Am a non hdfc account holder, used my payzapp account with mobile number [protected] me added 10000/- through my sbi credit card to payzapp wallet and transfer an amount of rs.5000/- on 10th july of 2017, to my savings other boi bank the transaction failed. 5000/- amount was detected from my wallet but not credited to my boi account, i was trying customer care to raise a complaint but every time it was saying the line is busy i don't know what the service you provide, i don't know when my funds will be refunded to my wallet. I need my money back please it urgent refund my money

    I have applied for credit card and my application reference number is [protected]s2. I never missed any due date either for other cc or emi. I should be having good credit score. After the verification i didn't got any intimation at all. When i tracked the application status online, it says disapproved. Ok to disapprove but at-least should give reason and intimation. I have to waste my time for the documents they wanted and unnecessarily exposing my pan and aadhaar number to those guys. (Which are very crucial information now).

      I have personal loan with hdfc for which i had provided cheques for direct payment from my sbi account. After 42 emi's were paid i noticed that the emi was not deducted from my account and reached out to customer care to check on the issue. I was told that the cheque was bounced due to ecs expiry for which hdfc has sent a form to sbi and was in pending from sbi. As a customer how am i responsible when hdfc made a delay in getting the ecs clearance. I didn't even receive any email notification on the cheque bounce. Customer care officer told that text message as well as email will be sent to customer. As i'm in us i don't have access to mobile alerts where i completely rely on email and i didn't receive any notification. The same thing has happened earlier for which i had to pay an extra amount. Why should i keep on doing it when there is no mistake from my end.

      I was told by Customer care agent to check with SBI on why ecs request submitted by HDFC is still in Pending state.How am i supposed to check on the status of a request which was not submitted by me.Why the hell should i do it.IS there any term in Terms&Conditions of loan that states it.Please share if there is any clause like that.

          Bank has charged thrice for 1 transaction, i have inquired from the merchant and he showed his settlement copy which has only 1 transaction which is valid and true.
          Out of 3 transactions 2 should have been reversed, but i am being troubled from the bank just to receive my money, while it is bank's fault to reverse the amount and they are using vague reasons.

          I have received a call by a person claiming to be employee of HDFC asking for my bank details for GST purpose.please send advisory to customers to clear confusion and for security.

                Hello sir,

                I received call from 'hdfc life - policy termination department'. They told, that "i purchased a policy of yearly 50000/- in 2012 and since i haven't paid anything afterwards, it is going to terminate". Suddenly i got alerted its a fraud call because i never had any policy till date. Also i demanded more details but they could not give me, so that i should get confirm. The conversation continued to different 4-5 people and now they are sending a 'representative' to collect cheque and documents from me. I continued the conversation so that i could reach to the stage where i can get any account number if they tell me to transfer money, so that i could inform that account number to 'hdfc life' immediately and they could track these people. But instead of that, they told me that they are sending a 'representative' to my house to collect the cheque and documents. So here i am, waiting for that person to come at tomorrow. If you 'hdfc life' people are reading this message and interested in catching those fraudsters, get in touch with me. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I can volunteer to help with that.

                Disclaimer : last two calls was from mumbai and previous calls seem to be from delhi. These mumbai people might be any third party people who might not know about this fraud. Or they might be involved in this fraud, so i don't know. I have photo of prince kumar from truecaller, but since anyone is not sure if he is involved in this fraud directly or not, i won't upload his photo here so his identity won't be revealed if he is innocent and trapped with these people.

                Important : i do have all conversations recorded in my phone (Except one when i switched my sim because my phone battery was low). I have installed call recorder and truecaller, and there is photo of prince kumar on truecaller if that is helpful for you guys.

                Hope gullible people will get alerted and won't trap in these fraudsters trap.

                HDFC Life Customer Care. Why the hell anybody sell your plan if they are not profiting from it? It seems this is all your Strategy to get customers by fooling and trapping them. You have done this cleverly and thought people are dumb who won't be able to connect these dots. It seems you have appointed them to trap people and you pay them commission behind every policy. There are many similar complaints that you haven't solved till date where people have trapped in this, solve them first IF YOU HAVE GENUINE CONCERN. And you know, that if people will go to consumer forum, they will ask "Why you were dishonest at first?" And you are asking shamelessly again to purchase the policy. Seriously? I have mentioned all the numbers in above complaint. Go call yourself to make sure if you are genuine and don't have any idea regarding such calls. May be consumer forum and social media will come to know about this soon. I also sent One mail to your CEO, but didn't get any reply (Why would he? If this is company's policy to get customers). And what is the guarantee you will expose and punish the callers as far as you are getting customers from them and they are befitting you? I want solid EVIDENCE that you are not involved in this unscrupulous sales, but it seems THIS IS ALL YOU.

                      As i mentioned in above subject i. Want to close my sb account in infantry road bangalore branch for this i sent the request for close the account twice in the last 4 month but still that account is continuing on this bangalore branch no-one is there to speak with customers two times they told me that they close the account for thet they taken my signature on some form regarding on this today i try to talk your costumer care number but no one is there to talk to customers your costumer care services is worst i ever seen.
                      Now that account is holding negative balance. I need the
                      Clarification on this and want that account should be closed
                      Imideately.
                      And want to suggest something don't tell any hdfccustomer to speak to customer care why because. If you try to call and you hold for hours no response from other side just close that customer care window

                        Branch: south city 2, gurgaon (Haryana)
                        Account opened as a family (Priority) account with 0 balance facility in feb'16. Bank started deducting penalty for non maintenance of minimum balance of inr 25, 000 however we were informed that only 1 member has to maintain the amount on monthly basis. We maintained a minimum balance of inr 25, 000 through my tagged father's account in the same branch.
                        After numerous visits to the branch, we were informed that the amount was getting deducted because of the nature of account as a general account. We spoke to our relationship manager so many times and was assured that the case will be resolved by march'17.
                        It's july'17 and the case is still not resolved. The most important thing is that the person handling the case is not even forwarding the details of branch manager.
                        I have made up my mind to take legal action in this regard.

                          Checked with bank for repaying my car loan for which appx 25 emi installments have been paid till date (On time with no single default). Am told that if i repay the loan there will be foreclosure charge of 3.64% which is a whopping 40k number.                             Dear sir

                            I have taken two-wheeler loan in 2006 through centurion bank batala, dist gurdaspur, punjab branch. Completed the two-wheeler loan and paid all the emi, after completion of my loan i have received the original rc book from bankers. That time they have told me noc send through by courier but till now i have not received the noc.

                            I went to the bank and even called to customer care, they are unable to find my loan account number.

                            My vehicle number is pb18-l-2108. Loan taken in 2006 under the name of kuldeep singh, my bank account number is [protected]

                            We need the noc how to proceed further

                              As i am out of country.
                              I recently checked my account through netbanking.
                              Which says have negative balance (Rs. -21705.40).
                              I then deposited an amount (Rs.10000) which got deducted from the main balance.
                              Now it shows current balance as (Rs. -11705.40) and closing balance as rs.10310.52.
                              What should i understand by this.
                              Please help. As i am not able to call anyone for customer care being out of country.

                                Delay in converting minor account to major

                                Hdfc bank is the worst bank…. We were converting our daughters minor account to major in the 12th main indiranagar branch at bangalore…we were planning to get a new account opened but can you imagine 2 weeks plus but the account has not been opened yet.. Whereas the commitment given was it takes 3 days to open a savings account.. They took additional amount of 11, 000 stating we need 10, 000 minimum balance.. We kept on following up with...

                                Dear sir,

                                I have hdfc vehicle policy no.[protected] renewed on 21st feb`17. I have registered a claim on 7th july 17 since i have met with a small accident. My car have observed few damages into front and right sides as one of your observer mr. Kamal has done inspection and asked workshop to do semi work only since he is giving some lame excuses that i should nt have screwed my broken glass, but actual to reach to workshop with damaged glass it won`t be possible, so i asked one local person to tight a screw so that i can easily reach workshop as preventive.

                                Now you pls look into this matter, since its been 4-5 days i have left my car and it is simply not acceptable from a company like hdfc. If your people`s approach is going to be like this then no one going to continue your services.

                                Kindly look into this and close it asap.

                                  We had recd an export payment o[censored]sd 41, 495.30 wherein banks has given us rate of inr 63.43/usd which was never discussed with us and that is exceptionally low. Earlier in a meeting it has been decided that bank will take margin of +/-.05 paisa in conversion o[censored]sd.

                                  At the same time we had also done an import advance o[censored]sd 3615.20 wherein bank has taken conversion rate o[censored]sd 64.40, even this was without confirmation but it is ok.

                                  We made several complaints to hdfc kanpur branch and lucknow treasury but in vain.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                                    I am varadarajan mani maintaining a bank account with hdfc, chitlapakkam branch. My account number is [protected]. Sterling holidays at kodaikkanal had debited my account for my stay in their resort. They had wrongly debited my account twice because of an issue with their debit card swiping machine but one entry was cancelled by them and they have confirmed over an email that they have received the credit only once. The amount is inr 15, 239. I have contacted hdfc with the sale reversal slip and requested them to re-credit the amount of 15, 239. Hdfc has not done it till today and they are remaining silent on this issue. It has been pending for 15 days. I am mentally harassed and i need your help to fix this issue. I want to be compensated for this harassment and want my money back. On contacting hdfc they are saying this is the standard procedure to resolve such complaints whereas generally reversals and re-credit do not take more than 3 days. They are not responding or calling me also.
