have conveyed them the msg that once i am in mumbai i'll completely pay all ur dues.

                                        After conveying also... They have used foul languages and used to harrase us like anything. My dad has blood pressure problem and he has collapsed twice due to this people.

                                        They mentally tortured us, used foul languages and threatened us also...
                                        Because of this condition my whole family is in shock state and we also got humiliated in our society because of this.

                                        I just want to ask, this is procesure to behave with your customer...
