I have been HDFC credit card customer for more than 6 years plus. recently in May I purchased online tickets for 560/-. Unfortunately I forgot to pay the payment and My card was blocked for mere 560/- where as my credit card limit is 3 lakhs.

When am given a 3 lakhs of credit limit how can they block my card for simple 560/- rupees it is so weird. It as good as credit card in the dustbin when they are blocking for simple Rs.1/- to 560/-. I don't understand the logic in giving 3 lakhs credit limit.

Second thing Am unsatisfied with the executives Ms. Padmavathi and Rhohini who handled the calls and also my querry went unanswered. When i said i want to speak the floor manager they did not allowed me to speak and they are adamant on their stand to pay or stay blocked.

Previously when I had Rs. 60000 due i used to pay in regular intervals every month that time it was not block ed, now they say as i have not paid they blocked my card. new rules every day. this is clear "Breach of trust" between the bank and customers.

Or make it a point in your so called website that after purchasing any thing our card will be blocked until our payment is done. such a worst rules i never head.

    I have apply one hdfc credit card since 20 days before but still not receive yet...
    I had applied hdfc bank credit card on subbimition of application form on date 10th june and prson (Hdfc bank) told me your apllication form is under process & also we receive confertaion message from bank side that your hdfc credit card application is complete and post but still i have not receive any credit card..
    Please help us to receive my credit card..
    We are unable to contact customer care for this..

      Dear Sir,

      We want to lodge strong complaint against Ms. Awanita - her mobile number [protected], who did not credit the foreign remittance which came to our accounts on Thursday morning - 28th June, 2017

      With lots of follow up with Scotia Bank Canada, my both sons Kushall K Mehta and Harshall M Mehta, managed to have wire transfer of funds to their respective account in HDFC.

      Infact the money was sent to Canada through HDC bank under Student GIC account in Scotia Bank Canada.

      The wire transfer of funds arrived in HDFC bank account on Thursday morning i.e. June 29, 2017. The respective amount was 4000 CAD in Kushall's account and 7000 CAD in Harshall's account.

      Initially she did not transfer on 29th June and then she called up on 30th June to assure that funds will be credited on 30th. Again she did not credit on 30th as well.

      On Saturday - 1st July, when we enquired, she mentioned that it will be credited on Monday - 3rd July, 2017. We complaint the matter to branch manager Mr. Aakash Chawla, who explained that Saturday first July Forex is closed. We respected his inputs but questioned him also thatwhy she did not do on Thursady morning.

      In our opinion, she did not do it deliberately, if she would have done it on 28th June - Thursday, it would have improved the average monthly balance. As the bank gives quartely interest on 30th June, she evaded the transfer for gaining interest cahrges. She looked after the interest of bank and did not look after the interest of customer.

      We felt very bad her selfish motive and we also put to heavy losses as we could not meet other obligations of financial committments for which this wire transfer was initiated on urgent basis. The Scotia Bank Canada was very supported and accepted our request as assured that funds will be in our account on Thursday morning (we have written confirmation from them) but we did not know that HDFC Bank employee will do these dirty tricks and made the customer to suffer.

      We recommend a very strong action against her so that other customers should not suffer and we also seek damages for delay on crediting the funds to our respective HDFC account.

                I checked my transactions and found Rs. 5.75 was deducted for IMPS transfer although I have a salary account and I am working in TCS. As per the site http://www.hdfcbank.com/corporate/TCS and it is clearly mentioned there is no fee for any kind of transfer for TCS employee. I called your CC executive and they clearly denied about the site. While opening the account branch manager also assured me there won't be any charges... If you are still going to deduct money I am going to transfer all my money to my old salary account(ICICI) and not use Hdfc account or simply close it. Please assist on priority.

                  Left my job from artech info system noida in 2016 Jan my hdfc account was a salary account of artech, but after some month I lost my Sim card and I have no update regarding my account and also I had a word with customer care regarding closure of account but they didn't gave any response when in 2017 may somehow I found my Sim. Then I got many pended msg that hdfc is charging 7627 something for non maintenance of my account. Just tell me one thing when It was a salary account no company member told us about this and because of no response from ur side I thought my account has been closed but wen I got my Sim then I am all these messages.
                  Please provide assistance because iam not gonna pay that amount bcz I did nt get any msg regarding that I really want to close this account but because of negative balance iam not able to do it also I have lost my account details, atm card nothing I have regarding this account.

                    Dear Sir

                    I am having a plan of HDFC SL Crest having policy No 14567903 client id 58013891, against which i have submitted an application for partial withdrawl of Rs. 1, 50, 000 on 17.06.2017. It was informed to me that the claim shall be settled within 07 days. On 19.06.2017 Rs.1, 50, 000/- was deducted from my fund. On 24.06.2017 I received a call regarding submission of current address proof which i submitted on 24.06.2017. It was informed to me that my funds will be transferred to my bank within 2-3 days but till today i have not received any money.
                    I had prematurely withdrawn my money due to urgency but i have not received any money & my fund has been debited on 19.06.2017 due to which i have suffered double loss firstly i have not received the money & secondly my fund value was deducted.
                    It is requested to kindly pay me interest for the period till i receive my money & also inform by when i will get my money.

                    An early action is anticipated.

                      I bought a credit card from HDFC bank around 4 years ago. I never used it and never even gave any request to generate a PIN. i got a message 2 years back that due to non usage my credit card account will be closed. So 6-7 months befor, i tore the card into multiple pieces and threw it and all of the sudden i got a statement in June from HDFC bank that payment is due with late payment charges.

                      I replied on that email 4-5 times but did not get any call back or any email acknowledging my grievience. I also called on the number provided in their email but they said that they are collection department and gave some vague information.

                      I also send an email to their customer care and also escalated the matter using their online services. i got a reply after 1 week that filled my LIC autolink while submitting application for credit card. My question is that why the payment is made after 3 years when the LIC payment is every year. They are now lying and making excuses

                      I am receiving reminder emails from them repeatedly. I tried so hard to contact them but they are not helping me and just harassing me for the payment. I do not have any card details. Please help me.

                        My Credit Card doesn't enable the EMI option. that time i called to customer care they redirect to corresponding bank. Once i reach the bank about this issue they gave me the credit card executor name and number. I contact the person he told to call the customer care.

                        I am highly disappointed with the kind of response your customer care executive give to customers even Instead of giving me a solution he is arguing with me and telling me that i am misleading him when i am giving the correct piece of communication this is the kind of service HDFC give to customers.

                        Now i want EMI facility on my credit card so that i can pay and maintain my CIBIL

                        I want a senior person to intervene and speak to me in this regard

                            I have applied for housing loan with HDFC Housing Loan Egmore branch and processing fee was paid by me in full INR.11, 600. They have not processed the application from Legal Department due to individual Patta was not there. Which is fine.
                            So i have spoken to customer care[protected] for refund of my processing fee (INR.11, 600) and sent mail to [protected]@hdfc.com on 06/06/2017 11:47 AM and after 2nd remainder he has forwarded the same to Rama Srinivasan on 8/06/2017 12:01 PM.
                            I have again sent a remainder mail on 23/06/2017 4:49 PM. Its been more than 20 days after my mail but still no refund has been processes nor any response from HDFC.
                            I have attached my mail copy with this complaint. Kindly look into this issue and process refund immediately.

                              I deposited 90, 000 in my savings account and they have deducted 172.50 Rupees without any reason.
                              This is my first account in HDFC bank and it seems it was not a good decision to open an account with them.
                              Please look into this, I need the refund of my money asap.

                                To whom so ever it may concern,

                                I have a savings bank account in hdfc bank (arera colony branch, bhopal) from 2014
                                For which i gave an application for closing in may2016 in the same branch At that time the bank employe MR.AMIT told me that please take out all the money and sign an form so he will be closing the bank account
                                Later on he stopped picking up the phone and the bank messages started comming for not maintaing the minnimum balance in the bank account.
                                Afterwards after 3-4 months when i again visited the branch the help desk transferred me to MR.MONU MEHRA then i signed the bank account closure form again and gave them the form then he assured me that the account will be closed in a week or two.
                                Then also the minnimum account notification began to come. So i notified the same to mr monu
                                And he said that he will be looking after it
                                As after sometime one of my colleague mistakenly (imps)
                                Deposited an amount of ₹4500 in. That account so the first case in that is if the account should have been closed than the money could not be transferred but as the account was not closed by the bank so the account was running and the money came and the bank deducted all the amount as minnimum account balance charges
                                After that when i went to bank so MR MONU MEHRA told me that he must be solving my problem in a week or two and had put up an request for the waiver of the charges
                                But since i am waiting from last month nothing has been done and now MR .MONU MEHRA is not answering my call and his senior MR . RITESH is also not answering the call so i cannot understand that for the mistake of MR AMIT, MR MONU should i have to pay an amount of ₹4500 and if i am calling MR RITESH for the same issue so he is not answering my call

                                  Amount 28 is getting deducted 2 times with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

                                  In my account statement I can see that 5.75 rs charged multiple times as IMPS transfer fee I haven't even done. Can anyone please explain the reason behind it?

                                      HDFC life is delaying my maturity payout with out any valid reason. When contacted at [protected]@hdfclife.com they keep asking for documents again and again same set of documents. Once they asked for documents and sent by me was accepted but no progress. When I asked for progress of my payout they ask for same set of documents again. It clearly shows they are holding public money intentionally. My maturity payout is on hold since Feb 2017.

                                      Today when I asked for the status of payout, again I got email to send document. I lost count how many times they asked for documents and how many times I sent. Very funny matter is they acknowledge receipt of documents, when asked for status they again ask for same documents. How don't know how to deal with this type of Bank. Whoever reading this can you please suggest me. It is taking my time and effort and I am losing interest on my amount.

                                      Yes, HDFC LIFE is known for delaying maturity payouts by giving exactly the same reason to thousands of customers.
                                      They think that by delaying, they would earn some extra interest on the corpus.
                                      Also by delaying, they think customers would come to their office and then they would try to sell policies with your payout funds!
                                      Shame on HDFC Life.
