Sir/madam, I am a HDFC credit card holder and facing some problems with your credit card division people which compelled me to surrender my card and finish all relations with the bank. Some time back I have been told by the bank to update my KYC documents with the bank because the bank blocked my card. On 13 June 2017 I sent my KYC form, card reactivation form with photo, copy of pan card and adhaar card through courier. After 10 days I checked with the bank about my documents, they said documents are not complete as name mismatch with the pan card and adhaar card which was not true. The spelling of my name is exactly the same what is on my credit card and on documents which I sent to the bank. Then I requested the manager customer care to look into the matter. Today is 5th July 2017 I received a call from Mr. Satish from the bank saying that in my documents there is no KYC form and I need to send the documents all over again. Now this is high time. After sending all documents and waited for such a long time only for a mere KYC documents. I m sorry the bank should not harass customers like this. I am a very old customer of the bank. And my payments were always on time. Even before sending the documents I went to NFC HDFC bank branch to submit my forms but they completely refused to take my forms and told me that my card is blocked for ever.
Now if someone can help me in this matter. Otherwise I have no choice rather to surrender the card and make my full and final payment to the bank. And will never ever will be in touch with HDFC bank.

    Hi

    I have a CAR Loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank and ESC made through HDFC Bank since I had my salary account in HDFC Only, This Loan has started in 2012 and my ESC was automatically deducted from my Salary account, However It was never the pain until I was getting my salary into HDFC but due to some issues with HDFC my company has shifted the salary account from HDFC to Axis and now the real trouble started, I tried to maintain a sufficient balance in HDFC but sometimes ESC amount got deducted and sometimes it wasn't, I never checked my hdfc bank account since it seems a smooth account & ESC's but one fine day i came to know that every ESC Bounce has charges that too even after i have amount in my bank, 2-3 month there were chances where in I couldn't pay EMI's and cleared the same with kotak via Cash payment & MY Emi with kotak was never stacked.

    I have been charged around 850+ Taxes multiple times, where in I have paid all my EMI's to Kotak on time.

    Please help to get the charges reversed since I was not aware about the same.

    No one have reverted to me, Seems HDFC has lost even courtesy to address the complaint and revert to its customer.

    Still waiting for a revert.
    Even I faced same kind of issue with HDFC. So, gradually I am planning to move away from banking with HDFC. Its a worst experience with HDFC.

      Hello Team,

      I have opened about 9 Accounts in HDFC bank with one current account and 8 saving account. From 8 saving accounts 6 accounts were opened with demat account.

      When I have opened these accounts, the branch manager told me that there will be no charge for demat accounts and saving and current accounts.

      From last one year I havn't used my demat accounts and saving and current accounts.

      Now I wants to close my all accounts so I went to the bank today to close my accounts but when I contacted the bank they are saying that all my accounts have negative balance and they are refraining from closing it saying I have to fill the fine.

      Where should i approach now. Please help.

      Please help me in closing the accounts.

        I got the call on 4th june 2017 from pooja regarding the personal loan and i told her to call me on 5th june 2017 and i will give the documents and today suddenly my senior came for meeting and since morning i am in the meeting even i didn't got the time for lunch and again and again i am getting back to back calls from pooja, jeevan, akansha even agter telling that i am in a very serious and important meeting but they didn't understand amd calling again and again.

        Even i ask for the email id and i told pooja that once i will get free then i surely send the documents positively but then also i received the 4-5 call from these all executives and stating that their boss is asking them to call me again and again.

        I don't understand that why your ataff is not having the patience as i told them that once i will get free i will send all the documents positively for sure. It's very bad thing that you are not goving time to your clients and i got 20 calls since morning and now i get frustrated thats why i asked my senior to me give me 10 minutes for sending this mail.

        And i want your rsm email id as well kindly please share the same and also resolve the issue that why they are not having patience and not listening to their clients thoroughly.

          Hi,

          I have done payment at AGARWAL BANGLES in Jhansi on 25th of June 2017 with my debit card. The card was swiped twice since the shopkeeper claimed that it had not received the payment.I have submitted one mroe complaint today, Also i went to the HDFC Bank near to me, teller there also registered a complaint to Phone Banking regarding Rs.900 debited twice from my account and amount Rs.900 should have been refunded/credited to my account at this time since it has been 7 complete working days since then.
          Please keep this complaint on priority and help me get the amount back.

            Hello Team,
            I was joined in one of IT company, that company opened HDFC as my salary account in 2015, i worked there for 1 year and after that I left that job because of study reason. J am not using that a/c from 1 year. And now i.e.after 1 year It is showing negative balance of more than 8, 000.
            Please help me in closing the account.

            According to new RBI guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts but when i contacted the customer care they are refraining from closing it saying i have to fill the fine.
            Where should i approach now. Please help.

                  I am using hdfc credit card for last 3 years. Recently card got expired and I was waiting for new card.
                  My address needed to be changed to receive new card. I sent address proof and signature proof to credit card decision for 3 times in 45 days. Every time they declined the address change. Now it's been 50 days I don't have card. Every time I call their call centre they tell me same tape of sending form to their chennai office.
                  Very pathetic service. You can't check your signature for credit card at any branch all over India. Only office you have to send request is chennai. Pathetic service and customer care. Though I have my address updated in bank records they don't take it or update it from their.

                      My name is Ashok Shamrao Darekar taken personal loan of 10 lakhs from HDFC bank on June 2016. My personal loan account no is 40164543

                      While signing agreement bank person told & shown in written on document below condition for foreclose loan

                      · You should not close before 12 months

                      · There is 0% foreclose charges.

                      Today I am foreclosing loan as 12 months over by doing balance transfer from other bank. But HDFC bank now charging me 5% charges on my outstanding amount.

                      Now bank is telling me, if you are doing BT, than you have to pay foreclose charges, which is written in small letter, not given time to read it and intensely not told at the time of agreement

                      Regarding this I have send email several time to bank & their nodal offier, but I have not got any response.

                      Now I have closed my loan with paying 38000 forcloser charges. This is totaly cheating from bank.

                      Please help me and save me for this cheating from HDFC bank.

                          Hi,
                          With reference to my fund from end of the June month, which is currently on hold. On the day 30th June, I tried to cash out a sum of Rs.2000/- through an SBI ATM which is the only ATM we have in our surrounding. Unknown of this mishap, I was in need of the cash and I stepped in to this SBI ATM which is nearby the gate of Sapoorji Paloonji housing complex where I live. Everything was fine until I entered the required amount for cash out and like normal the machine prompts processing. But suddenly on the ATM's screen shows up, time out!!! Then I thought it's a waste of time trying to stand there and I walked out of the ATM but suddenly I received a text from HDFC which says Rs.2000.00 was withdrawn using your HDFC Bank Card ending 7502 on[protected]:10:58:11 at SUKHOBRISTI .There were other people who were facing the same issue at that time. None o[censored]s had any idea about what was happening.

                          Then I ran to a small HDFC branch, which is located in our company​'s premise. When I got there and enquired about the payment, they gave me a number which ends with 6161.

                          It's been 4 days and still there's no refund for this.

                            We are a running a Diagnostic Centre and do checkups for clients of HDFC Life under agreement and receive payment on submitting test reports. We have not received payment of about 24 clients for whom various tests were done in 2015.
                            Inspite of sending reminders through mail and also through telephone, they are not responding nor paying us our due.
                            The list of clients has been sent to them for more than four occassions. They are not even picking up phone, forget about making our payme

                              I recently opened a hdfc dmat account. At the time of opening of the account i was not informed about any charges that i would have to incur. The bank without informing me has now withdrawn 999 rupees from my account and when i inquired i was told they are account opening charges. I am highly disappointed with this behavior by the bank officials. Mr. Junaid khan from jp road andheri west branch was the person who opened my account.

                                Dear Team,

                                Today (04/07/2017) i was making payment for my hdfc life insurance policy number 16114297. there were three options available in the net banking
                                1. credit card
                                2. Debit card
                                3. Online Fund transfer

                                i made the payment with the help of third option but the amount got deducted but payment was not made. Rs 6289 got deducted but payment was not done.

                                kindly help in the said matter.

                                  Hi,

                                  This is My personal problem. My Friends too facing same problem over a year. I forgot My password in HDFC life. So, I tried to receive a password to my mail ID. It worked. I am receiving password whenever I tried for this. But, the problem is, Generated OTP is not working. I tried this more than 1, 000 times. I can show you those un deleted passwords in my mail box.
                                  I went to HDFC LIFE local office. they suggested me that, I can Generate OTP for logging my HDFC life account. I explained the problem. I asked them to generate and login in their system. They tried, and They told me that, they are facing some technical problem. so, I can easily generate my OTP at my home or my office. Otherwise I can visit them one more time at my convenience. But whenever I visited the office, I am experiencing the same movie.
                                  I told all this to my Business Media friend, who is very loyal to HDFC services. First He rejected my claim and taught me how to generate OTP. I gave all my ID and Mobile to him. He himself tried and failed 10 times. Then He realized about my problem and agreed to write a news Item on HDFC Life's in efficient services.

                                    Transaction done on 31st may through Payzapp app to recharge my tatasky account of amount 3773
                                    after that i check my card is deducted but tatasky haven't received that amount. i talked with payzapp support and even tatasky support they said wait for 5working days if amount is deducted you will receive refund from cyber. after that again paysapp said the transaction is successful from their end and talk with tatasky and tatasky said they havent received such amount. i have attached proof of mail from tatasky. now on june 24 payzapp created complain and said with for 5days we look into this matter and solve it.

                                    Transaction date 31st may...its more then a month now still you havent resolve the issue just blaming on each other. (u saying issue with tatasky and they saying issue with you)

                                    I transferred 5000 from pazapp to SBI bank account
                                    Then it shows failed transfer but amount deducted from payzapp
                                    Not added to account

                                    Post checking the details, we see that the charge back is raised on 27 July 2017. Refund for same will be credited to your account within 45 days as per the Visa guidelines if the representment proof is not received from the acquiring bank.

                                      According to mr. Nitin kumar, at the time of january 2017, he promised me that once i will be making the settlement payment, i have to pay the rest of the balance which was locked at the time of the settlement.

                                      Now at the end of my settlement period, i was supposed to pay my last emi, however i did not received a call from hdfc executives to collect the payment / remind me to make the payment. Due to which i called
                                      Them and asked about why you have not called me for the last time, they said that sir we are not handling your case anymore, however, you have to just pay the settlement amount & thus it will reflect as "settled" & there wont
                                      Be any need for you to pay the rest of the money which is outstanding.

                                      I was suspicious to hear that statement from that lady from hdfc, she siad what ever was told to you in the very beginning its something we dont
                                      Know about it. Due to that incident, i was really got mentally /emotionally harassed as i was not sure about what to do next.

                                      That is one of the reason, i was not able to pay my last emi (Dated : june 2017) for the settlement case. Now (Dated : 04 july 2017), hdfc executive from collection department they are not able to help in this case as they wanted me to pay my whole current outstanding amount including interest till date as my "settlement" has been voided due to the non-payment of the emi at correct time.

                                      I am in a stage where i am feeling helpless & don't want to start over things again & again.

                                      Please do the needful asap.

                                        I have an account in HDFC bank. So I deposit same cash in my account on 12th June in home branch. But after same time they charge extra money when I ask them why you charge extra money ? They told me that your cash deposit was in other branch so we charge extra money.than I tell them please you can check my deposit slip.i always use my home branch and never use other branch. So please me to refund my money. Thanks
