I deposited 35, 000 rupees in my salary account and they have deducted 172.50 Rupees, teller didnt convey me that charges will be there for depositing the money.
Also this is my first time in the month that I am depositing cash in my account.
Also this amount is less than 50, 000 then what is the reason for deduction.

1. I have an account in HDFC Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh.

The failure of money transfer occurs on 16th April and Its already 10 days since the issue is raises and I am only getting the same response of 5 days every time.
While trying to contact the customer care, the phone no. is always busy and no one answering there.
This is clearly indicates that Payzapp people are not going to provide me the refunds.

As per hdfc i took a loan in the year 2007, when i was working with ge capitals, however did not pay off the loan amount, i took only close to 70000/-, however could not pay due to recession, i lost job the same year, however hdfc did deduct some money directly from my account, now after almost 10 years, i started receiving calls and letters asking me to pay off, they have kept my salary account on hold with an amount...

I registered an online complaint to hdfc with complaint reference number as (Delc[protected]) for reversing my deducted amount of rs 8000. I received rs 2000 on last friday itself but no update on my remaining money ie rs 6000. Moreover today they deducted rs 1200 more.

This is really troublesome situation for me and i need this money on urgent basis....
