I have done one transaction of rs: 3266/- on 17th may 2017 however that amount is not credited to the third party account. I called hdfc call center very next day to register a complaint however they refuse to raise the same and advice me to wait for 48 hrs post which complaint can be raised. Now on 20th again when received a call from the third party that amount still not credited...

Hdfc bank deductions in the name of amb chrg incl st & cess

For Mar2017 and Apr2017 i see deductions of amount of 172.5 and 517.50 respectively from my account and i see my balance amount is decreasing. If you want to deduct, kindly inform the customer first. Requesting you to refund for all this amount, else i will go to rbi and proceed further accordingly. How dare you deduct my hard earned money...

Demanding Premium again even when already paid

One email was sent just 3 days after on 8th may and it's sent again on 17th may. These guys are causing unnecessary stress by asking 30K amount again and again.

Non - maintenance charges

As per RBI rule no private bank charges consumer for non-maintaince saving account. However today 19 May 2017 HDFC bank deducted 4084 amount from my account and when I told about rule and problems for which I couldn't maintain my account, they refused to refund as well as said there is as such no rule.

Cancellation of one assist membership

Customer harassment and worst service
