I would like to draw your kind attention, my policy no: 11115369, dated: 15.06.2007 and matured on 5th, June'2017.I have submitted every documents in your office Durgapur, Benachity, West Bengal on june10th'2017 .But your office and staff they are delaying to pay the maturity value in my account. They have told me it is the problem of Bombay office they are not taking the action for disburse you amount. Actually it is the company policy to delay the payment also it is related to our staff promotion. If you are not taking the necessary action seriously, I will go the legal procedures.

    My name is Ashok Shamrao Darekar taken personal loan of 10 lakhs from HDFC bank on June 2016. My personal loan account no is 40164543

    While signing agreement bank person told & shown in written on document below condition for foreclose loan

    · You should not close before 12 months

    · There is 0% foreclose charges.

    Today I am foreclosing loan as 12 months over by doing balance transfer from other bank. But HDFC bank now charging me 5% charges on my outstanding amount.

    Now bank is telling me, if you are doing BT, than you have to pay foreclose charges, which is written in small letter, not given time to read it and intensely not told at the time of agreement

    Regarding this I have send email several time to bank & their nodal offier, but I have not got any response.

    Now I have closed my loan with paying 38000 forcloser charges. This is totaly cheating from bank.

    Please help me and save me for this cheating from HDFC bank.

        Hi,
        With reference to my fund from end of the June month, which is currently on hold. On the day 30th June, I tried to cash out a sum of Rs.2000/- through an SBI ATM which is the only ATM we have in our surrounding. Unknown of this mishap, I was in need of the cash and I stepped in to this SBI ATM which is nearby the gate of Sapoorji Paloonji housing complex where I live. Everything was fine until I entered the required amount for cash out and like normal the machine prompts processing. But suddenly on the ATM's screen shows up, time out!!! Then I thought it's a waste of time trying to stand there and I walked out of the ATM but suddenly I received a text from HDFC which says Rs.2000.00 was withdrawn using your HDFC Bank Card ending 7502 on[protected]:10:58:11 at SUKHOBRISTI .There were other people who were facing the same issue at that time. None o[censored]s had any idea about what was happening.

        Then I ran to a small HDFC branch, which is located in our company​'s premise. When I got there and enquired about the payment, they gave me a number which ends with 6161.

        It's been 4 days and still there's no refund for this.

          We are a running a Diagnostic Centre and do checkups for clients of HDFC Life under agreement and receive payment on submitting test reports. We have not received payment of about 24 clients for whom various tests were done in 2015.
          Inspite of sending reminders through mail and also through telephone, they are not responding nor paying us our due.
          The list of clients has been sent to them for more than four occassions. They are not even picking up phone, forget about making our payme

          This attitude is totally unacceptable by such a Company.

            I recently opened a hdfc dmat account. At the time of opening of the account i was not informed about any charges that i would have to incur. The bank without informing me has now withdrawn 999 rupees from my account and when i inquired i was told they are account opening charges. I am highly disappointed with this behavior by the bank officials. Mr. Junaid khan from jp road andheri west branch was the person who opened my account.

              Dear Team,

              Today (04/07/2017) i was making payment for my hdfc life insurance policy number 16114297. there were three options available in the net banking
              1. credit card
              2. Debit card
              3. Online Fund transfer

              i made the payment with the help of third option but the amount got deducted but payment was not made. Rs 6289 got deducted but payment was not done.

              kindly help in the said matter.

                Hi,

                This is My personal problem. My Friends too facing same problem over a year. I forgot My password in HDFC life. So, I tried to receive a password to my mail ID. It worked. I am receiving password whenever I tried for this. But, the problem is, Generated OTP is not working. I tried this more than 1, 000 times. I can show you those un deleted passwords in my mail box.
                I went to HDFC LIFE local office. they suggested me that, I can Generate OTP for logging my HDFC life account. I explained the problem. I asked them to generate and login in their system. They tried, and They told me that, they are facing some technical problem. so, I can easily generate my OTP at my home or my office. Otherwise I can visit them one more time at my convenience. But whenever I visited the office, I am experiencing the same movie.
                I told all this to my Business Media friend, who is very loyal to HDFC services. First He rejected my claim and taught me how to generate OTP. I gave all my ID and Mobile to him. He himself tried and failed 10 times. Then He realized about my problem and agreed to write a news Item on HDFC Life's in efficient services.

                  Transaction done on 31st may through Payzapp app to recharge my tatasky account of amount 3773
                  after that i check my card is deducted but tatasky haven't received that amount. i talked with payzapp support and even tatasky support they said wait for 5working days if amount is deducted you will receive refund from cyber. after that again paysapp said the transaction is successful from their end and talk with tatasky and tatasky said they havent received such amount. i have attached proof of mail from tatasky. now on june 24 payzapp created complain and said with for 5days we look into this matter and solve it.

                  Post checking the details, we see that the charge back is raised on 27 July 2017. Refund for same will be credited to your account within 45 days as per the Visa guidelines if the representment proof is not received from the acquiring bank.

                    According to mr. Nitin kumar, at the time of january 2017, he promised me that once i will be making the settlement payment, i have to pay the rest of the balance which was locked at the time of the settlement.

                    Now at the end of my settlement period, i was supposed to pay my last emi, however i did not received a call from hdfc executives to collect the payment / remind me to make the payment. Due to which i called
                    Them and asked about why you have not called me for the last time, they said that sir we are not handling your case anymore, however, you have to just pay the settlement amount & thus it will reflect as "settled" & there wont
                    Be any need for you to pay the rest of the money which is outstanding.

                    I was suspicious to hear that statement from that lady from hdfc, she siad what ever was told to you in the very beginning its something we dont
                    Know about it. Due to that incident, i was really got mentally /emotionally harassed as i was not sure about what to do next.

                    That is one of the reason, i was not able to pay my last emi (Dated : june 2017) for the settlement case. Now (Dated : 04 july 2017), hdfc executive from collection department they are not able to help in this case as they wanted me to pay my whole current outstanding amount including interest till date as my "settlement" has been voided due to the non-payment of the emi at correct time.

                    I am in a stage where i am feeling helpless & don't want to start over things again & again.

                    Please do the needful asap.

                        In November 2016, I took a home loan from HDFC-Trade Centre, BKC, Mumbai.(acct no[protected] At the time of taking home loan, I was explained two options for interest rate i.e. Fixed rate and Floating rate.In Fixed rate, interest rate was to remain same irrespective of prevailing market rate while in Floating rate, interest rate will be the prevailing interest rate (which is applicable to new customers).
                        At the time of disbursement of loan we were asked to sign agreement, wherein interest rate was linked to Retail Prime Landing Rate(RPLR) .On asking, it was explained that this is the rate which HDFC charges for purchase of various consumer goods.For Home Loan, rate is lower by 7.15%, which is known as Spread.We were assured that interest rate chargeable to us will be the one applicable to new customers.
                        After one or two months, rate came down to 9% from 9.15%, benefit of lower rate was extended to me. After few months interest rate came down to 8.5%.I assumed benefit would have been extended.However after few months, I realized that I continue to be charged 9% (and not the prevailing rate of 8.5%).On checking up with HDFC, I was told that Spread has increased to 7.65% and RPLR continues to be same and hence i have to pay 9% as against 8.5% applicable to new customers and if I want benefit of higher Spread, i should pay Conversion Fee.As the differential interest was more than Rs 1000/per month and HDFC had already collected for many months., I paid the Conversion Fee of Rs 500/.
                        After a month or so, Home Loan rate has come down to 8.35%.Benefit of this lower rate is not being extended as HDFC instead of lowering RPLR has increased the Spread to 7.80%. I am required to again pay Conversion Fee and that also Rs 2850 as against Rs 500/ paid last time. Rs2850/works out to differential interest for 7-8 months.If HDFC decides to increase the spread during this period, I will be required to pay Conversion Fee again and perhaps still higher amount.In effect, will be
                        Above is pure cheating by HDFC. Floating rate is not the one which is prevalent rate of HDFC but a higher rate decided unilaterally by HDFC.
                        RPRL is defined in Article1 of the agreement.However term Spread is not defined in the agreement(though used in Article 2.13).Agreement does not spell out method of computation.During discussion at the time of signing, i was told that floating rate will always be the prevailing rate.However in reality, floating rate has nothing to do with prevailing rate and every few months I have to pay additional amount in the name of Conversion Fee.
                        I took up the matter with HDFC without any fruitful result.

                          I hold a HDFC bank credit card, platinum money back card [protected]. I had registered for smart pay for LIC with credit card on may month for amt 10, 522. I had already paid the last premium on April to LIC but after registering with smart pay on may month again the premium was paid by my credit card to LIC. Knowing this I had called customer care the very next day and informed about the payment to LIC and asked to cancel the smart pay and asked for a reversal.However the smart pay was cancelled immediately but my request to reverse the LIC transaction was just negotiated. Finally my bill also was generated with entire amt. We kept on calling customer care and asked them to raise a complaint regarding this. The persons just kept on telling we would get reversals before the payment date, but when we called on 3 days before payment date one lady said there was no complaints registered nor a history of phone call seen in our records. We were shocked to hear this and explained the entire story to her and then she had registered a complaint and I have paid 730 rupees as miNimum due to release my card. I am shelling out money from my pocket due to your bank customer care negligence. When I contacted your customer care on July 1st the response is same and we have been asked to pay the entire amt to clear the bill. And the most hectic part is we need to explain the whole story again again to anyone who attends our call. Its not the right way to treat a customer like this. Nevertheless I have skipped my bills so far in past 3 yrs. Now my problem is I couldn't find any development in my complaint and 5th July is my bill generation date. Hope my LIC payment is reversed and as soon as possible. We had got cleared records from LIC staying it's mistake from HDFC bank and not ours. We need a proper solution to the problem were the mistake from our side is nil. Hoping for the best.

                            I purchase policy hdfc life uday with amount 12451/ from agent umesh Jaipur .But i received policy bond after one month on dated 03/04/17 .Due to less interest rate and long timing period i want to cancel this policy .I call at customers care of life and they suggest go to hdfc branch when I went there hdfc life representive he told me I only process the policy and I can't take cancellation request you go to another hdfc life main branch .so I totally disappointed from service of hdfc life representive. .

                              I am visited my home branch (Nayabazar Branch Siliguri) from last month to till toady 8 times but i cant update my passbook due to customer service mam MRS. Sarmistha is not present at that moment every time or she is busy unable to update passbook. Same i was visit today she is not in branch and at that moment Ast. Branch Manager told me she was in outside due her medical issue and Ast. Branch Manager behaving with rudely and using abusive language in front of other customer and told me close the ac or transfer to other branch. Please check his behavior in Video footage 11.30a.m to 12.00 Ppm on 4th july 2017.

                                I made a recharge to TATA SKY - 735 RS from PAYZAPP, it has been failed and i immediately informed to customercare. They said it will take 7 days to refund if failed. The transaction happened on 19th June, Still iam waiting for refund to get it process to my wallet. I am continuosly trying to reach Customercare, but the number looks to be not in use or they have blocked my nymber to call them. They are not caring for customers and their feelings. Thanks to sue against them.

                                  Personal Loan settlement HDFC Banks

                                  I have taken up a personal loan 50000

                                  Both loans were or 12 tenured months, HDFC was for a monthly EMI of Rs.4533.00

                                  I have paid the loans for bank till march

                                  I have not been able to pay up since then, due to no JOB and back up.

                                  I am facing major financial crisis due to family reasons, my dad had paralised attack and also m searching job now, my all family responsibility is on me now, So I want to know if there is anything I can do to settle this loan for a much lesser amount.

                                  If you can please advice me the steps I need to take to get out of this loan problem.

                                    I have been charged Rs. 1092 for "INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL ST & EC 140617" without any intimation. Please get it checked and what is this. They are not taking the permission of customers and deducting the money which is not right.

                                      I need clarification as why my account got debited the 3rd day from my bank even after cash payment was made within the given time frame?
                                      I am charged 13, 308 inr for the car loan, why am i getting only rs.12, 675 refunded in my bank account, what about the 633rs?
                                      Also, i got the sms as on 2nd of july stating that hdfc has refunded rs.12, 675 in my bank account on the 28th of june, which has not actually reflected in my bank of baroda statement of my account.

                                        Using hdfc payzapp app i tried to recharge my tatasky account but twice i failed to recharge it and till date neither my money is refunded not iot is credited into tatasky a/c.

                                        In past also it has happened multiple time and almost everytime i face issue. Even after 2 weeks i am know aware where my money is?

                                        I Have been using payzapp since last 5months. I have tried to add money to Payzapp from ICICI Credit card on 1st Sep-17. 8000/- had been deducted from ICICI Credit Card. but it hadn't been added in payzapp. i have a transaction id. i have been trying to connect to Payzapp Customer Care, but customer care number is not working . i know that i cheated by HDFC . i will complaint in consumer court against HDFC for cheating to customers .
