Dear Sir,
We are having total five current a/c. and ten saving a/c. at your junagadh - Gujarat motibaug branch. We are very satisfy with all type of banking transaction with HDFC bank. But since three to four month there is so many miss behavior from cash counter officer particularly from (Mr. deep karia) at motibaug branch of junagadh, gujarat.
On dt.[protected] i personally visited HDFC bank- motibaug branch for cash withdrawal, at that time also i personally noted miss behave from Mr. deep karia. at the time of withdrawal . There was no person was waiting at cash counter for any type of work, then also i waited approx 45 minute ( From 10.00 am to 10: 45 am) for only cash withdrawal.
You are requested to look in to the matter. Otherwise we are thinking to transfer our all fifteen a/c. to another bankers.

    Hi Dear Concern,

    Firstly I wanna thank you for giving me a credit card, I was using it from two years and from past two months I am not paying bill because I lost my job, so when I was really fine I paid the bills but now I can't unless I get a job and once I get and become stable I will pay it .

    But I wanna question you people whether you hdfc employees value your parents or not, one of your executive a lady called my mom and spoke to her in this way ", is this the way you and your son take all loans and leave without paying, "is this your family business, " till now how many banks you looted ?
    I want to know who is that lady who doesn't respect a women of her mothers age, answer me all my questions till then I am not going to pay and I want a sorry from her, till then I won't pay the credit card bill .
    I will store this complaint for further use .

        I have a made fund transfer of Rs 5000 from PAYZAPP app to another account on[protected] the transaction got failed and money didn't credit to my PAYZAPP wallet. I have tried calling on customer support no. [protected] and for clarification to refund, But the number is always busy.

          Hi I have an existing personal loan with HDFC bank. I do understand that the payments have not been made on time but I do accept the late charges and penalties and agree to clear them off as well. And every person who reached out from HDFC was understanding enough. However today I got a call from miss MADHURI from HDFC bank Hyderabad who was very unprofessional and was harassing me and my mother continuously which is not acceptable. It came to a point where my mother who does not even say a word could not hold herself back. This person behave like we owed her the amount and not to the bank and was not professional at all. I would request you to kindly look into this matter and help me out with the same.

            Sir,

            On 2nd July I tried to make a transaction at 'MAX' shopping store for rs. 606 by using my debit and the transaction was not successful due to some technical problem and then I had to punch my debit card again. So 2nd time the transaction was successful and I got my bill for rs. 606 only from the store.

            Later I checked my HDFC account transaction details and found that I have been charged twice for the purchase for the same amount and I did not get any refund for the same.

            The cheque/ reference no. for the 1st transaction is 003862
            and the 2nd transaction is 003863.

            Please look into this matter and refund the overcharged amount of rs. 606 to my account.

                मैने एच डीएफ सी लाईफ प्रो पोलीसी ली, दिनाक २० जून २०१७. ओनलाईन से रूपये जमा किये।किन्ही कारण से बैन्क कर्मचारी के द्वारा मेरे एकाऊन्टसे ५०, ०००/-ज्यादा कट गया।आज पंन्द्रह हो गये पर अभी तक मेरा रूपया वापस मेरे खाते मे जमा नही हुआ???
                मेरा रूपया कब वापस मिलेगा? और कितने दीन लगेगे???
                ओन लाईन बैन्किग से भी जल्द काम क्यो नही हो पा रहा? ईसमे ग्राहक मै चिन्तीत हैरान व परेशान हू।

                  Following message has been given to branch manager - mr. Aakash chawla of hdfc branch, sector 39, gurgaon

                  Dear sir, while we respect and appreciate your efforts, however we have been put to great loss. On friday i got the remittance of 3000 cad from kushall account through icici bank and i got the amount of rs. 149550 that is why you saw me in your bank on saturday. Going by today's rate of hdfc, for 3000 cad i would have got 145550. This has made me a loss of rs. 4000 on equal comparison of 3000 cad. The loss is bigger for 4000 cad and still bigger for 7000 cad. You are a man of finance and you can understand this loss of 20k just because the girl ms. Avanita was sleeping and did not take any action for the foreign remiitance which came to bank on 28th june, 2017. Will she bear this loss.

                  Moreover had she credited on thursday when money landed actually, the average quarterly balance would have been better and as bank pays interest on 30th june. She deliberately did not take action on thursday (28th) to save bank interest. She was selfish for bank and not customer centric as she made us to lose 30k including interest.

                  I have documentary evidence of credit of friday from icici and credit of hdfc on monday.

                  I am sure you will agree that small error or laziness on her part costed us a lot. If i add the opportunity cost of meeting other financial committment like credit card payments, the loss will be higher as most of the bank charge 43% interest on delay in credit card payments.

                  We are confident that that you will take suitable action and compensate this loss.

                      Sir/madam, I am a HDFC credit card holder and facing some problems with your credit card division people which compelled me to surrender my card and finish all relations with the bank. Some time back I have been told by the bank to update my KYC documents with the bank because the bank blocked my card. On 13 June 2017 I sent my KYC form, card reactivation form with photo, copy of pan card and adhaar card through courier. After 10 days I checked with the bank about my documents, they said documents are not complete as name mismatch with the pan card and adhaar card which was not true. The spelling of my name is exactly the same what is on my credit card and on documents which I sent to the bank. Then I requested the manager customer care to look into the matter. Today is 5th July 2017 I received a call from Mr. Satish from the bank saying that in my documents there is no KYC form and I need to send the documents all over again. Now this is high time. After sending all documents and waited for such a long time only for a mere KYC documents. I m sorry the bank should not harass customers like this. I am a very old customer of the bank. And my payments were always on time. Even before sending the documents I went to NFC HDFC bank branch to submit my forms but they completely refused to take my forms and told me that my card is blocked for ever.
                      Now if someone can help me in this matter. Otherwise I have no choice rather to surrender the card and make my full and final payment to the bank. And will never ever will be in touch with HDFC bank.

                        I have a CAR Loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank and ESC made through HDFC Bank since I had my salary account in HDFC Only, This Loan has started in 2012 and my ESC was automatically deducted from my Salary account, However It was never the pain until I was getting my salary into HDFC but due to some issues with HDFC my company has shifted the salary account from HDFC to Axis and now the real trouble started, I tried to maintain a sufficient balance in HDFC but sometimes ESC amount got deducted and sometimes it wasn't, I never checked my hdfc bank account since it seems a smooth account & ESC's but one fine day i came to know that every ESC Bounce has charges that too even after i have amount in my bank, 2-3 month there were chances where in I couldn't pay EMI's and cleared the same with kotak via Cash payment & MY Emi with kotak was never stacked.

                        I have been charged around 850+ Taxes multiple times, where in I have paid all my EMI's to Kotak on time.

                        Please help to get the charges reversed since I was not aware about the same.

                        Even I faced same kind of issue with HDFC. So, gradually I am planning to move away from banking with HDFC. Its a worst experience with HDFC.

                          Hello Team,

                          I have opened about 9 Accounts in HDFC bank with one current account and 8 saving account. From 8 saving accounts 6 accounts were opened with demat account.

                          When I have opened these accounts, the branch manager told me that there will be no charge for demat accounts and saving and current accounts.

                          From last one year I havn't used my demat accounts and saving and current accounts.

                          Now I wants to close my all accounts so I went to the bank today to close my accounts but when I contacted the bank they are saying that all my accounts have negative balance and they are refraining from closing it saying I have to fill the fine.

                          Where should i approach now. Please help.

                          Please help me in closing the accounts.

                            I got the call on 4th june 2017 from pooja regarding the personal loan and i told her to call me on 5th june 2017 and i will give the documents and today suddenly my senior came for meeting and since morning i am in the meeting even i didn't got the time for lunch and again and again i am getting back to back calls from pooja, jeevan, akansha even agter telling that i am in a very serious and important meeting but they didn't understand amd calling again and again.

                            Even i ask for the email id and i told pooja that once i will get free then i surely send the documents positively but then also i received the 4-5 call from these all executives and stating that their boss is asking them to call me again and again.

                            I don't understand that why your ataff is not having the patience as i told them that once i will get free i will send all the documents positively for sure. It's very bad thing that you are not goving time to your clients and i got 20 calls since morning and now i get frustrated thats why i asked my senior to me give me 10 minutes for sending this mail.

                            And i want your rsm email id as well kindly please share the same and also resolve the issue that why they are not having patience and not listening to their clients thoroughly.

                              Hi,

                              I have done payment at AGARWAL BANGLES in Jhansi on 25th of June 2017 with my debit card. The card was swiped twice since the shopkeeper claimed that it had not received the payment.I have submitted one mroe complaint today, Also i went to the HDFC Bank near to me, teller there also registered a complaint to Phone Banking regarding Rs.900 debited twice from my account and amount Rs.900 should have been refunded/credited to my account at this time since it has been 7 complete working days since then.
                              Please keep this complaint on priority and help me get the amount back.

                                Hello Team,
                                I was joined in one of IT company, that company opened HDFC as my salary account in 2015, i worked there for 1 year and after that I left that job because of study reason. J am not using that a/c from 1 year. And now i.e.after 1 year It is showing negative balance of more than 8, 000.
                                Please help me in closing the account.

                                According to new RBI guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts but when i contacted the customer care they are refraining from closing it saying i have to fill the fine.
                                Where should i approach now. Please help.

                                same problem mera bhi huva tha mera bhi -8300 tha. 2 din pahele mai bank me jake bol diya unhone account close kar diya, koi problem nahi, aap jake bol do, aapka bhi problem solve ho jayega.

                                      I am using hdfc credit card for last 3 years. Recently card got expired and I was waiting for new card.
                                      My address needed to be changed to receive new card. I sent address proof and signature proof to credit card decision for 3 times in 45 days. Every time they declined the address change. Now it's been 50 days I don't have card. Every time I call their call centre they tell me same tape of sending form to their chennai office.
                                      Very pathetic service. You can't check your signature for credit card at any branch all over India. Only office you have to send request is chennai. Pathetic service and customer care. Though I have my address updated in bank records they don't take it or update it from their.
                                      Worst credit card experience.

                                        I would like to draw your kind attention, my policy no: 11115369, dated: 15.06.2007 and matured on 5th, June'2017.I have submitted every documents in your office Durgapur, Benachity, West Bengal on june10th'2017 .But your office and staff they are delaying to pay the maturity value in my account. They have told me it is the problem of Bombay office they are not taking the action for disburse you amount. Actually it is the company policy to delay the payment also it is related to our staff promotion. If you are not taking the necessary action seriously, I will go the legal procedures.
