Debit card not dispatched

I can say this is one of the worst experience i am facing with hdfc now. My old card has been deactivate, but i haven't yet received the new card. My mobile number is [protected].
When they have taken request for upgrade, they promised me it ll dispatched to my home address, once i start use the new card, then the old one will be deactivated, none of those happens, i hvn't received the new card, and old card is not working...

My account, the balance in my account on or before 16th december 2016 was rupee's -17.00 and on 16th december 2016 when i was deposited amount of rs,. 11100.00 and suddenly bank has deducted unnecessary more than 8000 rupees from my account.
This is 100% cheating done by hdfc bank.

i hold the HDFC Home loan with floating rate of interest for last two years. I do not know, why they are not reduce my rate of interest for last couple of months. but last week i visited and enquirer the same, they told me that, you have to pay the conversion charge Rs. 5000 + tax to avail the reducing rate of interest 9.15%.

Swipe machine not working

Mutual fund not active since 1 month (Folio no 10912499)

My mutual fund account is not active for over a month now.
It's been pending since nov 22nd. I was assured that it will be active by dec 22nd however, it is still not active. The call centre is a pain to deal with as most of the times the call just gets disconnected on its own i. E. After making you wait for 10 mins.
I am an imperia & a preferred hdfc bank customer. If i have to deal with such plight, i wonder what is the situation...
