I had taken hdfc credit card in month of november card no[protected].For payment of last month due date was 5 feb-17 but i had deposited sbi bank cheque on 4 feb-17 credit card box in hdfc atm located at prem nagar borivali -west at 5.40 pm .Today when i got bank statement for this month in that late fees charges & billed finance charges put near about rs.1600.When i called to hdfc customer care shocked to know the reason that because of sbi bank cheque it takes 7 days.My question is that is this real reason or what.I am expecting hdfc bank higher authority has do something.

    I have received a call from number +91 [protected] .They were saying i got 5000 rs gift voucher and 2000rs cheque as gift for loyalty customer.

    They confirm my details and send one OTP on my mobile and they were asking to share that OTP.

    I said, call me after 5 mins I will confirm it then only share OTP.So they called after 5 mins again and I said, tell me your details . I am not going to share that OTP with you until you share every details . So they cut down the call without saying anything.

    On 17th Mar 2017 I received a call from one lady namely "Muskan" having the no. +91 [protected]. She said "I'm form HDFC Credit card department and being a loyal customer bank wants to offer you a gift voucher of Rs. 5000 and a cheque of Rs. 2000 free of cost".
    She confirmed my detail and transferred the call to another guy namely "Rohan" whom she introduced as her senior. That guy again confirmed my detail, explained me the benefits that bank wants to give me, generated an OTP and sent the same in my registered mobile no.
    After that Rohan wanted me to share OTP with him but I refused to share the same with him. Then he disconnected the call.

      My Name is Uzair Khan I bought a policy no. 18255987 on 26 February 2016 from HDFC life_Classic Assured Plus.

      1. The executive said you (I) will have to pay interest on the premium of the policy for 1st year if I pay it by credit card 12 EMI. I have done that and given about INR 2600/- as interest. 2nd year on-wards it will be interest free as per executive at HDFC branch where I have meet with her. Now no one is putting any interest on it. They are saying you to pay interest. Why can they allowed to sell product with wrong information.

      2. I have given them credit card front photo last year to get money from credit card. They have asked photo of the credit card again, again I have given. But they wanted it again with Front and BACK (CVV) side photo which bank don't say to share anyone. I am paying my policy premium online and it says 14% interest will be charged HDFC Credit card.

      i) I need know to that, why they are charging interest for the policy which they have promised at branch.
      ii) Why can't HDFC life give it on paper that it will be interest free after 1 year.
      iii) Why HDFC life executive is asking me to give him BACK (CVV) side photo of the credit card.
      iv) Why HDFC bank executive assured me that it will be free after 1 year.

      I noticed deductions from my HDFC account with the following narration "DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP+ST[protected]". It came to my notice when I checked my account statement online. I'm not aware of how or why the deduction was made. Could you please let me know the reason for the deduction.

        I have a credit card card from HDFC. The last time I used this card was for my son's medical bills. I missed the due date and was planing to make the payment in next couple of days.I was expecting some money from my PF to pay off the entire balance, which I have done now. My only issue with the bank is that they called my mother's number and shared the details of my card and expenses with my mother. Where is the security of personal information? Moreover the caller threatened my, mother to make the payment else they send cops at my home. I called the customer service number and informed the same. Spoke with supervisor to remove her number. He informed me that the collections calls will be made on my cell number only and thus gave me a complaint number. Next day same thing happened. They called my mother's cell phone number and again threatened her to make the payment. What's wrong with HDFC? Are they gone insane?

            Worst bank, hdfc bank mahoba branch did the negative balance on my account -2468.56 rs, i dont want to pay any negative amount, i also today visited hdfc bank mahoba branch and said to close my account but officer want to pay negative amount when i said i cant pay negative amount then he said i have many other works come after april, whats the hell going no body helping me, i want to close the my account immediately, my account number is [protected], please close my account asap, also the mahoba branch uttarpadesh not helping me where i was open the account, he want money for closing the account, please help me immediately and close my account, otherwise i will tell all the world how you are treating your customer, very bad HDFC Bank.

              I have been using Credit Card for Payment on Fuel Purchase in line with the directive of Government to Go Cashless. Since Last two months I have been over charged by IRS 10/- extra for each fuel payment via credit card. Upon inquiring, the Bank informs that a levy of 2.5% or Rs 10/- (which ever is minimum) is charged on each transaction. Now, Government wants consumers to go cashless, and in our effort to support, we are being penalized by the banks.

              Kindly register my complain against these extra charges.

                I had applied for HDFC Ergo health insurance family floater policy on 10th February for my parents. Despite repeated followups over the call as well as the mail, I am still getting the same reply that my policy is still under process and I will receive call for further process in next 24 hours. Everytime i get a deadline of 24 hours but nothing happens. This time I got a reply that it is pending with underwriting team as there is a pre-existing disease. This is gross negligence and waste of time. Without medical test how can you take underwritng decusion. I had experience with other health insurers such as Royal Sundaram and Cigna TTK and i must say that their service were very quick. I request HDFCErgo to either process my application immediately or refund my money as this is causing mental stress and agony. I have never seen such pathetic service. I regret applying to HDFC Ergo.                   I taken a bike loan in hdfc bank in feb-2014.
                  My loan a/c no:27266540

                  For the initial stage we attached the payment process directly to bank after some days unfortuantlly our bank account was blocked.
                  O we pay the our emi throught the direct emi collection peroson and every month we get the acknowledgment. For last month itself we cleared all emi's, we asked to the manager noc but now manager was telling you need to pay some aditional penalty. Why we need to pay the penalty.

                  The main problem is for this emi the bank hate to sent some indent letter or some intimation allert letter to address. For that letters in our family we or facing some personal problems in home.

                  O plz help to us to get the proper noc from hdfc bank hosur.

                    It's been 2 months but my loan is still not cleared. I am tired of chasing the agent as well as the manager about it also all the documentation is been done but yet they are not helping me out. Also now they have started avoiding my calls and making excuses which is unexceptable. Infact, now the situation is I have to take loans from my friends and relatives but the problem is I can't repay them in installment like to bank so it's annoying me a lot.

                    Please have a look and get this sorted as soon as possible.

                      So, my transaction failed the first time but my money got deducted and the second time transaction was successful.

                        My insurance policy expiring on march 1st, customer care executive renewed my policy even after i told that i will confirm later .Then i approched office for cancellation & i given in writing that i am not interested in renewing my policy. Again &again customer care people disturbing that policy should be renewed .Today one customer care executive called & told that it is auto renewed, so nobody can cancel & speaking if i should not accept, he will auto renew it for six years without my consent. It is shocking that hdfc bank executive speaking like that . I am account holder in hdfc bank since 2003. But i never come across this kind of approach any time . It is shocking . I am requesting to look into & do the needful at the earliest. Please do no renew my policy .

                              Dear sir, My self Hitesh Kotak, my policy number is 90113810, sir i have got the call from HDFC Life on 31/01/2017 in the evening time requesting my to renew the policy and also offered that if i pay the basic amount of rs.3099 online right now i wont be charged any interest, or penalty on the premium accordingly i paid online Rs.3099 on the same date and time ie, on 31/07/2017 immediately but today on 16th Feb 2017 i got the letter from HDFC Life demanding or Short Premium Rs.162/- via UIN : 101N106V01, after i contacted the support talked with Miss. Shahenaz and Senior Executive Mr.Shiva i knew that my policy is still not active and is in lapse state. Sir even after paying the Premium after getting an offer from HDFC Life, why my policy is not restored/activated and received the letter short fall of Rs.162/-.
                              Dear sir, if there is no chance to activate the Policy in this state, and there is a demand of Rs.162/- i request you to kindly refund my amount Rs.3099 and close this policy as am not mentally ready to pay the amount Rs.162 now. Kindly do the needful asap.

                                Hello Sir/Madam
                                I Prashant Sharma account number [protected] has a saving account in HDFC bank in East patel Nagar branch for the past so many years. I went to ur branch in East patel Nagar and get NEFT done from my account into another account of YES BANK of amount Rs 57, 500 on 31st December 2016 till date the same amount has not been transfered into the benefiacry account because some o[censored]r bank employee didn't wrote the account number properly at the time of amount transfer and the amount is being transfered to some other account number of YES BANK.
                                It's been soo many days now I am requesting to get my funds back but nothing has been done in that manner from your HDFC BANK.Please do the need full else I had to file complaint against your bank in the consumer court in the same manner as it's been linger on for the past almost two month now.
                                The Bank manager M/s RITIKA SOOD (HDFC East Patel Nagar Branch) has given us a letter that they will refund the amount by 4 March 2017 but today on 15 February 2017 she called us and said "I will not refund your amount which is Rs 57, 500 at any cost whatever you want to do you can do I am not afraid of even Police".Please do the needful as didn't expected this kind if behaviour from such a prestigious Bank.

                                Please do the needful against HDFC BANK as they are not refunding my amount i have requested at every level.

                                    i was forced from my company M/S Anglo French Drugs Limited to open an account in your HDFC Bank for depositing salary. i have left the company in the month of June2015.
                                    on[protected] i had gone to enquire about my account transaction in sanjay nagar bank. i was shocked to know that the salary deposit account has been converted to personal SB account and because of non transaction they are penalizing Rs.690/- every month which i have to pay 8000/- as of now.
                                    First thing i want to ask these big banks why this communication was not given while opening the account to us. since i was forced to open the account by my previous company they are responsible for this problem.
                                    Second i do not have any interest to have transaction with these type of banks who unnecessarily create problem for common salaried persons like us.
                                    Let me be very straight i am not closing my SB account with immediate effect.
                                    i am ready to go to consumer court on these issue if any further problem is raised by this bank.
                                    Very bad experience and very bad communication.
                                    I request HDFC Bank Chandra Layout Manager to close my SB account with immediate effect i.e[protected].
                                    i will send a register letter to you on this issue.

                                      My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account Without informing me or warning me, since one year am not using this account, now my Balance is in Negative, Please help me to close my account, i think As per RBI regulations, banks are not allowed to make any customer's balance go in negative solely on charges levied for non-maintaining minimum balance.i request you to fix my issue-Thanks
