We applied hdfc live on[protected] we have paid amt rs.2, 00, 547/- ch no 045501. Medical also done, still dint get any policy from hdfc almost 2 1/2 month completed still no news from mysore branch circle head mr. Vinay babu. We have not satisfy, kindly take action if not refund the amount

    Hdfc is the curse in the name of banking service.
    Customer has to visit the branch to change the phone no.
    Dull response from the representatives.
    No options unlike citi bank, you should learn from them.
    By monday i will for sure disconnect my account.
    No professionalism. I wonder how you guys are still running the bank.
    This is the reason why people always complaint about hdfc service level. Hdfc is a curse in the name of banking services

      Hi sir/ma'am,

      It is to inform you that i am a customer of your bank having bank account bearing no. [protected] which exists on my name "vicky sharma". I am filing/writing this complaint with regards to the working/conduct of your hdfc bank situated at sco 371-372, sector 35-b, chandigarh and for the indecent behavior of branch manager mr. Gagan sharda.

      Since[protected], i am having a salaried account with your bank (Hdfc bank, sector 35-b, chandigarh) and when i left the job the salary account automatically changed into saving account without prior notice or intimation to me.in the recent days i was going through some financial crisis though i could not maintain minimum balance as alleged by your banker of rs. 10, 000/- per month. Thereafter, on 10.05.2017 i requested my brother to send some money. Upon which he transferred an amount of rs.10, 000/- into my that very salary account [protected]. When i went into the branch of hdfc bank to get the same en-cashed. There i came to know that my account stands in negative due to non maintenance of minimum balance due to which an amount of rs. 6227/- is withhold with your bank.

      Kindly give me some advice/suggestion to get the withhold amount refunded. On the next day i visited to your branch sector 35-b, chandigarh and had conversation with the branch manager mr. Gagan sharda and he assured me that amount will be reversed but for that you need to maintain account minimum balance and i assured him that i'll do the same. He further said that i can provide you a reversal of rs. 2000/- on urgent basis and rest will be reverted to your account with the passage of time but for that you have to maintain average minimum balance. As per the discussion with the branch manager i filled up a form for reversal of rs. 6227/- and went to his cabin he said wait outside i call you in few minutes. On which i waited outside his cabin for more then 1 hour for handing over that reversal form after one hour i again approached him and handed over the reversal form.
      After few days when i didn't got any reversal into my account on 14.06.2017 i again went to your bank sector 35-b, chandigarh and talked to operational manager regarding reversal. I am getting harassed mentally and physically by your banker for my own money and the way they are treating me whenever i visit your branch. Moreover, false assurance given by your bankers at several interval of times and no satisfactory reply given by them.

      Thanks for resolving my complaint. But the matter is still pending as of today also HDFC Bank is still withholding rest of the amount i.e. Rs 4, 227/- out of the total deduction of Rs. 6, 227/-. Sir, again I am making a humble request that kindly refund my whole amount of Rs. 4, 227/- in my account bearing No. [protected]. As now I am continuously operating my account & maintaining required balance. Now as per the assurance given by your bankers/employee on 11.05.2017 the amount requires to be refunded within few months but till date not received my rest of the money i.e. Rs 4, 227/-. Kindly have a look into this matter and resolve it on priority. Thanks in anticipation.

        It's not good app. They manipulate customers for using mvisa. M-visa from payzapp always stuck your payment for 10-15 days. Once payment failure they people claiming to partner website where have to done payment. Never accept fault of own. They stop your money for 15 days and used for real estate and stocks. That is the policy of payzapp. Great

        I am not happy with this app. It takes too much time. Icici pocket and sbi m-visa is much better than it. I delayed my ticket just because of this app.
        One of the customer care executive want to manipulate me. He said call to irctc for payment refund actually he knows it's not possible to contact irctc customer care. Also trying to give me irctc no which was not connected anymore. Please help me out?

        This issue resolved now. Hope it will not happen again. Yes It will happen again today morning. My friend added money in Payzapp wallet. Money Debited from account and there is no any transaction history in Payzapp also didn't add money in wallet. What is this?

          Hello support,

          My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account and i see that i have rs -8, 348 in my account. I requested close the account. I don't need account anymore but i spoken with customer care they are asking to pay whole amount. I can't pay this big amount. Can someone help me how to proceed with this. Thanks in advance!!

            Hdfc bank is still charging fuel surcharge at petrol pumps for transacting using the debit card. This is in opposition with the rules made by govt where it was clarified that no fuel surcharge should be charged when using credit or debit card. Reason for this is not swiping with the hdfc machine when paying with debit card. This is ridiculous. Do they expect me to carry a hdfc swiping machine with me???

              Hi team,

              I am tushar chahal a very old customer of hdfc bank, using a credit card (Card no - [protected]) of hdfc from last 6 years.
              On 25 april 2017, i had given a request in a branch to change the address associated with credit card, the same has been done and verified by me on 4th may 2017. Now on 5 may, before redeming my reward points i again confirmed the address which is noida address and the same is being confirmed by the executive on call. I placed the request on the same day and its being confirmed as my reward points are being deducted, also i got an sms for the 2 product codes that i have ordered.
              There was no update after that, on 6 may when i called up the customercare, i was given 2 tracking numbers for both the products. I was shocked to see that both the products were sent to bangalore address. Why?
              When i enquired the same from the customer care, i got a reply "sir, the product will be shipped to noida only, it being transferred in parts, so the 1st stop is in bangalore, now it will come to noida". I asked the guy do i look like illetrate to you. But he stick to his answer. I thought i was new to a whole different world of hdfc.
              As you can find in the tracking screen shot, on 12 may the shipment was returned chennai. (Please ask your call center guys to use some brain).
              I called up again on 19 may, and asked the customer care to resend the products to new, updated address.
              This time there was no tracking number provided but i received one product on 24 may. I was surprised to see there is only 1 product inside that box. 2nd product was missing, i thought i will receive it soon. So again i called up the customer care and asked the same. I got a reply that both the products were in same box. (Why were you sending them as separate products on 1st placement of order now why they are in same box).
              Later i got to know that it was an excuse, only 1 product was shipped.
              Around 27 may, i again called up the customer care helpline and asked to deliver the second product. There was no update on my registered mobile no about the product shipped. I followed up in between around 1 jun and it is being told to me that the product is in transit, on enquired about the tracking number i was told that it is not available currently but you will got the product soon. On 13 jun i again the customer care helpline and the guy gave me the tracking id. God help me. When i track it using the tracking id on indian post site i got to know that the product was shipped through indian post and for 10 days it was moving around noida and then shipped back to chennai on 29 may. Hdfc is supposed to update me on this.

              Why the product was shipped to bangalore? (Possible answer - to harress me)
              Why is the other product not shipped with the first product? (Possible answer - to harress me)
              Why inidan post is used as courier partner when at the first time bluedart was available as an option? (Possible answer - to harress me)
              Why i have not received my product despite of calling you for 15 times? (Possible answer - hdfc has no intention of giving the products to me)

              One last thing i want to ask you. If i have missed any payment of my monthly bill hdfc has imposed a panelty for the same (With late charges). After so much harresment, so many calls and still i haven't received my product. Hdfc is supposed to give me panelty. What should be that panelty? I dont want your apology as you would also not accept the same in case i miss paying any bill of credit card.

              I am attaching 2 screenshots of the trackings.

              Ps: there is no need to apologize for inconvenience caused to me as i am already harassed i want hdfc to give me my products and also pay some penalty for the same.

                    I have noticed that rs.862 is debited from my hdfc bank account as depositary charges on jun 13, 2017. Also on march 14, 2017 rs.382 was debited from my account in the name of depositary charges. How often you debit depositary charges for the depositary account i am not using?                       My name is r santhi latha. I hold loan account with your bank from 2014 and as a state govt. Employee my salary account is with sbi. For my emi recovery i opted for ecs mandate which was executed by your bank. So that every month my emi will be deducted from my salary a/c of sbi. From past 2-3 months im very much frustrating due to your customer care people of hbl global pvt ltd hyderabad. Eventhough im maintaining sufficient balance in my a/c im repeteadly forcibily getting calls from your people as : "due to technical reasons my cheque has been bounced", they call me every month and ask me to repay my loan through their agent or what ever so, as im a govt. Employee im outstation then how can i pay the loan by visiting ur branch or how can i handle the amount to ur agent as im having ecs mandate??

                      Let me tell you the incident today in the morning which i have been screwed up by ur people through a phone call.

                      He called me up from hyderabad landline number at 9-00 am as i attended the call and said :"im calling from hdfc bank & he asked me to repay the loan through his agent as i replied him that im out station now it is not possible for me to repay, i told him to debit my account as you people are done with ecs right? Then he said no no u just tell me your address i will send you my agent he will deal with it. I said im out station for the second time he is not at all listening to my words and harassing me like anything, i said then it is your problem to clear the cheque which was given by me to your bank its not my problem, he again made a tricky and unethical conversation with me. Then i said him i dont pay the emi by cash now you just debit my a/c thas all. Then he finally insisted me that"why you took the loan close your loan account..."is this the right of your tele caller to tell me to close my account??? If im a defaulter then it is ok but now it is not fair at all.. I know the rules and policies of a bank as im also an employee as a customer we will adhere to the conditions of bank as a revert bank has to adhere to certain ethical values and behaviour. As im very much hurted with this incident i want to escalate this thing to the higher authorities as well and i need a revert for my complaint asap.

                      i am also having the same issues in Chennai. collection agent named Rajesh ([protected]) say he hime self a advocate and will bring 10 people to my in-laws house and make noises and simply says like he will do anything he want to us??????? did i got the loan from a RBI ruled bank or a local financial persons to do personal harassment????

                        I want to tell you that as i have received the hardcopy of the policy also at my postal address but it was issued to me by your agent/employee mr. Rajesh gupta who has called me for giving 0% loan against the policy which will be of hdfc classic assure plus plan.

                        He conveyed me on 08th april 2017 that if you deposit 10% of the advance amount of the loan which you want then within 25 days the loan will be credited to you.

                        After that i progressed with the policy and applied for 6 lacs of loan and given in advance rs. 60000 to the agent who approached my office complex (Aforeserve.com ltd, noida, sector-8, 201301) name: sridhar insurance broker pvt ltd, he collected some of id proof took my signature and i got the mail from your side of the approval of the policy.

                        Now after 20 days i had not got any loan and this person named rajesh gupta asked me for 7.8% of loan amount near about rs.46, 800 is needed for noc otherwise the loan will not be approved, i again given the same rs. 38800 to shridhar, 8000 to mr. Arvind malik by pay tm who again is the accounts employee of your company from mumbai ho. Again i received one more policy from your side as mentioned at above of the mail.

                        After so much of assurances that loan will be given to me 10 days passed and yet again he asked me through a letter that 9% of full and final payment has to be done and then only i will receive my payment, there where i stopped giving any money as i had already expended rs.106800/- from my pocket and got nothing.

                        Then he assured me that he will contribute the 9% of full and final payment from his side but i have to return him his portion after receiving it, i agreed.

                        So, at last on monday he denied that company has not accepted his payment and asked him that customer shall pay from his side.

                        Now i feel that i am prey of your companies fraudulent policy of be-fooling the customers of the 0% loan but the main motive is to sell the policy and loot the ultimate customers.

                        I have already applied for cancellation of the both policies and mr. Rajesh gupta has told me on monday this week on 12/06/2017 that your policy is cancelled and the money will be sent to your postal address by means of cheque.

                        I dont believe this person at all and also i cannot say that he is a fraud because ultimately he is delivering me the policies of hdfc in my name.

                        So, i want my money to be returned to me till saturday 17/06/2017 or i will take legal action and complain to the cyber cell against hdfc life and those two employees of yours.

                        The required details are herewith attached, return my money by cancellation of both policies or get ready for the consequences. And stop this malpractice and art of making fool the ultimate customers.

                          Again after few days i received another message stating: we have completed processing your hdfc bank credit card application ref#[protected]s2 on 02/06/2017.

                          Hello dear sirs and madams i am writing on behalf of my ecs charges i had applied for a loan with bajaj finance first due was on 2nd and i made sure i would keep the funds available due to the mandate rejeted by my bank the money wasn't debited of the emi and now sucessfully you are able to charge me ecs how is that possible when mandate was rejected and then again when i visited the manager from hdfc tried to be mean and close me off soon and it was 2.43 pm as i visited as he wanted finish his work fast asked me to visit my home branch i mean why cant you people help your own customers and make them travel all over mumbai no doubt you will face the same someday as we are being harrased and not only that i have been charged way more than what is described on your forum and that too with a transaction off 1st inr =204.21, 2nd inr =402.50, 3rd inr=659 which has no history in my records but yet its missing customer care is no help managers are no help if this isnt explained and resolved will soon go to rbi or consumer court and will try my best to file a lawsuit if found unfaithful

                            I have applied for hdfc life click to protect 3d policy on 24th april 2017 (Policy application no.[protected] &policy no:[protected]

                            It has been more then a month since i have applied for this policy and have done all the required formalities and submited all documentation needed.

                            I have sent mails and have been calling the advisor for the reason of delay.

                            According to them it is in underwriting since 1 month.

                            They neither reject the policy neither activate it. If they are in process i have right to know about the status of the policy and reason for delay.

                            Please look in to this matter.

                                I am completely disheartened with the most unfair way hdfc deals with the customers.
                                I am logging a complain regarding the that i have been experiencing for quite a long time now. I did my transaction with my credit card and i have always been a good payer, i used to clear the dues on time. This complain regards i swipped rs.10000 my credit card one time at sv colour lab on 4th month but in the statement showing two times that is 10000 rupees extra amount has been deducted from my account regarding this issue i calledup to customer care and he asked me to send a dispute form and i did that immediately.
                                It is my humble request to you, please look into this matter and help me..

                                  Really bugged with hdfc bank's customer care service today. I dialled on there no 61606161 atleast 8 times & inserted all information as per the auto voice assistance & when i am about to reach the final stage it hangs up. Tried there other toll free number [protected] which is unavailable & another number [protected] says they will only entertain the escalated complaints... So i should have an already registered complaint with them to be entertained on that number... But it also hangs up after saying so. Guess if this is the customer care we are getting in this age & time... How far it will take them!!Â

                                    Hdfc personal loan team, tele caller mamatha 41429 rude & harsh treatment on call personal loan number 45523237

                                    After severe followup with paisa bazaar i have taken your personal loan.

                                    My due date was 6th of every month. I have missed current month due to some personal reason. I got a call on after 10 days from your tele caller name mamatha 41429, she dont have any commensense how to speak with customer. She was shouting on call many times, when you dont have money why you have taken loan and also called me almost 100 times every day troubling me a lot.

                                    I said last week friday will pay. I asked agent to come collect the cheque at my house she said not possible i have to go nearest bank & need to pay. I tried many times not possible for me to pay in bank. My company not allowed me on business hours.

                                    Every day there is a big torture was she doing calling me, my family members telling that i am done fraud, those people calling me

                                    She started insulting me in front of my family friends too.

                                    Final i requested for atleast send for cheque pickup she sent for the same even for that i have to coordinate with her & collecting agent. She said before 2 pm i need to pay, collection executive will say i will come after 4 pm. Again she will call & said why you asked for 4 pm, there is a huge communication gap in your team members.

                                    Final i paid the cheque, but due to signature mismatch unable to credit in my account, again i got a call to pay cash in bank i said better come & collect in my home. She siad we cannot send to home.

                                    Then i said ok come to office she arranged pickup guy, he called me i said in office i may not available i requested to come my home.

                                    After 30 mins i got a call used un parliamentary languages by her shouting on call multiple times, i said connect to branch manager or tl. She said no one is there she is the one i have to interacted, she spoke all nonsense things on phone. I said this call is recording, she said so what even this call is also recorded,

                                    I got irritated i said i wont pay now, ask to manager to call or come to my home need to discuss, she never compromise for the same.

                                    She is so arragent caller i never seen in my life time.

                                    I thought hdfc will give proper training to people, this is a live incidence,

                                    Any how planing to go consumer court, will have all recording for the same,

                                    Just they asked to send a official mail to management for response.

                                    I am so much aware about my cibil score, because your team torture i felt dissopinted to pay

                                      Hi i had a job interview with hdfc securities in chandigarh i have cleared all rounds of interview then after that i got call form hr department of hdfc securities and they ask for salary slips and i mail them all after this we have salary discussion and on a particular salary he said ok and i also said ok i join the job you send me offer letter. He replied me that he will send in 2-3 working days after taking confirmation from country head. But i did not get any offer letter from them and also they are not picking up my phone call kindly help me in this.
