Dear executive, please take necessary action for my concern below :
I have used my debit card for filling my fuel tank. As per my card offer, the fuel surcharge was refunded back. (Debiting first and crediting back itself is rubbish thing. Better not to debit at first time itself). It was held during february almost 4 months back. But, now that surcharge was debited and there was no intimation provided to me. After long queue, contacted customer care executive and received cool wordings that wrongly the surcharge was refunded during february and their clever team found this error and debited the same in june without intimation.

To know this irresponsible reply i spend 15 minutes of my valuable time and money for making a call to customer care.

My concerns are 1) debiting amount without intimation, 2) there is no toll free number for customer care, 3) even after ivr verification, customer care exective themselves asking all the verification details again.

Please take necessary action and do the needful.

    Respected sir i have a credit card in hdfc bank, on 21st october 2016 evenig i have got a message the amount 2000 has been debited from your credit card.
    Then i have called hdfc phone banking also, some has used my credit card with out my permission taotal 7000 rupees has been debited from my credit card, and i have written a letter to r. B. I ombusmen cell also but there is no response from hdfc and r. B. I also please solve my problem and give my money back sir

      I have purchased hdfc life term insurance policy online on 6th june 2017. Apllication no.[protected]. I submitted the document online and mailed also on 7th june. I was told once document are submitted i will get a call for medical but no call cam eyet. Whenever i call customer care they don't have a clear answer why it is delaying and they will just say that it will be on priority and anything.

      This was really not expected from hdfc but today is 21st june and i am feeling helpless.
      If now they are doing like this, what they will do with sum insured in future i am not sure.

      Its not resolved everyday they don't have any answer and they say i am escalating to higher management. I guess higher management is sleeping.

      Beware to HDFC LIFE company, because it is fraud insurance policy provider to public. The employees of HDFC life cheat the public by saying false benefit about policy, because i sufferred after taking a policy of Rs 25000 classic sum assured policy

        Hi,

        It is absolutely astonishing to see how hdfc bank is still in business considering your voice response is extremely inconvenient and non accessible. I needed some information urgently to apply for an ipo but it seems that this bank is absolutely incapable to handle basic customer queries.

        I would suggest you to shut shop immediately else please call me at [protected] and get my account setup. I would also need to speak with some one who can book an ipo before it release date ie: tomorrow.

          On may 17 i ordered a titan watch from flipkart using hdfc credit card and on 20th may i have cancelled the order. The refund also completed from flipkart, but from may billing am getting that refunded amount also in my billing, then icontacted to ur customer care also they confirmed that i need not to pay the refunded amount. Then i payed only min due amount, but in the june 19th billing also i got the excess billing. What i have to do now?

                I applied for a personal loan online. I got a call for the confirmation and document pickup. I confirmed the time. But the person didn't turn up so far for the document pickup. Instead of that i am getting some spam calls from hdfc atleast 15 times a day, when i pickup the call no one speakes either they put me on hold or disconnects the call. It is happening from last three days. Once i blocked one no they call from a different no. Please look in to the matter on priority. I am also attaching the screenshots of those spam calls for the ref.

                  I was not able to make a payment due to being financial unstable. Intimated my family to provide my new number as i recently moved to a different state. However hdfc bank calls my family up, provides my personal details to hdfc without id and verification abuses them mentally and when the call got disconnected, she then again called and specifically asked for m father to again do the same. When the concern was raised with hdfc hey are just beating around the bush from last 21 days however have not got any resolution.

                    I have activated a my moneback platinum credit card in around last week and i found that 1299/- rs was debit and i had the other mail which states that i have taken loan of 1299/- rs loan on 1.5% interest for 3 months (Smartemi they call).
                    Why this service is even started? And how my payment is decided through smartemi?
                    I dont want this service at all.
                    I called oneassist they said they will call me in next 48 hours, activation was done keeping customer in dark so why cancellation is taking so much time.
                    And will cancellation charges will be applied?

                                  I owe a credit card from hdfc and was specifically taken for the installment of my iphone and all the payment should be covered within 11 months. I was actively doing all the payments and usage of this credit card for 1.5 years. Then i had stopped using the card actively. They never sent any mail updating me regarding the credit card statements. Suddenly from sep 2016 they started calling me and telling i owe 70000 of credit card payment. I asked them to send me hardcopy/soft copy of credit card statement but they use to say mam make this minimum payment and we will send you the documents. They took 6 months to send me the documents and send me finally in feb 9 i remember). There are many faults in the statement regarding the payment. Now they are calling me and asking me to settle with 56000.

                                    I am having salary account with hdfc electronic city, bangalore branch. Without my knowledge, they have created an demat account along with salary account. Now they have charged 860 as a depositary charge for that. I called customer care and raised a complaint, but they are simply giving me the reasons not the solution. They have asked me to go to the bank directly for closure of demat so that i can get the refund. Even i walked to the nearest branch and submitted the letter, they failed to accept it and asked me to send a mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com, but when i sent the mail, its not delivered since there is no email id existing. I don't know why the bank people is so irresponsible and cheating us by stealing our own money. I am going to transfer my salary account to other bank if this issue is not getting solved. Also i am going to suggest my company management and employees not to prefer hdfc account as a salary account.

                                    I have HDFC Demat account and never used it till now, submitted the closure form, now they asking to pay charges due to close

                                    I have never used it and asking to charges. So i decided close my saving account as well please assist how do I need to close Demat account. Since already sent email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com with form.

                                      Hi all,

                                      My name is snehal bhosale. Using hdfc credit card from past one year. I was never defaulter for any payment. Post taking credit card i got a call from hdfc for availing mediclaim for my parents. I have processed for the same and installments are still coming. Yet i haven't received mediclaim card. I cant use this benefit. Also i haven't received any statement which i can use to save my tax. Not sure what is happening. To verify details hdfc can reach home but to handover card they don't have time to do it and no courtesy to keep us inform.
                                      I haven't received my credit card statement from past more than 6 months. Just a sms. I am not aware about my itemized statement. How can you expect me to pay an amount, every month post receiving calls from credit card recovery team i do share all my issues with them. But its just a fake assurance which i have received every time and they just made me to pay minimum due with promise to share my complain to hdfc. From past 6 months hdfc just making me fool and unnecessary every month generate big amount of bill. If you will check my card statement for past 6 months i haven't swiped it at any place. Not sure how come bill is generating. I need whole explanation as soon as possible.

                                      If you will sum up all my issues then it will look like below.
                                      1. No statements from past 6 months
                                      2. No credit card usage by me from past 6 months still unnecessary bill is generating and its amount is increasing.
                                      3. No mediclaim card has received after completing whole year for my mom.
                                      4. No mediclaim statement/certificate received to get tax benefit.
                                      5. Telecallers are very rude and with lack of knowledge about process.

                                      Please do look into this and let me know by when all these problems will resolve. I am seriouslly feeling its lot of mental torture. Without using card unnecessary fake bills are generating. Because of this i am scared to use card.

                                        Rs. 3662.50/- has been detected from my account in the name of amb chrg incl st & cess.
                                        I didn't even get an intimation regarding this either through mail or even text messages, with out any proper communication money is deducted from my account, i request you to refund the amount to my account.
                                        If not i will approach rbi regarding this and will raise a complaint.
