Hello,
I have applied for loan with reference no. 48702912. And all the documents and verification has been done. Just now i got to know from care number that it's been rejected by the bank. Can anyone let me know what's the actual reason to decline it. If you don't want to give then why anyone from your bank has collected my documents, taken my time for verification despite i was in office still i came for verification but what's the outcome for it aa its been rejected and it hurts a lot also i'm not getting for address verification really, i have my account in hdfc bank since january 2013.
But as per these scenarios now i come to know that it doesn't matter you are in need or not or you have account in hdfc.
Let me know if anything can be done or it's just as it is.

    Hi,

    I'm abhimanyu chaudhary, 2 year ago, i opened a salary account in hdfc with zero balance. And after 1year i resigned. Now they levied inr -4993.41rs from my account without any intimation. While at a/c opening time they said to me if three consecutive salaries not fall into a/c. My a/c services will be block now there is more than 10 months to non credition of salary in my a/c then why my a/c services not blocked /disable & service charge imposed unauthorised manner. I want no more relation with this bank in future in any manners.

    When i queried them through mail, they are not giving proper response and they reply the mail with the content copy & paste from hdfc website. I mailed them 6 times but not replying with proper answer. All the times i got a same message (That to copied from hdfc website) from the customer service people. When i went in person they are asking me contact through mail. But while communicating in mail, there is no proper answer & also no proper response through phonebanking custmer care no.[protected]

    But in they mail stated, the salary account will be converted to regular savings account without any intimation/notice. If so converted then we need to maintain minimum balance and since i was not intimated, i didn't maintain the minimum balance. Because i want to block this a/c due to resigination of my job as they (Bank staff) said to me if three consecutive salaries not fall into account my a/c services will be block automatically. Now what imposing charge by unauthorised manner they are trying to say that it was my blunder mistake to open account in their hdfc bank. So you will be bear.

    If they intimated while converting, then i would have mainted the minimum balance or closed my account permanantly. They have systems and time to send around 10 emails/week regarding credit cards, loans, offers, mutual fund, etc. But i didn't ask/subscribe any email services like this except account statement why can't they send emails while converting along with or instead of these unwanted mails.

    Finaly, it seems that they don't want to intimate the customers about such imp. Information (About their fraud tool) except their promo, offer, & such many more nonsense unwanted ads by hdfc hence so they can take money from our account as much they required and giving some improper reasons like amb charges etc. They want to earn money by cheating & using fraudulant manner & tools to lose their valuable customers.& so they also loose their credibility among people & banking market.
    I'm also having account in 2 other bank, while comparing hdfc is a big cheater bank

        मैने ने 25th april 2014 को home suraksha plus की insurace policy ले रखी है, जिसमें नौकरी छूट जाने या स्वेच्छा से छोड़ देने पर hdfc ergo, 3 months की home loan की emi देगा।और भी बहुत सारी सुविधाएं हैं, जैसे मेडिकल claim, किसी प्रकार आपदा आने पर सुरक्षा etc.

        मैंने आजतक claim file नहीं किया था, वैसे चाहता तो मेडिकल claim ले सकता था।

        अब जाकर मैंने job loss claim file किया है। claim number: c[protected]है।जब insurance करा कर पैसे लेने थे तो कंपनी ने कोई document नहीं मांगी, ना ही शर्त बतायी, और अब जब हमने claim file किया तो उसे बहुत सारे documents चाहिए।

        उसमें से भी अधिकतर हमने दे दिए जैसे salary slip, aadhar card, release letter, electricity bill, cheque etc. अब hdfc ergo हमसे last working institute का joining letter मांग रहा है।सच्चाई यही है कि bokaro pace के director mr. Ds rajpoot ने joining के प्रथम दिन ही agreement paper हमसे sign करवा कर रख लिया था, और बोले कि ये मुम्बई से kuldeep tyagi sir का sign होकर आयेगा तब आपको, आपकी प्रति मिल जायेगी।जब 3 months के बाद भी मुझे मेरी प्रति नही मिली, तब मैंने अपना विरोध भी व्यक्त किया था, फिर जिसके बाद ds rajpoot ने कुछ दिनों में मेरी प्रति मिल जाने का आश्वासन दिया था। उस meeting में vijay srivastava sir भी उपस्थित थे।पर फिर कभी भी मेरी प्रति मुझे नही दी गई।

        यह बात बताने पर hdfc ergo ने मुझे दूसरा विकल्प दिया। उसने कहा कि हम mail करते हैं आपके hr departmentको । अगर उन्होंने जबाब दिया तो claim, accept हो जायेगा। अब पिछले फरवरी माह के मेल का जबाब अब तक नहीं दिया जा रहा है bokaro pace द्वारा। hdfc ergo की नियत भी स्पष्ट है, वह चाहता है किसी भी तरह claim ना देना पड़े। वह कोई भी कोशिश नहीं कर रहा है mail का जबाब प्राप्त करने का। बस एक mail डाल कर बैठ गया चुपचाप।

        इधर bokaro pace से लेकर paceiitian, mumbai तक के कर्मचारी झूठ बोलकर मामले को रफादफा करने मे लगे हुए है। kuldeep tyagi sir भी मामले को टाल रहे हैं, ds rajpoot, reply ही नहीं कर रहें हैं।

        सवाल यह है, जो insurance, मैंने लिया, क्या वह मेरे institute के मर्जी से reimburse होगा? दूसरी बात: अगर insurance समय पर काम ही नहीं आया, तो फिर उसका क्या फायदा, पैसे किस बात के लिए? अगर hdfc ergo को joining letter चाहिए था तो उसी वक्त क्यों नहीं मांग लिया, जब insurance, issue कर रहा था। ये insurance के नाम पर ठगी के अलावा कुछ नहीं है।

                I am too much frustrated with your process of credit card application, it's been over 8 weeks since i have applied for the credit card. But you guys are having some or the other issue every now and then. Today i received an email that "you already have a hdfc credit card issued on your name so your current application is put on hold." fraud alert!!!
                Now, when i don't have any credit card (Any bank/subsidiary) issued on my name so far and i get this email from you, i have no other choice than moving to police for help. I want you guys to furnish me the credit card number which is issued on my name or i will move to court for the reason that you guys have issued a credit card on my identity to someone else without my information. This is serious now.
                And even your employees have created my bank account with hdfc with wrong date of birth (They interchanged the month and the date). Pathetic!!

                  Hi, i have hdfc credit card which will expire on july 2017. I received so many calls from bank for renewal but i never confirm. I don't want to continue the card.
                  Already have another bank credit card.
                  Now i received hdfc credit renewal message.
                  "your hdfcbankcard has been renewed & converted, new card ending 3406 will reach you shortly. Pls change any debit instruction given to service providers on old card to new card."
                  I don't know how the hdfc credit department work. They issued or renewed old card with new one without my permission. Please let me know, how to stop receiving this.
                  Just simply say, i don't want the hdfc credit card.

                  I have HDFC bank account also but I stop using it. HDFC bank charging every month for not mantaining minimum balance on account from last year. They debited Rs1200/- from account on February 2016 without any notice. So I called the HDFC bank regarding this.they refunded the amount in March 2016 and said they will not debited again. But next month April 2016 again debited . When I called to customer care they said it'll charge as EOD.

                  But my question is how the HDFC bank charging without any notice????
                  So I decided to stop using the HDFC bank account and till now never logged in or deposit any amount in my account. But HDFC bank charging every month EOD in this account and send the message.
                  That's the main reason to not believe HDFC Credit card, now happen with Credit card.

                      I have taken a home loan from hdfc limited and they are charging the interest rate of 9.5% although existing rate is 8.5%, they are charging 5000+taxed to reduce the rate. What is the purpose of taking the floating rate option then if we have to pay the fees to reduce the interest rate. Request you to take it up with them. Even they are asking 500+taxes for list of document which none of the bank charge as i would like to transfer it to the different bank.

                        I am very much disturbed from the unfair behavior of hdfc
                        Branch shaik pet hyd branch this is the 3rd time i am frustrated with the service they are providing. I want to escalate this to higher authorities to take action against cashier & branch manager

                        Is this the policy of hdfc branch that they will not give more than 20000 rs to non-home branch customers. If this is the case i’ll prefer to dissolve my account from hdfc and carry on icici.

                        I have to withdraw 2 lakhs from my account and cashier told me to withdraw amount from my home branch gachibowli.
                        Cashier is giving low domination notes to other customers and when i asked they said they don’t have low domination notes.
                        I feel like they are harassing customers.

                        This is my salary account and i want to close this account please let me know the procedure.

                          Personal accident insurance policy for policy no52178814sarv suraksha policy policy no[protected]today i received a call from hdfc mr himanshu mittal, he conveyed that the agent is claiming amount from my policy and he has noc letter signed by me. I have never met any person from hdfc ergo or any agent and no letter has been signed by me. Its a fraud been done by mr v k bhardwaj. Mr himanshu mittal was on con call with me and mr v k bhardwaj and during the cal he clearly mentioned that my signature was done by him and he will claim the amount do whatever you want to do.

                            I have salary account with hdfc bank calangute goa. Few day ago i was received a massage from hdfc bank that your card no xxxx was deactivated & i got a call from hdfc bank that you can collect a new card from hdfc branch.
                            I told them that i am not able to come & collect so please courier my card but they not send me the same.
                            After two three day i take a leave from my office & went to hdfc bank calangute branch. & i ask for my new card but the their executives told me that he dont have my card. I showed him the massage & online my bank account that my old card was deactivated & my new card no also. But he is saying he dont have.
                            Still i have not recived my card.

                            My name is umesh nagori my customer id is 54884719.

                            Request you to please help me because i donot have money

                              I had applied for the profile of assistant manager in hdfc from a consultancy named monster which has send my resume to stepahead consultancy first then they charges me a fee of rs.2500 for registeration and 5699for doc verification.
                              Then they send my resume and docs to hdfc bank and one of their hr named mr. Himanshu from new delhi has been called me and told me about t&c
                              Then again one round of interview has been conducted that was telephonic
                              Then they charge rs.14500 for doc verification. Again i have receivded call from corporate office of hdfc mumbai for second round which i have cleared.. Then they told me that u have cleared all the telephonic round now there will face to face round on saturday.. But on the next day a call came and mr. Himashu told me to talk to account dept. That was mr. Anil.. He asked me to submit 25, 000 to open a account in hdfc so that all the amount which i have been submitted can be refunded because all the amnt are refundable.
                              Then any how i had managed and given to them.. Then on the next day mr. Anil asked to me to submit 11% tax acc. To rbi rule that was 16, 550.. Again i ahd submitted they told me everytime to give my douments but never given.. Then after this they asked me to submit 20, 000 as donation which i had also submitted.. Then they asked me to pay 22500 as a penalty charge because i have paid many amount late.. Because they told always asked me to submit at the moment and give me 1 or 2 hours to submit the amount.
                              Now i need your help.. To refund my amount

                                  Dear sir, today i received a call from some mr rohit saini saying he is from hdfc insurance bombay from the number [protected]. As we were on the road driving the car my wife told him not to call as we are not in the state to talk. Again after some time he ringed me saying "kya aap pagal ho" and narrated in a utmost indecent manner. My askance is direct to you :- is mr rohit saini an employee of your organisation hdfc insurance holding the number cited above. Please answer it. And if he is then my simple question is that your organisation has any policy of decency to talk to ladies folk or you prevail the policy of ruffians and indecent people in your organisation. Although i do not expect any positive response from you that makes me free to take recourse to other redressing option.

                                    I wanted to apply for both eris life science and cdl ipo. But its getting stuck at last moment and same page is opening again and again. I knew that i am doing it properly and i have more than enough balance in my account to bid for the ipo, internet is fine. Each and every possible condition is fine except the hdfc website behaviour.

                                    Really upset by this kind of technology and support hdfc providing after being a leader in their space.
