I have personal loan[protected] amount rs. 7, 00, 000/- loan amount was got credited in my hdfc bank saving account in the month of june 6th 2016 as top up rs 2, 43, 850/-. From june onwards i am paying emi on regular basis through ecs.

But, till date i have not received any loan statement, sanction letter of loan etc. From the bank. Now, i require the mentioned details as well as personal loan schedule statement at the earliest...

From november 2016 to february 2017 i was jobless and facing serious financial issues, so not able to pay even minimum amount in that period. Your recovery person come to receive outstanding amount and also gave me offer of settlement amount against close the card and discontinue the service. Due to our 7 years relations i told him that i do not want discontinue the service, instate of that convert outstanding amount into emi.

I requested for a cheque book on mid of March and on the same day submitted form for 2SIPs with the HDFC Chattarpur branch. But aft a month I went the bank for a loan of 4L. I came to know that no sip was started yet. When I asked the person about it, he responded ok sir I will do today. The SIP got started on starting of May.

On 5th May 2017, My loan with the same branch got approved with the same address.

And i was transaction between this date for rs.10000/- for the purchase of red me mi note 4 and also payment was full filled but still points are not credited in my account......

Went to the bank to open 5 year tax saving account but instead they opened hdfc life insurance account (Hdfc sl progrowth super ii). Its been several days when i tried contacting them, they are simply giving excuses.

Mr santosh from. Sec 31 branch hdfc bank, collected 15000 rs n all concern document n filled account opening farm from me. His contact no [protected].
N assure me to open my saving acvount with. Atm n cheque book
But after passing more then 8 days i neither recived any acvount no.. Or atm. Or cheque book
Infact he switched off his contact no.
So plz take proper legal action against this...

I have applied for credit card before 35 to 40 days and the reference number they have provided me is [protected]WH. They told me that the card would be processed within 10 days but nothing has happened and there executives are not even having any details about it. So i dont know what to do as no one is having answer even customer care of hdfc is not giving proper answers as one would not accept such service from a good bank like hdfc....

I am an HDFC bank CC holder, noticed that they are adding finance charges for the recent transactions along with the due amount which is not applicable.
It is acceptable for the due amount but why they are including recent transactions too for finance charges. This is not good for doing such a cheap tricks from the HDFC BANK.
