This is regarding personal loan applied. Through your bank, my application was rejected just because I don't have any office here at Mumbai, how can you judge a person if he. Is having office, even after having all related documents and a letter from the HR that this person is working for us, need to solve this issue as people like us suffer without any reason.

Fazilka so i completely sumbit my docoment and one day 30/05/2017 hdfc call me for verification then she tell me.. That your family member or any relative in polise and political person then i say my friend is on polise and after one day hdfc reject my job profile so what is fault if my friend in polise.

        I have gone to widraw amount in atm yesterday dated 01/06/2017. But i hvnt received money rs 500 due to on atm due to techinical error but debited in my account. When i contacted to bank they said within 24 hours ur amount will be reverted but 24 hours has been passed bt not reverted my amount kindly revert my amount of rs 500.

Then i called to bank to check who used this card even card is in my pocket. They asked me to block the card and arrange a fir copy but police did not register my complain and asked to me where is the card used. How may i know where the card is used and how can i know this.             My name is prateek yadav. My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card. I logged into my account for some reason on may 2017 and i see that i have rs -2782 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

                My name is prabhash bhardwaj. I am working in a nippon data system limited, noida u. P. (Software company). When i was join the company has opened a sallary account in hdfc bank (Noida sector - 1, bk - 11 sector - 01, noida, uttar pradesh 201301). And they give sallary in check form and the bank did not my check as sallry. They say if the company pay sallary in account directly then i would consider. After that after 3 month your sallary account turned to saving account and you have to keep minimum rs10000 in your account, then i said please closed my account then the branch manager says "no i cant close your account, this is not a protocal, go to your hr and talk her why they open your account. I cant close your account.
                Then after i came to office and asked hr that they are not closing my account... And after three month 600rs would be fine in every month when i not keep 10000k rs.
                Then hr talk to dheeraj who has opened my account and also mail him they didnt response any mail.. And not giving proper answer. I could not understand what to do... This issues has four month but and my account didnt close till now and its has negative balance of 2000k.. What to do i could not understand. I am doing a internship they are giving only convenience charge. Please help me..

                    Hey, i would like to register complaint against one of your employee, her name is nazreen antalia, lower parel branch, hdfc ltd. I feel like being cheated by her, as i told her to reduce my home loan emi instead she reduced my tenure period. I was very clear with her to reduce the emi and she agreed for the same. While making the part payment of my loan amount she has reduced the tenure period rather than emi. I have lost my trust on your good bank just because of this incident, i would like to request you to take strict action against her, so that such incident is not repeated with any of the other customers.
                    I feel that she has done this cheating to act smart and it's not an error.

                            I am very old customer of hdfc bank and also using cr card of this bank but now i have cheated from them as in my last bill cycle have paid full amount of my out standing bill and asked to customer care to close my card but they have send me again bill of rs 3139/- in the name of finance charge, so i had call to customer care and raised my complain with ref# [protected] but they are saying your card is still running so you have to pay this, now tell me where is my fault. I already give this feedback to my friend circle and office colleagues and asked to withdraw hdfc cr card as they are just trapping to us to generate money for long term.

I request your bank to give me consent letter for take over of my loan by boi bank but chandrapur branch is not cooperating with there customer. I have availed housing loan from hdfc ltd chandrapur branch i additional loan which your bank is not providing and they denied.So i have applied in boi bank.For take over of this boi bank needs a consent letter from hdfc.I have visited several times in hdgv but they do not co operate with me.Also boi bank sent a take over letter but they refused to accept and receive.

                              Last time i gave email concerning my compliant your answer was to contact ravindra waghmare but he was not having any interest in resolving our problem

                                      To update my food card phone number i tried calling customer service.

                                      They given 2 options:
                                      1. Send a mail to hdfc email id. (Email id they said over phone call)
                                      2. Login and update through www.hdfcbank.com food card login. (They sent temporary ipin through mail to login)

                                      When i tried to login, it always reports check user id. User id is card number and ipin generated and mailed to my gmail id.

                                      Then i was sending mail to foodcardsupport. [protected]@hdfcbank.com, which is given by customer care. But google mail delivery system says no such user.

                                      Just update my mobile number i was reaching here and there, even at the end it is not solved. Is there any other way that i can update food card mobile number??
