My card no is [protected]
My card valid up to Jan 1 2017. I have sent change off address and phone no form with proof to thiruvanmiyur branch on Jan 14 by professional Courier .
The courier has been received by the branch on Jan 17 at evening 4 o clk. Here attached delivery status fyi
Still address not yet updated as per telecaller reply
And they are not received my courier.
I want pay balance due in my account but I will pay once I received my new card. So pl dnt give any charges till that in my account .
Waiting for ur actions on this issue. Always branch not updating courier received status n requirement . Am highly disappointed
To which account no I will pay balance. Am scared to pay on old credit card no. I have informed hdfc bank several times.
Not yet taken action.
