Dear sir / madam,

I have transferred rs.1000/- from my hdfc saving account on date 1st june 2017. I have transferred money on account no.-[protected]. The ifsc code given for this account was wrong by mistake. The money has not transferred to this account as ifsc code were wrong. But the money has deducted from my account. I waited for a week for refund but till date i didn't receive. So i need refund to my amount. Please do the needful.

    Dear sir

    I have a hdfc saving acount in my name at saharanpur railway road branch

    I surrender my locker on 30-03-16 but they charge locker rent of rs 2500/- for fy 2016-17 also from my acount in month of april 2016 as advance rent where as i have not used locker for single day

    I visited branch and given application to manager for closure of my acount and they said that your all charges and locker rent will be reimbursed, you please carry on this acount but i tell them to close my acount and do the needful

    Now i receive msg from bank for non maintenence of minimum balance in month of may 2017

    I request the bank official to please close my acount as i have given application for closer last year only

      Dear sir/madam,
      This is to inform you that this is the worst kind of service i have received from a very reputed bank. I have been harassed so much that i cannot narrate. I have been made to run from pillar to post for no error of mine. This is due to the lack of service on your part or you all make a living on fleecing people like us, i cannot understand.
      I have no option now however to escalate the issue to banking ombudsman as you have harassed me to the core.
      Narrating the events once again for your kind reference so that you may close this issue once for all else i will have no other option but to file a police complaint also for harassment and fraud.
      Chain of events
      This is regarding the complaint against my hdfc bank credit card no [protected] in consumer forum (Complaint no 145961 on 31.01.2017). I am here summarising my complaint once again.
      I was using the above-mentioned hdfc credit card since june 2011. The card used to be periodically re-issued by the bank (Approximately every 2 year).in august 2015, i was re-issued new card no. [protected]. Following this, i was not able to access my account details on the hdfc website for which i called hdfc customer care more than 35 times. Every time the response of the customer care executive was “we will respond to you in 7 working days”. But neither did i get a response nor was my query solved. I repeatedly called customer care continuously from march 2016 onwards more than 35 times yet i could not get the problem rectified. Meanwhile one of the customer care representatives suggested that i send a screen shot of the login page with the ensuing error message. I dutifully complied and mailed the same two times yet, there was no response from bank.
      In the period between december 2015 and january 2016, i purchased a mobile worth rs.49365.00 (16.12.2015) (Three emi) and some other things approx rs.5000 (Total approx 55000.00).
      After this, i have not used this card.
      I deposited first emi on 26 jan 2016 of rs 19000.00. I again approached the customer care executive as i could not view my statements online and frustratingly there was no solution yet. Then i searched for any hdfc representatives (That i erroneously thought could help me in sorting out the issue) and e-mailed them but still got no response. I have listed out the e-mail addresses below on dated 08/02/2016, 15/03/2016 and 06/05/2016. (Please see — annexure i)

      Few of the complaint numbers that i contacted are: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], and [protected]
      Second installment (Emi) was done on 25.04.2016 totaling rs. 18000.00.
      After that my card was blocked by the bank.
      Since, i was still not able to access my account, i approached the branch manager and mr. Jahagir alam (Mob.[protected]) of hdfc bank, south extension ii, new delhi, they suggested that i go and meet the bank officials at 5th and 10th floor ansal classic tower, rajouri garden, new delhi. I went there and they further re-directed me to mr. Gurjeet oberai ([protected]) and mr. Rahul ([protected]) on 9 sep.2016. I contacted them but yet my issue was not solved.
      Following this, i was called by three hdfc representative persons:
      A) mr. Sanjay (Mob. [protected])
      B) mr. Manjar ([protected]) and
      C) mr. Devender arya ([protected])

      Initially, i was called by mr. Sanjay. He said that i have to pay rs.32000.00 against my total outstanding (At that time was approx rs 42000.00). I was informed that this would clear my outstanding and cibil.
      Same time i was got a call from mr. Manjar, on 13.09.2016, he said that he will clear the outstanding and provide me a noc and new credit card within 45 days. Mr. Manjar then sent mr devender on 13.09.2016 to my residence and i paid the amount of rs 32000.00 (Receipt number [protected]). (I have phone call recording, photograph and video recording of the same) the same may will be given to banking ombudsman and police for raising an fir
      Following this, i called mr. Sanjay many times. Apparently he has quit hdfc and joined another bank. Mr manjar and mr devender are not responding to my phone calls.
      In place of approx rs.55000.00 i have already paid rs. 19000+ 18000+32000= 69000.00. I have clearly tried to sort out the issue by contacting the hdfc representative’s innumerable times. Yet, my complaint was not sorted out.
      After all this, my current outstanding is still rs. 20395.96.
      Sir’s, i have run from official to official to get the problem sorted out. But the reticence of the bank representatives to help me was perplexing and frustrating. I did all that i was asked to do including meeting the officials at two of the bank branches and contacting every mode of helpline that the bank has, to no avail.
      My behavior clearly indicates that i had no intentions of defaulting on my payments. I was being a sincere and conscientious customer by repeatedly contacting the bank with the problems faced on their faulty website.
      I have lost a lot of my valuable time pursuing this matter, which has affected my work (Pursuing phd at aiims, delhi).
      Not content with wasting my time and peace of mind, the bank now wants me to waste more money, for no apparent fault of mine.
      Obviously, this entire saga has probably affected my credit worthiness score too. Due to the problems created by this bank, i suspect my cibil scores too would be affected. I am also worried that due to this, my probability of getting a loan in the future is going to get affected.
      I want the bank to rectify this matter immediately. I am not going to pay the rest of the outstanding as they have failed to satisfactorily explain as to why i am being charged so excessively and so indiscriminately.
      I would also like the bank to explain if, indeed this has affected my cibil score. If it has, i want this consumer forum to ensure that the bank rectifies this as well (And to prove it either way).
      I am also using my sbi card since december 2011; i have never faced any problem.
      Who will be the responsible person to resolve my problem?
      The lack of satisfactory response from the hdfc bank and the penalties imposed are tantamount to mental harassment.
      I am approaching the consumer forum as a last resort (As evidenced above), as i am completely stumped as to the next step. I am exhausted and harassed by the bank thwarting my efforts.
      This bank is unnecessarily imposing penalties on unsuspecting customers by misleading, misguiding and misinforming them and making money from these transactions.
      Why am i being asked to pay a penalty when “i” myself has approached the bank innumerable times to sort out this problem. A person wanting to default would not exhibit such behavior.
      It is the banks responsibility to sort out the matter before imposing the penalties, since it was brought to their notice multiple times.
      Yet, without sorting out the issue with my account, they just kept raking up the penalties. This, clearly means that my problem was intentionally not sorted out just to increase the penalties imposed. I feel i have been intentionally led astray (A unsuspecting and trusting customer being taken advantage of by a large corporate bank).
      Such behavior from a leading bank is deplorable and condemnable.
      I am requesting the consumer forum to direct the bank to immediately resolve my complaint.
      Requirements
      1. Refund the excess amount collected from me

      2. Issue me a fresh card

      3. Share the latest cibil report stating nil outstanding

      4. Apology letter for the harassment caused to me

        Aditya sharma of hdfc life (Or so he claims - his phone number is [protected]) called me today 7th june 2017 saying i had a lapsed hdfc life classic assure policy as i had paid only one instalment of rs 40000/- and that a reminder was not sent because iifl my brokering company apparently went out of business. So if i was ready to pay rs 40000 x 2 (Total rs 80000) then i could get a total amount of rs 188400 within 45-90 days after the policy is activated. I had never bought such a policy. He asked me to contact rajeev saxena in hdfc life mumbai (Phone number [protected]) for further help on reactivating the policy.
        Smelling something fishy i went online and checked the numbers. Both are scamsters and have numerous complaints.
        Hdfc life should immediately have these two fraudsters arrested and jailed without further delay.

              Your executive told me rate of interest for personal loan is 10.99% and processing fees will be 2000, but when i got the loan amount hdfc deducted about 7000 as processing fees and also the roi is 11%.

              Its totally misleading to the customer to sell the product. It is totally unethical.

              Now i try to call bank executive who process my loan now he is not answering my call also not replying to my text.

              Now i don't want any loan from hdfc, please let me know what is the process to cancel to loan.

                Dear sir,
                I have invested in sip 10, 000.00 per month through hdfc rau branch indore a few months back. I am new to this investment but was assured that all support will be extended. I was told to invest 5000/ in hdfc prudential and another 5000/ in icici prudential fund. Since then i have been facing problems of no response to my querries.
                I got messages that my application was rejected after a month, when i checked with the bank they had no idea, later they called me to the bank and said it was signature mismatch. I submitted fresh forms.
                Yesterday when i checked with hdfc mutual fund helpline they told me they are receiving only 4000/ pm from my account whereas i was told that 5000/ will be debited.
                I was trying to call the bank but was told all of them are in a meeting. Then i called the number which was provided by hdfc rau saying he is the right person, and when i called him he said he has no idea all he does is open dmat accounts. [protected] name sharukh khan.
                I was told that all investment will be done under hdfc prudential fund but there is no investment seen under this fund.
                I have given nominations but my statement of accounts have no nominations.
                Everytime i call hdfc rau branch they say someone will get back.

                These are the people who misguided me atul porwal [protected]
                Ashish [protected] and its just not possible to get thru the manager. He is more than pm of india.
                All i require is some one to help me understand atleast once about my investments.
                The second fund icici prudential again invested thru the above bank has a unique problem the psw, combination of name and dob is not valid.
                Please help

                  I am hdfc customer since march 2014, along with the debit card i was also issued credit card, on which i kept on paying my dues sincerely till nov 2015, and then i lost my job with the due of 25 k on pending, still i kept on paying minimum balance to avoid any shot up in pending dues. I kept on paying minimum balance on 29th every month with due date as 4th of every month.

                  Few months later i came to know that i have been penalized by finance charges and late fees every month and pending amount with of 49k

                  As a result i have stopped paying my emi's from dec 2016 onwards.

                  Please do let me know if i qualify for the consumer case, if yes how to get it done.

                    My credit card is using without my authorization somewhere i have lost 22000 so far in two separate days one is on 18/05/2017 and the other on 04/06/2017 also filed chargebacks blocking my card. Ref no's which i got from phone banker [protected], [protected] as they confirming me that charges were being placed by me. My questions here is it is showing as paytm merchant in unbilled transactions from which device it got placed, which ip they used even check with my telephone authorities for otp did i actually receive my otp for all those transactions because all these are happening without otp consent, even paytm is helpless on this ref : 29207568

                    No i didn't any resolution so far on this they are still asking me to submit documents for the transactions which got disputed I am ready to do so.It is on hold for now.I gave a written compliant to the station house officer, cyber crime cell, cyberabad.They asked me to wait till Monday.

                      Hi team, this is to inform you about the irrelevant behaviour of the hdfc collection agent. Yesterday dated 6th june 2017... The collection agent kishor called and i informed him that i will make the payment of the 2 pending installments but due to some circumstances i wasnt able to do so. Today dated 7th june 2017... The same agent is at my home whilst im at work harrassing my mother stating that he would not leave the house unless and until he gets the payment. When i called his supervisor... Ms ashwini khair... She also spoke abruptly and stated that 1st you make the payment and then talk. The agent went to attack my mother when she retaliated. I would humbly request to take strict actions to such intolerable behaviour. Please do the needful. Thanks and regards... Lino fernandes

                        First I had blocked my credit card ending with 6407 before 3 months after blocking they had generated bill for the different card number ending with 2407 of 574.5 inr. Then I had call regarding the issue I was asked to send mail for the same to customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com I had mail to them query reference no. [protected]. The n I was asked to send had written letter to close the card along with the diagonally cut card. As I had blocked the card due to lost how I was able to send card to them?
                        Then I had mail again and send them letter by DTDC currier services with AWB no. P41483866. Then they had processed my request to close it but I had not received confirmation for the same. They just mail me that card is closed and there is no due on the same.
                        Now am asking them for the No Due Certificate but they are not providing me the same and asking me the written request again which I had send them already.
                        I want the NO due Certificate and confirmation of the closed card.
                        Also they are not providing proper response for the query.

                        I lost Rs. 6348.82. Whatever shown in Credit Card Statement, I have mentined above.

                          I had taken a new car loan from hdfc in the month of july 2016. This was initiated by the car showroom however there were many banks that actually offered me loans, but the representative lured me in taking the loan and also promised that that there will be no preclosure charges in case i wanted to close after 6 months. Now i have booked another car and want to close the existing loan, but when i approached your bank i was shocked to hear, as there are asking for a proof for no preclosure charges.

                            Money didn't carry forward to my new food card

                            I lost my food card and blocked the card. I have the balance of around 6000 in that. I got new food card after applying it but money didn't carry over in my new food card.                             Hello,

                            I have used my hdfc credit card on the month of sep and did not paid on the particular period. Due to this my card was blocked and i got call on oct5. My old card outstanding was transferred into my new credit card which was inactive. However i have paid my full amount via netbanking on oct7.

                            As my new card also was not activated and old card blocked, i did not care about my credit card and i was out of country by that time. I was thinking that as i did not used my card, i will not get any statement. After return to my hometown i came to know that my credit card statment is showing as 3000+ is due.

                            I have raised this concern many times to customercare, rm, thru mail etc. I did not get proper response regarding this. Because i already have paid including late fee and my card is not active, how come everymonth my bill is generating and getting outstanding. Still my credit card statment is keep generating and shwoing as 5000+.

                            Two days back i came to know via credit card department that oct4th my late fee 700 got generated and that one was not paid. That 700 late fee was not showed during my online payment.

                            Really i was not aware this. Now i am keep getting call from branch managers and saying that if i didnt pay my outsanding, in future, i cannot get loan and etc etc...

                            As i am valid customer, i need proper justification on this. Please arrange for inquiry and stop generating my statement until i get clarification.

                              Hi this is mansoor mmotebanna. I have a complaint about my credit card.. Due to my financial conditions i was unable to complete my credit card payment so i call customer card and asked them to make the whole amount into emi's. They said they will make a call back... I call them twice and asked them to do the same.. I did a payment of 18000 as per the last mail received that i have a minimum due of around 15000 so i deposited 18k then i got a msg that 20000 has been deducted. I never know what payment i have to do and this people are keeping increasing the amount without a mail.. M fed up with this kinda services

                                I have been using credit card ending 6463 for last 2 years. After getting pregnant on april 2017, i had missed my payment on may 2017, and they have now put a hold on my salary account from hdfc. The credit card manager rimpa das is saying that i will be a defaulter by next bill generation, and then they will deduct whole amount. My may 2017 bill shows rs 48, 713, but now they are asking for rs 81, 000.
                                We have no idea how the amount can increase so much from the last time i paid and the last time i had my statement balance of may.
                                Additional to that, even after repeatedly sending mails and giving my medical issue details, there is still no reply from the hdfc bank.
                                The people who speak to us has been very bad mouthed to me and my husband. They are always saying that the whole amount will be deducted and they will take the amount as necessary.
                                As a result, i am not able to use my money or make the minimum due payment : rs 14, 292 from the account and they are forcibly making me defaulter.
                                Please help to release the account before the due date of 9th june.

                                  I have given in writing filling all the forms to close my account but it is still not done and they are still deducting money from my account it has been more than 8-10 months now and the bank deducted the balance which was credited by my previous company as well.

                                    I am getting a call from a person who is asked me to buy a lifeinsurance frm hdfc life worth rupess 90000 for 10yrs and get a load of rupees 900000. Then he asked me to go to bharti axa life insurance as hdfc age limit is not as per the required. The no that i am gettng calls from are

They called me regarding hdfc small term loans for appliances and electronics. And then convinced me to go for this big load amount of 900000. Then they said that they ll give me load of 1080000 and not 90000 for which i have to give a premiuim of 90000 for 12 years and the maturity of the policy wuld also be claimed by them. I. E. A loan at zero percnt of rate of intrest. They asked me for my pan no. And said that they ll check my civil before. Then they said ur civil is ok. Then i asked them for which branch should i visit... They said that its from head office from delhi and dont require any visit from the office except the insurance company.

                                      I got a call from various numbers ([protected]. [protected]. [protected]. [protected]. [protected]) as hdfc loan division section. When i enquired about 12lakhs loan, they asked for my pan number and told me ring back by checking my cibil. I got a call next day that i could avail a loan of 1080000/- for which i will have to buy a insurance for same value. The premium would come for about 90000/_ per year for 12 years. The proposal sounded too good to be true. First they offered policy from hdfc life but next day changed to bharti axa. This created suspicion as why would hdfc offer loan on axa policy. On confirming from bank they suggested to beware from these calls.
