I can say this is one of the worst experience i am facing with hdfc now. My old card has been deactivate, but i haven't yet received the new card. My mobile number is [protected].
When they have taken request for upgrade, they promised me it ll dispatched to my home address, once i start use the new card, then the old one will be deactivated, none of those happens, i hvn't received the new card, and old card is not working...

Dear sir/madam,
Please help and resolve my query regarding amount deducted from. My account, the balance in my account on or before 16th december 2016 was rupee's -17.00 and on 16th december 2016 when i was deposited amount of rs,. 11100.00 and suddenly bank has deducted unnecessary more than 8000 rupees from my account.
This is 100% cheating done by hdfc bank.
I am writing also to home minister of india and also pmo...

I dont have any adequate information online regarding it. I invested 2500. And no official is ready to help. This is so depressing. My money is gone and my friend did not recieve it. i hold the HDFC Home loan with floating rate of interest for last two years. I do not know, why they are not reduce my rate of interest for last couple of months. but last week i visited and enquirer the same, they told me that, you have to pay the conversion charge Rs. 5000 + tax to avail the reducing rate of interest 9.15%.

but my current rate of interest is 9.70%.

Please note that i applied for HDFC Credit Card and got Reference No : [protected]S2. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification.

I have a HDFC Bank credit card from above one year and I clear all dues timely as per card statement, but in the month of September-2016 some discrepancy balance with me for Rs.500.00 only, but against 500/- HDFC bank charges us penalty for Rs. 1667.00. I have lots of issue related to HDFC bank . I also visited to nearest branch for the same but no response.
Problems are like:
1) PPF account is not working and getting some weired issue.
2) Regarding Credit card- need to talk to custom care but they guys are not even picking my call.
I am frustrated from HDFC Bank.If they will not give me qick respond then I m afraid I will be having no other option but to take...

Credit card statement not received since July 2016 and later additional late fee charges were charged in the statement of December 2016.
Not even physical credit card statement was received at my registered address.

Kindly reverse the additional late fee charged since so many months. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the query at the earliest....

We have an EDC machine from HDFC Bank having TID No. 98110516. In this many cards fail to transact giving error message "Tracking Error" or "Enter Master Key". Noteworthy to mention that the same card transacts successfully in another EDC machine i.s ICICI Bank, SBI, AND others bank.

My mutual fund account is not active for over a month now.
It's been pending since nov 22nd. I was assured that it will be active by dec 22nd however, it is still not active. The call centre is a pain to deal with as most of the times the call just gets disconnected on its own i. E. After making you wait for 10 mins.
