Dear sir, I am an ex employee of hdfc bank working with hdfc bank ltd changodar branch my employee code : 126458
I dont knew the reson for getting me resingned from the organisatio. As I have also work hard at my level to achive my targets and I had been achieved my all targets. As I have also given resigned as per my boss decision on dated 18/10/2016. And leaving mr with immidiate effect. Till that date I dont received my F&F and my leaving formalities also because of not having relieving latter I have also not joined any other organisation pleasw given me a compansation for this 6 months of period ptherwise I will go ahead.

    Hi, I have a made a txn to book my show on April 1st. I have loaded amount in payzapp and I have tried to pay through wallet but txn gets fail. Still money is not credit to my account.I have sent a mail regarding this to [protected]@payzapp.in but still no reply.As per details failed book my show txn amount should credit within 5 days even though it's not happen and no update for my mail and call.

      Myself ABHISHEK BHOWMIK having HDFC customer I'd 47765219. On 8-4-2017 at 19:30:05, I tried to withdraw Rs. 5000 from ATM of Indian bank, +251 block-B, Lake Town. ATM machine was shown that "Unable to process" and as a result no money has come out whereas the SMS received from HDFC, was shown that Rs. 5000 was withdrawn, available balance Rs. 52087.96. Request to kindly take-up this matter and reimburse this withdrawn amount to my account. Pls ignore if this problem already has been solved by you. I need confirmation SMS for this credit in my account. My registered mobile no. [protected]. It's very urgent to me. Pls keep this in top priority.

          i am submitting my loan emi regularly. i got a phone call before 7 days deduction date of emi. But today i got a phone call from HDFC bank and someone is talking with me. staff Executive talking me like a criminal.he was shouting me and Misbehavior with me and . he says you are fool or he says i called you lot, s of time if you have any guts you can stop me....

          I have used my HDFC debit card (Master) bearing no [protected] today at ATM of SBI, West Marredpally attached to West Marredpally Br of SBI.The payment was rejected at 10.21.Another person subsequent to me also tried but rejected with the reason "temporarily out of service".But surprisingly I received a message stating that the cash of Rs 10000-Rs ten thousand only was withdrawn.Kindly reject the transaction and recredit the amount of Rs ten thousand only to my HDFC bank account no [protected].Please treat the matter as most Urgent.

            for closing process 27March i was visit at Noida Sector 54 Branch but branch person told me we cant close your account you can send courier at your Home Branch, which is not possible for me.
            Again i was visit Branch GTB Nagar Branch on 31st March
            He told me Month closing is going on so we cant close your Account.
            Pls close my Account ASAP and i am not liable to pay any kind of charge after March 2017

              I have tried to withdraw amount of rupees 7500 and 7000 two times it displayed that transaction is being processed and later it displayed unable to process since only 2000 are available in the hdfc bank atm so then i took 8000 rupees and money was collected but in mini statment it displayed that 7500 7000 are also deducted my atm card is andhra bank card and i tried to withdraw from hdfc bank atm so what have to i do now and is money refundable

                Every quarterly i am charged this charge in my bank statement even though i have not enrolled for any additional service like mutual fund etc. So why i am charged this amount. It is more than the quarterly interest i am receiving on my savings.

                    Dear personnel

                    I have send letter as a request to change my mobile number for my new credit card account from +91-[protected] to +91-[protected] since 10 days. Though though it was your mistake from your side. When I apply the credit card I mentioned my number [protected] and I got verification call also same number. It got approved and received the card. But you updated last before 1 digit wrongly. But I am not able to generate pin number because your side mistake happen. So I called customer care they given solution for change of mobile number form. Same day I submitted at ATM. But it has not been happened due to signature mismatch problem.

                    I don't actually understand why do you not able to verify my signature though i have send signature declaration form along with mobile number change request form in which i have put signature which has not been changed ever since. I am using same signature as i did earlier.

                    If your system find any mismatching then clarify it manually or verify my credential details as per your norms, but this issue can't be solved by sending you letters. Your side you updated wrongly means why I have to suffer. if the issue is going to persist anyhow. It has been complete harassment from your side since 10 days and it will be forcing me to terminate my credit card.

                    There has been small request to change just mobile number. You are neither providing facility to change it using my net-banking account and nor providing me any other way to do that. Your costomer care executives are just helpless on this issue.

                    Kindly assist this problem and make this process complete asap without any letter or signature issue.

                      I had a health insurance for my mom during last financial year and received a renewal notice from HDFG general insurance Limited
                      The hard copy had a total premium amount along with the split up details . The calculation is as follows
                      Total Premium = premium amount +servicetax+swach bharath cess +krishi kalyan cess.
                      When I add the split up amount manually I could see a difference of four hundred rupees. The total amount quoted was four hundred rupees higher than actual total.I had contacted the HDFC general insurance customer care for past five days. Every time they say that they ll get back with in 24 hrs but so far only reply i got tfrom them is a mail with the soft copy of the same notice I received earlier. There is no explanation . When I reached to their customer care again she was telling me that L&T people are not replying.
                      They have no concerns that this total mistake will affect their credibility and no ashamed of telling that they are not able to resolve a issue.
                      I wonder how these people will settle any claims, if I need to process. I feel like one year money is wasted in this insurance.

                      And also 14% tax was wrongly calculated. Please find the attached document.

                      amount : 3850.00
                      tax 14% : 592.89 ( It should be 539)
                      swachbarat cess : 21.18
                      krishi kalyan : 21.18

                      Total adding above : 4870.00 ( it should be 4485.25)

                          MY HDFC Life policy has matured on 27th March; I was informed in February that I need to submit my KYC details and a cancelled cheque to [protected]@hdfclife.com; I submitted these documents on 28th of Feb. I received no acknowledgment and no response from HDFC life. On 3rd of march i was advised that I need forward the email to [protected]@hdfclife.com which I did. I was asked to submit the details in pdf format which I did. Again i was told there are some documents missing (a discharge voucher and a confirmation letter which was not shared to me earlier). I re-submitted these docs on march 8th and I got an acknowledgement that my claim is under process on 10th march and if there is any requirement i will be notified. I did not hear from HDFC life post that. On 30th of march when i called the service helpline i got a response that the documents are not clear; when i enquired as to what is the issue with the documents i was told they are not aware. Tired and frustrated i visited their branch and submitted the physical copies (where i was asked for additional kya details). Again, I was told in case there is a requirement i will hear back from hdfc life which did not happen. When i called their helpline today 7th of April i was told the beneficiary address is not matching i need to submit a address change request.
                          Its been more than a month since 28th feb when i initially submitted the documents there has been absolutely no communication from HDFC life on further requirements, when i call them only then i know there are details required. While accepting physical copies in branch no one informed that a address change is required, and i am being asked to submit addres proof again?

                              I am Raghavi K, account holder in HDFC bank. I was making online payment for clubfactory online shopping site, I entered the OTP which I got from HDFC and the clubfactory server took very long time to respond, and I got a error message telling "server encountered an error, payment was unsuccessful", but the amount Rs.1496.69 from my HDFC bank account got debited. The order is not placed in the online site but, amount had got debited from my HDFC bank account.

                              My bank details are as below:

                              Date of incident : 5/4/2017.

                              I waited for refund which was supposed to happen within 24 hours from bank, but the wait was waste. Waiting for refund as soon as possible. As the amount got debited is preferably not small amount.

                              I have attached the message from HDFC bank regarding the amount which got debited.

                              Please do refund the amount as soon as possible, and do the needful.

                                HDFC ERGO is a cheat company...I will tell you how it works. One of their agents will call you up(who must have a target to meet by month end), he called me up and said theres an insurance against credit card loss which is only about 7300/- you have to pay for 24 months on an EMI basis. After 24 months if you dont claim against any loss, the entire money will be refunded back to you. So I thought the amount is not big, so lets go ahead with it, cos they will refund me back anyhow. Last year I felt I want to cancel this policy, I called them up to cancel it. Again they said ""Ma'am only few months left to finish 24 months, pls continue paying else the money wont be refunded back to you. 24 months was supposed to finish this April. Now they are saying theres no such policy as refunding and even theres no such credit card loss insurance. I raised complaint in Consumer's Forum. Ergo people tactfully has recorded only that part of the conversation where I agree to continue with the policy. The entire explanation, negotiation, persuasion to continue with the policy has either not been recorded or they are denying. This is a cheat company. Ppl have raised similar complaints in their own website. But as I dont have any proof from my end, I cant do anything else, because it was based on trust and faith that I went ahead paying months after months without realising their true intentions. NEVER EVER CARRY OUT ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  Yes, I'm written to PNO but there is no progress .I was send mail to Principal nodal officer 3 April but there is no response.
                                  I have attached image of that respond mail.how much days to take process to get back my money. I'm really tired with your service last 30 days I'm just mailed and call to customer.This is your service fault and I requesting to get back my money in last 30 days. So I request once again for refund my money asap.

                                    Dear sir/madam i want to draw ur kind attention that my hdfc credit card has been blocked without informing me as i had some payment issues beacuse of total couise at that time in kashmir valley my payment was pending in Aug 2016 bcz of curfew for almost 4 months in srinagar then bank blocked my salary account and debities rs 44000 from my hdfc acct even after that they blocked my card now my request is to issue me a new credit card that would be ur most kindnss

                                    Dear sir/madam my card no is [protected] as i have already send my complaint Plz reissue my card as soon as possible as it was blocked without any intimation i have paid INR Rs 44000 to my card my card has been blocked now my blance is just INR Rs 5000 which i want to pay but just activate r reissue me new card as soon as possible as i am holding hdfc bank account frm last 5 years

                                      This complaint is against hdfc banks in favour of their employees. The employees of hdfc are always sit late in the branch as these employees are not allowed to go home by their supervisors. Sometimes the supervisors are also using abusing language and bad language to their employees. If the employees are taking any initiative to complaint against their branch or their supervisors to hr team then hr team also not taking any action against the supervisors and ignoring their complaint and problems.

                                      Kindly visit or focused on some branches so that the employees can work and go to their homes according to their working hours.

                                      Some of the branches are new defence colony, lajapat nagar etc.
