Requested​ frequently for closure of salary account.no response from staff. When we went to Branch for closure they waited us for 2hour.last 4month request given but still no response from staff.shankarnagar Branch Nagpur.
My prasonal banker wrong communication she say my debit card hoslisting. I am hotlisting card and my card payment stop.
I am very disappintment hdfc service,
I made a purchase for 647.30 on April1st 2017 .one transaction got failed .And I called customer care and raised my complaint with the reference#1286944 it almost 10days still I didn't get my refund am frustrated going to cancel my bank account..
Money deducted on 9april 2017 in irctc ticket booking online. But ticket was did not booked and. Balance deducted approx 864/- .
Kindly check out the matter .

Madam Harash personal loan department hdfc bank mall road Amritsar making fool of customer to achieve her goal. When I received loan amount she used rough language...she changed her words after loan gets pass..so please take action so that she will not make fool of customer in future..

    The case started on 20th oct'2016.

    There were 3 fraudulent transaction happened on my credit card in the month of oct’16. I spoke to customer care and they asked me to fill in the dispute form and send it to dispute team.
    The first mail which i sent was on 30th oct’16. Even after that i mailed multiple times for the status of the dispute.

    I made numerous calls (35+) to the customer care to resolve the same.

    In the last month statement again, there was the disputed amount as well penalty for that.

    Moreover, the amount has been blocked from my saving account and again a penalty has been levied.

    The last mail which i got from bank on 29th march’17 saying

    “we understand that you are not in agreement with the said transactions. As per earlier communication we had requested you to block the card number ending with * 1795 for us to initiate our liaison with the concerned member bank for resolution. However, we observe from our records that you are not block the card account till date also transactions gets time barred.

    Hence, we regret our inability to liaise with the member bank regarding the aforesaid transactions and the transaction remains payable on your card account. “

    On contrary to that, i did raise the complaint, got the card blocked, got a new one, even i spoke to my personal banker.

    I do have all the mails which i sent and again sent it concerned email id attaching all the mails

    It becomes a 'sarkari office', and i have been asked to contact customer service then there they asked me to contact collection department and then there they asked me to dispute department. I did everything possible but things are not moving.

    Unfortunately I forgot to submit my credit card EMI first time. Suddenly I got call from hdfc credit card dept. They started harssing me & continue calling for 1 missing EMI.
    I just fedup from this call.
    I decided to not to use HDFC crdit card in future because of 1 rude person.

      Dear Sir,

      Sub: regarding 2 wheeler loan cancel.

      I have booked Yamaha R3 at SRI MOTORS Chennai, on March 3 rd. And I also got loan from HDFC bank for it.
      Due to BS3/BS4 issue, Sri Motors cancelled my booking and returned the bike to their plant. But, my loan amount was disbursed to the showroom(9 March), and my EMI started (5 APRIL).
      Since their is no availability of bike in Sri Motors and even in chennai, i requested to Cancel on Apr 10th 2017.
      But there is no response or feedback till now. The representative says keeps on postponing the date.

      And there is no issue on my side... it only due to Government regulation problem and Showroom.

      Condition - The cancellation charges should not be charged to me.

        Hi,
        My Customer ID is 6247415 and i have availed educational loan for my son studying at Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore(VIT).My Loan ref number is 34451952.
        I had very good experience in sanctioning loan and first year fee is transfered completed very happily.Our difficulties are started from second year as the re-organisation has happened in Hyderabad and we have lot many troubles in getting further installments.Since we both (self and my wife ) are working wee cannot visit the office physically to explain the same and we are stuck in releasing the subsequent installments.
        We are in need of transferring the loan installment to the VIT bank account and all previous year tuition fees are done successfully.But now the current person is asking for a new requirement of submitting the Bank account and iFSC code on VIT letter head which is not asked earlier.
        In my opinion when earlier it has worked it should work now with the same details .
        Kindly help up us to resolve positively so that my son will get his tuition fees on time .

          I'm Tajinder Singh. My a/c is in HDFC BANK, MEERA BAGH, PASCHIM VIHAR NEW DELHI . I transfer 5000$AUD to my brother in australia. But due to some mismatch in swift code my amount returmed to my ac after some days but i request to Manish (HDFC Employee) that plz trf. that amount to other a/c of my brother in (australia) but he didnt co-operate with me. I'm so upset that what kind of emplyee he is. i did same process with my Union Bank of India (UBI) and UBI emplyee and even UBI Branch manager fully co-operate with me and even a single rupee not deducted from my UBI a/c .
          But that silly hdfc emplyee my Amount deduct approx. 16000. I can't bear huge loss. Plz take seriously of my matter and refund my Amount ASAP. THANKS

            Actually I ordered one item through Amazon yesterday, at the time of payment through netbanking an amount of Rs774 has been debited with out any OTP .this is second time happening.the amount of Rs 15000 also debited when I was transfer money through imps .pl solve this problem in future.

            Dear sir,
            My payment date last month was 2 and March, due too some reason I pay my dues in 3 rd March but my amount also return due to auto pay on 3rd March and return fine which is 450 add in next bill, its charge also in instead jumbo loan premiums, Rs 450.
            Sir I suffered amount of 450+450=850, only one day due to auto pay pl solve my problem, and reduce return fine.this is first time I faced this problem due to late salary in finance months of March, 2017.
            I hoped u will consider it thanx.

              We have our old association with HDFC bank. We have our account since last 12 Years.

              Right now bank is charging 10.5% interest on our CC limit of Rs. 2 crore. So many banks approach us at a very competitive rates which are available in the market. So We request our bank to reduce the rate of interest to 9.5%. but straight away they refuse our request. Than we contacted some other banks and initialize process of closing our CC limit with the HDFC bank. But, Mr. kamlesh sharda & Mr. Kush shah trying to dictate their terms for their personal interest .

              We are very sorry to inform you that we are not happy with the service & Approach of Mr. Kush Shah & Mr. Kamlesh sharda. They literally threatening us to impose foreclosure charges if we want to close our CC limit with the bank. we were never told about such charges at the time of loan approval.

              They also threatened us that whenever we close the cc limit, the foreclosure charges will be applicable . it means for lifetime we have to continue this cc limit with HDFC bank.

              We cannot continue our account in such fear factor.
              As per our belief consumer has a right to change the banking service provider if he is not satisfy with the approach & facility provided by the Bank.

              Finally, we don't want to continue with the HDFC bank as we are not getting satisfactory response. please help us to resolve this issue otherwise bank will impose unnecessary charges to us.

              You are requested to please look into this matter and oblige us.

                I am following up with your bank regarding my credit Card outstanding balance since March 2016. I called multiple people, wrote multiple emails but nobody helped me. Every month your executive called and told me pls pay minimum amount and will help you in settlement after that but once I paid the amount nobody called me back. This is happening since last 8-9 months and they are charging me interest and financial charges. This month my credit card outstanding reflected as 62K however the principal amount was 12k. But till date nobody helped me. Few days ago, I paid minimum amount of 9k and have 16k balance in my account. Your bank froze my 16k and not listening to me and even not refunding the amount. I have raised multiple complaints. I have 6k rewards point as well. Pls resolve this issue asap and I want my amount back. I have all the mails and evidences available with me to show all these issues. Currently the outstanding reflects as 53K out of which only 3K is the principal amount and ban k froze my 16K balance and 6K rewards points. Every month somebody called me and told me settlement is not available and charging all these charges and interest. I want to settle this and close this asap. Pathetic service, I am literally frustrated and irritated.

                  On 10/02/2017, I redeemed my reward points by ordering 1 litre of Tupperware water bottles set using your HDFC banks website and I received this message on my phone (Dear JACKSON MASSEY, your request for GI72 Qty - 3 is received and is under process).
                  Now after around a week, the item delivered at my place and when I opened the box, I surprised to see that it was not I ordered on the website using my good amount of rewards that I was saving from a long time. I was sent 12 pieces of Tupperware water bottles of 500 ml though I placed an order of 1 litre water bottles.
                  I immediately raised my complaint in your customer service department and escalated the matter and they promised to call back with the solution and given the TAT of a long time. When I did not get the call even after waiting for more than a month, I spoke to many senior levels but no resolution yet for this mistake.
                  I want to state here that I am with HDFC for more than 10 years now and looking to maintain this healthy relationship in future as well. Please help me to get this sorted at the earliest as I have a travelling job and I hardly get time to follow up with all this.
                  It was just poor and pathetic customer service offered by your colleagues thats why it took this long and I am still carrying those wrong item.
                  I am very unhappy and disappointed with this behaviour and appreciate your prompt attention to this serious matter I have been facing for a long time.

                    This application must be signed by all Joint Holders where the account is held jointly in the same order of names as appearing on the account or by sole holder in case of sole ownership account to be closed. In case the account is in debit balance, please fund the account to the extent of the over-dues together with interest, before submission of application for closure.

                    In case the account is dormant, please submit a letter at the branch for activation of your account. Your account closure request can be processed only post activation of your account.

                    We regret that we are unable to process the request for account closure received through PhoneBanking, NetBanking, e-mail, scanned or faxed copy for security and authentication purposes. In case you are unable to visit the branch, you can send the account closure application to the branch by postal service or courier.

                      First i must say your bank customer services is appalling! You gave me a free debit card upgrade so i accepted and you posted it to my old office address where the delivery man ignored to give my card because i did not have WNS ID!(though i had passport) Later it took you guys 15 days to send the card kharadi branch, by the time you blocked my existing debit card. Today when i finally collected my card you failed to provide me otp, when i call your silly hotline number IVR cannot recognise my card because that is blocked and i don't have pin for new ATM. Please pass my strong feedback to vaishali from loan dept who was arrogant and rude over the call, for sure I'll close and move account from your bank.

                        I visited in your punjab zirakpur branch located at vip road on 15th april 2017 .I wanted to add my husband name in my account as nominee but the employee said they need approval from head office then i confirm this from other branch they said there is no need to take any approval for that wasting time of yours.they promiss me to call back on Saturday but they did not informed anything kindly look in to the matter branch employees don't know anything poor customer service.

                          I called Hdfc customer care on13/4/17 and the customer care executive probably name chaman, offered me a jumbo loan of 75000 and also i availed the Hdfc urgo. The loan is still being processed due to bank holidays replied by customer executives but the urgo insurance policy is activated very early. So the question arises does insurance workers work on holidays alsoand bank employees are not? As I was told i will receive the courier information within 2days as I don't have a Hdfc savings account so a draft will reach within 3days but still no mail or SMS I have received yet.

                            I dialed today [protected] to log a complain regarding amb charges. This number was given to me by customer care from mumbai. To my surprise i heard only two options. One for english and two for hindi and no option to marathi which is the regional language of mumbai.

                            Also when i dialed [protected] to log a complain. They gave me three options on one fore english, two for hindi and three for marathi. However later while talking with customer service lady, she was not talking in marathi even after selecting the third option.

                            I am really not happy to see a bank like hdfc just gives more importance to english and hindi and not the regional language of the state and the city.

                              Please note that i applied for HDFC Credit Card and got Reference No : [protected]S7. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in HDFC Link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application Reference Number [protected]S7 Status DISAPPROVED who called us for Credit Card and we never gone to HDFC for the same. I called Customer CARE and they are not giving any reason for Rejection. As per RBI GUIDELINE CIRCULAR NO - RBI/[protected]/100 BOD.FSD.BC.23/24.01.011/2008-09 DATED[protected]. HDFC Bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in RBI and bank ombudsman. We want Reason for Rejection as it will hit my CIBIL. My CIBIL was all clear .If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in Consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against HDFC. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got disapproved. Hoping positive response.

                                This is to inform to the concerned authorities that every month from my salary account, hidden charges are being deducted without my knowledge from my salary account of HDFC bank, gachibowli branch. The account was opened in february 2013 when I was working with Capgemini Hyderabad.
                                In month of february 275 rs was deducted and again on 13th april 805 rs has been deducted as some depository charges.
                                I am fed up of complaining to the customer care portal of hdfc bank again and again and I never received any valuable and truthful reason from their side. Morever they are also not responding to my repeated requests.
                                Even I issued a warning stating that if these kind o[censored]nknown charges will be deducted from my salary account, I will be closing my account in HDFC. But even after that I never received any feedback.
                                Under these circumstances I would request the concerned authorities of the consumer forum to look into this matter at the earliest and take necessary steps.

                                  I have received a call form one of HDFC representative in cochin, As per him iam eligible for 3.75 lack loan .I have a outstanding amount of Rs.38000/ for previous loan .We have completed all formalities and waiting for cash, one day i have received a call from Mr.subash (HDFC) iam not eligible for loan up to 3.75 . He offered upto 1.95 lack and will get below 1.60 lack form bank .Iam really shame for your bank, the thing is i have a salary account of HDFC for last more than 04 years .Iam approach another bank for a loan and the interesting thing is he offer to me upto 04 lack if iam changing my salary account HDFC to another bank .

                                    So many working days are gone in between and I have not received any update from you. I think HDFC is not serious regarding any customer complaint. Please email me any further updates of my complaint. Next time I will paste all the communications from your customer care, so that public should know how some crazy customer care executive of HDFC just eating out the brand name of the bank and making bogus promises and looting money of customers. Thanks.

                                      What is meant by 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC ?

                                      On 15th April 2017 an amount of Rs.172 has been deducted from my salary account, saying that 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 060417. How can they deduct the much money without any intimation regarding that. Even though I have no't withdrew money from other Bank ATM.
