My account number is [protected]. An ammount of ₹500 is being deducted from last 2 months. This month it's deducted on 10th april. When i reviewed transition history, cheque/reference no for that transition was 9236.

Sir please look into this and resolve it. Attaching snagit for this deduction.

    First of all thank you for keeping such provision to adress indian consumers.
    Let me tell you i have purchased hdfc life click to invest policy with premium of 60, 000/- rs. And application no. Is as mentioned in above subject.
    Premium was paid of 31st march 2017 and till date i didnt receive my policy document neither i am getting right response from their call centre nor from their corporate office located in mumbai.
    Its been an metal harrassment of more than 10 days to me and now i am fade up with them. I have sent them many mail but no clear cut reply is received.

    I would like to you to please look into matter and help me in getting my policy document as well compensation for mental harrassment.

      I refer to the verbal communication of my wife with your collection agent Mahesh today morning on the phone in my absence. My wife or family members are not liable or responsible to pay for this card. Mahesh is demanding money and is threatening to use illegal means of collection. He threatens to defame me in the neighbourhood and uses foul language on the phone with my wife and mentally torturing my family members, is this way of demanding money legal?

      I am sure he must be speaking on a recored call, you may please listen to the call to verify if I am wrong.

      I am unable to pay as of now due to my health and work condition. I have explained about this in the past. I need time to start earning enough to pay the dues. As you do not have time to wait for a few more months, I am trying to obtain a loan against property to payoff the credit card. As I do not have any income documents, I have to try a private party to lend. It does take time, so I am requesting that you wait till the end of April so as to finalise the documentation and get the loan to pay off the card. If you cannot wait till then, you may please take legal action. I am willing to face the consequences.

      I request you that none from your collection team demand the dues from any of my faamily members nor use bad language nor threaten them in any way. We are passing through a very bad phase, and my family members are already feeling depressed. It is very difficult to control the situation in the house. This mental torture can lead a person to commit suicide or runaway from the house. Please do not make the situation worst for me to survive.

        Hi i feel sorry to say that i wont b able to make the credit card payment of rs 44000 as m not earning much due to my financial condition of family i support them so couldn't make the payment on time if bank can make the settlement and a very less amount i can pay in emi due to this ky cibil is getting bad so i want that should be effected by this and if possible pls make that correct and Helo me in settlement or the card .

            I'm a salaried employee. I've applied for hdfc bank credit card on 3 april 2017 and submitted the document to the bank official the very same day. I got a message stating that the credit card request has been approved and 2 days earlier got the despatch message. Yesterday i got an email stating that the request for the card has been cancelled as you did not meet the criteria for the credit card. Can you please explain the situation otherwise you must have told me earlier that i'm not eligible for credit card. Please confirm or else i 'll have to switch the bank. My card status earlier was despatched and now it's showing as in process again. My application reference number is [protected]w1. Please help

                I had submitted my account closure for on 3rd Feb 2017 to Apte Road branch. I was assured that the account will be closed in 7 days. It's been 2 months now and still the account has not been closed. And because of this I'm charged for not maintaining balance. The welcome desk and his Pba told me it will take 7 days. But it's 70 days now!
                Request you to close the account and reverse the charges.

                    Hello,
                    This is regarding the inconveniences caused due to lack of proper service provided by hdfc bank. Let me explain the whole issue from starting.in the month of march 2017 i requested the customer care service of hdfc bank for a higher security card (Debit card) and he took the request and explained me the whole procedure for the same saying the card will get delivered within a week to my registered address​ (Which is in hyderabad), but as currently i am staying in mumbai for work i requested him that time only to please send the new debit card to the nearest branch of goregaon (Place where i am staying currently). He took the request and said the card will get delivered to the hdfc goregaon east branch near dindoshi within a week and endured me that until and unless i collect the new debit card from the bank the current debit card which i am using will not get deactivated. Today i got a message from hdfc bank saying my card has been deactivated. When i call the customer care service of hdfc bank they said i need to visit the bank and collect it and there is no other solution.
                    The question is if i have not yet collected ​the new debit card from the bank how can hdfc bank deactivate my current card.
                    I talked to the flow manager of hdfc bank also and explained him the whole issue. He apologized and accepted the fault in the service but didn't provide any solution. I requested him to please reactivate my card as i will not be able to collect the card because of my office timings but they refused to provide me any kind of support. They simply told me that strict action will be taken against the agent who gave me wrong information regarding the card renewal process and asked me to collect the card from the bank only.

                    I hereby want to launch a complaint against hdfc bank for all this unconvince caused and for not providing any solution despite of accepting their own fault.

                      I have been receiving unsolicited calls from HDFC Life Plan call centre. I was in the midst of a meeting when the calls started. Despite rejecting the calls 3-4 times, the caller was persistent.
                      Irked by this, I had to cut my meeting short and answer the call. I asked for the manager but the caller in a callous way refused to divulge any detail. Even my request to take my number of their list was joked on.
                      After cutting the call, I continues receiving calls from the following numbers:

                      +91 [protected] ( 5 time)

                      I consider this nothing less than harassment and torture,

                          I have done an ATM transaction through SBH-ATM mechine, Kelambakkam using my HDFC card on 02/04/2017. During that transaction, money was not dispensed from the SBH -ATM machine but the amount 4000 INR was deducted from my HDFC account.I have booked a complaint through phone banking on 05/04/2017 and the complaint reference number ID is 1288051.They have promised me that it will be reverted back into my account within 7 working days.Today is the 8th working day from the date of complaint, so far the amount is not credited in to my account.

                              I have opened my salary Account at Velachery branch, chennai, recently I have lost my HDFC debit card, and requested to hotlist my lost debit card and requested for new Debit card, I can see new card has been issued in online banking, but I have not received my Debit card in hand since its has been more than 15 days, where i am waiting for the card, came to know my new debit card sent through "Blue dart courier" but still it was not delivered to me when i try to reach blue dart they request me to collect the card from Blue dart office, which is more than 30 km away from my home. and there is no response and i am afraid as there is a chance for mis-using my new debit card

                                Dear sir,

                                I want bring an attention towards the hardship, i as an corporate business man and employees of my firm has faced due to misbehaving attitude of one of your employee Ms. Surbhi Gaur, who took lot of amount on the name of premium for the policy at off-branch location some where in haryana from employees of my firm, but no policy has been issued to these employees of my firm. Further, when i personally requested her to resolve the problem, she asked to meet me at my business location and there she forced me to apply for ICICI Prodential life policy and also advised my existing policy holder employees who is currently holding( HDFC life policy) to switch to IICICI life policy.

                                She uses her personal contact number, i never received any call from branch of HDFC Life, on asking about the same issue, she started misbehaving with us.

                                Kindly take strict action against her, otherwise get ready to face legal actions againt HDFC Life and your employee Ms Surbhi Gaur. i trusted her only because she has an ID Card of HDFC Life.

                                  My name is vinay sachan i joined a company in the year 2014 and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank. I left that job after few months because of study reason.
                                  Bank change my salary account into saving account without taking permission from me. Now my salary is coming in another bank account and i don't use hdfc bank account. Hdfc change me negative balance every month.
                                  I want to close hdfc bank account opened by my previous company without giving negative balance to bank.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have a hdfc credit card ending 0340 with jumbo loan which is auto debited from my account [protected].

                                      This month loan amount debited (transaction id:[protected] and deposited again with (transaction id:[protected] .
                                      Also I dropped too many mails to debit the loan amount from my account but nothing has happened .
                                      This month I got statement with fine and charges, why should I pay fine and charges when fault is in your system. Please revert fine from my statement and debit the loan amount from my account.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I really have a very worst experience with hdfc bank while closure of my current account no.[protected] in the name of arihant jewellers pr. Suraj zambad, as my home branch in yavatmal, and i filed my application in my home brach i. E. Postal ground yavatmal, and than after 2 mths my account is not closed and i did so many calls to the executive who assist me in yavatmal brach while closing the account, he said we checked its in process, and i still got msgs of nargative bal in my account by mobile banking, nothing facility was closed on the account. Plz if this site help me out in this so plz help me in this matter, i really want that rbi should take some step against such situation that come in front of the customer. I have proof of closure of my current account but still i get sms for not maintenance of min. Bal. I am in very much tension now
