That the a/c no. Of civil hospital sunam is [protected]. This is an govt. Account. But this instution is not happy of hdfc bank service. From smo has requested to issue cheque books on dated 24.04.2016 because in hospital lot of payment have been made through cheques. But not yet received cheque book. So i think i want to be closed account of your bank.

I contact the HDFC bank again, as per the COMMENT POSTED by the HDFC bank, but again no reply from the, HDFC bank is in a habit of making people suffer, this is not the only case, while going through the reviews of the people on different forums, they have done this to lot of people.

HDFC replied they will get back to me within 2 business days, however i haven't received any reply from its been 6 days, even i contact them again, but as usual, HDFC bank don't believe in replying to the consumers, they only have 1 reply that is system generated email to let us know they will get back to us but they don't, i am also attaching the screen shot of HDFC reply and after this automated reply, they never bothered to reply again.

i would urge people to contact me, so together we can file a classified action law suit against the HDFC for the harassment they have caused to lot of people, this might be a start from our end to make sure people don't suffer due the harassment that they might face in dealing with HDFC bank in future.

i will be more than happy to work with you all, as i have already hire a lawyer to prepare the law suit against HDFC bank.

    Hello this shalini holding credit card number[protected] the customer executive has false claimed that no charges will be applicable even annual chargesb also he mentioned no need to pay and stated that its life time free, but
    Today i. E, on 13/6/2017 i received a mail about payment of 572rs. Which i have to pay by 2/7/2017
    Why i have to pay the amount if the executive as assured me as lifetime free
    Called their customer service and mentioned everything about the details she just gave some nonsence reply and she dropped the call

    Please look into this matter and i want my card to be closed without any charges

      This is to inform you that i am using credit card of your company more than one year and this is the first time i am facing a problem due to your company employes i. E i issued one cheque against credit card on 23.03.17 and it has been debited from my current account on 29.03.17 to some nishta industries and the credit card department gave the false statetment that we returned the same cheque to me on my address but did not get it. If they courier the cheque then how it would be debited from my account. Then i visited your branch which is situated at gill road ludhiana and met mr. Rohit (Personal banker) and he said to me that he will give the revert shortly regarding the same till then you will get the scan copy of your cheque from obc branch that i dont have any record of your cheque with me.
      I am attaching the photo of cheque as well the balance sheet of the same account. And i hope that you will sort out my problem as soon as possible.

          I have purchased a hdfc life group credit protect policy online via netbanking, policy proposal cp [protected] on 16th may 2017. I have asked for a refund from hdfc life barakhamba branch on 19th may 2017 and till date i have not received any refund for my amount of inr 91, 224.

          No one has contacted me from the bank and despite several calls and emails to [protected]@hdfclife.com, no refund has been processed. All i have is a case number [protected].

          I am dealing with ms. Anuradha from hdfc life barakhamba branch and everytime i ask them, they say you will get a call on your mobile to process refund, the call never comes and money never comes as well. Its been almost 1 month now.

          Please process my refund asap!

            I'm sukumar and my customer id is 38745908. I have taken one personal loan and one auto loan from hdfc since july 2014. By october 2015 i moved out of india for official work and staying here at the usa till now. I wanted to close both my loans from here as i cannot travel back to india till next year december. But looks like they are not allowing me to do pre-close the loans stating that i should be available in physically to close the loan. I seriously don't understand what is this policy in hdfc, why it is being in followed when it is not the practice in all other competitor banks of hdfc. I have been banking with hdfc for more than 7 years, this policy or law makes me put a negative mark on the bank. There must be some consideration for genuine cases like and there should be a provision to close through online mode of transaction.

            Please consider this email and help me in closing the loan from here.

              I have taken a housing loan from hdfc during 2006 with repayment period of 10 years and repaid regularly the emis with out any interruption. The tenure is going to be completed in a few months in the current year.
              I have been charging interest at the rate of 13% where as the prevailing rate is 8.4%. I have written many times for reduction through their online portal and also thro e mails but their reply is irrelevant to the query. They ask us to come and execute documents with a fee and after execution the new rates are applicable for a short period only. Again they increase the interest rate with out any information to old rate.
              For attracting new customers they inform the rates at 8.5% and gradually increase the rates to reach as high as 13%.

                I will try 3 time transaction are error. Debit my cash on card 4000+2000+4000=10000, and next day bank will refund 4000+2000=6000, one payment 4000 is not refund to my account. And my mother debit card swipe at same time same day same atm that also try 2time of debited 4000+4000 but refund only rs4000.                   I have got my credit card last year, after that i purchased for 27000. I paid the full amount the next month before the due date. My payment was complete. Between i have initiated the health insurance for one year. After a few months they activated ergo life policy without my knowledge. This is where i had a doubt on them, i wanted to call them to cancel my previous policy since they said that the amount can't be refundable. I have stopped paying health insurance amount. They have also deactivated the ergo policy after that. But they can't deactivate the health insurance since the due date is over for the cancelation. Every month i'm receiving legal notice and calls regarding payment pending: total amount till now is 18000 rupees. The agent who came to our home is stating that i haven't done my payment for the purchasing i haven't done. My credit score is very low because of this

                    I have taken hdfc credit card and loan 2 years ago and i am out of country for some personal reasons, i want to close both the accounts and ready to pay leftover amount in one shot, but these people are not letting me do so as i have to present in india to close all the amount, i have been writing them emails and calling them to close and tell what amount money i have to pay, they are not responding. And as a process they are calling my family and harassing them, i don't understand why they can't close and how they can be avoid my problem, i am ready to pay but they want to cheat and want to earn more and more premium.

                      I have recharged my tatasky by 500/- on 23-mar-2017 by payzapp, but amount is not credited in my tatasky. My amount is still not returned in my wallet as well as recharge not done, worst thing is call center waiting time is more than 10 min each time so many time, when i talk to payzapp customer executive he suggest it will return with in 5 working days as per policy, i have install pazapp only because of hdfc, after 15 day i have again twitted and registered my complaint (Lw-49561), so many feedback on app and twitted but nothing is done till now.
                      One side our prime minister shri modi ji encouraging to go digital but these bad experience is threat us, plz help to get my money back

                        Request you to kindly look into this matter asap as i see multiple people reporting this issue.

                          I was using credit card of hdfc from last 5 years but due to some medical emergency i was not able to make payment but was depositing minimum amount on the card account.
                          But in the month of may i lost my cell phone. So regarding amount to be paid or lien i have not received any call. I have fir copy of the phone lost/theft. That is the only reason no communication i have received but as soon as i saw the mail i have paid...

                          Please find the turn of events that have occurred.

                          1) i had submitted all the documents on 3rd of may 2017.
                          2) i received the message of application receipt on the 4th of may.
                          3) i was chasing continuously and i finally received the sanction letter on 20th may. I was informed by a lady who called me that i would have to submit the search and title report for 13 years before disbursement. There was no mention of any other documents required neither by the lady nor on email.
                          4) my only point of contact was kalpesh who was kind enough to answer my queries.
                          5) i was informed by kalpesh that since photocopies of all the documents were handed over, all that was required to be handed over was the cancelled cheque, pan card and aadhar card of the owner, the registered agreement (Baanakhat) and the society noc. Once i submit these, i would get a photocopy of the cheque within 3 days.
                          6) i had asked kalpesh if the baanakhat needs to be registered or would a notarized baanakhat do. He advised that is necessary to register it.
                          7) i had also asked that is it ok if the baanakhat is on one name (Mine) and the final sales deed is on two names (My mother and mine). He confirmed the same and said that shouldn’t be an issue. For the registered baanakhat, i travelled to ahmedabad and got the needful done at an expense of time and money.
                          8) in the email that i had received and also on the call from a lady, it was mentioned that a search and title report was to be submitted. I had asked the lady and she had confirmed 13 years report needs to be submitted.
                          9) since i received the society noc on 26th of may, i visited the office on 26th and handed over the documents (I submitted the title certificate but not the search report received from sub registrar) as advised. I was given another list of more documents that was to be submitted. This list was with ashad but was not communicated with me in any manner.
                          10) i was told that i should have visited the site office earlier to get the list of documents that need to be submitted. How would i know that i need to visit the office and another list would be given? And the poc (Point of contact), kalpesh had already shared a list.
                          11) on 26th, when asked if this list was final, i was advised that the final list will be shared by wednesday. The file with all documents in gujarati was not even sent to ahmedabad till that day. It was sent to ahmedabad on 26th of may. Why are the documents taken a month in advance if no verification is to be done.
                          If the loan was sanctioned on 20th, why wasn’t there even a call from any executive communicating any info to the customer? I was told that till that day only my details were verified. The site documents verification was not even initiated till 26th. I had also filled the online disbursement form and mailed joyita with queries but there was no revert. I had requested for disbursement on 31st may but there was no revert.
                          12) the search report for 13 years that was collected after a request was submitted at the subregistrar office. I handed over the original copy of the search report for 13 years on 1st june. But that too was not enough – the search report was to include all details right from incorporation till date.
                          13) when asked for a format to hdfc, the legal team – mr anup mishra said there is no format, the customer needs to share a report. The annoying part is that when i have shared a report and you say it is unacceptable, but you don’t share an acceptable format, you still keep the loop open.
                          14) i was also informed that i would have to get another deed done – a rectification deed as the registered baanakhat was in one name and final sales deed in 2 names.
                          I was also informed that the registered baanakhat was not even required. I could have directly submitted the final sales deed. I spent inr 13000 to travel and get the registered baanakhat done (Let aside the loss of pay due to absenteeism at work). I was also informed that a rectification deed might be required. I told that i can mention in the final sales deed that the baanakhat was in a single name but the sales deed also has the mother’s name. I was advised that the same will be checked again with legal team.
                          15) i submitted the revised search report and received the disbursement email on 6th june. I visited the office on 7th wherein i was told that 14 documents were required (The list had increased again). When asked if there is a format for rectification deed, i was again advised that there is no format. I informed that my lawyer is saying that a random document cant be registered, i was again told that ashad will check and get back but there is no revert. Why do i need to get another deed done when i had asked and executed as per instructions? Why should a customer waste time, money and effort for no mistake of his.
                          16) i have been repeated asking for a format for the rectification deed which wasnt shared. I shared a format which wasnt even reviewed and replied on
                          17) then i finally infomed that my lawyer is on leave, please share a draft and clear instructions and i will get the same registered but still that wasnt shared. A rough draft was shared which also was incorrect. When i called up and yelled then it was sent to the legal team for verification and then a separate draft was shared which also was half filled.

                          I have visited the office multiple times, followed up rigorously to get every update from you, had asked before taking any step and its been more than a month and i am still struggling.

                          Inspite of keeping in touch with hdfc personnel before executing anything, its been more than a month of continuous tremendous follow up, requests and emails with all stake holders and still there is no closure.
                          There is no kind of empathy for the customer and there is continuous harrasment.
                          I expect closure of the last point immediately from hdfc and expect to be reimbursed for my losses and expect compensation for the time and effort that i have had to put in with all stakeholders to get this closed.

                            From last 2 hours i am continusly getting call from hdfc call center. I am outof india and wanted to avoid calling but after continous call i recived and asked not to call again and i am not intrested for any feedback, extracard. Even you cancel my credit card. When hdfc cannot understand that if customer is not answering call then they should not repedetely call. That also on saturday. What kind of brand you are! I have decided not to use any hdfc product anymore. Dont you guys have any quality ceck before outsouricing your customer services. Your cheap customer service are of no use, all teh intentions i have seen of this agency to get comissio. So i would sugest all consumers who recive call for credit card, let them send the personal for document collection and once they turn up just avoid. So this way better to teach a leasson when they also get frustated and harrassed. I am attaching screenshots of the calls. And while posting this already received 10 more calls
                            What the * even my vodafone dnd is activated then also they call. Cpmlained vodafone. Hope they impose fne to these stupid people

                                Hi there,
                                By going through my hdfc account summary i found that total about 18000 has been deducted from my account on 4th june 2017.
                                This is totally a fraud case. Phone banking is also unable to explain the reason of deduction. While going through net banking i found that may be using my cheque this fraud act has been conducted.
                                Completely unacceptable with hdfc bank.
                                Please solve my issue asap.

                                When I go through my account statement of HDFC, I see the bank is deducting Rs855 every year on Aug or Sept, it happened this month as well on 27th Aug again. And they even deducting Rs5.90 twice a month. This incident is happening without any knowledge of mine and is happening from 2 years. I am trying to contact them but they are not even responding properly. Can someone help me getting my money back.
                                1236 has been deducted from my account on 9th Sept. I did not do any transactions. What is happening

                                  I have applied for education loan and went for submitting the documents in bank so, staff and manager is on leave when i try to give any other staff member they refuse to take the documents. When i went to other branch so, they also refuse to take. From four days i am going daily to bank but they are always say me only one thing to come tomorrow.

                                    Respected sir.. I am classic customer of hdfc bank. Today i was go branch to know my cheque. Status to javed. Khan. Branch manager.. So he replied to me i am not ur servant i have no benefit in ur account and i will closed ur account... Get out in my bank. He is doing wrong behavior with me.. He is so using wrong words.. And saying to me do what you do.. And do complaint where you want... I don't care.. Nobody will do with me bcoz i am not executive m branch manager...
