One assist plan — cancellation and refund

I have no received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my

Credit card to one assist plan on 27/07/17. Without my permission.. I also

Got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company

And this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously

Calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the

Servicing.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    This is shantibhushan tripathi holding credit card no ending with digits 7616.

    My outstanding amount to bank is rs.82000.

    Today morning your outsource agent named santosh cell no [protected]

    Came to my residence for payment

    Of minimum due amt rs.4670.

    He has made me connected to one of your manager named mr. Sandeep [protected].

    His behaviour was nusance.

    His words are as below —

    I am a customer to hdfc credit card from last 8 to 10 years.

    This type of behaviour i have not expected from your team.

      Some one has done transaction by my credit card. At the transaction movement my card is there with me and 3 transaction done in foodpanda (Thailand) i want my money back can u loof
      K after it.
      I haven't shared my details to anyone and i haven't transacted recent. The three transaction amount around 10000rs. Tht to it was done in thailand plese do refund.

        Customer id – [protected]

        Now i have received a second account statement, i do not think hdfc is any customer concerned. Hdfc bill fake amounts to customer and ignore after wards making them bad in cibil. I am receiving credit card statement on email where as i have cut and sent the card way back to you. Now i do not even know the card number to view what fake billing now hdfc have charged me.

        I have done numerous conversation with your executives and all went to nowhere in fact now i have a feeling hdfc is trying to avoid conversation so that they can imposed this charge forcibly.
        Again i would like to mention that this is not the card that was promised to me, i shared the number of the executive that shared this card.in fact the number is still active and they are taking calls for new credit card. I mentioned the number in my previous email which i sent in february.
        This is not the card promised to me, this is forcibly pushed to me, prove it that i have requested this
        Card, i will pay. But i can tell you i had enough with hdfc. The first thing i will be doing is to remove my
        Salary account from you. I will share all the details with my hr.

        I have attached the excel sheet of the different communication with hdfc along with the communication in feb.

          Your sales representative has contacted me in month of feb 2017. I have given my documents to him on 14th feb. I have received my card in month of mar2017. Sales representative name was ganesh (Contact no : [protected]). I have finished 4 transactions with credit card issued before 30mar2017. I too have wats app conversation as proof of communication with sales guy ([protected]) till 24 apr2017.

          I would like to inform that sales person has clearly told that credit card (Regalia) is completely free card. He clearly said that there wont be any annual fees or charges on card and considering the card as free, i have agreed for issuance.

          Now it will be injustice if i had to pay annual fees which i was not communicated before taking card.

          I have 3 different credit cards from other banks which does not have any annual fees and also dont encourage myself to take card with annual fees or any other charges irrespective of multiple benefits available. I have never been defaulted by any bank for delay payment or charges.

          Its really very painful to spend time on this issue. I have already hotlisted regalia credit card before 2 months due unsolicited call from number ([protected]) and planning to cancel. I do not find hdfc bank safe for credit card as my card details are compromised and getting calls from individuals calling herself as hdfc employee.

          Please take your time to investigate the matter and i can provide all details which you need but kindly reverse annual fees at earliest on my card so that i can initiate process to cancel the card.

          Dear sir/madam,
          I am salary account holder of hdfc bank and an employee of itc infotech ltd, bangalore. I have received a call from your sales representative ganesh (No: [protected]/[protected]) 3-4 months before. Sales representative clearly said that hdfc regalia card has no membership fees and annual charges, based on which i agreed to take card from hdfc bank. He also asked me to do 3 translations to make the card active so i did 3 transations. But later i got call from lady with a mobile number ([protected]) who was saying herself as customer care executive from hdfc bank and taking confirmation whether i finished 3 transactions. She also said that she will be crediting reward points in my cc account. I found this call as suspicious because bank representative never calls from mobile number. Hence i called customer care and asked them to hotlist my card (552260xxxxxx1412). It was hotlisted by hdfc cc.

          But yesterday i received cc statement inr 2875 against card number (55xxxxxxxxx4114) which shows active in my a/c. I am not sure if new cc is issued against my a/c because i have not received new card also not requested for it calling customer care or through email. I have only requested priority lounge card few days before hotlisting my ragalia cc (Ending with 1412).

          As explained by sales representative, i have agreed to take card considering it free (Joining + membership) and also requested priority launge card. But now when i called customer care, she said that the card has annual fees. I consider myself as cheated and disappointed by employees of hdfc bank.

          I have decided to cancel my credit card and priority launge pass and will send letter by post as suggested by your customer care executive. As card issuance is done based on false information about the annual fees free, please consider my request to reverse annual fees on my card. I will send a letter to chennai head office within a week.

          Your customer care is inefficient to resolve issue. They call everyday and ask me to describe the issue. I have decided to cancel credit card, please remove annual fees at earliest. As per email, also I have already fulfilled 3 transactions within 90 days and your customer care says that I am supposed to do 1 transaction each and is completely baseless argument.

          I gave all details about my complaint in email chain to customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com. I am concerned about last date 05Aug 2017 for credit card bill payment containing annual fees. If issue does not resolve and I do not do payment, I will be defaulted for late payment fees and impact my credit profile. I had very good credit record and CBIL score is 816 as I have always paid outstanding on time.

          This is very good lesson for me not to apply any credit card in future because sales convince customers to take credit card based on false promise to meet their target, more over customer care does not support to resolve issue and force customers to pay annual fees. At the end, customer suffers.

          I also had similar experience with HDFC bank regalia credit card. I was also charged annual fee while sales person told me this is completely free for life time.
          This bank is earning lots of profit by misselling the products and looting the innocent customers.

          I recommend people to stay away from this bank.

            This is neelendra sachan and my account number for hdfc bank is [protected] at professional court no 27/7, 15th cross 3rd block jayanagar branch.
            At date of[protected] i went there for closing of my account but they refuse to close the account.
            This is very inappropriate behavior of branch operation manager suresh bs and branch manager jyothi sudhindra as they are asking for money to close the account.
            As they said your account have negative balance due to non maintaining the minimum balance,
            As per rbi guide lines bank can not impose negative balance on account after it have zero balance. Please refer the rbi circulation attached on the mail.
            I want to know the reason why they are not closing the account if i want to close it.

              Hi Sir,

              This is regarding hdfc bank credit card Fraud.
              Actually Mr.Pramod confirmed that you will get your disputed amount credited on 25th july 2017 or post 25th july 2017.
              but i did not get amount credited in my credit card.
              After crediting in credit card it can be transferred in to my account.

              Kindly look in to this on very high priority.
              I have writing here after goinf through national consumer help line.

                  I am having the account with hdfc since last 12 years

                  As per below email bank has been sending intimation on regular intervals, but let me tell you, i have not received any notification from bank to verify or submit kyc.
                  On dated 25th july this is brought to my notice when i was trying to make online payment of my credit card.

                  After then i have uploaded kyc details thru online.

                  Right now my family is under medical treatment & i cannot visit physically to any nearest hdfc bank to submit kyc.
                  If this is really require to submit the kyc physically to any nearest hdfc bank that can only be possible on or after 06th aug.

                  I need immediate support from your side to active my account.

                    Dear sir,

                    I had been following up for my credit card ([protected]) from last 6 months, my old card got expired in last 16th nov 2016, further before my card could expire i was shifted to goa as my official transfer, to this i have already sent all the documents like change of address form, signature mismatch with local hdfc branch managers signature on it as he had certify for my change of signature,
                    All the documents were sent via hdfc local bank valpoi, goa 403506.
                    It has been almost 4 months niw but there is absolutely no action taken on my documents sent neither i received any card or any telephone call from call for further update or rejection of documents.
                    Now i am not able to use the card from last 8 months, hdfc bank talks way more about customers satisfaction, what would you say for my case.
                    I am ashamed such a reputed bank could not resolve a simple issue for me.
                    Consider this as my re complaint, and act accordingly to resolve my case.

                      Myself zubia khanam having salary account with hdfc bank (Branch first india place gurgaon haryana) account no.[protected] customer id 6521690. Bank has debited amb charges and debit card fees twice including service tax amounting rs 5, 317.17 (Details mentioned below) without any prior intimation, however there was some issue between me and company due to which my account was not credited with salary, it is really not acceptable. I request the bank to please reverse these charges as soon as possible. Or i will not do any banking with hdfc bank in future..

                        I've been on hdfc dnc list for more than 2 months now. They keep calling from these numbers that start with 265.

                        I've blocked several of their numbers on my phone but they seem to have a wider list to make calls.

                        The calls are received several times in a day and worst of all they are automated calls. This is really a pathetic way of marketing from a quality bank.

                        Dear hdfc bank,

                        Please grow up. Stop spamming. Quality ensured your success. You're losing it by treating customers and prospective customers by frequent calls.

I took hdfc credit card againts my fd of 55000₹ but now when i hav paid & closed my credit card which is updated at system aswell but the bank guys are saying there is lean mark on my id so i cant liquidate my fd as its showing lean mark on my a/c. I am approaching hdfc customer care from last 1 month also sent letter to chennai for credit card department also.
                          Please help me out with this as i am in urgent neeed of money.

                            I have applied for opening a demat account on 12th july via net banking & got call from [protected], ms mansi joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) from malad branch, mumbai came to my office at charkop & collected all required documents & filled application form, she says it would take 7 days to open your demat account.

                            Now, 14 days have gone & she is not picking call & no response from her side & extremely unprofessional behaviour she is demonstrating.

                              This is pradeep kumar reddy and unfortunately i am a customer of hdfc bank (Salary account & credit card). This is the most pathetic day of my life when your representative (Xxxxxxx) called me for credit card payment. Could you please confirm how you train your representatives? Did your training team asks them to collect the payment from customer by irritating them like hell? Even a private finance organization will not behave like your collection department representatives definitely i challenge you openly on this issue.

                              Customer does not have a right to speak when your representative calls them? Straight away she was saying you do not have right to speak as you have missed your payment and already delayed, is this the way to speak to a customer? Really if the call is from recording line could you please listen to the call which i received today on my mobile (Xxxxxxx678) at 27/07/2017 11.16am and decide how your representatives are behaving to an old customer and you say i am a premium customer (Funny)

                              The most pathetic thing is when i request your representative to drop the call as i need to talk to customer care regarding this issue, she says definitely you can complain and no issues for me with your complaint before that tell me when you handover the cash for your card payment. After dropping the call immediately i was calling customer care and you don’t believe literally they made 13 missed calls in the span of 10 minutes when i am speaking to customer care. I attended the initial calls and tried to convey that i am trying to reach customer care and definitely will speak to you later but still they are irritating me with their rude behavior asking for immediate cash payment. Do you think the customer is a beggar or someone who resides on road side to speak like that without giving minimum respect? When i asked her to escalate the issue to next level so that i can speak to respective person, the reply was ‘’nothing doing i need cash immediately (In tamil)’’ don’t you have any rules in hdfc bank? Did she gave money from her pocket to demand like that? Please, please, please just listen to that recording conversation once for god’s sake…..

                              I agree and accept that there is a delay in my card payment and i have not even made the minimum due as well due to some financial constraints but could you please take out the list of transactions i have made on my credit card ending with xxxx xxxx xxxx 3160 and the interest which i have paid on my credit card to hdfc bank in last 7 years? Also my salary which got credited in to hdfc bank from past 6 years?

                              Finally for just 2lakhs payment, you are treating your customer like a xxxxxxxxx (I can’t explain in words) and also this is not the first time i have seen this behavior from hdfc, this is the 3rd time i have faced this kind of behavior. I know that hdfc is an reputated organization but due to this kind of behavior from collection department mainly from credit cards the organization’s reputation is getting spoiled and losing the customer faith on your bank. Due to this kind of awkward behavior i made a decision to change my salary account to some other bank from hdfc.

                              Please consider this from customer perspective and at least try to stop irritating the remaining customers especially who are in some bad financial situations. Definitely i will not recommend hdfc to anyone from now onwards either it is savings or loans or credit cards whatever it is. Actually i feel like circulating the recorded call in social media to get awareness to public like how people behave from collection department especially from hdfc and stay away from any of the credit cards. But i have minimum ethics as a customer which your representatives do not know the meaning of that….

                              I received a call from HDFC Collection agency (Landline No : [protected]), the lady who spoke to me was very rude and using abusing words . I do have persona financial crisis and medical expenses which leads to me in pathetic situation.I never experienced such kind of calls. They are sending people to my home and irritating my old parents literally and already they were sick. I cannot bear this any more .Please do take immediate action other wise people like me will do suicide since they cannot tolerate the insult infront of everyone @ home. My name is Vimala and I reside in West tambaram.

                                      I had a salary account with hdfc in the year 2009 when i was working with my first company. Later, moved out and joined some other company. It's been more than 3+ years i haven't done any transaction in hdfc or hardly remember about the account details. Now when i joined my new company where they want me to open hdfc salary account i am unable to do due to my old account negative balance which was not aware and closed. When i contacted bank, they asking me to pay 8000 inr for closing the account. Please suggest what step needs to be taken in this scenario as i need to open the account asap as i didn't receive my salary because of this from last 2 months.
