Dear hdfc,
I am using your” regalia” credit card.
There is major bug in hdfc services.
If hdfc wants sell any services to customer everything processed online within hours. And if customer wants to avail any benefit or service or any changes in existing services, then they follow the l time consuming and manual process.
Here is example: hdfc executive called me to sell one of the medial policy on my hdfc credit card and after explaining all feature, they asked for my permission to activate this service. As i nod for the same everything was processed online and completed all producer with few hours.
Now i wanted to “add on member” to my credit card to facilitate the benefit of card, then they told me that download & fill a form and send to physically which will take seven working days to active the required service. I am going to travel after two days while writing this blog and wanted to access lounge facility at airport which will not going to happened.

I first example benefit is going to hdfc so they proceed everything instantly and in second example benefit is going for costumer then put constrain of manual process.
Above both examples are real.
Highly disappointed with hdfc services.

    Today when i checked my account, just came to know a deduction of 115 amount on 9th june from my saving account towards adhoc atmt chgs incl st & cess 010617. I try to call customer care but thrice it's got disconnected as soon as i put my customer id & mobile no. So didn't get any clarification of the deduction from my account.

    When i visit hdfc page of charges & deduction, there also no specific mention of the above adhoc stmt chgs incl st & cess deduction. Ii want to know the reason for deducting money from my account.

    I want that money to be credited to my account.

      My credit card payment delay two month credit card officer told minimum payment amount paid with in june-06, but my account balance hold from june-02, my all aspect affect by hdfc,
      Quickly released my account fund,

        I am credit card holder of your bank. I got new credit card before 15 days. At that time i was told by your executive - name-deepak sharma from feroz gandhi market punjab ludh. That their are no chrages for making credit card as it is linked with my current acc of your bank and now they chrge me rs-880 some insurance charges. My currnt acc no-[protected].             Someone throw stone from over-bridge on my car, thats why i have to take break at once and at that time car coming from back side hit my car although he try hard to avoid accident but unfortunately it got hit by left side due which front mirror and left side got damaged, then why i have to repair left side and why company is ready to repair front mirror.
            Hdfc egro rejected my claim. Please do needful.

              Look into this case email trail. Even if escalated the issue, hdfc support team is giving their awesome worst response by not give any update for last 15day. If you have lack of resource/not having sufficient capable resource in your bin don't provide your customer support at all. All cheating support.

I went to the branch and asked them to weave off negative balance and close my account, but they refused and forced me to pay the money. Being a fresher even 3600 matters a lot to me.                       Hdfc has deducted rs.172.5 as a 3rd party cash txn inc st & ec 310517 from my bank account 06 jun 2017. Even the hdfc branch where the money was deposited by, they charged an addition of rs. 150. So in total rs.322.5 was a penalty for adding rs.6500 to the account by a third party. Rs.150/- (Plus taxes & cess). So taxes and cess is of rs.172.5. What is the tax rate applied to?.. I am not sure whether 172.5 is 150+tax rate and service rate. Why did the bank again charged rs.150 on top of that.

                        My salary account (A/c no [protected], branch jogeshwari west, mumbai) opened by my previous company (Serco group), but i left the company and i had to open another salary account by the new company.                           Unauthorized transactions happened in my credit card for 3 times each for rs.6400/- (Total 19, 200) on 08/06/2017 at 01.35 indian time.
                          I received 7 messages in just 2 seconds from hdfc bank for these transactions.

                          These transactions were neither done by me nor authorized by me. I didn't receive the otp for these transactions.

                          I received the message like "rs.6400.00 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 1992 on[protected]:01:35:02 at steamgames.com."

                          I was shocked to see this message 7 times. I blocked my card immediately and raised a complaint on phone, raised a dispute.

                          Please ensure that for all my transaction i want to receive otp on my mobile.

                          Please do the needful to revert all these 7 unauthorized transactions.

                            I have lost my credit card pin, and i have stopped using my registered mobile number. I have requested to hdfc bank regarding the mobile number change 2 times. But till today my mobile number has not been changed.

                            I deposited the duly signed form at dehradun branch of hdfc bank.

                            This has been already done twice. But it looks like the dehradun staff always forgets about the form or they are so unprofessional and they just throw my application to trash.

                                  This seems to be a transection for electricity bill which I had already paid by a different account though it is deducted from my Hdfc account...

                                      २. कैश लोन लेने पर पुराना लोन बन्द (न कर पुराने लोन का जुन माह ई.एम.आई काटा
                                      जाना जोकि गलत है एवं मुझे वापिस किया जाये ।

                                      महोदय जी,
                                      मेरा आपके यहां से २ लोन चल रहा था जिन का ब्योलरा इस प्रकार से है ।
                                      १. लोन न[protected] कार लोन ३ लाख ई.एम.आई.-11569 पहली-5-11-14 अंतिम 5-10-17
                                      २. लोन न[protected] कैश लोन २ लाख ई.एम.आई.- 9706 पहली-7-1-16 एवं अंतिम 7-12-17
                                      इन दोनों लोन दिं[protected]को बन्द. कर 1 नया लोन जारी किया जिसका लोन न[protected] lac) for 2 years with loan suraksha (1st emi[protected] & last emi[protected].

                                      मेरे पहले लोन का जुन में किस्तa 11569/-नही जाना था जोकि मेरे खाते से कट हो चुका है । कुपया मेरा जुन माह का किस्त वापिस किया जाये ओर आपके स्टा फ द्धारा मुझे बताए चार्ज का भी रिफंड किया जाये जोकि इस प्रकार से है ।

                                      मझे बोला गया कि सर्विस चार्ज लोन का 1% का ५०- होगा लेकिन पुरा लिया गया
                                      २. बी.टी. चार्ज का नही बताया ओर काटा 8000

                                        Paying e m i rs 17680, of loan no= 45202517 is burdened on my monthly salary. Hence got an amount rs 7.5 lac sanctioned, against it. But since 19/05/17, acknowledgement no=9309674, had informed c s e, sadar, nagpur. Till then no reply. Otherwise i will have to pay emi of both sbi n hdfc. Pre payment is possible by paying penalty fees, as per informaton on web. For it am ready. So please do help me n accept my fees urgently.
