Sir,
on My credit card with out my approval and with out any intimation they have activated the one assist card facility and have charged 1799 rs, Even spoke with customer care number for cancellation they told with in 3 days will receive call from one assist team cancellation, 5 days over no call has come. Kindly deactivate and refund the 1799 rs on card.
Don't activate this type of subscription in future.. With out my knowledge..
Otherwise I will cancel My account in HDFC credit card..

On 6th dec I did transaction by BOB atm, but account in HDFC .

there I did not get rs 2000 and same time I have lodge the complaint and mails still going on with HDFC BANK, so far not give any solution and no one calls me back even ?

my rs 2000 stuck last 7 months ?

    I was transferring my home loan from icici bank to hdfc bank. I had told hdfc executive to sanction loan of 21 lacs at the time of initial submitting of documents. After the submission of all documents 11500 inr was deducted from my account as processing fees. Soon after the fees was deducted there was no response or update from hdfc executive about the loan. Always i was the one to call and ask for the latest update. I was getting mails from hdfc bank to submit the documents which was already submitted to the executive on the first day. There are many other things which i want to discuss and which is not mentioned here. I am getting sanction letter after 1.5 months of amount 1786016 inr. This mistake was accepted by executive as well. Now i don't want any loan from hdfc and want to continue my loan with icici bank because of several mistakes made by hdfc bank executive and the way of speaking. I have salary nre account in hdfc bank since 2008 (Classic customer). Please help me out as i want 11500 inr back. I want to discusss this matter with any senior personnel and close this matter asap.

    Hdfc bank sucks! Got deducted unnecessary charges in the name of Ergo accidental policy without my consent.
    I have use credit card from 8 years. First monthly statement receive me by post. But last 2 years I have not received credcard monthly statements. So. Send me urgently statement on my email address. My address [protected]@gmail.com

      The matter is related to hdfc bank joginaka branch gopiganj uttar pradesh.
      I am shukdeo mishra and my account number is [protected]. My mobile no. Associiated with the account is [protected]

      I went to hdfc bank joginaka branch in december 2016 to close this acount. But the branch managger asked me to continue the account and deposit money. He assured me that the negative balance of 4140 rs will be reversed by him after i will use my account regularly. So i deposited the money and start using the amount.

      Then after december2016 i revisited the branch in may 2017. And i saw that none of the negative balance was reversed. I again requested the branch manager to reverse the negative balance (Charges). Then the bm sent me to avinash tripathi for reversing the negative balance. Avinash refused to accept any written application and assured me that my negative balance (Charges) will be reversed.

      I kept on visiting the branch and asking avinash to do my work and he kept on giving me false assurance for more than a month. Slowly about a month has passed. Then again i talked to bm and branch manager said to me to give avinash a written application and write in it that a total 4140 rs has been deducted from my account as charges and please reverse it. On 29 of may i gave the written application and got a receiving.

      Branch manager and avinash both has assured me that full 4140 amount will be reversed. Bm also said that im not required to do any comlaint to customer care, and if avinash will not reverse the amount even after getting written application then the bm himself will do complaint against him.

      I am harrassed for more than a month and today on 5-6-2017 when i visited the branch nothing was done for reversing my money. And moreover the branch manager changed his words and said that only two deductions will be reversed and total 4140 will not be reversed. However from december 2016 to may 2017 the branch manager himself had assured me that my full
      Money 4140 rs will be reversed.

      Avinash has harrrassed me for more than a month and bm has changed his words, firstly he said that he will reverse my full negative balance then after harrassing me for more than month he is saying only two transactions will be reversed.

      I request the customer care to please call me and understand the topic properly. Branch manager used to say that all the deductions will be reversed one by one but today on 5-6-2017 he directly refused to reverse my deductions.

        Hi sir i am dinesh g naik having account no [protected] ifsc code hdfc 0002315 i have taken many loan from your bank and it is clear in time i am working in lg company as a service engineer now i am doing my own business and i require around 8 lack rupees in that i am having 3 lack and having shortage of 5 lack in that amount i have to bring led repair mechine already i have invested heavily to my new office i'm turnovering 50 to 75 thousands in my hdfc bank account i have asked 5 lack from hdfc kumta branch manager agreed to give loan but unfortunately the last manager was transferred no if i ask loan the head of hdfc sirsi named pradeep refuse to give loan if i made same turnovering in other bank account they have been esilly given me the loan so kindly cordinate this essue and give me the solution thanks regards dinesh g naik

          Book come on branch anheqd get it. So i tell that this time i leave in other state and not possible receving and ask have any charges cut for cancelletion. He says no its tottly free so i says cancel this but cut my charges on 23 april. And not recive any message regard this. Today i open ac for upade profile see this cut charges and feel badly. Please help me sir.

            I hold my salary account as well as current with hdfc bank since past 5 years. I have a credit card as well with hdfc. I was unable to make the payment for past 4 months as a i was overseas and returned
            Currently. Without any information my both the accounts under a my name in hdfc has a been blocked.


            I am so disgusted with this sort of behaviour. Do you guys understand how much i have suffered with all these stuffs. I have visited bank 4/5 times. Called customer care like continuously for past 3 days with a lame reply cc department will get back to you.

            To reach to a customer care i have been repeatedly dialling select 1 for language 2 for cc etc... This calls off the patience anyhow. And still no resolution. They don't even check that the customer has been paying without fail for the past 4 years. If there was a lag for 4 months they treat the customer this way. First you guys repeatedly call and make us get the credit card and later put us in trouble. This is really unacceptable.

              I got a call from above numbers stating that this guys are from hdfc loan department and put forward an proposal of loan with 6.5% reducing rate of interest against new policy of hdfc life - super income plan of 8 years of 95000 amount against my loan amount 20 lacs. They purposely told me to take an policy for which they will grant home loan within 30 days and told me not to share strictly any information to hdfc life officials on call or face-to-face that purpose of policy is loan only and better tell them that your requirement is for tax saving only to avoid 5% to 30% commission.

              I got happy and submitted documents to hdfc life executive with my details and updated them purpose as tax saving since was guided by mr. Mukesh from claiming hdfc loan department. I received continuous follow up calls almost 45 calls in 3-4 hours after submitting documents and for payment of premium. Post that i searched on net and took suggestion from my friend working in banking sector guided me that there is no such loan plan in picture which can grant you loan in your personal bank account under rbi rule for new property.

              Hence post this i tried to search it on internet and thank god i found this website and was saved from entering into an investment without my consents. Policy is genuine but there is a racket going which proposes loan against policy which should be stopped to avoid mental harassment and waste of time to valued prime customer for last 5-6 years and other new customers.

              I request all members to be aware in this matter while speaking to such representatives and verify there details before going into an investment.

                Dear sir / madam

                I have been following for the original documents of the following policy from past six months with mr. Sidesh ramesh naik and ms. Swapnil of hdfc life krm-borivali west branch. I was supposed to receive these policy in dec 2016.

                They keep promising to send the documents but do nothing. I have got some stupid lam excuse such as "our office peon was on holidays so could not courier the documents", "i am on annual leave", "today i am sick so not in the office"

                If this is the way hdfc life treats you then what can one expect during claim?

                  I swipped my hdfc credit card for 17, 000 rs on october 2016. Later i had a discussion with customer care to cahge that amount into emi for 24 months. He assured that he will do the same. Recently i checked into that. Afer this i came to know that it is not yet converted into emi. It's not my mistake. I need a solution reg this.                   inspite of my several requests they are not deactivating calls on my cell.

                  it is big hazard for me in my busy schedule of office.

                    This is to inform you about the harassment my family has faced from HDFC bank. I Alisha Dhawan d/o Poonam Dhawan both had a fixed deposit in HDFC since Jan 2014 and had a credit card along with it. On on 22nd April HDFC personal banker Abhishek Chauhan forced us to upgrade our credit card whereas my mother shared the fact that we need to break the FDR so even have to close the credit card as required, he claimed that closure of credit card will not be required on 8th May 2017 we both went to HDFC Kharar branch to break the fixed deposit and get the money back as I was in need of money to pay my international tuition fees. We got to know that we have to pay our credit card dues before getting FDR money.
                    Since 8th May 2017, my mother have been making payments for all the emails that HDFC is asking just to get the fixed deposit close at any cost but in response we are just getting another request from there end with a simple email it will take next 7 days and a new reference number.
                    We are mentally harassed and exploited as my fees has been taken from my relative and we promised the person to return in 10-15 days. Now we are getting harassed by family even.

                      I got a call from HDFC Bank for Credit Card benefit for the card I hold and the person told that i have some benefits which i can avail if i pay Rs.8250 . i said i dont want to then he said that please pay the amount as it will be added to your credit card statement and hung up. What is this policy?

                          Sub: Hdfc bank janakpuri A3 branch (HDFC0001558) at delhi is refusing to accept rent agreement as valid address proof for opening account when the hdfc website clearly mentions it as valid proof. They say each branch has some different rules.

                          Initially they even visited my address for verification and took all documents and told that I'll get my account after 2 weeks. After 3 weeks they called and said rent agreement is not valid proof and my official ID card of delhi govt hospital also doesn't have my delhi address written on it.
                          So i submitted application at my hospital and they issued me new ID card with my delhi address.

                          But now they are telling me to take back my documents or else change address of my adhaar card also from my jammu address to current delhi address.

                          I told them that I'm ready to give even my appointment letter of hospital or written certification of the Head of that hospital, but they refuse to budge.

                          They approve that i can open account at some other branch in delhi or even at jammu and then transfer to their branch with same documents, but they will not do this at their branch as madam there follows strict code.

                          Ironically, I wanted to open account in hdfc for convenience of banking. But now I've to go to jammu and open account there and then transfer it to delhi.

                          Rent aggrement was refused.
                          New ID card of delhi govt hospital with delhi address refused.
                          Appointment letter of same delhi govt hospital refused.
                          Written certification from head of same delhi govt hospital refused.

                          I understand that nobody wants to get into trouble but avoidance & glorifying paranoia with terms like strict code will only erase the difference between hdfc and a petty public sector bank as convenience of banking is what most people seek.

                            I am a nri working in uae from seven years, i applied for hdfc loan and submitted 11, 500 rupees as loan application fee at dubai hdfc. Representative of hdfc said application fee is refundable. Unfortunately, hdfc home loan staff in hyderabad branch is not very supportive so i could not find any property to buy. I cancelled my application and request for refund but hdfc said they have deducted my 5, 500 rupees as fee which is too much and they issued a cheque in hyderabad branch that i cannot collect because i am working and living here with my family. I last money and time and very disappoint by hdfc home loan. I wrote many email to hdfc staff to transfer money to my account in india or uae but they kept denying.

                              This is the worst and too much frustration situation I ever faced in my life where I went to deposit two cheques bearing number : 249391 of State Bank of India, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur amounting to Rs. 24000/- (Rupees twenty four thousand only) and another cheque bearing number 119376 of RCCB, Islampur Branch, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur into my Saving Account of Hdfc bank bearing account number [protected] on today i.e[protected].
                              When I proceed myself to deposit the said cheques, the Cheque collector namely Miss Mimo dhar of HDFC Bank, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal, 733202 behave with me like a beggar that I want some beg from her. He rudely told me and showing her hands that I have to wait for some while. Then I went to the senior staff of the said branch and he collects my cheques.
                              That, I would like to inform you that I am a Classic Customer of your branch. I never faced this type of brutal behavior in my life .
                              Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful so that the said employee can never do any misbehave with HDFC customers.

                                Hdfc Bank Executive make fraud with me, he make wrong commitment with me and when i submit and sign the documents then he charged me higher rate of interest more then which he specified me prior sanction of loan, and now when i talk to her then he is saying that you have to pay it there is no other option available to you when i said that i want to withdraw or quit my loan request then he said you can not do it is this way to treat consumers in india please see this matter and solve my problem urgently sir.

                                  My credit card ending with 3311 was hacked and several online transactions were made on the same on 29th May, 2017. I called the phone banking service and they informed only 3 such transactions were successful totaling to Rs. 13, 649 were successful. To this I sent a duly filled CDF form to CC.[protected]@hdfcbank.com clearly stating the unauthorized transactions. After 2 days, I get an email mentioning of the 3 transactions Rs. 6, 245.51 worth of transactions was successful and the same would reflect in my credit statement. I replied to the mail requesting them to do a through investigation as I am not satisfied with their findings. I further stated that I shall not bear any unauthorized transaction that was made on my card. After this I have sent them several emails but all is falling on deaf ears.

                                    I visited hdfc bank mg road branch office today and requested for a passbook i told them that i needed the same as address proof for my passport application.
                                    But the lady at the counter straightaway rejected my request saying we have stopped providing passbook. I tried to convince but she kept on saying we can't provide you, we don't issue passbook anymore even.
