I applied for personal loan amounting rs. 754000/- in april 2017 and loan amount 482256/- was got credited in my axis bank saving account in the month of april 2017 and remaining amount was send in dd for closing the existing loan. From may onwards i am paying emi auto debit from my saving account.

I did one online purchase recently and requested them to do the refund for rupees - 9, 999 inr. Request your help with the transaction status of the amount. It's been more than 5 days that they confirmed me the transaction but i don't see that in my account.

My self mathiyazhagan r i have been provided service for personal banker by hdfc banck on my saving account, i am really upset with my personal banker ms. Sangeetha who does not respond on call.

I hope purpose of such personal banker's is to serve customers but i would say they are of no use.
I simply requested for car loan approval and submitted all required documents and now it's pending not able to provide any update...

It has been intimated through sms that the ecs payment has not been realised and it is being redeposited. The question of non clearance does not arise because there is sufficient balance in the acount. If there is any other reason, both the banks should sort this out between themselves.

I had a loan with hdfc bank and the last emi is in the month of june. I have been paying this emi from my sbi account since then. However the person who processed my loan papers, provided the ecs end date incorrectly without checking the working day as 4th june 2017 - sunday. It's not good app. They manipulate customers for using mvisa. M-visa from payzapp always stuck your payment for 10-15 days. Once payment failure they people claiming to partner website where have to done payment. Never accept fault of own. They stop your money for 15 days and used for real estate and stocks. That is the policy of payzapp. Great

Hdfc bank is still charging fuel surcharge at petrol pumps for transacting using the debit card. This is in opposition with the rules made by govt where it was clarified that no fuel surcharge should be charged when using credit or debit card. Reason for this is not swiping with the hdfc machine when paying with debit card. This is ridiculous. Do they expect me to carry a hdfc swiping machine with me???...

The bank has charged me rs 862.50 for depository charges may 17 – 39627308 on my account which isn't used by me ever and without intimating me by hdfc bank. Please take the needful action or let me know what needs to be done from my side. I want my money back to my account.
Need a change cant tackle this bull anymore i have a far better dealings and relationship with my sbi bank account recommend sbi to all friend.....
