My hdfc credit card number [protected] received bill without any single transaction. The card was in a sealed envelope provided by bank till date.
Received 1150.00 rupees bill where the was not even activated.
Myself went to the bank to log a complaint. The banker said, it is because the activation of the card not done from my side. But, the banker never told this clause during applying for the credit card. The banker was all the time behind me to get a credit card.
Now, hdfc bank issuing wrong bill.
I would not pay this bill as the card is not used for a single transaction.
I hereby request to deactivate this card and settle the bill at the earliest.

    Dear team,

    Pl. Look in the issue.

    I have done one transaction of rs: 3266/- on 17th may 2017 however that amount is not credited to the third party account. I called hdfc call center very next day to register a complaint however they refuse to raise the same and advice me to wait for 48 hrs post which complaint can be raised. Now on 20th again when received a call from the third party that amount still not credited to his account i again called cc, they again refuse to raise complaint and unable to provide resolution. Now they are asking me to wait for 5-7 days post which they will raise complaint.

    Pl. Let me know the following asap :-

    Why customer will wait for 7 days?
    Why hdfc cc will not raise complaint for this issue?
    Whether these procedure are mentioned on hdfc website?

    Note : this concern is highlighted to their md mr. Aditya puri however their is no update. Kindly revert with the resolution asap else i will raise this to consumer court.

      My cheque number: 018965, union bank of india.

      I paid the yearly premium of my policy to hdfc insurance staff perumal on march 20, 2017. When i asked for a receipt, he said there is no need as he will personally deposit the cheque in my account. After that, there has been no contact from him. This happened in hdfc insurance, dlf it park, porur, chennai. After that, i have made 5 complaints in total over the phone to hdfc customer care and amazingly, all 5 times i was just given a normal template, "we will get back to you in 48-72 hours". It has been more than 2 months and no agent has gotten back to me with a resolution. And the last agent who spoke with me said an interesting thing that hdfc will not take any complaint over the phone and the only way to complaint is to email.

      An amazing fact to note: my last year's premium was made to the same office via cheque to a different agent and it took one and half months for your agent to deposit my cheque, that too after some 3-4 complaints.

      Please note that i had paid my cheque well within the due time and i will not be responsible for any penalty for this delayed payment of my premium.

      This is my 6 th attempt. If hdfc is not going to answer me, i will have to proceed this legally and i will also spread this incident in all the social media applicable.

        I personal went to kumbakonam hdfc bank brank and ask to updated my mobile number for my ext account. They ask to pay 7999 to activate my account bec once it was sal acc then sav acc and now its domarnt acc...
        My email ids are updated but they never share any details reg this but they charge hidden charges..
        They tell some new system & explaination now only never ever previously and not communicated propely

          For Mar2017 and Apr2017 i see deductions of amount of 172.5 and 517.50 respectively from my account and i see my balance amount is decreasing. If you want to deduct, kindly inform the customer first. Requesting you to refund for all this amount, else i will go to rbi and proceed further accordingly. How dare you deduct my hard earned money ?

              I want to complaint against hdfc bank mumbai My reference number is [protected], customer id[protected] kindly see following pic for my complaint from last 21 days i still complaining but I didn't get any positive response from your end after sending a proof also your not cosidering my request i am request to kindly send me my 5000, 8 vouchers other wise i will go to consumers court and ombudsman complaint desk by RBI.

              HDFC bank has charged me 5000 nwd charge. I tried withdrawing cash from ATM, Cash didn't came but it got deducted from my account. I can see that transaction in my bank statement with 'nwd charges in hdfc bank' description. when I call my agent he asked me to wait for 4-5 days, but issue is not yet resolved. Please help me in this.

                    It’s more than two years since I left IT Company, I’m no longer associate with the company or your HDFC Salary Account. It is illegal to charge for not maintaining the minimum balance.Below are my account details.

                      This is regarding my policy no. 18498508 with HDFC Life. The sales agent who came to me and explained the policy wrongly informed me the Policy administration charges. It is levied on monthly basis however I was informed that it is levied on annually. So I decided to withdraw my amount but they are telling me that they will levy withdrawal charges will lock in my money for 5 years.
                      I have been complaining regarding this since 3 months but they are just allotting me different Grievance Redressal Officer and not taking any action on this. I have all the proofs including mail to support my claim.
                      I am extremely tired of this now, If they dont address it in a week I am going to move to consumer court and sue them for much bigger amount,

                        I have been receiving email to pay Rs30450 from HDFCLIFE even after i have paid the premium amount on 5th of May.

                        One email was sent just 3 days after on 8th may and it's sent again on 17th may. These guys are causing unnecessary stress by asking 30K amount again and again.

                        Please request them to stop fraudulent practices of demanding money multiple times from customer!

                            As per RBI rule no private bank charges consumer for non-maintaince saving account. However today 19 May 2017 HDFC bank deducted 4084 amount from my account and when I told about rule and problems for which I couldn't maintain my account, they refused to refund as well as said there is as such no rule.

                            Kindly resolve my issue.

                                I have got the card sometime during Q3 of 2016 after so much of pushback from my side but went ahead with the promised statement that it would be a life time free card provided I make one transaction in next 60 days. Everything went fine till Jan or Feb 2017, where I have been asked to pay annual maintenance fee of Rs.2875.

                                I was literally shocked that organization like HDFC could not be trusted and called “n” number of times to customer care telling my plight. They have requested to write to Chennai address (Credit Card Division) to cancel my credit card with the reason ( I have written 3 times) and every time I just get a message saying that it has been not approved without any reason been given for all the three times. After each message I have called the customer care and I need to start from the first taking lot of time with the same resolution given, “ Please give a request to Chennai - Credit Card Division” to get the card cancelled.

                                I am really aggrieved that HDFC as an institution is having people who are mis-selling of the product and also having a poor customer resolution. I have reached you trusting that you would help me to solve the issue. I cannot pay an annual fees for the card which I am not using and also that the card or product has been sold to by misleading statements.

                                Can you please help to solve this request?

                                  Abusive call from customer care agent regarding credit card offer

                                  I got a call from one of your executive and she asked me whether i want a hdfc credit card. To which i replied i already have a credit card. She replied me back saying am i mad or what since she asked me about hdfc credit card and abused me. If she is frustrated that doesn't mean she will call anyone and throw her anger on them. She has no right of doing such thing and i would request you to look into this matter. There is absolutely no point...

                                  First of all the bank will impose this on us forcefully and they will auto renew ot without asking.

                                  The customer service is pathetic... I[censored] call they will just blabber and not listen to u properly.

                                  They deducted 1899 from my hdfc credit card without informing me on 10/08/2018.

                                  Now when i am asking to cancel, they r telling only 900rs can be refunded back, Don't know why?

                                  According to the cancellation policy, if we contact withing 30 days the refund should be 100%.

                                  The false promises and pathetic customer service.

                                  I request everyone please don't trust on them.

                                  i am a also HDFC Credit card holder ( Credit Card ending 7026 ). I am tired of calling one assist to cancel my membership. Each time they say different things, but they are not cancelling my plan. I also tried contact HDFC CUSTOMER CARE about that, But they say "I HAVE TO CALL ONE ASSIST TO CANCEL THE PLAN". SO I DID THIS, i filled the credit card closure form and send it to them to close my credit card account. HDFC has tie up with this ### more than 2 year, thought HDFC KNOW about their credit card customer complaints. SO HDFC AND ONE ASSIST BOTH ARE FRAUDS.

                                  I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS-3142 is to be paid for my credit card(card numbered XX4466) to ONE ASSIST PLAN. Ive never used my credit card to pay all this due. I never gave any consent for renewing my card. Ive closed my account in the bank few months back but i am still receiving this message asking me to pay befor oct 9, 2020. Ive also filled a form in the bank to deactivate but it failed and the process was stopped. Ive never used the card or it is of no use to me . i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited due for payments of my credit card is not really an acceptable act . So i kindly request you to deactivate ASAP. (Relationship no. 6280441)

                                      I am a non resident, and had visited mumbai for two days in end of february. I was approached by hdfc life executive for a term plan.

                                      I had clearly informed him that i have only one day, hence if he can get all the medicals and formalities sorted out within a day, i am ready to take the policy.

                                      Hdfc life then sent me an email for an appointment with appollo hospital for a list of test on the very next day.

                                      I visited apollo hospital and conducted all the tests that was required giving a clear medical history. An infection which was seasonal was also informed to the doctor and doctor confirmed it was not required to be mentioned in the tests etc.

                                      The premium installment was withdrawn from my account.

                                      I proceeded back to uae, and the ordeal started.

                                      I received an email that i need to conduct further tests at mumbai. When i spoke with the hdfc life personnel, he informed that when i was sent the first list of test, hdfc life personnel forgot to include the other tests that were now being requested. I told him clearly that i am not returning to india any sooner and was asked to submit the entry and exit pages of my passport to confirm i am not in india.

                                      However, inspire of clarifying this, the emails and letters to my residence continued and all my representations and information fell on deaf ears.

                                      I gave hdfc life a complete description of the situation, still i kept receiving emails with fresh and different requirements for medical tests with appointments at apollo hospital for the test.

                                      Finally, i have received an email from hdfc life stating that the policy is cancelled.

                                      No explanations or clarification was provided by hdfc life when it was the mistake of hdfc life to have missed out on the medical tests in the first place. Inspite of confirming to hdfc life that i have never undergone any of the tests listed, they repeatedly kept harassing me for further tests, when it was the hdfc life officials at faults for errors in initial medical request, and understanding of the situation.

                                      I have still not received any refund for the premium paid, nor an explanation for the lack of systems and procedures and finally it is us, the customer, who are harassed for poor service and understanding of the companies.

                                      I will be pleased to forward any further details that may be required and can be contacted at saket [protected]@gmail.com, although i do not expect hdfc life to even acknowledge or respond having a first hand experience of their poor service.

                                      Hi, apologies for the inconvenience caused. Kindly write to us at [protected]@hdfclife.com for us to have a look into it. Alternatively, the email can also be sent to [protected]@hdfclife.com.
                                      If such is the situation created by the insurer, then it is better to cancel the policy & ask them to refund the amount immediately as you have not resided in india for further tests & you may pl be note that policy will be issued only after completing all formalities. In your case its seems that only proposal was made along with premium & question of issue & cancellation of policy does not arise & insurer has to refund the premium. Pl insist for the same or else ask some body from your family in India to lodge complaint with insurance ombudsman for refund of premium with all copies of documents with interest for delay.
