    I applied for opening of ppf account in hdfc bank online. However my account was opened in anna nagar branch, chennai. Whereas i reside in Maharashtra. I cannot go to chennai everytime i have some issue with respect to my ppf account. So, you are requested to transfer my ppf account to my home branch in Dhad, Maharashtra where i hold savings account.

        I have transaction in hdfc bank ATM transaction on 17 feb 2022 successfully but money not out the machine i have many complaint in HDFC BANK but they're not resolved complaint and not response

          I have paid on 03/03/2022 the amount of 17626 for hdfc credit protect plus for sum assured of 15 lakh olny but my insurance was made in three parts. any my home was wrong filled in my insurance paper. and also i have received the hard copy from bank . i have called many times but no any response in two months approx .please do the needful action and correct my home address. i feel the form right but they filled wrong address

            My Netbanking has been blocked twice in a month due to security reasons. Therefore i had visit the branch again and again which was stressful. Currently, my Netbanking is blocked again and when i contacted brand they say that its working from their side. However, when i tried logging in, it still says its blocked. Please solve my problem

              This is regarding phone calls am getting from legal department. I had a personal loan from hdfc. Instead of calling him directly, legal team is making call to references saying he had missed to pay the installation so inform him the same. Why? Why are they troubling references?
              I was patient at start but after that they started calls monthly saying the same. I asked the ladies on other side instead of bothering references directly call the loan holder but then they were not at all ready to listen and started taking some random names from the locality that we will notify this and that person. Even once lady called me just to say we will send notice to this person and cut the line, she is not ready to tell her name. Why should not i file a case for mental harassment against legal?
              I am getting calls from this no -
              Can somebody take any action?

                This is regarding phone calls am getting from legal department. My brother had a personal loan from hdfc. Instead of calling him directly, legal team is making call to references saying he had missed to pay the installation so inform him the same. Why? Why are they troubling references?

                  i am a hdfc bank acct holder i obtain a loan from hdfc ltd loan against property in that they levy foreclosure charges but now as its being more than a year sir and i a sole properiotership firm and i am registered in msme and got udhyam certifacate so as per rbi guidelines and court they r bound to remove that charges i have document also but they still not listening and not behaving properly so kindly help me out sir

                    Hello,
                    I was using a credit card of HDFC bank . i used the credit card for approx 2 years without any issue . I was payingall my bills on time etc . After that due to some circumstances i used my card for approx rs 25, 000 and was not able to deposit the credit card bills . i inform them that am not in a very good financial situation due to two years of pandemic, then in September 2021 I received a sms stating that either I can go for full payments or go for settlement.
                    My total amount went till 67, 000 then I opted for settlement of ₹ 45, 000 in 3 installments, which I did by paying 15, 000 every month starting from oct, niv, dec... After completing my settlement offer towards HDFC Credit card, I received a NDC (no dues certificate).
                    After receiving the NDC from hdfc credit card department I didn't received any call, nor any sms nor any emails, but since April 2022 I have continuously receiving sms n calls to pay my credit card dues, which after adding their interest rates+late charges has now the amount of 22k

                      Opened HDFC Securities Demat account without my consent

                      Address: C/O Ashok Kumar, Chhoti Rukunpura, P.O.-B.V.College

                      They opened my demat account without my consent. I've complained a number of times but they don't answer mails. They have not closed it for last 1 year and now I get a bill of approx 900rs to pay my depository fees. I have no idea about these things and have not used it ever....

                      An amount of Rs. 517/- has been deducted. It is related to EMI payment. Please refund it as I made payment of Rs. 11890/- every month for my personal loan. How can you do this? It is like robbing in the day light. As a faithful customer of your respected bank, please refund my money.

                        I am getting calls from HDFC bank on weekly bases, even though not interested in taking one. The bank is annoying me with these calls. I have even registered for DO NOT CALL facility on the HDFC bank, I am still getting the calls. The Bank is miss using my phone number by calling me with offers. These are the two numbers from which I have received calls in last two weeks, [protected] and [protected]. Kindly look into this matter, I could have closed my account and have service with other banks but I don't want someone else to face the same issue.

                          Respected sir,
                          I am Azharuddin Shaik customer of HDFC Bank holding a an account raising this grievance for the fraudulent transaction happened on my account dated 21 April 2022 13:26 pm for the amount of 10, 000/- Rs automatically deducted without my authorization. I have observed an SMS and Aadhaar authentication emails with several banks in my registered email ID. When I immediately check my transaction statement it showed the amount deducted using micro atm cash withdrawal by someone using Aadhaar authentication using fingerprints.

                          I have raised a dispute for this fraudulent transaction with the bank authority and also with the cyber crime department requesting for immediate investigation and refund. I would request the bank authorities to look into this matter with utmost care and concern

                            Sales Team - approached me to upgrade card by assuring JUMBO LOAN, INSTA LOAN, EMI CONVERSION

                            Even after 4 years, HDFC Bank not gave any Loans, stating that profile is not fit. THEN HOW CARD UPGRADE IS FIT FOR MY PROFILE.

                            I approached Customer care, and all mode to enquire. but all my try are simpled ignored.

                            So, I stopped my monthly payments, now Collection Executives are coming to my home.

                            Now a Manager is taking about this with me. In the meantime, a Collection Agent is came to home and torture speaking rudely, This make my family shame and uncomfotable.

                            I HAVE RAISED COMPLAINT WITH GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL OF HDFC BANK, BUT I DONTTRUST THEM.

                            Hence, I approached here.

                            Today morning Collection Executive Robin Vinoth[protected] called me and asked Ref Number, I told I have shared with HDFC Employee Arun ([protected]) He said i am taking care and to not to call me again.

                            Just now Robin Vinoth called and asked about payment and asked me to talk in bank. Now I have raised complaint with Grievnace Redressal of HDFC. how HDFC bank asked to talk in mobile. This is not fair.

                            Again in called Arun to report this. He has no answer.

                            Both Robin and Arun made my BP high and made mentally restless. I am going to hospital now..

                                  I opened my financial statement today and witnessed two fraudulent transactions, one on 29th March 2022, and another on 20th April 2022 (yesterday).

                                  Two transactions are of 1551. 39 rupees under narration (titles):

                                    I applied for PPF account opening through HDFC netbanking. My account got created in branch ANNA NAGAR I, Chennai, whereas my savings account branch is GADDOPUR PHAPHAMAU, Allahabad.
                                    The application form had the current savings account details correctly, so shouldn't the PPF account branch location be the same?
                                    I want the PPF account to be in the savings account branch, which is GADDOPUR PHAPHAMAU.

                                      Hi, I have an account with HDFC bank. I failed to pay an EMI on 5th march as my account was not funded however I had paid the emi on 7th march. They had levied a late fine of Rs.649 on month of April's EMI. My EMI without late fine is Rs. 1843.45. When I went to make the payment it showed me the Rs. 1843.45 as the minimum due amount and I paid the same. I wasn't aware that a late fine was charged and there was no intimation of the same. They made my account go to a negative balance which was also not intimidated. My friend had sent me Rs. 608 on 9th april 2022 so that I can buy him few things he needed. HDFC bank put that amount on hold instantaneously. When I complained about the same, a supervisor said that they will get the late fees reversed for Rs. 550 and the cannot reverse Rs. 99 as that is GST. He also mentioned once the late fees is reversed the hold amount will also get unholded. The reversal of late fees happened on 13th April 2022. I waited for 2 days and called back the customer care on 15 th april to see why the account is still on hold. The agent informed that the complaint is still under process and that by 18 th april the amount should be unholded, which did not happen. I again called them on 19th april 2022 and a supervisor named Seema said that there is no complaint raised to unhold the amount and that she will get the issue resolved on priority. I received a callback from them on 20th april and another rep informed that they will first get a confirmation that I paid the late fees and then only they will unhold the money. Now my question here is why will I pay the late fees if it has already been reversed. And if the late fees was reversed on 13th april, why does the agent who called me on 20 th april said that they will only release funds once they get a confirmation I have paid the late fees. It has been more than 15 days that they are playing with my money and my time. I would request you to escalate the matter as in this way they are cheating on my hard earned money. I want a compensation for the issue I had faced because the HDFC bank agent was bluffing with me that there was a complaint already open since 9th april to get my account unholded. I have all the call recordings for all my calls made to the bank. My complaint no. With HDFC bank is Kolc[protected]. Customer ID:[protected].

                                      I want a compensation for all the hassles I went through. Trusting on the agent's words, I promised to buy my friend the important stuffs I needed. I failed to keep my words to him because of the bank rep bluffing me. They were not able to understand my query and kept passing the issue like a ping pong ball.
