I am having a classic account with HDFC. I can see that the HDFC bank has deducted Rs. 115 from my account under the name- Program management fee. What is this fee about? What is the program the bank is offering? The bank did not notify me earlier about any such fees. It is a fraud to deduct customer's money without taking their concerns. Please do not buy Vehicle insurance from HDFC ERGO, this is Fraud Insurance Company. Even though if you have Bumper to Bumper Insurance, the didnt pay even pay 80% of the Claim amount. when you purchase the insurance they will promise and provide wrong commitment that only 1500 to be paid for any claim and rest will be paid by the Insurance company.
