Hi,
My Name is Satpal Singh. I had Join a company in Kolkata in year 2013 and that company opened my salary account in HDFC bank and didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after 1.5 year because of my brain disease and moved to Punjab in emergency. My all family members were in Punjab so we were not able to inform the bank to close that account in Kolkata. But i have reached the bank in punjab to close that account but they told me that the account will be closed automatically after six months and i had never used that account till now. But when i joined the new company in 2016 and they have asked me to provide the HDFC account and I told that in previous company I used the HDFC account but i'm not using that from more than 1.5 yr and when they checked my account balance it is showing negative 7K approx. I'm totally shock with the negative balance. The HDFC bank refused to open a new bank account as i'm already having it. They have advised me to go to Kolkata and close that account. But it is not possible to again go to their and make this request. I have reached the customer care to close this account but they are asking me to clear the negative balance. It is not possible me to pay this huge amount.
Moreover i have a credit card also which is issued by my previous company with HDFC and i'm still using it.
Can you please suggest me any way that what should i do. Can it be waived, so i can use this account again with my new company or i have to pay the penalty.

Hi

This is to inform you that after the above request to clear the Unhold balance from my saving account, they had clear the balance and it comes to zero in last week of Mar. Accordingly i had request my current Organisation HDFC bank person to convert my saving account to salary account. In first week of April i got a salary we was credited in the HDFC account successfully. But today i can see that they had deduct the amount 6721.75 INR from my account for non maintaining minimum balance and other charges related to 2016.

Can you please let me know if previous the unhold balance has been cleared from my account, then why you have deduct the charges now. Moreover when the unhold balance was cleared then I had personally visit the nearest Branch to confirm the balance and that time the bank person says that they are not seeing any pending charges to my account and its zero now.

Please suggest me any way that what should i do, so the deduct amount can be reversed.

    Not able to see premium policy receipt

    I have paid 9700 as premium of my HDFC life click 2 protect policy number 16754579. I have received mail of receipt but password protected . Document are not opening even after inserting date of birth as my password which is suggested in mail. So I don't have my premium policy receipt. I need a premium policy receipt. So please send me hard copy to my address or send me another mail which I can access....

    My account no. is [protected] and i opened account before one year ago. i had done no transactions from atm card.but recent i talked at my branch about card and said ita a normal card and charge is only 115rs per year and please use for online transaction and cashless system.. so i just try to know balance only from atm. and not done any transaction from atm card..but directly 575 rs is deducted from atm card. so how i can trust from hdfc bankers which gave me wrong information. i charged of 575 rs just because of listen bankers request for cashless transaction.. how i tolerate this without use of atm card.. please check if i m using this atm anywhere..so please give me refund for this.. i dont want this type of any atm card which charged without transaction..

      It seems that HDFC bank is regulating it's own rules other than RBI. We all know that after banking hours for public convenience, it take a little bit more time for closing the counter and submitting reports. But HDFC bank has its own timing for their employees, this bank is pressurising their employees to stay late night and load them with unnecessary MIS reports, and this work is allotted to them after 7p.m. This is really an exploitation to employees and their families too. Our family members who are working in HDFC bank are so much depressed which is leading them to take severe step in life. If anyone wants to check this, then one can visit New Delhi (south Delhi branches specially - including NFC, Kalkaji, Pamposh, Sarita Vihar, Jasola vihar, nehru place, etc branches). You can see how these employees are exploited which is affecting their personal family life.

        To day I went to your HDFC Bank at Laketown Branch, Kolkata for depositing some amount of cash to my son's A/C at 12.05pm, I am sorry to say that you should give proper training some of your staff of the said branch how to give the services to the customer. Pl find, below some of my observation:-
        1) Always avoiding tendency to the customers.
        2) Very very slow movement intentionally .
        3) Rowdy behaviour, always talking among themselves ...

          I applied for opening of HUF account and submitted all the documents at The Mall, First Mall Branch of HDFC Bank at Ludhiana on January 31, 2017. As present I have saving account in same branch (A/C No. [protected]). I am repeatedly visiting that branch to remind the staff regarding opening of account. But every time I am informed that account will be opened soon. About 15 days after the submission of forms I was informed that account could not be opened because of ‘Audit of bank’ being in progress. Exactly one month after submission of forms, I was informed that one of the employees have taken my application forms to her home and forgotten, so this is the cause of delay. Now more than one week have passed even after that incident, still today I was informed that application is in process. The level of HDFC Bank have fallen below that of even public sector banks.

            Dear Sir,
            I Sahil Bhaskar had a salary account no. [protected] in HDFC Bank, R.S Tower, Hall Bazar, Amritsar. I had left my job and I had applied for closing my salary account and my account was closed by Mrs. Rajwinder Kaur On Date:[protected] but after closing my account when I reached home i received a message which was containing a notice that Your Cheque Book has sent but i had not applied or requested for Cheque Book.Today Dated:-10/03/2017 I visited Bank again for the query of my cheque book that where it is sent, but there was no Brach Manger Or Any Concerned Authority with whom i can discuss about my problem after wasting a lot my time at the bank i met with Mr.Mohit Kumar and told him about the problem after listening he said there is nothing to worry. So I said that i had written an application for Cancellation of my cheque book in the sense that it can't be misused by anyone and told him to kindly accept the application but he refuses to accept it.
            So it is hereby i am requesting you to kindly cancel my Cheque Book for avoiding it misuse.

              HDFC doesn't allow to apply for IPO through netbanking if you don't have trading and demat account with them. As per guideline it is not mandatory to have account with them.

              There site allows you to appy for IPO with someother trading account but doesn't return any error or confirmation number and bank official don't support to resolve this issue.

                Why am I deducted Rs. 1299 from my account without my permission?? I didn't even opt for One Assist, god only knows from where you got the idea of activating it. I want it to be removed and my money should be credited back to my savings account or else consequences will be perilous.

                  i have account in your HDFC Bank with account number as [protected] since 3 years. i have issued a post dated cheque on 04.March.2017 to vodaphone; cheque; no. 000008; post cheque date 15.March.2017 for bill payment for amount of Rs.1790/- against Vodaphone no. [protected]. the cheque has been cleared and amount has been debited on 08.March.2017; how it possible for cheque cleared before cheque date. i would like to go consumer court for this discrepancy looking like a hand-club between your HDFC Bank & Vodaphone. Vodaphone service is not going good in my area so i had given post dated cheque till improve the vodaphone service. Now answer me why and how my PDC cheque cleared without cheque date.the vodaphone service is still same as previous, now i want my money back. therwise i will not have believe on HDFC bank.

                    Dear Sir I mr Dusmanta Kumar Hotta my SB A/C no-[protected] is a salary account holder from last 9 years, inbetween i sent a cheque requiest through ATM, cheque sent to me in my address, but not receieved due to my absence, so cheque returned and given a massage your cheque in branch and receieve to show your ID proof. then i visited the branch 4 to 5 time but the execuitive told me we have not receieved till date if we receieve will call you, After some days i had got a massage Rs.230/- debited for cheque stop. so i m telling you due to your guilty how i will pay Rs.230/-.
                    so kindly reverse debited amount as soon as possible.

                      It's been long that I am facing issues with HDFC bank. Every time I do online transfers, the amount gets debited wrongly and there is no refund till the time you call at least ten times to the customer care. Looks like all have different idea about policy and on top of that, most of the time, they will put your call on hold.. 5 - 10 - 15 mins.. at time 20 mins as well... Aweful!!!

                      HDFC was my fav till last year but now it seems it's a new business to get amounts debited incorrectly and not to refund.. Well, I have been holding account of this bank for the last 10 years or more and now would wish to desperately close and would never recommend the services ever to anybody..

                        ISA Account at HDFC Bank

                        I applied for ISA account on 9th December, 2016. Today it's 3 months and still my account is not opened. I have done numerous complaints - through phone and secure message (internet banking) and also contacted my home bank manager - Pooja Jain. I was asked to fill-up and provide documents three times till now which I did.

                        However, today 9th March 2017 (3 months after me first visiting Kharadi 2, Pune branch),...

                        While taking the credit card you people told that after month I can convert the amount into EMI, not told us that it is regarding marketing offer. AND now, when I'm unable to convert it to EMI then they are saying it as marketing offer. The customer care service is very poor, the woman named RAJESWARI is a worst head weighted stupid one, is not at all listening to the customers and telling that you take the screen shot of the issue and mail it to the customer care email id. Is for this that idiotic woman is getting paid????

                        They are sending unnecessary mails and messages the u have these many offers to buy products. BUT the main information is not shared to the customers. By doing all this they are getting money and not taking care of customers.

                        Let the customers know about the EMI facility before by mail or message, YOU ARE LOOSING FAITH FROM YOUR BANK DUE TO THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITIES.

                        PLEASE PROVIDE THE EMI OPTION.

                            I had my salary account in HDFC and right now it has been changed to Standard Chartered, hence current account was automatically converted to savings bank account. It's been 7 months since the transaction held. When I logged into my account it shows -37, 101.

                            What's going on with HDFC people... No proper customer service, No respect, now they started stealing money.

                              Hi

                              My HDFC salary account was created by my first company on 2013, but later i lost all my bank details including my account#. I tried calling customer care multiple times but couldn't reach anyone due to authentication failure.
                              Now i guess the account must be in negative balance cause its been more then 4 years i am not using the account.

                              Please suggest me how to close the account with out paying anything extra.

                                I want to complaint against ur executive .. he dont know how to talk with Custmer.. executive name is vishal. I hve a jumbo loan of hdfc bank .. on brhalf of my hdfc bank credit card. today is my due date and he dont teach how i will pay.. and executive dont know how to teach Custmer.. and how can he help..i think he need training again how he can deal with Custmer. I m not a defaulter .. and dont wanna be..

                                  I applied for opening of HUF account and submitted all the documents at The Mall, First Mall Branch of HDFC Bank at Ludhiana on January 31, 2017. As present I have saving account in same branch (A/C No. [protected]). I am repeatedly visiting that branch to remind the staff regarding opening of account. But every time I am informed that account will be opened soon. About 15 days after the submission of forms I was informed that account could not be opened because of ‘Audit of bank’ being in progress. Exactly one month after submission of forms, I was informed that one of the employees have taken my application forms to her home and forgotten, so this is the cause of delay. Now more than one week have passed even after that incident, still today I was informed that application is in process. The level of HDFC Bank have fallen below that of even public sector banks. I will be very happy if they return my cheque and application forms.

                                    I have found that the amount rs. 115 has been deducted again and again from my account no. [protected].. I complaint many times about this to the branch staff from near about 3 months ago but they did not respond and yet the amount deducted again and again after complaining him.
